MeshFIM: Local Low-Poly Mesh Editing via Fill-in-the-Middle Autoregressive Generation

Autoregressive (AR) models can generate high-quality low-poly meshes from point clouds, but they still operate in an all-or-nothing manner: when a local region is unsatisfactory, the entire mesh must be regenerated, wasting computation and destroying satisfactory mesh structure elsewhere. We introduce MeshFIM, a Fill-in-the-Middle (FIM) framework that regenerates a target region of a low-poly mesh conditioned on the surrounding context. MeshFIM addresses three mesh-specific challenges: enforcing exact attachment along the exposed boundary, preserving topological order in the context, and suppressing overflow beyond the intended region. It does so with five complementary design choices: boundary vertex markers, context positional embeddings, expanded context width, context augmentation, and a low-poly geometry encoder whose gated subtraction mechanism focuses generation on the missing region by leveraging the difference between the reference surface and the existing mesh. Detailed ablation studies are presented to show the effectiveness of every introduced component. Based on MeshFIM, we demonstrate two applications: interactive brush-based editing and automatic defect repair on low-poly mesh (see Figure 1). Last but not least, experiments show that MeshFIM outperforms a range of baselines in mesh refinement, mesh repair and whole mesh generation plus stitch-back scheme.

Beyond Static Bias: Adaptive Multi-Fidelity Bandits with Improving Proxies

As an extension of the classical multi-armed bandit problem, multi-fidelity multi-armed bandits (MF-MAB) enable individual arms to be evaluated using diverse feedback sources that vary in both cost and accuracy. Prior stochastic models typically assume fixed low-to-high fidelity discrepancies, whereas modern proxy sources, such as learning-based simulators and Large Language Models (LLMs), can be improved using additional calibration. We investigate adaptive MF-MAB with improving proxy sources, and focus on the canonical two-fidelity case in which the low-fidelity source becomes more informative with repeated use. To capture this dynamic, we introduce a selected-average mismatch bound that converts dynamic low-fidelity observations into improvement-aware confidence bounds for the high-fidelity target. We propose the Threshold-Based Adaptive Continuation Companion (TACC), an optimistic algorithm that uses a bounded continuation rule to decide when low-fidelity sampling remains cost-effective and when to escalate. We prove an instance-dependent regret bound showing that, for detected intermediate arms, adaptive continuation replaces logarithmic high-fidelity confirmation with bounded low-fidelity continuation. Experiments on synthetic bandits and an LLM-as-a-judge policy-evaluation task examine when continuation improves cost-weighted regret.

LiVeAction: a Lightweight, Versatile, and Asymmetric Neural Codec Design for Real-time Operation

Modern sensors generate rich, high-fidelity data, yet applications operating on wearable or remote sensing devices remain constrained by bandwidth and power budgets. Standardized codecs such as JPEG and MPEG achieve efficient trade-offs between bitrate and perceptual quality but are designed for human perception, limiting their applicability to machine-perception tasks and non-traditional modalities such as spatial audio arrays, hyperspectral images, and 3D medical images. General-purpose compression schemes based on scalar quantization or resolution reduction are broadly applicable but fail to exploit inherent signal redundancies, resulting in suboptimal rate-distortion performance. Recent generative neural codecs, or tokenizers, model complex signal dependencies but are often over-parameterized, data-hungry, and modality-specific, making them impractical for resource-constrained environments. We introduce a Lightweight, Versatile, and Asymmetric neural codec architecture (LiVeAction), that addresses these limitations through two key ideas. (1) To reduce the complexity of the encoder to meet the resource constraints of the execution environments, we impose an FFT-like structure and reduce the overall size and depth of the neural-network-based analysis transform. (2) To allow arbitrary signal modalities and simplify training, we replace adversarial and perceptual losses with a variance-based rate penalty. Our design produces codecs that deliver superior rate-distortion performance compared to state-of-the-art generative tokenizers, while remaining practical for deployment on low-power sensors. We release our code, experiments, and python library at https://github.com/UT-SysML/liveaction .

Physical Fidelity Reconstruction via Improved Consistency-Distilled Flow Matching for Dynamical Systems

Reconstructing high-fidelity flow fields from low-fidelity observations is a central problem in scientific machine learning, yet recent diffusion and flow-matching models typically rely on iterative sampling, making them costly for latency-sensitive workflows such as ensemble forecasting, real-time visualization, and simulation-in-the-loop inference. We study whether a high-fidelity flow-matching generative model can be compressed into a compact one-step model for fast scientific flow reconstruction. Our approach distills an optimal-transport flow-matching teacher into a one-step consistency model. Low-fidelity observations are incorporated at inference by initializing the generative trajectory from a noised observation along the transport path, allowing an unconditional high-fidelity flow model to perform conditional reconstruction without retraining the teacher. We evaluate this distillation strategy on three fluid benchmarks, Smoke Buoyancy, Turbulent Channel Flow, and Kolmogorov Flow, using coarse-to-fine reconstruction as a controlled testbed at field sizes up to 256×256256 \times 256. Across these settings, the distilled student retains similar performance of the teacher's model on spectrum metrics, while using roughly half as many parameters and achieving a 12×12\times inference speedup over the flow-matching teacher. Under the same training budget, the distilled student also outperforms a one-step consistency model trained directly from scratch by 23.1%23.1\% in SSIM, showing that teacher distillation improves training efficiency rather than merely accelerating sampling. These results suggest a promising route for turning future high-capacity scientific generative models into compact reconstruction models that are faster to train, cheaper to run, and easier to deploy.

InkDiffuser: High-Fidelity One-shot Chinese Calligraphy via Differentiable Morphological Optimization

Current Chinese calligraphy generation methods suffer from poor stroke rendering and unrealistic ink morphology, resulting in outputs with limited visual fidelity and artistic fluidity. To address this problem, we propose \textbf{InkDiffuser}, a diffusion-based generative framework for one-shot Chinese calligraphy synthesis. To guarantee high-fidelity rendering, we introduce two core contributions: a high-frequency enhancement mechanism and a Differentiable Ink Structure (DIS) loss that explicitly regularizes ink morphology. Inspired by the observation that high-frequency information in individual samples typically carries contour details, we enhance content extraction by explicitly fusing high-frequency representations for more accurate font structure. Furthermore, we propose a differentiable ink structure loss that integrates differentiable morphological operations into the diffusion process. By allowing the model to learn an explicit decomposition of ink-trace structures, DIS facilitates fine-grained refinement of stroke contours and delivers significantly improved visual realism in the generated calligraphy. Extensive experiments on various calligraphic styles and complex characters demonstrate that InkDiffuser can generate superior calligraphy fonts with realistic ink rendering effects from only a single reference glyph and outperform existing few-shot font generation approaches in structural consistency, detail fidelity, and visual authenticity. The code is available at the following address: https://github.com/JingVIPLab/InkDiffuser.

Tamaththul3D: High-Fidelity 3D Saudi Sign Language Avatars from Monocular Video

Existing 3D sign language avatar reconstruction methods are developed and evaluated exclusively on Western sign languages, and no 3D parametric annotations exist for any Arabic Sign Language dataset, a gap that blocks the development of avatar-based accessibility applications for the Arab Deaf community. We release the first SMPL-X parametric annotations for the Ishara-500 Saudi Sign Language dataset, enabling quantitative evaluation and downstream sign language generation for Arabic Sign Language. We introduce Tamaththul3D, a reconstruction pipeline that aligns hand and body estimates through geometric inverse kinematics on the forearm chain followed by 2D-supervised shoulder refinement. The closed-form integration is decoupled from the specific choice of body and hand estimators: any SMPL-X-compatible body estimator and any MANO-compatible hand estimator can be substituted, as we demonstrate by swapping each module independently. Tamaththul3D achieves up to 32% lower hand error than prior methods, runs 32x faster than the strongest baseline, and generalizes across five typologically distinct sign languages without dataset-specific adaptation.

Amortized Variational Inference for Joint Posterior and Predictive Distributions in Bayesian Uncertainty Quantification

Bayesian predictive inference propagates parameter uncertainty to quantities of interest through the posterior-predictive distribution. In practice, this is typically performed using a two-stage procedure: first approximating the posterior distribution of model parameters, and then propagating posterior samples through the predictive model via Monte Carlo simulation. This sequential workflow can be computationally demanding, particularly for high-fidelity models such as those governed by partial differential equations. We propose a variational Bayesian framework that directly targets the posterior-predictive distribution and jointly learns variational approximations of both the posterior and the corresponding predictive distribution. The formulation introduces a variational upper bound on the Kullback--Leibler divergence together with moment-based regularization terms. The variational distributions are trained in an amortized manner, shifting computational effort to an offline stage and enabling efficient online inference. Numerical experiments ranging from analytical benchmarks to a finite-element solid mechanics problem demonstrate that the proposed method achieves more accurate predictive distributions than conventional two-stage variational inference, while substantially reducing the cost of online predictive inference.

High-Fidelity Mobile Avatars with Pruned Local Blendshapes

We propose a method to reconstruct high-fidelity human avatars from multi-view video that can run on mobile devices. Many works can model high-quality Gaussian-based full-body avatars from multi-view video. However, these methods require heavy computation to obtain pose-dependent appearance, making deployment on mobile devices very difficult. Recent methods distill from pretrained models and model pose-dependent nonlinear Gaussian attributes by linearly combining global pose features with blendshapes. Although they can run on mobile devices, they suffer some loss of detail. We observe that nearby Gaussians are often highly correlated within a local region of the body, and can be linearly modeled with less error. Therefore, we use local linear blendshapes in small body parts to capture global nonlinear changes of Gaussian attributes. To further reduce computation and model size, we propose to remove blendshapes for Gaussians whose attributes change little, yielding a minimal blendshape representation. Our method is an end-to-end training method without a pretrained model. To make it run on multiple devices, we implement our method using WebGPU. Experiments show that our method can render high-quality human avatars with better details, and can reach 120 FPS at 2K resolution on mobile devices.

ScaleBox: Enabling High-Fidelity and Scalable Code Verification for Large Language Models

Code sandboxes have emerged as a critical infrastructure for advancing the coding capabilities of large language models, providing verifiable feedback for both RL training and evaluation. However, existing systems fail to provide accurate verification and efficiency under high-concurrency workloads. We present ScaleBox, a high-fidelity and scalable system designed to address these limitations in large-scale code training. ScaleBox introduces automated special-judge generation and management, fine-grained parallel execution across test cases with seamless multi-node coordination, and a configuration-driven evaluation suite for reproducible benchmarking. A series of experiments demonstrates that ScaleBox significantly enhances code verification accuracy and efficiency. Our further RLVR experiments show that ScaleBox substantially improves both performance on LiveCodeBench and training stability, significantly outperforming heuristic-matching baselines. By providing a reliable and high-throughput infrastructure, ScaleBox facilitates more effective research and development in large-scale code training.

AnimateAnyMesh++: A Flexible 4D Foundation Model for High-Fidelity Text-Driven Mesh Animation

Recent advances in 4D content generation have attracted increasing attention, yet creating high-quality animated 3D models remains challenging due to the complexity of modeling spatio-temporal distributions and the scarcity of 4D training data. We present AnimateAnyMesh++, a feed-forward framework for text-driven animation of arbitrary 3D meshes with substantial upgrades in data, architecture, and generative capability. First, we expand the DyMesh-XL dataset by mining dynamic content from Objaverse-XL, increasing the number of unique identities from 60K to 300K and substantially broadening category and motion diversity. Second, we redesign DyMeshVAE-Flex with power-law topology-aware attention and vertex-normal enhanced features, which significantly improves trajectory reconstruction, local geometry preservation, and mitigates trajectory-sticking artifacts. Third, we introduce architectural changes to both DyMeshVAE-Flex and the rectified-flow (RF) generator to support variable-length sequence training and generation, enabling longer animations while preserving reconstruction fidelity. Extensive experiments demonstrate that AnimateAnyMesh++ generates semantically accurate and temporally coherent mesh animations within seconds, surpassing prior approaches in quality and efficiency. The enlarged DyMesh-XL, the upgraded DyMeshVAE-Flex, and variable-length RF together deliver consistent gains across benchmarks and in-the-wild meshes. We will release code, models, and the expanded DyMesh-XL upon acceptance of this manuscript to facilitate research in 4D content creation.

Virtual-reality based patient-specific simulation of spine surgical procedures: A fast, highly automated and high-fidelity system for surgical education and planning

Surgical training involves didactic teaching, mentor-led learning, surgical skills laboratories, and direct exposure to surgery; however, increasing clinical pressures have limited operating room (OR) exposure. This work leverages virtual reality (VR) to provide a safe and immersive training environment. Existing VR training is often based on standardized scenarios not tailored to individual clinical cases. This study addresses this limitation using artificial intelligence (AI) based computer vision methods to generate patient-specific simulations from computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). This study focuses on patient-specific spinal decompression simulation for spinal stenosis in a virtual operating room. The objectives were (1) automatic creation of 3D anatomical models and (2) VR simulation of spinal decompression procedures including laminectomy, disc resection, and foraminotomy. Model construction required multimodal fusion (registration) of CT and MRI and segmentation of relevant structures. Segmentation was evaluated using the Dice Similarity Coefficient (DSC), and registration accuracy using Target Registration Error (TRE). Qualitative feedback was obtained from surgeons and trainees. High-fidelity patient-specific 3D models were generated efficiently (approximately 2.5 minutes per case, N = 15). Segmentation accuracy was high, with a DSC of 0.95 (+/- 0.03) for vertebral bone and 0.895 (+/- 0.02) for soft tissue structures. Registration accuracy showed a mean TRE of 1.73 (+/- 0.42) mm. Semi-structured interviews indicated improved spatial understanding, increased procedural confidence, and strong perceived educational value. This platform significantly reduced the time and costs of patient-specific modelling, thereby facilitating pre-operative planning, post-procedural assessments, and comprehensive surgical simulation.

NeuralEmu: in situ Measurement-Driven, ML-based, High-Fidelity 5G Network Emulation

Current and future applications demand ultra-low latency and consistent throughput, yet frequently traverse 5G cellular networks, so cope with volatile packet dynamics, as 5G base station schedulers dynamically react to user workloads and wireless channel conditions. The task of evaluating network algorithms in these environments is hamstrung by current tools: record-and-replay emulators sever the feedback interaction that exists between application end points and a commercial operator's proprietary 5G scheduler, while full-stack simulators rely on overly simplistic scheduling logic. To bridge this reality gap, we present NeuralEmu, a high-fidelity, machine learning-based emulation framework that learns complex 5G scheduler resource allocation behaviors directly from extremely high-resolution network telemetry tools. The first emulator to handle multiple clients, NeuralEmu utilizes machine learning to dynamically predict resource block allocations and modulation schemes based on instantaneous user buffer occupancy and channel states. To capture realistic cross-user contention, a traffic reconstruction model inverts cellular network scheduling results to recover the underlying traffic patterns of uncontrolled background users. Implemented as an high-performance Linux middlebox emulator, NeuralEmu reduces emulation error relative to the state of the art for various network applications including but not limited to 55% for web-page load time, 57% for WebRTC encoder bit rate, and 51% for cloud gaming packet one-way delay, providing an accurate, standardized testing ground for tomorrow's real-time interactive network protocols and applications.

Speech Enhancement Based on Drifting Models

We propose Speech Enhancement based on Drifting Models (DriftSE), a novel generative framework that formulates denoising as an equilibrium problem. Rather than relying on iterative sampling, DriftSE natively achieves one-step inference by evolving the pushforward distribution of a mapping function to directly match the clean speech distribution. This evolution is driven by a Drifting Field, a learned correction vector that guides samples toward the high-density regions of the clean distribution, which naturally facilitates training on unpaired data by matching distributions rather than paired samples. We investigate the framework under two formulations: a direct mapping from the noisy observation, and a stochastic conditional generative model from a Gaussian prior. Experiments on the VoiceBank-DEMAND benchmark demonstrate that DriftSE achieves high-fidelity enhancement in a single step, outperforming multi-step diffusion baselines and establishing a new paradigm for speech enhancement.

Bridging the Training-Deployment Gap: Gated Encoding and Multi-Scale Refinement for Efficient Quantization-Aware Image Enhancement

Image enhancement models for mobile devices often struggle to balance high output quality with the fast processing speeds required by mobile hardware. While recent deep learning models can enhance low-quality mobile photos into high-quality images, their performance is often degraded when converted to lower-precision formats for actual use on mobile phones. To address this training-deployment mismatch, we propose an efficient image enhancement model designed specifically for mobile deployment. Our approach uses a hierarchical network architecture with gated encoder blocks and multiscale refinement to preserve fine-grained visual features. Moreover, we incorporate Quantization-Aware Training (QAT) to simulate the effects of low-precision representation during the training process. This allows the network to adapt and prevents the typical drop in quality seen with standard post-training quantization (PTQ). Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method produces high-fidelity visual output while maintaining the low computational overhead needed for practical use on standard mobile devices. The code will be available at https://github.com/GenAI4E/QATIE.git.

EvoMarket: A High-Fidelity and Scalable Financial Market Simulator

High-fidelity, scalable market simulation is a key instrument for mechanism evaluation, stress testing, and counterfactual policy analysis. Yet existing simulators rarely achieve \emph{mechanism fidelity} beyond single-asset intraday settings, \emph{microstructure fidelity} against historical limit order books (LOB), and \emph{computational tractability} at market scale in a single system. This paper presents \textit{EvoMarket}, a discrete-event, multi-agent financial market simulator designed for intervention-oriented experiments in multi-asset and cross-day environments. EvoMarket couples a high-throughput execution core (optimized LOB data structures, hierarchical scheduling under propagation delays, and asynchronous per-asset matching) with explicit institutional mechanisms (market calendars, opening call auctions, price limits, and T+1 settlement). To avoid expensive black-box calibration, EvoMarket introduces an Oracle-guided in-run self-calibration mechanism that interprets microstructure discrepancy as missing order flow and synthesizes corrective orders at recording checkpoints. Experiments on China A-share order-flow and LOB data show close replay alignment over five trading days, fidelity gains from budgeted in-run calibration across depth levels, broad agent order-space coverage, and scalable performance under increasing input order rates and market breadth. We further demonstrate cross-asset linkage and event-study style intervention evaluation that produces structured dependence and interpretable event-time responses.

UniCSG: Unified High-Fidelity Content-Constrained Style-Driven Generation via Staged Semantic and Frequency Disentanglement

Style transfer must match a target style while preserving content semantics. DiT-based diffusion models often suffer from content-style entanglement, leading to reference-content leakage and unstable generation. We present UniCSG, a unified framework for content-constrained, style-driven generation in both text-guided and reference-guided settings. UniCSG employs staged training: (i) a latent-space semantic disentanglement stage that combines low-frequency preprocessing with conditioning corruption to encourage content-style separation, and (ii) a latent-space frequency-aware detail reconstruction stage that refines details via multi-scale frequency supervision. We further incorporate pixel-space reward learning to align latent objectives with perceptual quality after decoding. Experiments demonstrate improved content faithfulness, style alignment, and robustness in both settings.

LSRM: High-Fidelity Object-Centric Reconstruction via Scaled Context Windows

We introduce the Large Sparse Reconstruction Model to study how scaling transformer context windows affects feed-forward 3D reconstruction. Although recent object-centric feed-forward methods produce robust, high-quality reconstructions, they still lag behind dense-view optimization in recovering fine-grained texture and appearance. We show that expanding the context window -- by substantially increasing the number of active object and image tokens -- narrows this gap and enables high-fidelity 3D object reconstruction and inverse rendering. To scale effectively, we adapt native sparse attention for 3D reconstruction with three key contributions: (1) an efficient coarse-to-fine pipeline that focuses computation on informative regions by predicting sparse high-resolution residuals; (2) a 3D-aware spatial routing mechanism that establishes accurate 2D-3D correspondences using explicit geometric distances rather than standard attention scores; and (3) a custom block-aware sequence-parallel strategy with an All-gather-KV protocol to balance dynamic, sparse workloads across GPUs. As a result, LSRM handles 20x more object tokens and >2x more image tokens than prior state-of-the-art (SOTA) methods. Extensive evaluations on standard novel-view synthesis benchmarks show substantial gains over the current SOTA, yielding >2.4dB higher PSNR and >40% lower LPIPS. Furthermore, when extending LSRM to inverse rendering, qualitative and quantitative evaluations on widely used benchmarks demonstrate consistent improvements in texture and geometry details, achieving an LPIPS that matches or exceeds that of SOTA dense-view optimization methods. Code and model weights are available on our project page.

IRIS: A Real-World Benchmark for Inverse Recovery and Identification of Physical Dynamic Systems from Monocular Video

Unsupervised physical parameter estimation from video lacks a common benchmark: existing methods evaluate on non-overlapping synthetic data, the sole real-world dataset is restricted to single-body systems, and no established protocol addresses governing-equation identification. This work introduces IRIS, a high-fidelity benchmark comprising 240 real-world videos captured at 4K resolution and 60fps, spanning both single- and multi-body dynamics with independently measured ground-truth parameters and uncertainty estimates. Each dynamical system is recorded under controlled laboratory conditions and paired with its governing equations, enabling principled evaluation. A standardized evaluation protocol is defined encompassing parameter accuracy, identifiability, extrapolation, robustness, and governing-equation selection. Multiple baselines are evaluated, including a multi-step physics loss formulation and four complementary equation-identification strategies (VLM temporal reasoning, describe-then-classify prompting, CNN-based classification, and path-based labelling), establishing reference performance across all IRIS scenarios and exposing systematic failure modes that motivate future research. The dataset, annotations, evaluation toolkit, and all baseline implementations are publicly released.

Genie Sim 3.0 : A High-Fidelity Comprehensive Simulation Platform for Humanoid Robot

The development of robust and generalizable robot learning models is critically contingent upon the availability of large-scale, diverse training data and reliable evaluation benchmarks. Collecting data in the physical world poses prohibitive costs and scalability challenges, and prevailing simulation benchmarks frequently suffer from fragmentation, narrow scope, or insufficient fidelity to enable effective sim-to-real transfer. To address these challenges, we introduce Genie Sim 3.0, a unified simulation platform for robotic manipulation. We present Genie Sim Generator, a large language model (LLM)-powered tool that constructs high-fidelity scenes from natural language instructions. Its principal strength resides in rapid and multi-dimensional generalization, facilitating the synthesis of diverse environments to support scalable data collection and robust policy evaluation. We introduce the first benchmark that pioneers the application of LLM for automated evaluation. It leverages LLM to mass-generate evaluation scenarios and employs Vision-Language Model (VLM) to establish an automated assessment pipeline. We also release an open-source dataset comprising more than 10,000 hours of synthetic data across over 200 tasks. Through systematic experimentation, we validate the robust zero-shot sim-to-real transfer capability of our open-source dataset, demonstrating that synthetic data can server as an effective substitute for real-world data under controlled conditions for scalable policy training. Hybrid coupling with operator inference and the overlapping Schwarz alternating method

This paper presents a novel hybrid approach for coupling subdomain-local non-intrusive Operator Inference (OpInf) reduced order models (ROMs) with each other and with subdomain-local high-fidelity full order models (FOMs) with using the overlapping Schwarz alternating method (O-SAM). The proposed methodology addresses significant challenges in multiscale modeling and simulation, particularly the long runtime and complex mesh generation requirements associated with traditional high-fidelity simulations. By leveraging the flexibility of O-SAM, we enable the seamless integration of disparate models, meshes, and time integration schemes, enhancing computational efficiency while maintaining high accuracy. Our approach is demonstrated through a series of numerical experiments on complex three-dimensional (3D) solid dynamics problems, showcasing speedups of up to 106x compared to conventional FOM-FOM couplings. This work paves the way for more efficient simulation workflows in engineering applications, with potential extensions to a wide range of partial differential equations.

Bifidelity Parameter Estimation Using Conditional Diffusion Models

We present a bifidelity method for uncertainty quantification of parameter estimates in complex systems, leveraging generative models trained to sample the target conditional distribution. In the Bayesian inference setting, traditional parameter estimation methods rely on repeated simulations of potentially expensive forward models to determine the posterior distribution of the parameter values, which may result in computationally intractable workflows. Furthermore, methods such as Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) necessitate rerunning the entire algorithm for each new data observation, further increasing the computational burden. Hence, we propose a novel method for efficiently obtaining posterior distributions of parameter estimates for high-fidelity models given data observations of interest. The method first constructs a low-fidelity, conditional generative model capable of amortized Bayesian inference and hence rapid posterior density approximation over a wide-range of data observations. When higher accuracy is needed for a specific data observation, the method employs adaptive refinement of the density approximation. It uses outputs from the low-fidelity generative model to refine the parameter sampling space, ensuring efficient use of the computationally expensive high-fidelity solver. Subsequently, a high-fidelity, unconditional generative model is trained to achieve greater accuracy in the target posterior distribution. Both low- and high- fidelity generative models enable efficient sampling from the target posterior and do not require repeated simulation of the high-fidelity forward model. We demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method on several numerical examples, including cases with multi-modal densities, as well as an application in plasma physics for a runaway electron simulation model.
