Recent 3D foundation models can generate high-quality assets from a single image, but degrade markedly on unconstrained multi-image inputs, often producing distorted geometry, over-smoothed textures, and chaotic colors. We argue that this failure stems not from limited model capacity, but from a mismatch between single-image cross-attention and the multi-image setting: existing models lack a principled way to decide which image each 3D voxel should trust at each denoising step. Revisiting recent single-image 3D foundation models, we show that explicitly routing each voxel to its most informative image is sufficient to unlock strong performance on inconsistent multi-image inputs. Based on this observation, we propose UMI3D, a training-free and plug-and-play framework that restructures cross-attention for unconstrained multi-image 3D generation. Its core, Simultaneous Focus Cross-Attention (SFC-Attn), activates all conditioning images at each denoising step while allowing each voxel to focus on the single image that best explains it. To enable this routing, we derive the Voxel Reference Score (VRS), a model-intrinsic metric for voxel--image affinity that requires no external matching, segmentation, or correspondence models. Extensive experiments show that UMI3D unlocks the multi-image potential of single-image 3D generation frameworks across diverse tasks. Project Page: UMI3D-Project.github.io.
PlanCraft: Sketch, Refine, and Furnish for Architect-Inspired Progressive 3D Residential Scene Generation
Two structural insights have been overlooked in automated residential floor plan generation. First, design is inherently progressive. Architects begin with rough strokes and refine them over time, whereas existing methods typically require their conditioning representation to be fully specified before generation, a fundamental mismatch with how design actually works. Second, the 2D floor plan is not an optional intermediate but an irreplaceable spatial contract. Once room boundaries, doors, and windows are fixed, furnishing reduces from open-ended spatial reasoning to bounded constraint satisfaction. Bypassing this contract, as existing 3D systems do by delegating layout to language models, yields overlapping rooms and implausible proportions; directly calling general-purpose language models likewise produces geometrically invalid layouts. Guided by these insights, we present PlanCraft. SketchPlan supplies the missing training signal by replaying the architect's drawing process on 80K real floor plans, producing partial sketches at every completeness level. PlanCraft-Diff progressively sharpens an incomplete sketch into a geometrically precise, vectorizable floor plan through a coarse-to-fine strategy. With the spatial contract established, PlanCraft-Agent then furnishes the scene within well-defined room boundaries. Experiments show that PlanCraft achieves a 61.1% lower FID than the best existing 2D method and surpasses existing 3D systems by 15 points in expert-rated spatial rationality, with a sketch at only 25% completion already outperforming all fully specified baselines.
Latent Riemannian Flow Matching for Geometry-Grounded 3D Foundation Models
Geometric foundation models, such as the Visual Geometry Grounded Transformer (VGGT), provide strong 3D priors from unposed images. However, such models operate purely in a feed-forward, deterministic regime, \ie~they cannot generate plausible geometry beyond what the input views directly support. Generative models for 3D scenes, on the other hand, must rely on strong geometric priors to produce coherent outputs from sparse inputs. We bridge these two paradigms by performing flow matching directly in VGGT's latent space, leveraging its learned 3D priors without committing to any explicit downstream representation such as Gaussians, meshes, or video-VAE latents. This requires respecting the latent geometry: VGGT tokens occupy a product of high-dimensional hyperspheres on which standard Euclidean flow matching fails. We address this with a Riemannian Flow Matching framework defined on a product manifold of four hyperspheres, aligned with VGGT's multi-scale encoder, which keeps generated tokens on the valid data manifold required by the frozen decoding heads. On RealEstate10K, ScanNet++ and ETH3D, our method achieves strong performance against recent scene generation baselines in both per-view appearance and aggregated 3D geometry, establishing latent-space flow matching on geometric foundation models as a viable paradigm for 3D generation. Scene-SAM3D: Multi-View Scene Asset Generation Without Fine-Tuning
High-quality 3D scene assets are critical for embodied applications such as robotic manipulation, navigation, and simulation. Despite their strong object priors, recent single-image 3D generation models such as SAM3D remain insufficient for real-world scenes, where severe occlusions, redundant observations, and cross-view inconsistencies make reliable scene generation challenging. We introduce Scene-SAM3D, a training-free framework that extends SAM3D from single-view object generation to calibrated multi-view scene asset generation. Scene-SAM3D selects a compact set of complementary views, reducing observation redundancy while providing additional evidence for regions occluded in individual views. Based on the selected views, it performs step-efficient latent velocity fusion to integrate multi-view evidence and suppress cross-view conflicts in canonical space. Finally, a lightweight rigid-object Gaussian optimization refines the scene layout within 200 iterations while preserving the generated object geometry. Experiments on Replica and ScanNet++ demonstrate consistent improvements at both instance and scene levels, with our method reducing scene-level CD by 43.8% on Replica and 30.9% on ScanNet++, while cutting flow-model sampling FLOPs and wall-time latency by nearly 20% under the same multi-view setting. Code will be released at https://github.com/xibi777/Scene-SAM3D.
ThinkBLOX: 3D Indoor Scene Generation with Progressive Reasoning
While traditional graphics methods often synthesize 3D indoor scenes autoregressively or hierarchically, recent vision-language model (VLM)-based generators predominantly adopt a one-shot paradigm where the full layout is planned at once. This one-shot approach often requires global re-optimization or complete reconstruction during interactive editing (e.g., inserting or moving objects) and can lead to physically or semantically poorly organized arrangements. To address these challenges, we propose ThinkBLOX, a VLM-based progressive reasoning framework that iteratively designs and refines 3D scenes. ThinkBLOX treats layout generation as a state-conditioned, step-by-step reasoningand-action process. To power this, we construct the ThinkBLOX-Data-200K dataset, containing 224,757 procedural placement pairs annotated with multi-view scene context, explicit Chain-of-Thought (CoT) rationales, and structured JSON layouts. Through supervised fine-tuning (SFT) on this dataset, the VLM learns to bridge the reasoning-action gap under incremental updates. Furthermore, recognizing that scene synthesis is inherently a multisolution task where SFT suffers from reward conflict, we introduce Tier-Decoupled GDPO. This reinforcement learning scheme organizes heterogeneous rewards into distinct tiers, stabilizing policy optimization across physical validity, semantic plausibility, and reasoning-action consistency. Extensive experiments show that ThinkBLOX significantly outperforms recent one-shot and iterative baselines in physical plausibility, semantic alignment, and interactive editability. Additionally, we show that it supports diverse applications, including both global and local generation and rearrangement of 3D scenes.
HIVE-3D: Hierarchical Voxel Enhancement for High-Quality 3D Scene Generation
Recently, a line of works can generate impressive 3D objects from a single image, but they are limited by restricted representation resolution, making them unsuitable for 3D scene generation. In this work, we introduce HIVE-3D, a novel method for high-quality 3D scene generation based on hierarchical voxel enhancement framework. Specifically, given a single scene image as input, we first produce a coarse initial scene, then introduce image segmentation and attention-based retrieval to align 2D image components with 3D scene components. Subsequently, we organize these scene relations into a hierarchical component tree, where nodes closer to the leaves denote finer-grained components. Finally, we propose a voxel super-resolution model that generates refined voxels for the target instance while maintaining strong consistency with the coarse voxels. Equipped with this model, we perform coarse-to-fine hierarchical super-resolution on images and voxels for each component, producing a high-resolution and high-quality 3D scene. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method significantly outperforms previous approaches, achieving state-of-the-art performance.
Hallo4D: Multi-Modal Hallucination Mitigation for Consistent Spatio-Temporal Generation
While recent advances in 3D generation have enabled impressive visual synthesis, existing methods often rely on 2D diffusion supervision without explicit mechanisms for geometric consistency, leading to spatial hallucinations such as duplicated structures and misaligned geometry. These issues become more severe in 4D generation, where maintaining consistency across viewpoints and temporal evolution introduces additional challenges, including jitter, identity flicker, and structural drift. We present \textbf{Hallo4D}, a unified and model-agnostic framework for mitigating spatiotemporal hallucinations in 3D and 4D content generation. Hallo4D introduces a generation-detection-correction paradigm that leverages large multimodal language models (LMMs) to identify and summarize spatial and temporal inconsistencies from multi-view and multi-frame renderings. These insights guide a consensus-driven image-space consistency optimization, where an LMM-based selector evaluates candidate corrections through multi-model voting, without requiring retraining or architectural modifications. To further improve temporal consistency and optimization efficiency, Hallo4D incorporates motion-aware keyframe sampling, LMM-guided initialization, and appearance alignment. We additionally introduce exposure-aware optimization and visibility pruning to enhance robustness under challenging viewpoints. Extensive experiments demonstrate that Hallo4D consistently outperforms strong baselines across diverse 3D and 4D generation settings, providing a scalable and generalizable solution for consistency-aware content generation.
ABot-3DWorld 0: A Universal World Model to Explore Any 3D Space
We present ABot-3DWorld 0, a universal multimodal 3D world model that turns text, image, and video inputs into high-fidelity, explorable 3D worlds. At the heart of our framework is a unified Spatial Generative Primitive (SGP), a compact tuple of a high-quality panorama and a spatial point cloud that delivers an efficient description of any 3D space. Multimodal inputs are first lifted into this primitive; a 3D-consistent panoramic video generator then explores the primitive along a planned trajectory; finally, our panoramic video reconstruction engine converts the generated video into a clean, photorealistic 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) world. This pipeline covers two regimes: rich inputs (multi-view sets, casual video) are lifted into the SGP through a geometry-rigorous recovery that mirrors the observed scene, while a single image or sentence is completed generatively into a creative world. The result is one low-barrier engine for general 3D content creation that further anchors generated worlds to geographic points of interest, enabling map-native spatial exploration at consumer scale. Experiments show that ABot-3DWorld 0 sets the state of the art among open-source methods and demonstrates stronger scene fidelity than Marble under rich multimodal inputs.
MAGIC: Transition-Aware Generation of Navigable Multi-Scene Game Worlds with Large Language Models
Multi-scene navigation (clearing an objective in one bounded space and then crossing a portal into the next) is a defining feature of contemporary 3D games, but authoring it is laborious: every portal must have consistent endpoints on both sides, each interior must remain navigable once it is furnished, and the resulting connectivity must be kept consistent across many files. Recent large language model (LLM) and multimodal LLM (MLLM) scene generators have made single-interior synthesis dramatically cheaper, yet they produce one scene at a time and cannot, by naive repetition, yield a connected multi-scene world. We identify three obstacles that single-scene methods leave unsolved: cross-scene consistency, in-scene navigability, and the evaluation of whether a transition actually works. We present MAGIC, a prompt-to-project system that addresses all three. MAGIC is a four-stage pipeline that turns a single natural-language prompt into a runnable multi-scene game project: it plans a shared transition-aware intermediate representation, specifies each scene while enforcing portal reachability with a flood-fill validator, generates the scenes together with their transition scripts, and combines them into one project. Because existing single-scene fidelity metrics never execute a transition, we further introduce a transition-focused evaluation agent that runs each transition in play. On a new benchmark of 100 multi-scene cases, MAGIC produces an executable project for every case and reaches 0.99 precision, 0.95 recall, and 0.96 F1 on end-to-end transition identification; stage by stage, it recovers more ground-truth portals and yields markedly more navigable layouts than an LLM baseline and Holodeck. Our code is available at https://github.com/sereneee1201/MAGIC/.
EmbodiedGen V2: An Agentic, Simulation-Ready 3D World Engine for Embodied AI
We present EmbodiedGen V2, a generative 3D world engine for building executable policy-ready environments for embodied intelligence. Sim-ready 3D asset generation has advanced rapidly, yet assembling such assets into policy-ready task environments remains largely manual, limiting scalable closed-loop learning. EmbodiedGen V2 addresses this gap through a unified sim-ready representation that connects cross-simulator assets, interaction affordances, task-driven worlds, large-scale multi-room scenes, and stateful Vibe Coding into a generative, editable, and reusable simulation pipeline. The generated environments support manipulation, navigation, mobile manipulation, cross-simulator deployment, and embodied policy training. In evaluation, the asset pipeline achieves 96.5% human acceptance and 98.6% collision success, and 83.3% of task-driven worlds are directly usable for downstream simulation without manual modification. Online reinforcement learning with generated environments further improves simulation success from 9.7% to 79.8%, and transfers to real robots with task success increasing from 21.7% to 75.0%. These results establish EmbodiedGen V2 as scalable simulation infrastructure for training, evaluating, and deploying embodied policies.
SynCity 3000: Bootstrapping Scene-Scale 3D Diffusion
We present SynCity 3000, a framework for generating 3D scenes that are globally coherent while enabling fine-grained layout control. Building on the ability of current image-to-3D generators to produce complex 3D assets from a single image, we extend this capability to the scale of entire scenes by adapting the generator to be applicable as a convolutional operator. We achieve this by fine-tuning the model on scene-like data generated by a new synthetic data engine, which we propose to address the scarcity of 3D scene data for training. The convolutional generator is then applied to a dimetric image of the entire scene, generated from the user prompt, resulting in 3D scenes of arbitrary size and complexity. Across diverse prompts and layouts, SynCity 3000 produces large, coherent, and detailed scenes, addressing the shortcomings of prior approaches to 3D scene generation.
PixWorld: Unifying 3D Scene Generation and Reconstruction in Pixel Space
3D reconstruction and generation are commonly tackled by separate paradigms: pixel-based regression for reconstruction, and latent diffusion for generation. Recent works attempt to unify them in latent space, but with notable drawbacks: the diffusion objective is defined on latent features rather than the underlying 3D representation, and both branches suffer from information loss introduced by latent encoding, while requiring a pretrained Variational Autoencoder (VAE) or Representation Autoencoder (RAE). In this paper, we reformulate these two tasks under a unified pixel-space diffusion paradigm and introduce PixWorld, a single model that jointly addresses 3D reconstruction and generation. By supervising diffusion directly on rendered images, PixWorld removes the above limitations and aligns optimization with 3D scene fidelity. Beyond photometric and perceptual supervision that operates at the 2D image level and lacks 3D geometric awareness, we further introduce a geometry perception loss that aligns rendered views with their ground truth in the geometry-aware feature space of a pretrained 3D foundation model, providing 3D structural supervision. PixWorld consistently outperforms prior latent-space generation methods and matches state-of-the-art reconstruction methods, demonstrating the superiority of a unified pixel-space approach.
SceneFrom3D: Geometry-Conditioned Outdoor 3D Scene Generation via View Scheduling with Object-Level Control
Geometry-conditioned 3D scene generation enables the creation of 3D environments from user-provided geometry, offering direct control over scene structure and object layout. To generate such 3D scenes, current methods commonly adopt a three-stage design that first defines a view schedule, then synthesizes multi-view observations along the scheduled views, and finally reconstructs a 3D representation from the generated images. However, defining the view schedule becomes a major bottleneck for outdoor scenes, where large, unstructured, and unbounded geometry makes it difficult to obtain views that provide sufficient coverage while supporting stable generation. To address this bottleneck, we present SceneFrom3D, a framework that automatically schedules views from outdoor input geometries. SceneFrom3D constructs a directed generation graph whose nodes represent anchor views and whose edges represent interpolation trajectories, defining which views to synthesize, which view pairs to interpolate, and in which order generation should proceed. Beyond automatic view scheduling, SceneFrom3D further improves controllability through object-level conditioning, assigning each object an identity image for appearance guidance and a geometry-adherence parameter for region-wise control over the input geometry. Experiments demonstrate that SceneFrom3D achieves state-of-the-art geometry-conditioned outdoor 3D scene generation, producing high-quality scenes with controllable object appearance and geometry adherence.
InSpace: Structure-Aware 3D Indoor Scene Generation from a Single 360° Image
Recent advances in single image-to-3D generation have enabled high-quality asset synthesis, yet extending these capabilities to indoor scene generation remains challenging. Existing methods focus on asset-level generation while neglecting the structural layout, which is essential for downstream applications and serves as the spatial anchor for grounding assets. However, a single image with a limited field of view lacks the spatial coverage to recover a coherent global layout. To this end, we use a 360° image represented in equirectangular projection (ERP) and propose InSpace, a structure-aware framework for 3D indoor scene generation. InSpace comprises three stages: (1) estimating partial scene geometry as spatial priors, (2) generating coarse scene structure with view-selective cross-attention, and (3) producing detailed layout and asset geometry with textures through a global-local hybrid attention, using flow matching. We also propose ERP-FRONT, a paired ERP-Image-to-3D indoor scene dataset based on 3D-FRONT. Experiments show that InSpace generates complete 3D indoor scenes with structural layout, along with separate textured assets from a single ERP image, achieving strong performance across 3D and 2D metrics. CGGS: Consistency-Augmented Geometric Gaussian Splatting for Ego-centric 3D Scene Generation
Challenges remain in ego-centric 3D scene generation due to limited view overlap and the dominant influence of individual perspectives on scene interpretation. These factors hinder the creation of viewpoint-consistent and semantically aligned visual content, as well as the construction of accurate geometric structures. In this paper, we propose CGGS, a text-to-3D framework aiming to enhance 3D-content-awareness and address geometric distortions in ego-centric scene generation. Firstly, the Ego-centric Generator is proposed by fine-tuning a Multi-View Latent Diffusion Model with consistency-augmented loss to generate consistent, high-fidelity 2D content aligned with textual descriptions. Then, Layout Decorator leverages optical flow and point-track correspondence to estimate depth, therefore producing dense point clouds as coarse layouts from the ego-centric 2D priors. Building on this initialization, Geometric Refiner is proposed to enhance 3D Gaussian reconstruction via an entropy-based Mutual Information Depth Loss (MID) combined with a hierarchical optimization scheme for improving visual quality and geometric structure. Comprehensive experiments demonstrate that CGGS outperforms previous methods in generating coherent and accurate text-driven 3D scenes. Project page: https://cggs-26.github.io/cggs26/.
Text-Driven 3D Indoor Scene Synthesis in Non-Manhattan Environments
Large Language Models (LLMs) have demonstrated remarkable capabilities in 3D indoor synthesis for Manhattan environments. However, existing methods often fail to capture plausible object layout patterns in non-Manhattan settings, primarily because they struggle to model non-orthogonal spatial relationships, leading to high geometric violations and low physical fidelity. To address this challenge, we propose SPG-Layout, a novel text-driven framework designed to generate physically plausible indoor scenes within complex non-Manhattan environments. Specifically, we first utilize statistical priors of object distributions to guide the training process, enhancing environmental understanding and fidelity. Furthermore, mirroring human design workflows, we adopt a hierarchical layout strategy that prioritizes the placement of large objects, thereby substantially minimizing layout violations. By synergizing these components, SPG-Layout achieves a balanced optimization of semantic realism and physical plausibility. To evaluate performance in these complex settings, we constructed a new benchmark comprising 500 diverse non-Manhattan environments. Extensive experiments demonstrate that SPG-Layout consistently and significantly outperforms existing methods across both Manhattan and non-Manhattan environments. The code will be publicly released.
SimWorlds: A Multi-Agent System for Dynamic 3D Scene Creation
LLM agents are increasingly used to translate natural language into 3D scenes in a procedural way, but existing systems focus on static output. Dynamic 4D scenes from text alone, in which liquids flow, particles emit, rigid bodies cascade, and articulated mechanisms move, remain largely unexplored despite their value as editable content and as physics-grounded training data for video generation and embodied AI. Two challenges set the dynamic case apart from static text-to-scene work: an agent must jointly coordinate spatial layout, multiple physics solvers, temporal sequencing, camera, and lighting in a single coherent scene, and verifying motion correctness from rendered video is fundamentally harder than judging a single image. We present SimWorlds: a multi-agent framework that produces dynamic, editable 4D scenes from text, with Blender-specific procedural knowledge, a planner-coder-reviewer workflow driving a fixed ordered sequence of construction stages, a layered scene protocol enforced by a deterministic verifier, and a runtime-state inspection tool suite that catches mechanism failures the rendered image cannot reveal. We also introduce 4DBuildBench, a benchmark for assessing both visual fidelity and physical consistency of the procedural dynamic 3D scenes generated from text prompts. Experiments show that SimWorlds outperforms prior dynamic Blender generation baselines.
InfiniVerse: Occupancy Guided Unbounded Scene Generation for Autonomous Driving
Generating realistic, controllable, and temporally coherent urban environments is a critical yet unresolved challenge in the autonomous driving community. In this paper, we introduce InfiniVerse, a unified pipeline for long-range, 2D-3D-aligned, and controllable synthesis of dynamic urban scenes from a single frame. In practice, our approach first reconstructs a 3D occupancy representation from the input multi-view frame. This representation serves as a foundation for autoregressive scene extension along arbitrary trajectories. Subsequently, a video diffusion model translates the coarse occupancy grid into realistic, spatiotemporally consistent video sequences. Moreover, we propose a hierarchical sketch-and-refine paradigm, in which the generated videos are re-projected as image-conditioned feedback to enhance the 3D occupancy representation, establishing cross-modal alignment and mutual enhancement between the visual and spatial domains. Extensive evaluations on the Waymo Open Dataset and nuScenes demonstrate that InfiniVerse achieves state-of-the-art performance, with a FID of 6.4 and FVD of 67.97, significantly outperforming existing benchmarks in both duration and stability.
NaLA: A 3D Native LLM Layout Agent for High-quality 3D Scene Generation
Recently, Large Language Models (LLMs) have emerged as promising layout agents for 3D scene generation. Existing layout agents still suffer from implausible layout generation because most of them convert 3D assets and 3D layouts into textual descriptions as inputs and outputs, which involves severe information loss due to the modality gap between texts and 3D assets and 3D layouts. We propose NaLA, a native 3D LLM layout Agent for high-quality 3D scene generation by placing 3D assets in the scene. For the inputs, NaLA encodes 3D scene boundaries and 3D assets directly into the LLM, preserving fine-grained geometry and enabling explicit reasoning over relationships like collisions, surface supporting, and containment. To accurately output the positions and orientations of assets, NaLA adopts a coarse-to-fine prediction mechanism that first predicts discrete poses in an autoregressive manner and then refines the discrete poses with a continuous regression. Trained on diverse layout datasets, NaLA attains strong geometric perception and layout coherence. Experiments demonstrate that NaLA outperforms prior layout agents in both generation quality and inference efficiency, with comprehensive ablation studies to verify each component's effectiveness.
FLAT: Feedforward Latent Triangle Splatting for Geometrically Accurate Scene Generation
Generating explorable 3D scenes from a single image requires strong generative priors and accurate geometric representations suitable for downstream use. Current video diffusion models offer high-quality generation and implicitly encode multi-view geometric structure in latent space. However, existing feedforward latent scene decoders typically output volumetric 3D Gaussians that lack a well-defined surface, limiting their use in simulation or standard graphics pipelines. This motivates decoding surface-aligned primitives that are not only renderable but also closer to explicit geometric assets. We ask whether compressed video diffusion latents can be mapped directly to explicit surface primitives in a single pass. To this end, we introduce FLAT and, for the first time, show that triangle splats can be decoded directly from video diffusion latents. Compared with decoding 3D Gaussians, predicting flat primitives is notoriously more challenging due to high sensitivity to primitive orientations, oftentimes leading to poor gradient flow. FLAT solves with two key ingredients: a ray-centered rotation parameterization for triangle regression and a novel product window function that improves gradient flow during differentiable triangle rendering. On standard benchmarks, FLAT achieves significantly better geometric accuracy while maintaining competitive visual quality compared to state-of-the-art feedforward baselines. We further show that a lightweight test-time refinement step converts the predicted triangle soup into a fully opaque, game-engine-ready representation that supports real-time rendering. By evaluating 3DGS, 2DGS, and triangle splatting variants under an identical training setup, we provide the first systematic analysis of representation tradeoffs in feedforward scene generation. OrbitForge: Text-to-3D Scene Generation via Reconstruction-Anchored Video Synthesis
Generic text-to-video models can be used as rich open-world scene priors. Despite the high quality of today's generated videos, they do not directly yield reliable 3D assets: camera motion is difficult to control, view coverage is partial, and frames often contain inconsistencies across time. We introduce OrbitForge, an adapter built from frozen video priors and per-prompt Gaussian Splatting reconstruction optimization that converts a single text-generated video into a canonical closed-orbit 3D Gaussian Splatting scene. We use 3D reconstruction as an anchor to improve the 3D consistency of the generated video. We obtain a preliminary 3D reconstruction from a first generated video via Deformable Gaussian Splatting with a robust MedianGS proxy. We render views from a prescribed orbit to detect missing viewpoints. OrbitForge uses the text-to-video model to complete only the missing views, and reconstructs the completed orbit into a final Gaussian Splatting scene. This design requires no task-specific video or multiview fine-tuning, avoids per-prompt score-distillation optimization, and does not progressively generate views one step at a time. We further argue that this setting demands coverage-aware evaluation: local smoothness alone rewards methods that never attempt a full orbit. On a frozen 300-prompt T3Bench-derived audit, OrbitForge reconstruction attains a 359.0-degree measured median span, raises originally unsupported-bin Q10 ImageReward from 8.07 to 16.36 relative to MedianGS-only reconstruction, while remaining competitive with VideoMV on the coverage-quality.
Inclusive Interactive Collisions for Multi-View Consistent Compositional 3D Generation
Recent breakthroughs in 3D generation have advanced notably with the development of text-to-image diffusion model. However, existing methods remain two practical challenges: (1) They primarily generate single 3D object, but struggle to generate multi-object compositional 3D assets due to the lack of the modeling for Gaussian primitives in reasonable interactions. (2) They often suffer from cross-view inconsistency during 3D optimization, as Score Distillation Sampling inherently performs on each single view, inevitably resulting in cross-view hallucinations. To solve above issues, we propose I2C-3D, a novel optimization-based method to generate multi-view consistent compositional 3D assets with reasonable interactions. Specifically, we propose an Inclusive Interactive Collisions strategy to guide Gaussian primitives appearing in reasonable interaction regions naturally, thereby ensuring objects in the compositional scene interact in a physically plausible and visually coherent way. Additionally, to enhance multi-view consistency, Multi-View Adaptive Score Distillation Sampling is devised to distill multi-view consistency prior and layout prior from pre-trained diffusion model by modulating attention map of instance token and spatial token across viewpoints. Benefiting from above elaborate designs, I2C-3D not only generates high-fidelity multi-view consistent compositional 3D assets but also supports 3D editing flexibly, facilitating complex scene generation. Extensive experiments demonstrate our I2C-3D outperforms existing methods in generation quality and multi-view consistency.
Sat2City v2: Native 3D City Asset Generation from a Single Satellite Image
Generating explicit textured 3D city assets from a single satellite image is important for urban simulation and digital twins. Most prior methods, however, learn 3D proxies optimized for rendering street-view images or videos over prescribed viewpoints and trajectories, rather than producing explicit 3D assets. Our previous framework, Sat2City, took a first step toward this goal with task-specific cascaded sparse-voxel latent diffusion conditioned on satellite-derived height maps. However, it relied on synthetic data and did not condition appearance on the satellite input. To address these limitations, we present Sat2City v2, a framework for generating explicit textured 3D city assets directly from real satellite images. We first construct a real-world dataset of 16,027 geographically matched but weakly aligned satellite-image-textured-mesh pairs, comprising 14,651 training pairs and 1,376 held-out test pairs. Building on this dataset, Sat2City v2 uses a native structured-latent 3D prior pretrained on curated assets to anchor geospatial adaptation to its asset manifold. We empirically demonstrate that weakly aligned satellite images and regional textured 3D meshes can support asset-level conditional generation: learned attention lets satellite tokens steer geometry generation without calibrated pixel-to-surface correspondence, while the generated geometry anchors satellite-guided material synthesis. Sat2City v2 ranks first among the evaluated baselines on every reported metric across geometry accuracy, generative mesh quality, and satellite-to-asset feature alignment.
MUSE: Agentic 3D Scene Authoring via Memory-Grounded Incremental Requirement Satisfaction
Text-driven 3D scene generation is a promising technique for digital content creation, embodied AI simulation, and interactive design, yet practical workflows often require refining, extending, or correcting existing scenes while preserving non-target content. Existing methods can produce realistic and structurally plausible scenes, but they generally lack editability with requirement-level state tracking, so part-level failures often lead to full-scene regeneration or manual intervention. To tackle this challenge, we formulate controllable 3D scene authoring as incremental requirement satisfaction, unifying construction and editing. In this paper, we present MUSE, a memory-grounded multi-agent framework in which an Architect compiles instructions into structured requirements, a Sculptor executes local scene operations, and an Inspector verifies each step while updating Working, Scene, and Skill Memory. To evaluate requirement-level controllability and preservation-aware editing, we introduce AuthorBench, offering 145 constrained construction cases and a 1,584-case preservation-aware editing pool paired with external structured checks. On full construction cases, MUSE improves All-Goal success from 37.9 to 80.7 and surface-constraint fulfillment from 35.0 to 92.6 over the strongest baseline. On a stratified 240-case editing test split, MUSE achieves 49.6 All-Goal success, 99.9 preservation rate, and only 0.6 unintended change rate. Beyond automated metrics, human evaluations on compared local-editing baselines support stronger alignment with user intent, and downstream navigation-proxy tests indicate stronger spatial stability. Combined with ablations validating our memory designs, these results establish MUSE as an effective framework for controllable 3D scene authoring.
ABot-Earth 0.5: Generative 3D Earth Model
We present ABot-Earth 0.5, a generative 3D framework designed to synthesize vast, seamless 3D environments from ubiquitous, geospatially referenced satellite imagery. To achieve this, we propose a novel generative model formulated directly with the 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) representation. The model is trained on a diverse corpus of existing real-world urban reconstructions, learning to generate realistic geometry and textures. At inference, it synthesizes novel 3D scenes conditioned solely on satellite imagery at a scalable rate of under 10 minutes per square kilometer, while demonstrating exceptional realism. The framework is designed for accessibility, with integrated hierarchical level-of-detail (LOD) structures that permit real-time, interactive visualization on web-based map engines. This high-fidelity simulation sandbox effectively mitigates the sim-to-real domain gap, enabling critical downstream Embodied AI applications like closed-loop UAV navigation. By providing an ultra-low-cost and high-efficiency solution, ABot-Earth 0.5 significantly lowers the technical and financial barriers to large-scale 3D reconstruction and empowers the future of global digital earth visualization.
EditSSC: Toward Editable Semantic Occupancy Scenes with Unconditional Diffusion Models
3D semantic scene generation is crucial for autonomous driving applications, yet most methods rely on complex 3D-specific architectures such as triplane encoders and adapted diffusion networks, limiting both their simplicity and their editing capabilities. We propose EditSSC, an editing-ready method for 3D semantic scene generation using 2D Bird's Eye View (BEV) representations and off-the-shelf latent diffusion network. Our approach reshapes 3D semantic occupancy grids into multi-channel BEV images and leverages the quantized autoencoder and UNet from Stable Diffusion with minimal modifications. We perform diffusion on the latents after quantization, which enables training-free editing capabilities. By exploiting class-to-code correspondences in the codebook, our method supports sketch-guided generation, inpainting, and outpainting without any retraining. On SemanticKITTI, EditSSC outperforms existing 3D-specific baselines on unconditional generation, demonstrating that well-established 2D architectures can be effectively repurposed for 3D scene generation and editing.
CP4D: Compositional Physics-aware 4D Scene Generation
4D generation (\textit{i.e.}, dynamic 3D generation) has recently emerged as a rapidly growing research frontier due to its powerful spatiotemporal modeling capabilities. However, despite notable advances, existing approaches typically fail to capture the underlying physical principles, producing results that are both physically inconsistent and visually implausible. To overcome this limitation, we present CP4D, a novel paradigm for photorealistic 4D scene synthesis with faithful adherence to complex physical dynamics. Drawing inspiration from the compositional nature of real-world scenes, where immutable static backgrounds coexist with dynamic, physically plausible foregrounds, CP4D reformulates 4D generation as the integration of a static 3D environment with physically grounded dynamic objects. On this basis, our framework follows a three-stage pipeline: \textbf{1)} Firstly, we leverage pre-trained expert models to generate high-fidelity 3D representations of the environment and foreground objects respectively. \textbf{2)} Subsequently, to produce physically plausible trajectories and realistic interactions for these objects, we propose a hybrid motion synthesis strategy that integrates priors from physical simulators with the common sense embedded in video diffusion models. \textbf{3)} Finally, we develop an automated composition mechanism that seamlessly fuses the static environment and dynamic objects into coherent, physically consistent 4D scenes. Extensive experiments demonstrate that CP4D can generate explorable and interactive 4D scenes with high visual fidelity, strong physical plausibility, and fine-grained controllability, significantly outperforming existing methods. PhysAgent: Automating Physics-Based 4D Synthesis via Trajectory-Grounded Multi-Agent Feedback
Achieving fully automated, physically plausible 3D motion synthesis is a core objective in graphics and generative AI. However, configuring complex environmental force fields still relies entirely on manual expert intervention, creating a severe bottleneck for large-scale simulation data generation. Existing automated methods primarily focus on material optimization and exhibit severe modality gaps and technical flaws when applied to the vastly more complex force field optimization space: naive Large Language Models (LLMs) lack underlying simulation feedback, causing severe physical inaccuracies, while traditional Score Distillation Sampling (SDS) suffers from sluggish gradients, local optima entrapment, and a mathematical inability to dynamically switch discrete force fields. To address this, we propose PhysAgent, the first simulator-in-the-loop multi-agent framework that leverages multimodal inputs for automated, physically grounded 4D synthesis. By decoupling intrinsic materials from extrinsic dynamics, PhysAgent utilizes a Semantic Agent equipped with an externalized Force Field Skill module to master simulation rules and generate valid initializations. Subsequently, the Refine Agents, driven by Trajectory-Grounded Multi-Agent Feedback, leverage vision foundation models to extract dense point trajectories from rendered frames. By converting these explicit motion trajectories into structured textual descriptors, the agent harnesses LLM commonsense reasoning to execute zero-shot macroscopic leaps, effectively escaping local optima and dynamically switching discrete force fields. Extensive experiments demonstrate that PhysAgent rapidly generates stable, diverse physical scenes from arbitrary multimodal prompts, significantly outperforming existing baselines in both generation diversity and physical accuracy.
SceneConductor: 3D Scene Generation from a Single Image with Multi-Agent Orchestration
Generating complete 3D scenes from a single image requires inferring globally consistent geometry, object relationships, and environmental context from inherently ambiguous visual evidence. Despite recent progress in joint layout-and-mesh generation, existing methods often rely on holistic or weakly decomposed pipelines that entangle many factors at once and demand extensive scene-level supervision, limiting their generalization to complex real-world environments. We propose a multi-agent orchestration framework that decomposes single-image 3D scene generation into three structured stages: scene initialization, environment construction, and multi-agent refinement. The initialization stage extracts image-derived object masks, builds object-level 3D representations, and predicts an initial spatial layout to form a coarse 3D scene. The environment-construction stage then leverages this initialization together with point-map geometry to build an environmental scaffold of supporting surfaces, room boundaries, materials, and illumination. Finally, in the refinement stage, a planner agent identifies structural and visual inconsistencies, applies simple corrections directly, and dispatches specialist agents for complex localized revisions that are reintegrated into the global scene. To provide reliable structural initialization while reducing reliance on scene-level annotations, we further introduce a geometry-aware layout predictor supervised by sparse geometric priors derived from point maps. Unlike fully supervised layout generators, the predictor can be trained from segmentation-level data and generalizes robustly to diverse real-world scenes. Extensive experiments on benchmark datasets show that our method consistently outperforms prior approaches in geometric accuracy, spatial consistency, and perceptual realism.
Native3D: End-to-End 3D Scene Generation via Unified Mesh-Texture Modeling and Semantic Alignment
This paper presents Native3D, the first end-to-end 3D scene generation framework that completely bypasses 2D intermediate representations. Traditional approaches typically require adapting 3D representations to the 2D domain to leverage pre-trained diffusion models, which inevitably introduces domain adaptation issues including geometric structural distortion and texture detail degradation. To address these limitations, we design a unified mesh-texture joint representation that simultaneously models both geometric structures and texture features through a Transformer-based scene encoder, effectively maintaining spatial relationships and visual consistency among objects within scenes. We further propose the 3D Representation Alignment Loss (3D REPA Loss), which employs an improved contrastive learning mechanism to align multi-level semantic representations in the latent space, significantly enhancing geometric and textural fidelity. Experimental results demonstrate that Native3D outperforms existing methods in both generation quality and editing flexibility, providing a novel solution for 3D scene editing.
