High-Fidelity Digital Twin Data Models by Randomized Dynamic Mode Decomposition and Deep Learning with Applications in Fluid Dynamics

The purpose of this paper is the identification of high-fidelity digital twin data models from numerical code outputs by non-intrusive techniques (i.e., not requiring Galerkin projection of the governing equations onto the reduced modes basis). In this paper the author defines the concept of the digital twin data model (DTM) as a model of reduced complexity that has the main feature of mirroring the original process behavior. The significant advantage of a DTM is to reproduce the dynamics with high accuracy and reduced costs in CPU time and hardware for settings difficult to explore because of the complexity of the dynamics over time. This paper introduces a new framework for creating efficient digital twin data models by combining two state-of-the-art tools: randomized dynamic mode decomposition and deep learning artificial intelligence. It is shown that the outputs are consistent with the original source data with the advantage of reduced complexity. The DTMs are investigated in the numerical simulation of three shock wave phenomena with increasing complexity. The author performs a thorough assessment of the performance of the new digital twin data models in terms of numerical accuracy and computational efficiency.

High-Fidelity Video Quality Assessment with VQA-Specific Saliency

No-reference video quality assessment (NR VQA) has recently seen promising progress with deep learning. However, video data is inherently large, and processing them with deep models incurs high computational cost. This challenge is particularly acute in VQA, where preserving original-resolution cues and dense temporal information is critical for accuracy. Existing efficiency-driven preprocessing strategies, such as fragmenting, reduce computation but alter the input data distribution, limiting effective reuse of pretrained video foundation models (ViFMs). To address these challenges, we propose \textbf{H}igh-\textbf{F}idelity \textbf{V}ideo \textbf{Q}uality \textbf{A}ssessment (\textbf{HFVQA}), a framework built on fixed-size spatio-temporal (ST) patches that is fully compatible with pretrained ViFMs. HFVQA samples ST patches across multiple scales, including the original resolution, with minimal temporal subsampling to preserve low-level quality cues and semantic context. To limit computation, HFVQA introduces a lightweight auxiliary network trained end-to-end with the ViFM encoder to learn \textit{VQA-specific saliency}. Distilled directly from quality supervision, this saliency captures task-specific importance patterns, reflecting that video quality perception is dominated by a small subset of spatio-temporal regions. By combining high-fidelity spatio-temporal cues with learned, task-specific saliency, HFVQA achieves SOTA performance on standard NR VQA benchmarks while processing as little as 12% of candidate ST patches, making high-fidelity ViFM-based VQA computationally tractable.

HairCS: Reconstructing Strand-Based Hair from Hair Cards

We present an automated pipeline that converts hair-card models into high-quality strand-based hairstyles. Given a collection of textured triangular or quad strips as input, our method produces a strand-based representation that preserves the original hairstyle while enriching it with fine-scale geometric detail and adhering to standard production requirements: strands originate from the scalp, roots are uniformly distributed, and the hair volume is plausibly filled. The resulting assets are directly compatible with strand-based rendering, physics-based simulation, and common grooming modifiers (e.g., clumping, curling, noise) for enhanced realism and artistic control. We validate our approach on a large and diverse set of hairstyles, including short and long hair, curly styles, and complex styles such as buns and ponytails.

Revisiting Avatar-As-Image: High-Fidelity Registration is All You Need

The representation of 3D clothed humans as standardized 2D UV texture and displacement maps over an underlying body model has long been studied. This compact representation is enticing as it enables pretrained image networks to process, generate, and edit 3D avatars, but is only useful if scans are accurately aligned and brought into correspondence via high-fidelity registration. This prerequisite has never been met, which we argue explains the limited quality of prior UV-based methods for clothed humans. Despite its significance, no public method produces high-fidelity SMPL(-X)+D registrations with UV texture from arbitrary clothed scans. We present AvaImg, a multi-stage optimization pipeline, to close this gap: it enforces body-inside-clothing constraint via signed winding numbers, made viable by a three-level efficiency cascade (~10x runtime reduced, ~95% storage saved), and recovers fine surface detail using coarse-to-fine displacement optimization. AvaImg outperforms all baselines in body fitting, shape estimation, and surface registration across six datasets, yielding textured registrations near-indistinguishable from scans (PSNR=34.48dB). For validation of AvaImg's Avatar-as-Image representation as imminently compatible with image foundation models, we auto-encode our UV maps via the frozen FLUX VAE. This achieves only 0.76mm added Chamfer error relative to scan and shows that the resulting maps lie within natural-image distributions, supporting the use of 2D generative priors for 3D avatar generation. Code, data, and Singularity containers will be at https://yuxuan-xue.com/avaimg.

ZipTok3D: High-Fidelity 3D Tokenization with Compact Token Prefixes

Compact token sequences are essential for efficient 3D generation. However, existing 3D tokenizers typically organize latent representations either over spatial regions or as fixed-size sets of global tokens, both suffering sharp reconstruction degradation when compressed to extremely low token budgets. In this paper, we present ZipTok3D, a 3D tokenizer designed for high-fidelity reconstruction from extremely short token sequences. Its key idea is to organize object geometry into progressively informative global-token prefixes and unfold these compact representations through iterative decoding. Specifically, nested dropout randomly truncates the latent sequence after encoding during training and requires each retained prefix to reconstruct the complete object, thereby prioritizing essential geometric information in the leading tokens. The decoder then repeatedly applies a parameter-shared Transformer block to recover fine-grained geometry from each prefix without a separate generative sampling stage. With the same token dimension, ZipTok3D achieves reconstruction quality comparable to the 32-token COD-VAE baseline using only one token on ShapeNet and four on TRELLIS, yielding 32×32\times and 8×8\times shorter token sequences, respectively.

HiPHI: A Large-Scale Benchmark for High-Precision Human Motion and Object-Interaction

Humanoid intelligence requires learning over an extremely diverse space of whole-body motions and physically grounded interactions. However, existing embodied datasets remain fundamentally limited: internet-scale video data lack precise physical states and interaction grounding, while laboratory motion datasets provide high fidelity but only narrow behavioral coverage. This mismatch creates a critical bottleneck for scalable humanoid policy learning. We present HiPHI, a 600+ hour scale high-fidelity whole-body human motion dataset designed to systematically maximize coverage of the human motion and interaction manifold. HiPHI is theoretically guided by FrameNet, a linguistic framework organizing human primitives. Created using an optical motion capture pipeline, HiPHI provides sub-millimeter spatial marker tracking accuracy for full-body human motion and mesh-level object trajectories. We further introduce a benchmark suite evaluating motion-space diversity, interaction grounding, object consistency, and physical AI applications. Our analyses demonstrate that HiPHI significantly expands motion coverage compared to existing motion datasets while maintaining high-fidelity interaction quality, and establishes a scalable data foundation for training, evaluating, and generalizing humanoid policies in real-world embodied tasks, where similar extensions are also applicable to motion prior models in computer graphics. In-Loop Model Adaptation with Coupled Latent-Noise Guidance for High-Fidelity Subject-Driven Text-to-Image Generation

Text-to-image diffusion models have achieved remarkable success in generating high-quality images from a given text prompt. Subject-driven generation aims to synthesize customized images to mimic the appearance of subjects in given reference images within different visual contexts specified by the text prompts. The central challenge here is that, when the reference image changes, the diffusion model cannot efficiently adapt to different visual contexts while consistently maintaining the subject identity. Existing methods either train the model with a large domain-specific dataset or fine-tune the model using the reference image for hundreds of iterations before actual image generation. In this work, we explore a new approach, called \textit{In-Loop Model Adaptation} (IMA), which adapts the core diffusion model at each generation step during the actual process of image generation, without being trained on the reference image before the generation process. To this end, we establish a DDIM inversion chain that maps the reference image to a sequence of latent, as well as a text-to-image generation chain which generates the image from the text prompt only. We then introduce a masked latent consistency loss and a noise regularization loss to characterize the latent-noise difference between the diffusion model and these two chains at each generation step. This coupled latent-noise loss is used to guide the in-loop model adaptation to preserve the subject identity specified by the reference image while maintaining accurate alignment with the text prompt, resulting in high-fidelity text-to-image generation. Our extensive experiments demonstrate that our proposed IMA method significantly improves the performance of subject-driven text-to-image generation.

High Fidelity Capture, Reconstruction, and Transfer of Human Demonstrations for Robot-Assisted Bathing

Despite the demand for robots in high-value clinical tasks like bathing, contemporary systems still lack the safety and reliability required for complex, sustained physical interaction with humans. A key challenge hindering the development of such systems is that collecting, understanding, and effectively transferring highly dynamic, contact-rich human bathing demonstrations is difficult, even with modern motion and tactile sensing equipment. We present a straightforward, but effective framework for doing so with high fidelity by utilizing contact regions as a key processing primitive. We use our framework to build a dataset of bathing demonstrations performed by trained clinicians on human subjects. We then use this dataset to design and control an arm-mounted dexterous soft hand to perform bathing tasks on a mannequin using open- and closed-loop strategies. Our dataset is the first to provide high quality synchronized motion, shape, contact, and force during sustained, contact-rich human-human interaction, and our transfer strategies demonstrate effective use of these data across multiple levels of the robotics stack. All relevant materials will be publicly released to enable further advancements in physical human-robot interaction (pHRI) research.

InstructionCrafter: Generating Consistent and High-Fidelity Visual Instructions

Given textual task instructions, generating step-by-step visual instructions as an image sequence requires the simultaneous satisfaction of multiple properties, specifically step faithfulness, cross-image consistency, and per-frame visual quality. Existing text-to-image generation approaches rarely meet all three properties, owing to independent sampling that breaks consistency, finetuning on low-quality video that degrades per-frame quality, and frozen backbones that lack multi-step understanding. In this work, we propose InstructionCrafter, a diffusion-based framework with the key idea of separating the optimization of temporal and instructional alignment from per-frame visual quality via (1) spatial-freeze training and (2) instruction-aware adapters. Built on a pretrained video diffusion backbone, InstructionCrafter freezes the spatial layers that control per-frame detail and updates only temporal and text-conditioning pathways to learn instruction semantics and inter-step relations, which preserves the generative prior for per-frame quality and reduces trainable parameters by about 50 percent compared with full finetuning. We also introduce two lightweight adapters that enhance the model's understanding of instructional context. The Consistent Adapter aggregates textual cues from the entire instruction sequence and from neighboring steps to keep object identity and attributes consistent across frames, and the Context-Aware Temporal Adapter converts cross-attention outputs into biases for temporal self-attention, explicitly propagating inter-frame relations. Extensive experiments on two benchmark datasets demonstrate state-of-the-art overall performance on step faithfulness, cross-image consistency, and per-frame visual quality while significantly reducing noise, blur, and spurious subtitles. Our code and trained models will be publicly available.

Out-Of-The-Loop Multi-Fidelity Bayesian Optimization

Black-box optimization is a ubiquitous problem in science and engineering, often dealing with expensive objective functions with cheaper lower-fidelity proxies available. Multi-fidelity Bayesian optimization (MF-BO) is a principled approach to this problem, leveraging correlations across different fidelities when querying the objective. However, for many important MF-BO tasks, the true highest-fidelity function is prohibitively expensive to be part of the optimization loop. Nevertheless, practitioners often have gold standard data (observations of the highest-fidelity function) obtained from previous experiments that might provide information for the current task. For instance, in molecular optimization, chemists often pick the top-kk candidate molecules using various computer simulations, and later reveal their true objective function values. In this work, we demonstrate the suboptimality of standard MF-BO algorithms in the real-world scenarios above, even under ideal assumptions. Next, we mitigate this problem by incorporating historical high-fidelity data accompanied by task descriptors---which can be explicitly given or extracted from unstructured metadata. We demonstrate the effectiveness of our methods on synthetic functions, as well as real-world problems in chemistry and hyperparameter optimization.

ScalablePromptus: Scalable and High-Fidelity Prompt-Based Video Streaming

Prompt-based video streaming transmits compact semantic prompts instead of pixel-level content for generative reconstruction, enabling ultra-low-bitrate communication. However, the state-of-the-art Promptus framework is vulnerable to network fluctuation, where partially received prompts lead to catastrophic quality collapse. We propose ScalablePromptus, which enhances Promptus with semantic and color-aware prompt inversion, spherical linear interpolation for intermediate frames, and--most critically--a dropout training strategy that produces rank-ordered prompt representations. This allows the receiver to reconstruct meaningful video from arbitrarily truncated prompts without any adaptation. Under stable networks, ScalablePromptus achieves modest quality gains. Under lossy conditions, it reduces the performance degradation caused by truncation by 82%-95% compared to the baseline, making prompt-based streaming robust enough for real-world deployment.

MSVS-VAE: Multi-Scale Anchored VecSet for High-Fidelity 3D Reconstruction

High-fidelity 3D generative modeling increasingly relies on the latent diffusion paradigm, where the reconstruction quality of the underlying 3D VAE becomes a primary bottleneck. Existing approaches largely follow two paradigms: sparse voxel-based representations achieve strong reconstruction quality but incur significant memory and computational overhead, while set-based representations are compact and continuous yet typically lag in fidelity due to latent sparsity and excessive global smoothness. We propose MSVS-VAE, a hierarchical set-based VAE that closes this fidelity gap without sacrificing compactness. Our key idea is to progressively densify anchored VecSet latents via hierarchical point-shuffle upsampling, increasing spatial capacity for fine-grained geometry modeling. To efficiently decode from the densified hierarchy, we replace global cross-attention with AVS-Conv, a geometry-aware local aggregation operator operating within local neighborhoods rather than the exhaustive latent set. We further introduce multi-scale query decoding to fuse coarse-to-fine latent features, where coarse scales provide stable global context, and fine scales refine localized geometry, reducing artifacts from overly local receptive fields. Extensive experiments on Objaverse, ABO, and in-the-wild benchmarks demonstrate that MSVS-VAE consistently outperforms prior set-based and voxel-based VAEs, delivering approximately 10x faster decoding than prior set-based methods and approximately 10x higher compactness than voxel-based baselines.

Recurrent Sinusoidal INRs for Efficient High-Fidelity Representation

We study sinusoidal recurrence as an iterative mechanism for harmonic spectral enrichment in implicit neural representations (INRs). Our analysis reveals that sinusoidal activations induce a harmonic line spectrum, providing a spectral account of how recurrent unrolling enriches the effective spectral support. We realize this principle with a shared sinusoidal block that iteratively refines the latent representation. We empirically validate the resulting spectral behavior against feed-forward INRs, non-sinusoidal recurrent variants, and equilibrium-style sinusoidal models. Complementing this analysis, we evaluate the proposed architecture across image and 3D representation tasks. On RGB image benchmarks, our method achieves higher fidelity than feed-forward baselines with fewer parameters and fewer optimization steps, and it further transfers favorably to super-resolution, NeRF, and SDF tasks.

MagicMakeup: A Region-Controllable Diffusion Transformer for High-Fidelity Makeup-Transfer

Makeup-transfer applies the reference makeup to the source face while preserving the source identity. Despite advances in full-face editing by diffusion-based methods, strong regional controllability, makeup fidelity, and identity preservation remain challenging. The reasons are (i) pixel-to-attention misalignment that causes spillover into non-target areas and weakens regional control; (ii) unclear transfer/preservation concept separation under two-image conditioning, leading to coupling between makeup attributes and identity; and (iii) the lack of a high-resolution dataset that is identity-consistent and region-labeled for fine-grained supervision. In this paper, we propose MagicMakeup, a diffusion transformer-based framework for region-controllable and high-fidelity makeup transfer, built on spatial constraints and concept disentanglement. To enable precise region-specific editing while preserving identity, we propose Token-Aligned Region Gating, which aligns pixel masks with attention and applies region-specific logit gating. To clarify the concepts of transfer and preservation, we further introduce Cross-Modal Perception Guidance, which aligns text and image features to enhance cross-modal concept perception. We also design a pipeline for the generation of 1024 x 1024 data pairs through region-specific makeup removal and establish a unified benchmark in synthetic and real settings. Extensive quantitative and qualitative experiments show that MagicMakeup improves regional controllability, makeup fidelity, and identity preservation, with strong robustness across styles, races, and poses.

TAMF-VTON: Texture-Aware Mask-Free Virtual Try-On via High-Fidelity Image Synthesis

Recent diffusion-based virtual try-on (VTON) methods remain limited by their reliance on segmentation masks, insufficient preservation of fine-grained textures, and limited support for arbitrary multi-garment compositions. Consequently, existing approaches still face significant challenges in real-world e-commerce deployment. We present TAMF-VTON, a texture-aware, mask-free framework that enables high-fidelity image synthesis under practical unconstrained conditions. Our method requires no human parsing or inpainting masks at inference time and supports diverse garment styles, categories, and quantities, enabling the simultaneous transfer of multiple items while preserving body structure and intricate texture details. This is achieved through a unified generative pipeline with three key components: (1) a lightweight Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) adaptation scheme that enables efficient fine-tuning without compromising the base model's general editing capabilities; (2) a frequency-domain supervision mechanism that explicitly optimizes high-frequency spectral consistency to preserve high-fidelity textures; and (3) a robust data curation pipeline employing an adaptive inpainting strategy to simulate the inverse VTON process for high-quality training pair generation. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our approach outperforms state-of-the-art methods in both quantitative metrics and perceptual quality. Optimized for efficiency, the model achieves inference in under 15 seconds per image on an NVIDIA RTX 4090 with INT4 quantization. By combining mask-free operation, flexible multi-garment composition, faithful texture preservation, and efficient inference on consumer hardware, TAMF-VTON demonstrates a commercially viable solution for scalable deployment in real-world digital fashion scenarios. WaterMoE: Expert-Routing-based Watermarking for High Fidelity and Efficiency

Large language models (LLMs) have achieved remarkable success but raise growing concerns about content provenance and misuse, motivating the need for reliable watermarking techniques. However, these techniques have rarely been adopted in practice mainly for two reasons: i) severely degraded model performance, and ii) additional inference overhead. To confirm the problem, we construct a comprehensive benchmark spanning different generation tasks to systematically evaluate 9 representative watermarking methods. We found almost all existing methods are designed for text fluency, but not for restricted and complicated tasks, and their overhead prevents them from deployment in latency-critical systems. To address i) and ii), we propose an LLM watermarking scheme \textit{WaterMoE} for the growingly popular Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) LLMs. WaterMoE embeds watermarking signals through controlled perturbation into the expert selection at each router, which accumulates to token selection shift at the final output. In contrast to watermarking as a post-processing token-sampling approach, WaterMoE embeds watermark within the inference loop incurring negligible quality degradation and computational overhead. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method achieves a fidelity performance close to the unwatermarked and consistently outperforms state-of-the-art watermarking methods on the benchmark, with up to 4×4\times speedup, incurring merely 1% additional inference latency compared to native generation. The results demonstrate the capability of WaterMoE to be deployed in real-world tasks.

HiFi-LLP: High-Fidelity, Low-Cost Latency Predictors with Confidence for Robust HW-NAS

With deep neural networks (DNNs) increasingly deployed on edge devices, hardware (HW)-aware optimization techniques--such as HW-aware compression and HW-aware neural architecture search (HW-NAS)--have become essential. These methods rely on real feedback from the target hardware to tailor DNN architectures for efficient deployment. While the search can be parallelized, latency measurements via hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) remain a bottleneck due to their sequential nature. Recent approaches use latency predictors to replace costly HIL feedback, but challenges persist: (1) platform-specific predictors often require tens of thousands of samples, and (2) inaccurate predictions can mislead the NAS process. To address this, we introduce HiFi-LLP, a high-fidelity, low-cost latency predictor based on graph attention networks, augmented with a confidence metric. HiFi-LLP outperforms prior platform-specific predictors by up to 9 percentage points (p.p.) in the 10% accuracy bound and achieves a Spearman's rank correlation of up to 0.996 across six devices in the LatBench dataset. We further propose a hybrid NAS framework that routes low-confidence predictions to HIL, achieving up to 8.6×\times speedup compared to typical NAS while maintaining a competitive Pareto front.

The Devil Is in the Leakage: A Disentangled Dual-Purification Framework for High-Fidelity Hairstyle Transfer

Hairstyle transfer aims to synthesize a photorealistic portrait by transplanting the hairstyle from a reference image onto a source subject while preserving the source identity. Recent foundation models show strong generative capability, but they struggle with the zero-shot disentanglement required for precise local editing, often entangling the reference hairstyle with its original identity and pose. Existing diffusion-based pipelines typically decompose the task by first generating a "bald" image from the source and then injecting hairstyle features from the reference. However, we show that this paradigm suffers from a fundamental leakage problem. Identity Leakage in Hairstyle occurs when hairstyle features retain reference identity or pose information, while Flaw Leakage in Bald arises when residual artifacts in the bald image are propagated into the final synthesis. To address both issues, we propose the Dual-Purification Framework (DPF), which introduces two complementary training-time regularizers. Adversarial Hairstyle Purification (AHP) purifies hairstyle features by suppressing identity predictability under a mutual-information-inspired adversarial objective. Contrastive Geometric Purification (CGP) regularizes the ControlNet pathway with a contrastive objective, reducing the model's reliance on geometric artifacts in the bald condition. By jointly purifying the hairstyle representation and geometric pathway, DPF achieves high-fidelity, identity-preserving hairstyle transfer and state-of-the-art performance on diverse benchmarks.

Structure-Detail Decoupled Autoregressive Generation for Fast and High-Fidelity Virtual Try-On

Virtual try-on (VTON) is a bi-conditional image generation problem that requires not only accurate person preservation but also faithful garment deformation and detail synthesis. Diffusion-based VTON methods can jointly model these factors in a compressed latent space, but suffer from high-frequency detail loss due to inherent latent compression, even with costly multi-step denoising. Recent visual autoregressive (VAR) models offer a promising alternative for high-quality generation with faster inference, yet remain unexplored for VTON due to the lack of effective bi-conditioning mechanisms. To bridge this gap, we first introduce VAR-VTON, a VAR-based VTON model that incorporates garment conditioning and structural guidance for efficient latent-space VTON. Despite its efficacy, latent-space generation still struggles to preserve fine-grained garment details. We argue that different VTON sub-tasks should be addressed in different representation spaces: structural synthesis such as garment warping and person layout is suited to the latent space, whereas fine-grained detail recovery should be tackled in the pixel space. Motivated by this insight, we further propose STAR-VTON, a Two-Stage AutoRegressive framework that builds upon VAR-VTON by decoupling latent-space structural synthesis from pixel-space detail recovery. Our idea is to resort to a matching-informed refiner to establish dense correspondences between the stage-one generation and the source garment to directly map fine-grained pixel-space details. Extensive experiments show that STAR-VTON achieves an impressive efficiency-fidelity trade-off: VAR-VTON runs at least 4×4\times faster than diffusion-based counterparts without degrading quality, and the pixel-space refiner effectively restores fine details and acts as a plug-and-play module that can benefit existing VTON approaches.

WaveNet-Style Guitar Amplifier Model Pruning for Real-Time iOS Deployment

WaveNet-style convolutional networks emulate tube amplifiers and distortion pedals with high fidelity, but their computational cost has confined them to desktops or dedicated DSP hardware. We present a sparse-enabled WaveNet inference engine for iOS that runs heavily pruned neural guitar amplifier models in real time on iPhones. Aggressive iterative magnitude pruning removes 90% of the network weights with no perceptible loss in quality. A custom sparse C++ engine turns this sparsity directly into compute savings, sustaining low-latency real-time operation on a CPU-only iPhone implementation where the dense model cannot. On-device output matches the trained model to within int16 quantization error. At the demonstration, visitors will play a guitar through the app on iPhone hardware and A/B the on-device pruned model against the physical pedal it emulates. Tensor Train Diffusion: Leveraging Low-Rank Structures for High-Dimensional Score-Based Sampling

Diffusion models offer a powerful framework for sampling from complex probability densities by learning to reverse a noising process. A common approach involves solving for the time-reversed stochastic differential equation (SDE), which requires the score function of the evolving sample distribution. The logarithm of this distribution's density is governed by a Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman (HJB) type partial differential equation (PDE). However, current methods for solving this PDE, such as PINNs or trajectory-based techniques, often suffer from long training times and significant sensitivity to hyperparameter tuning. In this work, we introduce a novel and efficient solver for the underlying HJB equation based on the functional tensor train (FTT) format. The FTT representation leverages latent low-rank structures to efficiently approximate high-dimensional functions, enabling both model compression and rapid computation. By integrating this efficient representation with a backward-in-time iterative scheme derived from backward stochastic differential equations (BSDEs), we develop a fast, robust and accurate sampling method. Our approach overcomes primary bottlenecks of existing techniques, enabling high-fidelity sampling from challenging target distributions with improved efficiency.

High-Fidelity One-Step Generative Visuomotor Policy via Recursive Correction, Frequency Consistency, and Contrastive Flow Matching

Generative models such as diffusion and flow matching have advanced robotic visuomotor policies by modeling multimodal action distributions, but their multi-step sampling or ODE solving introduces inference latency. Existing one-step acceleration methods often compress the whole generation process into a single large update, leading to spatial deviation, frequency distortion, and mode averaging. This paper proposes a high-fidelity one-step generative visuomotor policy framework that addresses these issues with three complementary mechanisms. Recursive Consistent Action Flow (RCAF) uses recursive correction to compensate for spatial truncation errors and align one-step predictions with refined flow trajectories. Dual-Timestep Frequency Consistency (DTFC) preserves high-frequency manipulation details through adaptive spectral consistency across flow timesteps. Contrastive Flow Matching (CFM) separates entangled action flows with a margin-based repulsive objective, reducing ambiguous actions in multimodal manipulation. Experiments on RoboTwin, RoboTwin 2.0, Adroit, DexArt, and real-world robot platforms show that the proposed method achieves competitive or superior performance compared with strong 10-step generative policy baselines while requiring only one forward pass (1 NFE), enabling low-latency visuomotor control.

SupplyNetPy: An Open-Source Python Library for High-Fidelity Modeling and Simulation of Arbitrary Supply Chain and Inventory Networks

This paper introduces SupplyNetPy, an open-source, well-documented Python library for modeling and discrete-event simulation of supply chain networks with arbitrary multi-echelon structures. It supports multiple replenishment policies, perishable inventory, node disruptions, and stochastic demand and lead times. All components are extensible via inheritance. Users describe a supply chain as a graph with node and link attributes, while the library handles simulation, providing logs and extensive node and network level performance reports. This paper presents the motivation, design, key features, and architecture of SupplyNetPy, along with detailed validation results (against analytical benchmarks, a commercial tool, and a published case study). A key motivation behind SupplyNetPy's development is programmatic generation and simulation of complex models, enabling design-space exploration, what-if analysis, training data generation, and supply chain digital twins.

SuperFlex: Deformable Superquadrics for Point Cloud Decomposition

Superquadrics have proven to provide a compact, geometrically meaningful representation for 3D objects. However, existing methods suffer from limited reconstruction accuracy, are restricted to rigid primitives, and lack robustness to partial point clouds. In this work, we present SuperFlex, an enhanced framework that expands the expressive power and applicability of superquadric decompositions. First, we introduce a novel loss formulation which significantly improves reconstruction accuracy. Second, we include bending and tapering deformations, enabling high-fidelity representation of curved and asymmetric geometries. Finally, we leverage these high-quality decompositions as supervision to train a model that is robust to partial real-world point clouds. Experiments demonstrate substantial improvements in reconstruction accuracy over both optimization- and learning-based baselines while maintaining a highly compact primitive representation.

Condensing Large-Scale Datasets Directly with Minimal Information Loss

Recent advancements in scaling dataset distillation rely heavily on decoupled information extraction pipelines, comprising SQUEEZE, RECOVER, and RELABEL stages. Despite their scalability to large-scale datasets, these methods suffer from prohibitive computational overhead and poor cross-architecture generalization. In this paper, we reveal the root cause of these bottlenecks: the implicit dual-compression process, from data to model and back to images, inherently induces severe information loss. Crucially, we empirically and theoretically demonstrate that this loss creates a distribution shift that fundamentally compromises the widely adopted RELABEL strategy, transforming the pre-trained model into an unreliable labeler that yields sub-optimal labels. To overcome these critical flaws, we propose CIM, a novel, metric-driven framework that abandons the flawed dual-compression paradigm. Instead, CIM explicitly quantifies and minimizes the information gap between the original and synthetic datasets. By directly aligning the data distributions, our approach ensures high-fidelity information condensation and inherently satisfies the prerequisites for effective relabeling. Extensive experiments demonstrate that CIM establishes a new state-of-the-art. Notably, it distills ImageNet-1K at an IPC=10 in merely 80 minutes on a single RTX-4090 GPU, achieving an unprecedented 48.7% Top-1 accuracy on ResNet-18 and significantly outperforming previous SOTA approaches, such as NRR-DD and DELT, by 2.6% and 2.9%, respectively. CubifyGS: Object-Centric 3D Gaussian Splatting for Lifelong Dynamic Scene Maintenance

Lifelong scene mapping under rigid object rearrangement remains a fundamental challenge in robotics. While 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) enables high-fidelity modeling, primitive-level updates often cause persistent ghosting and slow recovery. We propose CubifyGS, an object-level mapping framework that shifts dynamic maintenance from passive re-optimization to active asset management. CubifyGS models movable instances as reusable Gaussian assets, detects object appearance and disappearance, and updates maps through asset retrieval, rigid transformation, and explicit pruning rather than reconstruction from scratch. To address geometric voids and local photometric mismatch after such edits, we further propose an event-triggered adaptive optimization strategy that focuses computation on affected regions. We validate our approach on a newly constructed high-fidelity dynamic benchmark, demonstrating that CubifyGS improves artifact suppression and maintenance efficiency over representative reproducible baselines in the evaluated object-rearrangement setting.

ModaFlow: Modality-Aware Flow Matching for High-Fidelity Virtual Try-On

Image-based virtual try-on has emerged as a compelling task in e-commerce and augmented reality, yet existing methods struggle to simultaneously preserve fine garment semantics and adapt to diverse person body geometries under large clothing-body deformations. We present ModaFlow, a modality-aware flow-matching based framework for high-fidelity virtual try-on that achieves precise alignment between textual descriptions and garment appearance. Unlike prior methods that treat multimodal conditions uniformly, ModaFlow introduces a modality-aware guidance scheme: visual garment embeddings extracted by a pretrained image prompt adapter provide deterministic, persistent structural guidance, while textual embeddings generated from garment descriptions are controlled via classifier-free guidance (CFG) with adaptive scaling and zero-initialized velocity. To further enhance flow field accuracy, we propose two regularization losses, cosine similarity and perceptual flow discrimination, that jointly improve directional consistency and perceptual realism of the velocity field. Additionally, a mask manipulation strategy stochastically samples among box, transparent, and relaxed masks during training, simulating diverse occlusion scenarios and enabling robust inference under unpaired settings where only a box mask is available. Experiments show that ModaFlow achieves state-of-the-art results in both qualitative and quantitative evaluations, reducing FID by approximately 30% on paired and 20% on unpaired benchmarks.

SatSplatDiff: Geometry-preserving generative refinement for high-fidelity satellite Gaussian Splatting

Gaussian Splatting has been recently explored for satellite 3D reconstruction, demonstrating flexibility and efficiency in representing radiometrically diverse satellite scenes. However, the limited top viewpoint of satellite imagery results in insufficient supervision on building facades, leaving surface holes and degraded visual fidelity. Generative refinement, which leverages pretrained generative priors to iteratively refine and update the rendered images used as supervision targets, has recently been investigated to improve the visual fidelity of Gaussian-rendered images. However, since these models refine each view independently, the resulting images can generate hallucinations and break photo-consistency, leading to geometric degradation. To address these limitations, we propose SatSplatDiff, which aims to minimize geometric degradation prevalent in generative refinement. Building on photogrammetric DSM initialization and 2DGS-based shadow casting established in our prior work SatSplat, we first introduce monocular depth supervision and multi-scale geometric refinement to establish a geometrically accurate and well-regularized surface representation. We then apply shadow-guided generative refinement, where geometrically calculated shadow maps guide the Gaussians to maintain consistency with the underlying geometry, improving visual fidelity while reducing geometric degradation. Extensive evaluations on the IARPA2016 and DFC2019 datasets demonstrate state-of-the-art performance, reducing geometric MAE by up to 18% and improving visual fidelity (FID-CLIP) by 28-45% over existing baselines. Our method delivers up to 5x resolution enhancement with minimal hallucination and sensor-consistent appearance, demonstrating seamless cross-tile consistency and strong scalability for large-scale reconstruction. OSC2Runner: OpenSCENARIO 2.x Compliant High-Fidelity AV Simulation in CARLA

Scenario-Based Testing predominantly relies on the legacy ASAM OpenSCENARIO 1.x XML standard because existing continuous simulation frameworks lack native execution support for the recently matured v2.x Domain-Specific Language (DSL). Adapting legacy interpreters to evaluate v2.x logic introduces spatiotemporal drift, asynchronous event latencies, and artificial kinematic snapping. Addressing this execution gap, OSC2Runner introduces the first orchestration framework capable of natively mapping the OpenSCENARIO v2.x DSL to CARLA. The framework achieves this by formalizing scenario translation as a compilation pipeline through a multi-pass transpiler architecture. Bypassing static trajectory playback, the architecture synthesizes type-safe Abstract Syntax Trees directly into dynamic deterministic behavior trees (py_trees) natively mapped to CARLA's atomic APIs. Empirical validation in highly concurrent adversarial case studies demonstrates tick-by-tick determinism, exact spatial trigger evaluation, and 100.0 ms cross-actor blackboard synchronization. Kinematic analysis proves the strict adherence to continuous environmental boundaries. This architecture transitions Scenario-Based Testing from approximate behavioral interpretation to mathematically rigorous execution, establishing the deterministic backend required for co-simulation, hardware-in-the-loop testing, and automated LLM-driven generation pipelines.

HiFiVe: High-Fidelity Vehicle Generation Leveraging Auto-Regressive 2D Generative Priors

Existing 3D vehicle generation methods often suffer from low geometric fidelity and blurry textures, hindering their downstream applications. While recent works adopt multi-view diffusion models for high-fidelity texture, they are often constrained by fixed viewpoints, limited resolution, and a reliance on costly fine-tuning to achieve cross-view consistency. In this paper, we propose HiFiVe, a training-free framework for high-fidelity vehicle modeling through joint texture and geometry enhancement by imposing 3D geometric constraints to anchor 2D generative priors. Specifically, we propose an auto-regressive texture refinement pipeline that progressively synthesizes high-resolution textures from arbitrary viewpoints. To ensure cross-view consistency, the coarse geometry serves as a synchronization prior, conditioning each generation step on previously synthesized frames via depth-based warping and multi-view texture fusion. Moreover, the inherent symmetry of vehicles is exploited to mitigate error accumulation. Finally, high-frequency surface details are recovered by refining the mesh geometry using normal maps estimated from the enhanced textures. Extensive experiments on synthetic and real-world vehicle datasets demonstrate that our method significantly improves both geometric detail and texture quality compared to state-of-the-art baselines. FLUX3D: High-Fidelity 3D Gaussian Generation with Diffusion-Aligned Sparse Representation

Sparse voxel representation has emerged as a scalable foundation for image-to-3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) generation, yet current methods struggle to preserve high-frequency visual details of input images due to two structural bottlenecks. First, they adopt discriminative 2D features optimized for semantic abstraction to construct sparse voxel latents, which suppress reconstructive cues and induce a representation bottleneck. Second, in the generation stage, standard diffusion transformers lack effective mechanisms to align dense 2D image tokens with sparse 3D voxel latents, resulting in a cross-modal correspondence bottleneck. To address these issues, we propose FLUX3D, a scalable image-to-3DGS framework that boosts both representation learning and cross-modal alignment during generation. We first revisit 2D feature selection for sparse-voxel-based 3D representation learning, propose Diffusion-Aligned Structured Latents (DA-SLAT) and couple it with a decoder-only architecture to improve 3DGS reconstruction fidelity. We also design a sparse-structure-aware diffusion framework, which integrates the Sparse-structure Multimodal Diffusion Transformer (SMDiT) and Modal-Aware Rotary Positional Embedding (MARoPE) to achieve geometry-agnostic 2D-3D alignment. Extensive benchmark experiments demonstrate that FLUX3D yields substantial improvements in appearance fidelity and significantly outperforms all state-of-the-art (SOTA) methods in generating high-quality 3DGS assets.

Differential Unfolding: Efficient Unfolding Reconstruction for Video Snapshot Compressive Imaging

While Deep Unfolding Networks (DUNs) dominate video Snapshot Compressive Imaging (SCI), they remain constrained by a uniform design philosophy. Existing methods repeatedly stack high-complexity priors with identical structures, ignoring the fact that optimization trajectories converge toward static states. This results in representation stagnation, where high-cost computations are wasted on minimal feature updates. To address this inefficiency, we present Differential Unfolding (DU), a heterogeneous framework that replaces uniform repetition with dynamic evolution. Central to DU is the Differential Evolutionary Framework (DEF), which partitions the unfolding process into two complementary roles: structural anchoring and differential evolution. In this scheme, high-parameter general stages are sparsely deployed to generate high-fidelity feature foundations. Complementing these, lightweight differential stages employ a Differential Representation Prior (DRP) to propagate and refine these foundational features through a differential mechanism. By integrating Differential Representation Attention (DRA) for evolving attention maps and a Differential Modulated FFN (DM-FFN) for feature rectification, DRP effectively models cross-stage variations with minimal overhead. By focusing computational resources on dynamic evolution rather than static redundancy, DU achieves a superior trade-off between accuracy and efficiency. Extensive experiments verify that our method establishes new state-of-the-art results while significantly slashing computational overhead. https://github.com/Muyuan-Zhang/DU

Multi4D: High-Fidelity Dynamic Gaussian Splatting via Multi-Level Competitive Allocation

Dynamic 3D Gaussian splatting faces a fundamental tension between motion consistency and visual fidelity. Deformation-based approaches preserve temporal correspondence but suffer from motion over-factorization, oversmoothing high-frequency dynamics. In contrast, 4D-primitive methods capture fine visual details yet incur temporal overparameterization, breaking object identity and leading to severe storage overhead. To resolve this, we introduce Multi4D, a framework for high-fidelity dynamic Gaussian Splatting based on multi-level competitive allocation. Instead of a monolithic representation, we distribute modeling capacity across three structured levels: static structure, persistent dynamic geometry, and transient appearance primitives. Through shared rasterization and residual-driven optimization, these levels dynamically compete to explain photometric error, enabling adaptive specialization without pre-assigned decomposition. This allocation preserves long-term motion consistency while capturing fine dynamic detail, achieving state-of-the-art rendering quality and real-time performance with significantly fewer dynamic primitives. Furthermore, because our representation explicitly tracks compact persistent Gaussians over time, semantic features can be embedded afterward, enabling Multi4D to achieve state-of-the-art 4D segmentation accuracy with an order-of-magnitude speedup. Starter-Iterator Neural Operator: A Unified Architecture for High-Fidelity Forward and Inverse PDE Problems

Operator learning is an emerging field at the intersection of machine learning and scientific computing. By learning mappings between function spaces, neural operators provide data-driven surrogate models for families of partial differential equations (PDEs). Once trained, these models can evaluate solution operators efficiently, making them suitable for many-query applications such as real-time prediction and parameter sweeps. However, maintaining high approximation accuracy and stable long-term predictions remains challenging for complex forward and inverse problems. To address these challenges, we propose the Starter-Iterator Neural Operator (SINO), which incorporates the initialization and residual-correction structures of classical iterative solvers into neural operator learning. The frequency-domain Starter captures dominant global spectral features and provides an informed initial approximation, while the latent-space Iterator applies successive residual-based corrections to refine local and multiscale solution structures. Experiments on representative time-dependent PDEs, including the Navier-Stokes and acoustic wave equations, together with applications to image super-resolution and weather forecasting, show that SINO achieves competitive accuracy and stable performance across the benchmarks considered in this work.

Uncertainty Quantification of Engineering Structures by Polynomial Chaos Expansion and Multivariate Active Learning

In many engineering applications, a single high-fidelity model produces multiple quantities of interest (QoIs) under the same input parameters, e.g. finite element models of complex physical systems. To alleviate the high computational cost of direct model evaluations, surrogate models are widely used to construct efficient approximations of model responses. Naturally, the accuracy of surrogates strongly depends on the quality of the experimental design (ED). However, a single ED may not provide an adequate representation for all outputs simultaneously, especially when different outputs exhibit varying sensitivities to the input variables. A straightforward solution is to perform separate sampling for each output, but this results in increased sampling complexity and computational cost. From a statistical perspective, such an approach also ignores potential correlations among all outputs and may compromise data consistency. To address this issue, an adaptive sequential sampling method for constructing polynomial chaos expansion surrogate models is generalized for vector valued QoIs. The method sequentially selects new samples from a candidate pool based on their local contribution to the output variance, while balancing distance-based exploration of the input space and exploitation of aggregated variance information across all outputs. Its performance is compared with non-sequential Latin Hypercube Sampling through several numerical examples from engineering problems. Numerical results demonstrate that the proposed strategy improves both surrogate accuracy and stability, and provides a more reliable estimation of second-order statistics.

Multi-Fidelity SINDy: Sparse Discovery of Nonlinear Dynamical Systems with Fidelity-Weighted Measurements

Data from simulations and experiments are rarely noise-free and often exhibit heterogeneous levels of fidelity. Measurement uncertainty may vary across repeated observations, sensing devices, or even within a single experiment. This work addresses the problem of discovering nonlinear dynamical systems from such inhomogeneous data. We extend the Sparse Identification of Nonlinear Dynamical Systems (SINDy) framework to account for variable noise levels by combining Ensemble SINDy and Weak SINDy within a weighted regression formulation derived from generalized least squares. A statistical justification for the weighting strategy is also provided. The methodology is validated on several benchmark systems, including ordinary and partial differential equations. In addition, we show the benefit of multi-fidelity integration for forecasting the dynamics of a double pendulum system. The results confirm that the proposed approach mitigates the adverse effects of heteroscedastic noise and that repeated, low-cost, low-quality measurements can improve model recovery, in some cases matching or outperforming reconstructions obtained using only high-fidelity data.

A fully GPU-based workflow for building physics emulators of hypersonic flows

The ability to resolve complex physical phenomena with high fidelity and at low computational cost is central to addressing key challenges in modern engineering. A prime example lies in hypersonic flows, where the precise prediction of the full flowfield topology, in particular with respect to shock wave location and intensity, is critical. Yet supersonic and hypersonic flows continue to be a stumbling block for traditional reduced-order models and neural emulators that struggle to capture steep gradients in flow states with physical consistency in applications of industrial relevance. To that end, we introduce a fully GPU based workflow that integrates accelerated data generation with the training of neural emulators augmented by uncertainty quantification and physics-aware refinement. Our workflow is enabled by a differentiable high-fidelity solver (JAX-Fluids) which we employ for rapid dataset creation and residual-based improvement of the neural emulator to enhance physical consistency. Building on this framework, we first present a suite of model architectures and analyze their scaling behavior to expose their strengths and shortcomings. We then show that residual-based refinement enables training on cases where only mesh and input parameters are available, substantially reducing residuals and improving physical consistency. Together, differentiable simulation and residual-based refinement yield physics emulators that remain reliable beyond their training distribution, a key requirement for deploying surrogates in real-world engineering design loops.

High-Fidelity Two-Step Image Generation via Teacher-Aligned End-to-End Distillation

Few-step diffusion distillation has become increasingly mature for 4-8-step generation, yet pushing further to 2 steps remains challenging. In this work, we introduce Z-Image Turbo++, a high-quality 2-step image generation model distilled from the 8-step Z-Image Turbo teacher. Our method addresses the central bottlenecks of increased task difficulty and limited model capacity in 2-step generation through three simple but effective design choices tailored to this regime. First, we propose Distribution-Aligned Adversarial Learning, which uses teacher-generated images rather than external real images as real samples for GAN training, providing a more attainable and informative adversarial target. Second, we adopt Step-Decoupled Parameterization, assigning independent model parameters to the two denoising steps to better match their distinct capacity demands. Third, we perform End-to-End Training with Iterative Regularization, allowing the first step to receive gradients from final image quality while preserving a meaningful intermediate generation through an explicit step-1 loss. Together, these designs substantially narrow the quality gap between 2-step and 8-step generation in both qualitative and quantitative evaluations, highlighting the potential of carefully tailored distillation strategies for improving the quality-efficiency trade-off in few-step generation.

HiPi: Reproducible High-Fidelity Piezoresistive Sensors for Robotic Manipulation

Piezoresistive tactile sensors are attractive for robotic manipulation because they are thin, lightweight, low-cost, and scalable to dense large-area sensing. However, existing systems still face a practical trade-off: recent reproducible designs emphasize accessibility and ease of reproduction, whereas high-fidelity readout architectures remain more difficult to fabricate, assemble, and deploy. We present HiPi, a reproducible high-fidelity piezoresistive sensing system for robotic manipulation. Building on a low-crosstalk readout principle, HiPi redesigns the complete hardware stack around reproducibility, deployability, and multi-sensor scalability. The system includes a compact readout PCB compatible with commercial PCB fabrication and assembly services, eliminating manual soldering; a smaller and lower-cost STM32-based MCU module; an optimized communication pipeline that achieves 220 Hz readout in a bimanual setup with four dense tactile arrays (2048 taxels in total); and FPCB-based conductive layers that simplify sensor fabrication and stacking. Experiments with structured 3D-printed contact patterns show that HiPi preserves contact geometry substantially better than a reproducible baseline, improving the average IoU from 0.428 to 0.797 and the average Dice score from 0.539 to 0.886. These results suggest that HiPi bridges an important gap between reproducible fabrication and high-fidelity readout, making dense piezoresistive tactile sensing more practical for bimanual manipulation and multi-fingered robotic systems.

InstantRetouch: Efficient and High-Fidelity Instruction-Guided Image Retouching with Bilateral Space

Language-guided photo retouching aims to adjust color and tone while preserving geometry and texture. Recently, diffusion-based retouching shows a superior visual quality, but often struggles with both fidelity issues due to its generative nature and efficiency because of its iterative sampling process. In this work, we propose an efficient and fidelity-preserving retouching method using bilateral space manipulation, which is both compact and content-decoupled. Specifically, instead of directly editing pixels or image latents, our model predicts a low-resolution bilateral grid of affine transforms, which are sliced using a learned guidance map and then applied to the full-resolution image. This approach yields both high fidelity and improved efficiency. To retain strong priors of a pretrained generative model, we distill a multi-step diffusion model into our bilateral grid framework using Variational Score Distillation, complemented by a prompt alignment loss to guide instruction-following behavior. Additionally, we introduce a new benchmark and evaluate our method across multiple dimensions: fidelity, instruction following, and efficiency. Compared to the latest retouch methods, like Gemini-2.5-Flash (Nano-Banana), our method can avoid content drift, significantly improve latency, and generate visually pleasing edits, while maintaining a high level of fidelity. JenBridge: Adaptive Long-Form Video Soundtracking across Scene Transitions

We address the challenge of generating high-fidelity, long-form soundtracks that remain coherent across scene transitions. Existing AI music systems are mainly designed for short, isolated clips and lack mechanisms to ensure narrative continuity. We present JenBridge, a modular and interpretable framework for adaptive long-form video soundtracking that ensures both high-fidelity audio generation and transition naturalness. The core architecture is a Transformer-based generative model trained with a flow-matching objective, following a two-stage paradigm: pretraining on large-scale text-audio corpora to establish robust musical priors, then adapting to the video domain with dual text-visual conditioning for precise cross-modal alignment. Crucially, to achieve long-form coherence across diverse scene changes, JenBridge incorporates a novel adaptive transition mechanism. This system features a versatile toolkit of transition styles, including a generative transition method, and uniquely employs a Large Language Model (LLM) Agent that acts as a director to select the most appropriate transition for each narrative shift intelligently. To rigorously assess this task, we propose the LVS Benchmark, a new benchmark that includes a curated dataset and novel evaluation metrics focusing on holistic and transition-aware assessment. Extensive experiments on the proposed benchmark demonstrate that JenBridge significantly outperforms existing methods in both objective and subjective metrics, particularly in terms of transition naturalness and overall narrative coherence. JenBridge represents a significant step towards fully automated, professional-quality video soundtracking.

High-Fidelity Industrial Crash Dynamics Prediction via Geometry-Aware Operator Learning with Memory-Efficient Low-Rank Attention

Automotive crashworthiness optimization remains a safety-critical challenge, requiring the management of large-scale nonlinear structural deformations and energy dissipation through iterative, high-fidelity simulations. While traditional finite element solvers are computationally prohibitive, emerging operator learning frameworks provide rapid surrogate predictions; however, applying them to industrial-scale crash analysis, where complex geometry, contact nonlinearities, and rapidly evolving transient deformation coexist, remains an open challenge. In this paper, we demonstrate that the GeoTransolver framework provides a viable solution for accurate, high-fidelity crash dynamics prediction at industrial scale. Benchmarked on complex bumper beam and full-vehicle crash datasets, GeoTransolver captures multi-scale geometric context and accurately resolves plastic deformation patterns as well as acceleration profiles at critical occupant locations. Beyond the architecture itself, we propose and systematically evaluate a suite of temporal prediction recipes, including one-shot, time-conditional, and autoregressive rollout strategies, demonstrating that the one-shot approach achieves state-of-the-art accuracy with significantly reduced training overhead and inference latency. As a secondary contribution, we introduce a Fast Low-rank Attention Routing Engine (FLARE)-based modification to the GeoTransolver attention backbone that reduces memory overhead by approximately 2x while further improving predictive accuracy for O(N) long-range, high-frequency transients, preserving the geometry-aware cross-attention strengths of the base framework. Our results highlight the practical viability of geometry-aware operator learning for high-fidelity surrogate modeling of complex, safety-critical automotive dynamics.

CodecCap: High-Fidelity Codec-Inspired Residual Modeling for Dense Video Captioning

Existing video captioning methods struggle to balance visual fidelity and redundancy: holistic captions are compact but lose fine-grained evidence, whereas segment-wise captions improve coverage but introduce heavy redundancy. We propose CodecCap, a codec-inspired framework for high-fidelity dense video captioning. Analogous to video codecs, CodecCap represents videos using keyframe and residual captions. Keyframe captions exhaustively encode stable visual context, while residual captions capture temporally only localized actions, motions and changes. This effectively preserves fine-grained visual evidence while reducing redundant descriptions. To quantify the fidelity of captions, we introduce VidCapQA, a caption-then-QA benchmark with 1,000 questions across 14 capability dimensions. Results on VidCapQA show that captions directly generated by strong VLMs still miss many visual details, highlighting caption representation as a critical bottleneck. Experiments show that CodecCap significantly surpasses direct captioning with the same underlying VLMs, suggesting keyframe-residual captioning a way for high-fidelity video-language supervision. We further use CodecCap to construct CodecVDC-100K, a large-scale dense captioning dataset with anchor, residual, scene-level, and video-level supervision.

Depth Peeling for High-Fidelity Gaussian-Enhanced Surfel Rendering

Novel view synthesis has been significantly advanced by NeRFs and 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS), which require ordering volumetric samples or primitives for correct color blending. While the recent Gaussian-Enhanced Surfels (GES) enable high-performance, sort-free rendering, they suffer from aliasing artifacts and suboptimal reconstruction. To address these limitations, we propose DP-GES, a novel representation that augments opaque surfels with semi-transparent boundaries and leverages Depth Peeling to establish accurate per-pixel ordering. This design enables sort-free Gaussian splatting with correct transmittance modulation, effectively eliminating aliasing and popping artifacts while facilitating a fully differentiable joint optimization. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method achieves superior reconstruction quality and compares favorably against state-of-the-art techniques across a wide range of scenes.

High-fidelity Modeling of Full-scale Pressurized Water Reactor Flow Fields for Machine Learning Applications

This work presents a high-fidelity computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and data-driven modeling framework for assembly-level flow characterization in a four-loop pressurized water reactor (PWR). A full lower-plenum and core-inlet domain was constructed using publicly available geometry and operating conditions, enabling transient simulations with pump-induced swirl boundary conditions. The results show that cold-leg swirl and lower-plenum transport generate strongly heterogeneous assembly-wise inlet flow distributions, particularly near the lower core region, while axial resistance and mixing progressively homogenize the flow at higher elevations. These physics-informed datasets were subsequently used to evaluate machine learning (ML) applications for partial field reconstruction and short-term autoregressive prediction. A 3D convolutional-based inpainting model successfully recon-structed missing assembly-level mass flow rates from partial observations, with errors concentrated in the highly turbulent base (bottom) layer and diminishing significantly in upper layers. Comparative analysis across multiple ML models demon-strates that spatially aware architectures, particularly ConvLSTM, significantly outperform sequence-based (LSTM) and operator-learning (DeepONet) approaches by effectively capturing coupled spatio-temporal dynamics. The study also high-lights key challenges, including the sensitivity of inlet flow predictions to turbulence and mesh resolution, as well as the absence of full-scale experimental validation data. Despite these limitations, the results remain consistent with expected physical behavior. Overall, this work establishes high-fidelity CFD as a critical foundation for developing data-driven surrogates, sparse sensing strategies, and future multiphysics coupling frameworks.

AstroMind: A High-Fidelity Benchmark for Spacecraft Behavior Reasoning Based on Large Language Models

Understanding why a spacecraft maneuvers -- rather than simply that it did -- is an increasingly important problem for space domain awareness as Earth orbits grow crowded and contested. Current analysis pipelines are built for detection: they are good at picking up that something happened, less good at reasoning about what it means. AstroMind is a physics-grounded benchmark designed to close that gap. It draws on high-fidelity astrodynamics simulations and real observational constraints, converting them into verifiable reasoning problems across three task types: intent inference, maneuver parameter estimation, and threat assessment. Each scenario includes realistic sensing noise and multi-source textual intelligence at varying reliability levels. Evaluation metrics capture both semantic correctness and quantitative consistency under physical constraints. Benchmarking a suite of open-weight models shows no single model dominates every axis: Qwen3 (32B) leads on intent inference accuracy; QwQ (32B) leads on threat assessment and achieves the lowest median relative error on parsed items; GPT-OSS (20B) produces the strongest judged reasoning quality and extracts the most scalar values for parameter estimation (136 of 241 parsed items). Training data composition and reasoning style matter as much as model size. Structured reasoning prompts help consistently across tested 8B models, with larger gains for those that can already track physical constraints. AstroMind gives the field a shared test for a problem where getting the physics right and reading the tactical situation correctly are both required -- neither is sufficient on its own.

Multi-Fidelity Learning with Shallow Recurrent Decoders for Reactor Physics

In reactor physics, neutronics can be treated with different fidelity levels, according to the needs of the user. On one hand, the precise modeling of neutrons' behaviour in reactor physics is often expensive and time-consuming due to the high computational costs to numerically solve the Boltzmann transport equation. Conversely, by adopting suitable assumptions, such as the SPN_N, diffusion theory, and point kinetics, it is possible to generate efficiently low-fidelity data. From the perspective of surrogate models, this computational limitation translates into a scarcity of high-fidelity data and a significant amount of low-fidelity data. Given this difference in fidelity levels, it would be interesting to develop a suitable procedure to map low-fidelity models towards higher fidelity models; for instance, one could obtain the solution to a multi-group diffusion equation starting from time-series data obtained from a point kinetics model. Indeed, this work investigates this possibility by leveraging multi-fidelity information with Shallow Recurrent Decoders, a novel machine learning architecture able to map time-series observations to the full state of the reactor. This technique has been designed to use local or global measurements as input and map their temporal trajectories to the high-dimensional state; by the same logic, in principle, this architecture can also be used when the input is formed by the solution of a lumped model. This work applies this idea to a benchmark reactor geometry, mapping the point kinetics model to the diffusion solution under various input conditions, with much less computational costs.

Simulating Hate Speech Cascades with Multi-LLM Agents: Empirical Grounding, Modeling Fidelity, and Intervention Strategies

Faithful modeling of hateful content propagation on online platforms remains an open problem for moderation research. Classical cascade models that do not explicitly represent the profile, community, and content factors associated with hateful-content propagation may yield moderation strategies that behave less effectively when deployed in real-world scenarios. Multi-agent large language model (LLM) systems can, in principle, make each reshare decision depend on the user's profile, the surrounding community, and the post's content, but it remains unclear whether this added flexibility actually reproduces real hateful cascades more faithfully than classical baselines. We study three hateful Bluesky cascades and a size-matched benign control. In the empirical Bluesky data, we found that: 97.4--99.7% of reposters take a hostile stance; toxicity-engagement homophily is higher on the diffusion tree than on the follower graph for hateful cascades; topology is star-like for the hateful cascades (most reposts come directly from the root) versus tree-like for the benign cascade (reposts propagate through multi-hop chains). In simulation, a multi-LLM-agent simulator reproduces the stance monoculture and the toxicity-delta direction. A structured ablation identifies agent heterogeneity as the leading fidelity factor, and amplifier targeting on dense networks yields 7.5--12.9% reduction at 5.7% benign collateral.

Urban scene reconstruction from real-world observations has emerged as a powerful tool for self-driving development and testing. While current neural rendering approaches achieve high-fidelity rendering along the recorded trajectories, their quality degrades significantly under large viewpoint shifts, limiting the applicability for closed-loop simulation. Recent works have shown promising results in using diffusion models to enhance quality at these challenging viewpoints and distill improvements back into 3D representations. However, they often require costly per-scene optimization, and the distilled representations remain fragile and fail to generalize beyond limited synthesized views. To address these limitations, we propose GenRe, a novel diffusion-guided generalizable enhancer for urban scene reconstruction. GenRe takes as input any pretrained 3D Gaussian representation and fixes the deficiencies within a few minutes. By learning to distill generative priors across diverse scenes, GenRe produces robust and high-fidelity representation efficiently that generalizes reliably to challenging unseen viewpoints (e.g., lane change). Experiments show that GenRe outperforms existing methods in both quality and efficiency and benefits various downstream tasks, enabling robust and scalable sensor simulation for autonomous driving.

Draw2Think: Harnessing Geometry Reasoning through Constraint Engine Interaction

Vision-language models solve geometry problems with rising accuracy, yet their intermediate states remain latent and unverifiable: a relation expressed in textual reasoning or drawing code carries no guarantee that a constraint-satisfying configuration realizes it. We observe that existing externalization methods based on rendered pixels or one-shot scripts fail to provide exact, per-action geometric guarantees. Enforcing geometric relations by algebraic definition closes this gap: the workspace becomes a constraint-checked evolving canvas. We present Draw2Think, a framework that recasts geometric reasoning from latent spatial inference into agentic interaction with the GeoGebra constraint engine. In a Propose-Draw-Verify loop, Draw2Think externalizes hypotheses onto an executable canvas, measures exact geometric quantities, and feeds structured observations back to the model, so subsequent reasoning proceeds from checked canvas state grounded by the shared workspace. This externalization makes two properties separately auditable: model-level Construction Fidelity (whether the canvas realizes the intended configuration) and engine-level Measurement Faithfulness (exact values and relations from canvas constraints). Across construction, outcome, and rendering evaluations, Draw2Think builds canvases that pass 95.9% predicate-level and 84.0% strict problem-level construction checks on GeoGoal, improves outcome accuracy by up to 4.1%/16.4% on planar/solid benchmarks, and attains 68.2%/90.5% strict/relaxed rendering scores on GenExam-math. HiLiftAeroML: High-Fidelity Computational Fluid Dynamics Dataset for High-Lift Aircraft Aerodynamics

This paper describes the first-ever open-source high-fidelity CFD dataset of a high-lift aircraft for the purpose of AI surrogate model development. The dataset is composed of 1800 samples, arising from 180 geometry variants and 10 angles of attack for the high-lift NASA Common Research Model (CRM) geometry, used within the AIAA High-Lift Prediction Workshop series. One of the novelties of this dataset is the use of a GPU-accelerated high-fidelity explicit, wall-modeled LES approach for each simulation, using solution-adapted grids between 300M and 500M cells. This ensures the greatest possible accuracy given known challenges in steady-state RANS approaches for these portions of the flight envelope. The entire dataset (geometries, time-averaged volume and surface variables and integral forces) are available, free of charge with a permissive open-source license (CC-BY-4.0). By making this data publicly available, we aim to accelerate the research and development of AI surrogate modeling within the aerospace industry.

HyperDiT: Hyper-Connected Transformers for High-Fidelity Pixel-Space Diffusion

Pixel-space diffusion models bypass the reconstruction bottleneck of Variational Autoencoders (VAEs) but face a fundamental "granularity dilemma": capturing global semantics favors large patch scales, while generating high-fidelity details demands fine-grained inputs. To address this issue, we propose HyperDiT, a unified framework establishing Hyper-Connected Cross-Scale Interactions to bridge the semantic and pixel manifold. Diverging from injecting semantics by AdaLN, HyperDiT utilizes Cross-Attention mechanisms, enabling fine-grained tokens to query multi-level semantic anchors globally. To resolve the spatial mismatch during multi-scale interactions, we introduce Scale-Aware Rotary Position Embedding (SA-RoPE) to ensure precise geometric alignment among tokens of varying patch sizes. Furthermore, we incorporate Registers to learn the dense semantics from a pretrained Visual Foundation Model (VFM), effectively reducing generation hallucination and artifacts. Extensive experiments demonstrate that HyperDiT achieves state-of-the-art (SoTA) FID of 1.56\mathbf{1.56} on ImageNet 256×256256\times256 directly within the pixel space. By combining the fine-grained stream with semantic guidance, HyperDiT offers a superior paradigm for high-fidelity pixel generation.

VGGT-Edit: Feed-forward Native 3D Scene Editing with Residual Field Prediction

High-quality 3D scene reconstruction has recently advanced toward generalizable feed-forward architectures, enabling the generation of complex environments in a single forward pass. However, despite their strong performance in static scene perception, these models remain limited in responding to dynamic human instructions, which restricts their use in interactive applications. Existing editing methods typically rely on a 2D-lifting strategy, where individual views are edited independently and then lifted back into 3D space. This indirect pipeline often leads to blurry textures and inconsistent geometry, as 2D editors lack the spatial awareness required to preserve structure across viewpoints. To address these limitations, we propose VGGT-Edit, a feed-forward framework for text-conditioned native 3D scene editing. VGGT-Edit introduces depth-synchronized text injection to align semantic guidance with the backbone's spatial poses, ensuring stable instruction grounding. This semantic signal is then processed by a residual transformation head, which directly predicts 3D geometric displacements to deform the scene while preserving background stability. To ensure high-fidelity results, we supervise the framework with a multi-term objective function that enforces geometric accuracy and cross-view consistency. We also construct the DeltaScene Dataset, a large-scale dataset generated through an automated pipeline with 3D agreement filtering to ensure ground-truth quality. Experiments show that VGGT-Edit substantially outperforms 2D-lifting baselines, producing sharper object details, stronger multi-view consistency, and near-instant inference speed. TOPOS: High-Fidelity and Efficient Industry-Grade 3D Head Generation

High-fidelity 3D head generation plays a crucial role in the film, animation and video game industries. In industrial pipelines, studios typically enforce a fixed reference topology across all head assets, as such a clean and uniform topology is a prerequisite for production-level rigging, skinning and animation. In this paper, we present TOPOS, a framework tailored for single image conditioned 3D head generation that jointly recovers geometry and appearance under such an industry-standard topology. In contrast to general 3D generative models which produce triangle meshes with inconsistent topology and numerous vertices, hindering semantic correspondence and asset-level reuse, TOPOS generates head meshes with a fixed, studio-style topology, enabling consistent vertex-level correspondence across all generated heads. To model heads under this unified topology, we proposed a novel variational autoencoder structure, termed TOPOS-VAE. Inspired by multi-model large language models (MLLMs), our TOPOS-VAE leverages the Perceiver Resampler to convert input pointclouds sampled from head meshes of diverse topologies into the target reference topology. Building upon TOPOS-VAE's structured latent space, we train a rectified flow transformer, TOPOS-DiT, to efficiently generate high-fidelity head meshes from a single image. We further present TOPOS-Texture, an end-to-end module that produces relightable UV texture maps from the same portrait image via fine-tuning a multimodal image generative model. The generated textures are spatially aligned with the underlying mesh geometry and faithfully preserve high-frequency appearance details. Extensive experiments demonstrate that TOPOS achieves state-of-the-art performance on 3D head generation, surpassing both classical face reconstruction methods and general 3D object generative models, highlighting its effectiveness for digital human creation.

Spectral Energy Centroid: a Metric for Improving Performance and Analyzing Spectral Bias in Implicit Neural Representations

Implicit Neural Representations (INRs) model continuous signals using multilayer perceptrons (MLPs), enabling compact, differentiable, and high-fidelity representations of data across diverse domains. However, due to the low-frequency bias of MLPs that prevents effective learning of small details, the model's frequency must be carefully tuned through the embedding layer. Prior work established that this tuning can be performed before training based on the target signal, but it did not account for the significant effect of model depth, indicating that our understanding of the relationship between frequency and INR performance remains limited. To gain insights into this relationship, we utilize the Spectral Energy Centroid (SEC) metric that quantifies the frequency of target images and the spectral bias of INR models. We show that SEC is a versatile tool for INR analysis, demonstrating its utility across three tasks: (1) a data-driven strategy (SEC-Conf) for hyperparameter selection that outperforms existing heuristics and is robust to model depth, (2) a reliable proxy for signal complexity, and (3) effective alignment of spectral biases across diverse INR architectures.

3DGS3^3: Joint Super Sampling and Frame Interpolation for Real-Time Large-Scale 3DGS Rendering

3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) enables high-quality real-time 3D rendering but faces challenges in efficiently scaling to ultra-dense scenes and high-resolution due to computational bottlenecks that limit its use in latency-sensitive applications. Instead of optimizing the splatting pipeline itself, we propose \textbf{3DGS3^3}, a unified post-rendering framework that jointly performs super sampling and frame interpolation through differentiable processing of low-resolution outputs to achieve both high-resolution and high-frame-rate rendering. Our \textbf{Gradient- -Aware Super Sampling (GASS)} module leverages the continuous differentiability of 3DGS to extract image gradients that guide a GRU-based refinement network to enable high-fidelity super sampling. Furthermore, a \textbf{Lightweight Temporal Frame Interpolation (LTFI)} module based on a compact U-Net-like backbone fuses temporal and differentiable spatial cues from consecutive frames to synthesize temporally coherent intermediate frames. Experiments on public datasets demonstrate that 3DGS3^3 achieves superior rendering efficiency and visual quality when compared with state-of-the-art methods and remains compatible with existing 3DGS acceleration techniques. The code will be publicly released upon acceptance.

BEACON: A Multimodal Dataset for Learning Behavioral Fingerprints from Gameplay Data

Continuous authentication in high-stakes digital environments requires datasets with fine-grained behavioral signals under realistic cognitive and motor demands. But current benchmarks are often limited by small scale, unimodal sensing or lack of synchronised environmental context. To address this gap, this paper introduces BEACON (Behavioral Engine for Authentication & Continuous Monitoring), a large-scale multimodal dataset that captures diverse skill tiers in competitive Valorant gameplay. BEACON contains approximately 430 GB of synchronised modality data (461 GB total on-disk including auxiliary Valorant configuration captures) from 79 sessions across 28 distinct players, estimated at 102.51 hours of active gameplay, including high-frequency mouse dynamics, keystroke events, network packet captures, screen recordings, hardware metadata, and in-game configuration context. BEACON leverages the high precision motor skills and high cognitive load that are inherent to tactical shooters, making it a rigorous stress test for the robustness of behavioral biometrics. The dataset allows for the study of continuous authentication, behavioral profiling, user drift and multimodal representation learning in a high-fidelity esports setting. The authors release the dataset and code on Hugging Face and GitHub to create a reproducible benchmark for evaluating next-generation behavioral fingerprinting and security models.

Constraint-Aware Diffusion Priors for High-Fidelity and Versatile Quadruped Locomotion

Reinforcement learning combined with imitation learning has significantly advanced biomimetic quadrupedal locomotion. However, scaling these frameworks to massive, multi-source datasets exposes fundamental bottlenecks. First, traditional GAN-based discriminators are prone to mode collapse, struggling to capture diverse motion distributions from uncurated datasets. Second, existing kinematic priors suffer from out-of-distribution (OOD) tracking conflicts, leading to severe unintended heading drifts during complex maneuvers. Furthermore, deploying unconstrained priors to physical hardware poses critical safety risks by disregarding actuator dynamics. To overcome these challenges, we propose Diff-CAST (Diffusion-guided Constraint-Aware Symmetric Tracking), a novel motion prior framework leveraging the multi-modal distribution modeling capabilities of diffusion models for stylistic rewards. Diff-CAST effectively replaces traditional GAN discriminators, unlocking robust data scaling on heterogeneous collections. To ensure high-fidelity intent execution and reliable real-world deployment, we introduce a comprehensive Sim2Real architecture integrating Symmetric Augmented Command Conditioning (SACC) for drift-free tracking, and Constrained RL for hardware safety. Experiments on a quadruped demonstrate that Diff-CAST mitigates mode collapse, enables seamless transitions between diverse skills, and ensures robust, hardware-compliant locomotion.
