Observability Conditions and Filter Design for Visual Pose Estimation via Dual Quaternions

This paper presents a dual quaternion framework for 6-DOF visual target tracking that addresses key limitations of perspective-n-point (PnnP) solvers: sensitivity to noise and outliers, and inability to propagate estimates through measurement dropouts. A nonlinear observability analysis is performed using a Lie algebraic approach, deriving sufficient conditions for local observability under two sensing modalities: relative position vector and unit vector measurements. For the unit vector case, the classical collinear feature point degeneracy of the perspective-three-point problem is recovered through rank analysis of the observability codistribution matrix, providing a control-theoretic interpretation of a previously geometric result. A dual quaternion Lie group unscented Kalman filter is then developed, directly modeling relative dynamics without assumptions about cooperative measurements or slowly-varying motion. Simulations demonstrate improved pose estimation accuracy and robustness to occlusions compared to an off-the-shelf PnnP solver. Results are broadly applicable to visual-inertial navigation, simultaneous localization and mapping, and PnnP solver development.

Reconstruction by Generation: 3D Multi-Object Scene Reconstruction from Sparse Observations

Accurately reconstructing complex full multi-object scenes from sparse observations remains a core challenge in computer vision and a key step toward scalable and reliable simulation for robotics. In this work, we introduce RecGen, a generative framework for probabilistic joint estimation of object and part shapes, as well as their pose under occlusion and partial visibility from one or multiple RGB-D images. By leveraging compositional synthetic scene generation and strong 3D shape priors, RecGen generalizes across diverse object types and real-world environments. RecGen achieves state-of-the-art performance on complex, heavily occluded datasets, robustly handling severe occlusions, symmetric objects, object parts, and intricate geometry and texture. Despite using nearly 80% fewer training meshes than the previous state of the art SAM3D, RecGen outperforms it by 30.1% in geometric shape quality, 9.1% in texture reconstruction, and 33.9% in pose estimation.

Keypoint-based Dynamic Object 6-DoF Pose Tracking via Event Camera

Accurate 6-DoF pose estimation of objects is critical for robots to perform precise manipulation tasks. However, for dynamic object pose estimation, conventional camera-based approaches face several major challenges, such as motion blur, sensor noise, and low-light limitation. To address these issues, we employ event cameras, whose high dynamic range and low latency offer a promising solution. Furthermore, we propose a keypoint-based detection and tracking approach for dynamic object pose estimation. Firstly, a keypoint detection network is constructed to extract keypoints from the time surface generated by the event stream. Subsequently, the polarity and spatial coordinates of the events are leveraged, and the event density in the vicinity of each keypoint is utilized to achieve continuous keypoint tracking. Finally, a hash mapping is established between the 2D keypoints and the 3D model keypoints, and the EPnP algorithm is employed to estimate the 6-DoF pose. Experimental results demonstrate that, whether in simulated or real event environments, the proposed method outperforms the event-based state-of-the-art methods in terms of both accuracy and robustness.

MAPRPose: Mask-Aware Proposal and Amodal Refinement for Multi-Object 6D Pose Estimation

6D object pose estimation in cluttered scenes remains challenging due to severe occlusion and sensor noise. We propose MAPRPose, a two-stage framework that leverages mask-aware correspondences for pose proposal and amodal-driven Region-of-Interest (ROI) prediction for robust refinement. In the Mask-Aware Pose Proposal (MAPP) stage, we lift 2D correspondences into 3D space to establish reliable keypoint matches and generate geometrically consistent pose hypotheses based on correspondence-level scoring, from which the top-KK candidates are selected. In the refinement stage, we introduce a tensorized render-and-compare pipeline integrated with an Amodal Mask Prediction and ROI Re-Alignment (AMPR) module. By reconstructing complete object geometry and dynamically adjusting the ROI, AMPR mitigates localization errors and spatial misalignment under heavy occlusion. Furthermore, our GPU-accelerated RGB-XYZ reprojection enables simultaneous refinement of all N×BN \times B pose hypotheses in a single forward pass. Evaluated on the BOP benchmark, MAPRPose achieves a state-of-the-art Average Recall (AR) of 76.5%, outperforming FoundationPose by 3.1% AR while delivering a 43x speedup in multi-object inference.

FalconApp: Rapid iPhone Deployment of End-to-End Perception via Automatically Labeled Synthetic Data

Reliable perception for robotics depends on large-scale labeled data, yet real-world datasets rely on heavy manual annotation and are time-consuming to produce. We present FalconApp, an iPhone app with an end-to-end frontend-backend pipeline that turns a short handheld capture of a rigid object into a perception module for mask detection and 6-DoF pose estimation. Our core contribution is a rapid mobile deployment pipeline paired with a photorealistic auto-labeling workflow: from a user-captured video of an object, FalconApp reconstructs an editable GSplat asset, composites it with diverse photorealistic backgrounds, renders synthetic images with ground-truth masks and poses, trains the perception module, and deploys it back to the iPhone frontend. Experiments across five rigid objects with diverse geometry and appearance show that FalconApp produces usable perception models with about 20 minutes of synthetic-data generation and training per object on average, around 30 ms end-to-end on-device latency on iPhone, and better overall pose accuracy than a PnP baseline on 4 / 5 objects in both simulation and real-world evaluation.

Towards Symmetry-sensitive Pose Estimation: A Rotation Representation for Symmetric Object Classes

Symmetric objects are common in daily life and industry, yet their inherent orientation ambiguities that impede the training of deep learning networks for pose estimation are rarely discussed in the literature. To cope with these ambiguities, existing solutions typically require the design of specific loss functions and network architectures or resort to symmetry-invariant evaluation metrics. In contrast, we focus on the numeric representation of the rotation itself, modifying trigonometric identities with the degrees of symmetry derived from the objects' shapes. We use our representation, SARR, to obtain canonic (symmetry-resolved) poses for the symmetric objects in two popular 6D pose estimation datasets, T-LESS and ITODD, where SARR is unique and continuous w.r.t. the visual appearance. This allows us to use a standard CNN for 3D orientation estimation whose performance is evaluated with the symmetry-sensitive cosine distance ARC\text{AR}_{\text{C}}. Our networks outperform the state of the art using ARC\text{AR}_{\text{C}} and achieve satisfactory performance when using conventional symmetry-invariant measures. Our method does not require any 3D models but only depth, or, as part of an additional experiment, texture-less RGB/grayscale images as input. We also show that networks trained on SARR outperform the same networks trained on rotation matrices, Euler angles, quaternions, standard trigonometrics or the recently popular 6d representation -- even in inference scenarios where no prior knowledge of the objects' symmetry properties is available. Code and a visualization toolkit are available at https://github.com/akriegler/SARR .

TSM-Pose: Topology-Aware Learning with Semantic Mamba for Category-Level Object Pose Estimation

Category-level object pose estimation is fundamental for embodied intelligence, yet achieving robust generalization to unseen instances remains challenging. However, existing methods mainly rely on simple feature extraction and aggregation, which struggle to capture category-shared topological structures and conduct semantic keypoint modeling, limiting their generalization. To address these, we propose a \textbf{T}opology-Aware Learning with \textbf{S}emantic \textbf{M}amba for Category-Level \textbf{P}ose Estimation framework (TSM-Pose). Specifically, we introduce a Topology Extractor to capture the global topological representation of the point cloud, which is integrated into local geometry features and enables robust category-level structural representation. Simultaneously, we propose a Mamba-based Global Semantic Aggregator that injects semantics priors into keypoints to enhance their expressiveness and leverages multiple TwinMamba blocks to model long-range dependencies for more effective global feature aggregation. Extensive experiments on three benchmark datasets (REAL275, CAMERA25, and HouseCat6D) demonstrate that TSM-Pose outperforms existing state-of-the-art methods.

Efficient Online 3D Multi-Camera Multi-Object Tracking and Pose Estimation

This paper proposes a fast and online method for jointly performing 3D multi-object tracking and pose estimation using multiple monocular cameras. Our algorithm requires only 2D bounding box and pose detections, eliminating the need for costly 3D training data or computationally expensive deep learning models. Our solution is an efficient implementation of a Bayes-optimal multi-object tracking filter, enhancing computational efficiency while maintaining accuracy. We demonstrate that our algorithm is significantly faster than state-of-the-art methods without compromising accuracy, using only publicly available pre-trained 2D detection models. We also illustrate the robust performance of our algorithm in scenarios where multiple cameras are intermittently disconnected or reconnected during operation.

Text-Guided 6D Object Pose Rearrangement via Closed-Loop VLM Agents

Vision-Language Models (VLMs) exhibit strong visual reasoning capabilities, yet they still struggle with 3D understanding. In particular, VLMs often fail to infer a text-consistent goal 6D pose of a target object in a 3D scene. However, we find that with some inference-time techniques and iterative reasoning, VLMs can achieve dramatic performance gains. Concretely, given a 3D scene represented by an RGB-D image (or a compositional scene of 3D meshes) and a text instruction specifying a desired state change, we repeat the following loop: observe the current scene; evaluate whether it is faithful to the instruction; propose a pose update for the target object; apply the update; and render the updated scene. Through this closed-loop interaction, the VLM effectively acts as an agent. We further introduce three inference-time techniques that are essential to this closed-loop process: (i) multi-view reasoning with supporting view selection, (ii) object-centered coordinate system visualization, and (iii) single-axis rotation prediction. Without any additional fine-tuning or new modules, our approach surpasses prior methods at predicting the text-guided goal 6D pose of the target object. It works consistently across both closed-source and open-source VLMs. Moreover, when combining our 6D pose prediction with simple robot motion planning, it enables more successful robot manipulation than recent Vision-Language-Action models (VLAs). Finally, we conduct an ablation study to demonstrate the necessity of each proposed technique.

Physically Grounded 3D Generative Reconstruction under Hand Occlusion using Proprioception and Multi-Contact Touch

We propose a multimodal, physically grounded approach for metric-scale amodal object reconstruction and pose estimation under severe hand occlusion. Unlike prior occlusion-aware 3D generation methods that rely only on vision, we leverage physical interaction signals: proprioception provides the posed hand geometry, and multi-contact touch constrains where the object surface must lie, reducing ambiguity in occluded regions. We represent object structure as a pose-aware, camera-aligned signed distance field (SDF) and learn a compact latent space with a Structure-VAE. In this latent space, we train a conditional flow-matching diffusion model, pretraining on vision-only images and finetuning on occluded manipulation scenes while conditioning on visible RGB evidence, occluder/visibility masks, the hand latent representation, and tactile information. Crucially, we incorporate physics-based objectives and differentiable decoder-guidance during finetuning and inference to reduce hand--object interpenetration and to align the reconstructed surface with contact observations. Because our method produces a metric, physically consistent structure estimate, it integrates naturally into existing two-stage reconstruction pipelines, where a downstream module refines geometry and predicts appearance. Experiments in simulation show that adding proprioception and touch substantially improves completion under occlusion and yields physically plausible reconstructions at correct real-world scale compared to vision-only baselines; we further validate transfer by deploying the model on a real humanoid robot with an end-effector different from those used during training.

Pickalo: Leveraging 6D Pose Estimation for Low-Cost Industrial Bin Picking

Bin picking in real industrial environments remains challenging due to severe clutter, occlusions, and the high cost of traditional 3D sensing setups. We present Pickalo, a modular 6D pose-based bin-picking pipeline built entirely on low-cost hardware. A wrist-mounted RGB-D camera actively explores the scene from multiple viewpoints, while raw stereo streams are processed with BridgeDepth to obtain refined depth maps suitable for accurate collision reasoning. Object instances are segmented with a Mask-RCNN model trained purely on photorealistic synthetic data and localized using the zero-shot SAM-6D pose estimator. A pose buffer module fuses multi-view observations over time, handling object symmetries and significantly reducing pose noise. Offline, we generate and curate large sets of antipodal grasp candidates per object; online, a utility-based ranking and fast collision checking are queried for the grasp planning. Deployed on a UR5e with a parallel-jaw gripper and an Intel RealSense D435i, Pickalo achieves up to 600 mean picks per hour with 96-99% grasp success and robust performance over 30-minute runs on densely filled euroboxes. Ablation studies demonstrate the benefits of enhanced depth estimation and of the pose buffer for long-term stability and throughput in realistic industrial conditions. GenHOI: Generalized Hand-Object Pose Estimation with Occlusion Awareness

Generalized 3D hand-object pose estimation from a single RGB image remains challenging due to the large variations in object appearances and interaction patterns, especially under heavy occlusion. We propose GenHOI, a framework for generalized hand-object pose estimation with occlusion awareness. GenHOI integrates hierarchical semantic knowledge with hand priors to enhance model generalization under challenging occlusion conditions. Specifically, we introduce a hierarchical semantic prompt that encodes object states, hand configurations, and interaction patterns via textual descriptions. This enables the model to learn abstract high-level representations of hand-object interactions for generalization to unseen objects and novel interactions while compensating for missing or ambiguous visual cues. To enable robust occlusion reasoning, we adopt a multi-modal masked modeling strategy over RGB images, predicted point clouds, and textual descriptions. Moreover, we leverage hand priors as stable spatial references to extract implicit interaction constraints. This allows reliable pose inference even under significant variations in object shapes and interaction patterns. Extensive experiments on the challenging DexYCB and HO3Dv2 benchmarks demonstrate that our method achieves state-of-the-art performance in hand-object pose estimation.

Real-time Rendering-based Surgical Instrument Tracking via Evolutionary Optimization

Accurate and efficient tracking of surgical instruments is fundamental for Robot-Assisted Minimally Invasive Surgery. Although vision-based robot pose estimation has enabled markerless calibration without tedious physical setups, reliable tool tracking for surgical robots still remains challenging due to partial visibility and specialized articulation design of surgical instruments. Previous works in the field are usually prone to unreliable feature detections under degraded visual quality and data scarcity, whereas rendering-based methods often struggle with computational costs and suboptimal convergence. In this work, we incorporate CMA-ES, an evolutionary optimization strategy, into a versatile tracking pipeline that jointly estimates surgical instrument pose and joint configurations. Using batch rendering to efficiently evaluate multiple pose candidates in parallel, the method significantly reduces inference time and improves convergence robustness. The proposed framework further generalizes to joint angle-free and bi-manual tracking settings, making it suitable for both vision feedback control and online surgery video calibration. Extensive experiments on synthetic and real-world datasets demonstrate that the proposed method significantly outperforms prior approaches in both accuracy and runtime. MarUco: A Markerless 6D Pose Estimation Framework for Closed-Loop Control of Surgical Continuum Manipulators

Flexible endoscopic continuum manipulators offer high dexterity and access to complex anatomy, but nonlinear hysteresis limits feedforward control accuracy. Closed-loop control can compensate for these errors but requires accurate six-degree-of-freedom (6D) end-effector pose feedback. We present MarUco, a markerless 6D pose estimation framework for closed-loop control using only stereo vision during operation. A photorealistic pseudo-rigid-body simulation pipeline generates large-scale annotated training data without manual labeling. A multifeature fusion network integrates masks, keypoints, heatmaps, and bounding boxes from both stereo views to estimate an initial pose, followed by a learned single-pass render-and-compare module that refines the pose without iterative optimization. Kinematics-free hand-eye calibration estimates camera-to-robot-base extrinsics, and self-supervised adaptation uses unlabeled real stereo pairs to mitigate sim-to-real pose error. Across 1,000 real samples, MarUco achieves translation and rotation errors of 0.78 ±\pm 0.50 mm and 3.07 ±\pm 1.25°, respectively, with a total processing time of 52.4 ms per stereo pair. In closed-loop experiments over eight reference paths, MarUco achieves a mean terminal translation error of 1.8 mm, an 88% reduction relative to uncompensated open-loop control. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first markerless position-based visual servoing framework for continuum manipulators.

Equivariant symmetry-aware head pose estimation for fetal MRI

We present E(3)-Pose, a novel fast pose estimation method that jointly and explicitly models rotation equivariance and object symmetry. Our work is motivated by the challenging problem of accounting for fetal head motion during a diagnostic MRI scan. We aim to enable automatic adaptive prescription of diagnostic 2D MRI slices with 6-DoF head pose estimation, supported by rapid low-resolution 3D MRI volumes acquired before each 2D slice. Existing pose estimation methods struggle to generalize to clinical volumes due to pose ambiguities induced by inherent anatomical symmetries, as well as low resolution, noise, and artifacts. In contrast, E(3)-Pose captures anatomical symmetries and rigid pose equivariance by construction, and yields robust estimates of the fetal head pose. Our experiments on publicly available and representative clinical fetal MRI datasets demonstrate the superior robustness and generalization of our method across domains. Crucially, E(3)-Pose achieves state-of-the-art accuracy on clinical MRI volumes, supporting future clinical translation. Our implementation is publicly available at github.com/MedicalVisionGroup/E3-Pose.

AnyBox: Efficient Zero-Shot 9DoF Pose Estimation of Boxes for Robotic Manipulation

Recovering the 9D pose of objects, both their 6D pose and 3D dimensions, under clutter and occlusion is a core requirement for warehouse automation, logistics, and manufacturing. Model-based methods are accurate but assume an instance-specific CAD model for every object, which is costly to maintain as inventories change. Model-free and category-level methods relax this assumption, yet they remain vulnerable to the symmetry, weak texture, and heavy occlusion that characterize stacked storage boxes, and they ignore the strong structural priors such scenes provide. We present \textbf{AnyBox}, an efficient zero-shot framework that exploits the geometric regularity of boxes to jointly recover pose and dimensions from a single RGB-D observation. Starting from a canonical category template, AnyBox alternates between pose and scale estimation, using the discrepancy between the reprojected template and the observed mask to drive a binary search over box dimensions. Two lightweight components make this practical: a depth-consistency filter that rejects the implausible hypotheses induced by box symmetry, and an early-stopping rule that replaces the remaining search with a single closed-form update. On public benchmarks and an in-house warehouse dataset, AnyBox improves detection AP by up to 36 points, more than doubling the previous best, and approaches instance-level pipelines that have access to ground-truth CAD models. These gains transfer downstream, raising success by 28% on a cluttered robotic box-shelving task.

ECHO: Ego-Centric modeling of Human-Object interactions

Modeling human-object interactions (HOI) from an egocentric perspective is a critical yet challenging task, particularly when relying on sparse signals from wearable devices like smart glasses and watches. We present ECHO, the first unified framework to jointly recover human pose, object motion, and contact dynamics solely from head and wrist tracking. To tackle the underconstrained nature of this problem, we introduce a novel tri-variate diffusion process with independent noise schedules that models the mutual dependencies between the human, object, and interaction modalities. This formulation allows ECHO to operate with flexible input configurations, making it robust to intermittent tracking and capable of leveraging partial observations. Crucially, it enables training on a combination of large-scale human motion datasets and smaller HOI collections, learning strong priors while capturing interaction nuances. Furthermore, we employ a smooth inpainting inference mechanism that enables the generation of temporally consistent interactions for arbitrarily long sequences. Extensive evaluations demonstrate that ECHO achieves state-of-the-art performance, significantly outperforming existing methods lacking such flexibility. Occlusion-Aware 3D Hand-Object Pose Estimation with Masked AutoEncoders

Hand-object pose estimation from monocular RGB images remains a significant challenge mainly due to the severe occlusions inherent in hand-object interactions. Existing methods do not sufficiently explore global structural perception and reasoning, which limits their effectiveness in handling occluded hand-object interactions. To address this challenge, we propose an occlusion-aware hand-object pose estimation method based on masked autoencoders, termed as HOMAE. Specifically, we propose a target-focused masking strategy that imposes structured occlusion on regions of hand-object interaction, encouraging the model to learn context-aware features and reason about the occluded structures. We further integrate multi-scale features extracted from the decoder to predict a signed distance field (SDF), capturing both global context and fine-grained geometry. To enhance geometric perception, we combine the implicit SDF with an explicit point cloud derived from the SDF, leveraging the complementary strengths of both representations. This fusion enables more robust handling of occluded regions by combining the global context from the SDF with the precise local geometry provided by the point cloud. Extensive experiments on challenging DexYCB and HO3Dv2 benchmarks demonstrate that HOMAE achieves state-of-the-art performance in hand-object pose estimation. We will release our code and model.

XYZ-IBD: Benchmarking Robust 6D Object Pose Estimation under Real-World Industrial Complexity

While current 6D pose estimation benchmarks have reached near-saturation on household objects, they often fail to capture the stochastic and optical complexities of industrial environments. We introduce XYZ-IBD, a high-precision benchmark for object detection and 6D pose estimation specifically designed for industrial bin-picking. XYZ-IBD addresses the domain gap by providing 75 multi-view real-world scenes containing approximately 273k annotated instances of metallic, symmetrical, and specular objects. Unlike existing datasets, our benchmark features high-density stochastic stacking and multi-instance ambiguity, reflecting authentic robotic manipulation challenges. We employ a rigorous multi-stage and semi-automatic annotation pipeline, ensuring sub-millimeter annotation accuracy. The annotations are validated through our designed error quantification scheme, securing the reliability of the annotation quality. In addition to real-world evaluation data, we provide a large-scale complementary synthetic training set that is rendered under a realistic bin-picking simulation. Benchmarking state-of-the-art (SOTA) methods for 2D detection and 6D pose estimation reveals a significant performance degradation compared to standard household benchmarks, highlighting the unsolved challenges of industrial vision. XYZ-IBD establishes a new frontier for robust pose estimation in complex, high-occlusion, and reflective scenarios. The dataset and benchmark are publicly available at https://xyz-ibd.github.io.

DLTPose: 6DoF Pose Estimation From Accurate Dense Surface Point Estimates

We propose DLTPose, a novel method for 6DoF object pose estimation from RGBD images that combines the accuracy of sparse keypoint methods with the robustness of dense pixel-wise predictions. DLTPose predicts per-pixel radial distances to a set of minimally four keypoints, which are then fed into our novel Direct Linear Transform (DLT) formulation to produce accurate 3D object frame surface estimates, leading to better 6DoF pose estimation. Additionally, we introduce a novel symmetry-aware keypoint ordering approach, designed to handle object symmetries that otherwise cause inconsistencies in keypoint assignments. Previous keypoint-based methods relied on fixed keypoint orderings, which failed to account for the multiple valid configurations exhibited by symmetric objects, which our ordering approach exploits to enhance the model's ability to learn stable keypoint representations. Extensive experiments on the benchmark LINEMOD, Occlusion LINEMOD and YCB-Video datasets show that DLTPose outperforms existing methods, especially for symmetric and occluded objects. Cascaded Multi-Scale Attention for Enhanced Multi-Scale Feature Extraction and Interaction with Low-Resolution Images

In real-world applications of image recognition tasks, such as human pose estimation, cameras often capture objects, like human bodies, at low resolutions. This scenario poses a challenge in extracting and leveraging multi-scale features, which is often essential for precise inference. To address this challenge, we propose a new attention mechanism, named cascaded multi-scale attention (CMSA), tailored for use in CNN-ViT hybrid architectures, to handle low-resolution inputs effectively. The design of CMSA enables the extraction and seamless integration of features across various scales without necessitating the downsampling of the input image or feature maps. This is achieved through a novel combination of grouped multi-head self-attention mechanisms with window-based local attention and cascaded fusion of multi-scale features over different scales. This architecture allows for the effective handling of features across different scales, enhancing the model's ability to perform tasks such as human pose estimation, head pose estimation, and more with low-resolution images. Our experimental results show that the proposed method outperforms existing state-of-the-art methods in these areas with fewer parameters, showcasing its potential for broad application in real-world scenarios where capturing high-resolution images is not feasible. Code is available at https://github.com/xyongLu/CMSA.

Accurate and Efficient Object Pose Estimation via the Aggregation of Diffusion Features

Estimating the pose of objects from images is a crucial task of 3D scene understanding, and recent approaches have shown promising results on very large benchmarks. However, these methods experience a significant performance drop when dealing with unseen objects. To address this problem, we have an in-depth analysis on the features of diffusion models, e.g. Stable Diffusion, which hold substantial potential for modeling unseen objects. Based on this analysis, we then innovatively introduce these diffusion features for object pose estimation. To verify the efficacy of diffusion features for object pose estimation, we propose three distinct architectures (vanilla, nonlinear, and context-aware weight aggregations) that capture and aggregate diffusion features for comparative analysis. To achieve an efficient feature aggregation, we propose a confidence adaptive aggregation network that automatically selects the discriminative features rather than uses all the features, achieving a better speed-and-accuracy trade-off. In particular, our confidence adaptive aggregation network achieves higher accuracy than the previous best arts on unseen objects: 97.7% vs. 93.5% on Unseen LM, 85.5% vs. 76.3% on Unseen O-LM, showing the strong generalizability of our method. On the large-scale BOP benchmark, our method also provides measurable gains, with an average recall of 58.3 compared to 57.9 previously. In addition, CAA reduces computational cost by 1.3-1.5 compared to the CWA variant while maintaining comparable accuracy. Furthermore, CAA reaches real-time performance, achieving over 68 FPS and offering a substantially improved accuracy-efficiency trade-off.
