ChronoWorld: Camera-Controlled Consistent 4D World Generation via Spatiotemporal Cues and Geometric Reflections

While existing camera-controllable video generation models can produce visually compelling sequences, preserving intrinsic 4D spatiotemporal coherence remains challenging. To address this limitation, we propose ChronoWorld, an "Observation--State--Reflection" framework that leverages spatiotemporal causal cues and reconstruction priors to generate globally consistent, free-view 4D scenes. Given a context video, we introduce a Spatiotemporal Epipolar Causal Attention mechanism that enforces multi-view epipolar constraints and temporal causality throughout the generation process. In addition, we develop a reconstruction-driven geometric reflection pipeline with a 4D retrieval strategy to enable dynamic self-assessment and correction of generated outputs, improving consistency and accuracy. Extensive experiments show that ChronoWorld achieves state-of-the-art performance in spatiotemporally consistent, cinematic-quality 4D scene generation, with strong generalization and high-fidelity geometry across diverse scenarios.

DynaMesh: Dynamic 3D Texture Generation

We present DynaMesh, a dynamic texture generation method for 3D meshes. Given a textureless shape and a text prompt describing an effect, our method produces an appearance that evolves while the object's geometry remains unchanged. Previous works on dynamic 3D content generation have focused on motion, where an object's geometry and position change while keeping its appearance the same. Methods on texture generation sit on the other side of the problem, painting appearance onto a shape as a fixed surface property and not as an evolving process. Neither addresses a visual effect that propagates on a 3D object. A natural route consists of two generators: a video model that shows the effect from a single view, and an image-to-3D generator that lifts each frame to 3D. However, the latter has no notion of time, so running it per video frame produces a sequence that flickers, loses effect details, and yields a different mesh at every video frame. Our method addresses these failures by conditioning a video model on a render of the mesh and the prompt to obtain a reference video, then running a frozen image-to-3D generator on the video with two changes. The conditioning of each frame is blended over a temporal window, and low-rank adapters are fit per shape to restore the lost details. The mesh is encoded once for the whole sequence, so geometry is constant by construction, and the output is a single mesh with a texture per frame. Applied to various objects and effects, DynaMesh substantially improves over recent video-to-4D and texturing methods, and can generalize its temporal effect to different shapes never seen during training. NeuIDO: Neural Intrinsic Dynamics Operator for Physics-Informed 4D World Models

World models aim to capture environmental dynamics and predict future trajectories, showing growing potential for embodied intelligence. Physics-informed 4D generation integrates physical simulation to predict 3D object interactions, offering a promising pathway toward world models. However, this paradigm relies on manually imposed dynamical assumptions rather than internalizing world dynamics, and thus still leaves a gap toward a true world model. To bridge this gap, we propose NeuIDO, a novel world dynamics modeling framework that learns a unified intrinsic dynamics representation from visual observations, advancing physics-informed 4D generation toward a world model. Specifically, we formulate world modeling as a neural operator learning problem and introduce a two-stage training strategy to learn a generalizable mapping from the visual observation distribution to the intrinsic dynamics distribution. Building on this observation-dynamics mapping, NeuIDO enables zero-shot dynamics inference directly from videos and can be further aligned with complex real-world dynamics via few-shot adaptation. Extensive experiments demonstrate that NeuIDO effectively unifies the intrinsic dynamics underlying diverse visual observations into a shared representation and rapidly infers dynamics in novel scenes.

VideoTok4D: A 4D-Aware Video Tokenizer for Compact World Representation

Video tokenizers have emerged as a cornerstone of modern video modeling, underpinning progress in compression, reconstruction and generation by mapping high-dimensional visual signals into compact latent spaces. However, despite this progress, current tokenization paradigms largely remain within the 2D visual domain, treating videos as image sequences rather than observations of an underlying dynamic 3D world. Consequently, the learned tokens inherit this observation-centric bias, limiting their capacity to compactly represent real-world 4D scenes. To mitigate this issue, we propose VideoTok4D, a novel 4D-aware video tokenizer for compact world representation. Specifically, our approach comprises three key designs: 1) a spatiotemporal disentanglement strategy that factorizes videos into static and dynamic tokens for holistic world modeling; 2) a track-aware dynamic attention mechanism that aggregates trajectory-aligned cues to promote cross-view motion consistency; and 3) Co4DGen, a diffusion prior learned over the resulting VideoTok4D token space for efficient 4D scene generation. Extensive experiments have demonstrated that our proposed method achieves state-of-the-art performance while requiring up to 4 orders of magnitude less storage than dense 4D representations. Moreover, the compact token space substantially shortens diffusion sequences, enabling efficient generation.

PhysMAS: Physics-Grounded Multi-Agent Synthesis of Compositional 4D Gaussians

Efficient, fully automatic, and physically plausible 4D Gaussian synthesis is an important goal for dynamic scene generation. Recent physics-based methods couple 3D Gaussians with the Material Point Method (MPM) to generate physically driven motion, but extending this paradigm to heterogeneous multi-part objects and interacting multi-object scenes remains challenging. Object-level physical assignment collapses distinct parts into a single material state, while one-shot predictions from large language models, vision-language models, or agents neither reliably bind different materials to identified parts nor verify that the resulting MPM configuration is executable. Score Distillation Sampling (SDS)-based parameter optimization, meanwhile, requires repeated per-scene score evaluations and gradient backpropagation, incurring lengthy optimization and potentially yielding suboptimal or unstable solutions. We therefore present PhysMAS, a physics-grounded multi-agent framework. From a motion prompt and four scene views, an Object-Part Scene Agent establishes persistent identities and calls a Material Reasoning Agent for part-wise profiles. It invokes solver-aware skills to bind these identities and profiles to per-particle MPM fields and execute all objects in a shared domain; the framework then screens candidate forward-simulation results. This supports heterogeneous multi-part and interacting multi-object scenes without per-scene diffusion-score backpropagation. Extensive experiments demonstrate that, compared with recent physics-based 4D Gaussian baselines that rely on SDS, PhysMAS achieves better semantic alignment and perceived physical plausibility while requiring less runtime.

Beyond Pixels: From Video Priors to 4D Worlds

4D generation synthesizes dynamic 3D scenes from conditions such as text or images. Existing methods either reconstruct generated RGB videos with a separate 4D model or adapt a particular video generator to predict geometry directly. The former suffers from distribution mismatch and error propagation, whereas the latter ties 4D prediction to a specific generator and may require retraining when the generator or conditioning regime changes. We ask whether the final denoised latents of video models that share a variational autoencoder (VAE) can instead provide a reusable interface to explicit 4D prediction. Building on this insight, we introduce direct latent-to-4D generation and instantiate it as Latent-to-4D, which bypasses RGB by aligning a video latent with the token grid of a pretrained 4D decoder and refining it through frame-wise and global spatiotemporal attention. Trained on roughly 1K existing reconstruction clips, a single checkpoint transfers unchanged across multiple video diffusion transformers within the same VAE family. On Text4D-200 and I4D-200, Latent-to-4D surpasses matched same-latent Wan+4RC cascades in projection-based DINO-F1 by 2.88--3.45 and 5.81 points, respectively, while also being preferred by human raters for geometry, temporal stability, and overall quality.

4DHumanDiff: Direct Text-to-4DGS Generation for Consistent 360-Degree Dynamic Humans

Generating high-quality 360-degree dynamic human assets from text prompts is challenging. Existing methods usually synthesize monocular or multi-view videos first and then fit a 4D representation, which is expensive and often causes incomplete geometry or view-inconsistent renderings. We present 4DHumanDiff, a diffusion framework that directly generates dynamic humans represented by 4D Gaussian Splatting (4DGS) from text prompts. By modeling the structured 4D representation space end-to-end, 4DHumanDiff avoids video pre-generation and per-scene reconstruction, making it better suited for view-consistent and temporally coherent asset generation. The model uses a 3D U-Net backbone with temporal attention for motion-aware generation. We further construct a large-scale text-to-4DGS dataset with 60,000 high-quality pairs, and introduce 2D regularization and training-free 4D interpolation to improve rendering quality and motion smoothness. Experiments show that 4DHumanDiff generates consistent 360-degree dynamic humans within one minute, achieves better temporal and multi-view consistency, and reduces inference time by more than 10x.

GS-Agent: Creating 4D Physical Worlds With Generative Simulation

Creating dynamic and physically realistic 4D worlds from natural language descriptions is both fascinating and challenging. Traditional computer graphics methods rely on manual creation, requiring extensive human effort to fine-tune materials, motions, and visual fidelity. Recent advances in generative foundation models have sparked interest in learning to generate such 4D worlds from large-scale data; however, existing methods still struggle to ensure physical plausibility and controllability. In this work, we take a different path by leveraging foundation models to construct an agentic system that emulates how humans traditionally create 4D worlds, yet automates the entire process. We present GS-Agent, an end-to-end multi-agent framework that integrates physics engines in the loop to generate realistic, dynamic, and controllable 4D physical worlds from natural language. Inspired by how humans build 4D worlds, GS-Agent decomposes the task into entity management, covering 3D asset curation, material tuning, placement, and motion control, and rendering configuration, including camera and lighting manipulation. Multiple agents with distinct expertise interact with the physics engine via code, seek multimodal feedback, and collaborate to iteratively construct 4D worlds that align with the given descriptions. Experimental results show that GS-Agent effectively converts natural language into diverse and physically plausible 4D worlds exhibiting rich interactions among liquids, deformable objects, and rigid bodies, while achieving cinematic camera and lighting control. We envision GS-Agent as a foundation for a new paradigm in 4D world generation, empowering creative content creation and physical AI. Project page at https://umass-embodied-agi.github.io/gs-agent/

Hallo4D: Multi-Modal Hallucination Mitigation for Consistent Spatio-Temporal Generation

While recent advances in 3D generation have enabled impressive visual synthesis, existing methods often rely on 2D diffusion supervision without explicit mechanisms for geometric consistency, leading to spatial hallucinations such as duplicated structures and misaligned geometry. These issues become more severe in 4D generation, where maintaining consistency across viewpoints and temporal evolution introduces additional challenges, including jitter, identity flicker, and structural drift. We present \textbf{Hallo4D}, a unified and model-agnostic framework for mitigating spatiotemporal hallucinations in 3D and 4D content generation. Hallo4D introduces a generation-detection-correction paradigm that leverages large multimodal language models (LMMs) to identify and summarize spatial and temporal inconsistencies from multi-view and multi-frame renderings. These insights guide a consensus-driven image-space consistency optimization, where an LMM-based selector evaluates candidate corrections through multi-model voting, without requiring retraining or architectural modifications. To further improve temporal consistency and optimization efficiency, Hallo4D incorporates motion-aware keyframe sampling, LMM-guided initialization, and appearance alignment. We additionally introduce exposure-aware optimization and visibility pruning to enhance robustness under challenging viewpoints. Extensive experiments demonstrate that Hallo4D consistently outperforms strong baselines across diverse 3D and 4D generation settings, providing a scalable and generalizable solution for consistency-aware content generation.

RynnWorld-4D: 4D Embodied World Models for Robotic Manipulation

Robotic manipulation in the open world requires not only recognizing what a scene looks like, but also anticipating how its 3D structure moves under interaction. We argue that synchronized RGB, depth, and optical flow (RGB-DF) provide a physically grounded representation that captures the underlying 4D dynamics of a scene. Compared to 2D pixel videos, this multi-modal synergy aligns visual appearance with geometric structure and temporal motion, creating a representation space significantly closer to low-level end-effector actions demanded by robotic systems, narrowing the gap between world prediction and policy learning. Building on this insight, we introduce RynnWorld-4D, a generative model that co-produces future RGB frames, depth maps, and optical flow from a single RGB-D image and a language instruction within one unified diffusion process. This 4D world model features a tri-branch architecture that integrates cross-modal attention with frame-wise 3D RoPE, ensuring that appearance, geometry, and motion evolve consistently. To supply training data at scale, we curate Rynn4DDataset 1.0, a massive dataset of over 254.4 million frames across egocentric human and robotic manipulation videos with high-quality pseudo-labels for depth and optical flow. We further propose RynnWorld-4D-Policy, an inverse dynamics head that consumes the internal 4D representations of RynnWorld-4D in a single forward pass, bypassing expensive multi-step denoising, to output robot actions in a closed-loop manner. Experiments show that RynnWorld-4D produces temporally and spatially coherent 4D predictions, and that RynnWorld-4D-Policy achieves state-of-the-art performance on real-world dexterous bimanual manipulation tasks, particularly excelling in tasks demanding spatial precision and temporal coordination.

Alignment Is All You Need For X-to-4D Generation

Generative diffusion models excel at synthesizing high-quality images, videos, and 3D content under multimodal control. However, arbitrary user-defined modality-to-4D (X-to-4D) generation remains challenging due to the high cost of constructing diverse datasets and the limited scalability of existing methods. This paper presents Align4D, a flexible framework that translates any-modal input into coherent video-3D pairs, using video to guide 4D motion and 3D data to shape 4D geometry. Align4D introduces three key techniques: (1) Object Distance Alignment, which searches Video-Aligned and Multiview-Aligned Object Distances (VAOD/MAOD), respectively, to reconcile 4D renderings with video and the priors of multiview diffusion models; (2) Motion-Geometry Joint Alignment, which constrains known and unknown views through synchronized video and 3D inputs, ensuring consistent 4D generation; and (3) Asynchronous Optimization, which decouples Gaussian attribute and deformation network training to enhance motion and geometry fidelity. We further propose the X4D dataset, which integrates prompt, image, video, and 3D data for benchmarking. Experiments on X4D and Consistent4D demonstrate that Align4D achieves state-of-the-art quality and consistency in X-to-4D generation. Project page: https://miaoqiaowei.github.io/Align4D/.

SimWorlds: A Multi-Agent System for Dynamic 3D Scene Creation

LLM agents are increasingly used to translate natural language into 3D scenes in a procedural way, but existing systems focus on static output. Dynamic 4D scenes from text alone, in which liquids flow, particles emit, rigid bodies cascade, and articulated mechanisms move, remain largely unexplored despite their value as editable content and as physics-grounded training data for video generation and embodied AI. Two challenges set the dynamic case apart from static text-to-scene work: an agent must jointly coordinate spatial layout, multiple physics solvers, temporal sequencing, camera, and lighting in a single coherent scene, and verifying motion correctness from rendered video is fundamentally harder than judging a single image. We present SimWorlds: a multi-agent framework that produces dynamic, editable 4D scenes from text, with Blender-specific procedural knowledge, a planner-coder-reviewer workflow driving a fixed ordered sequence of construction stages, a layered scene protocol enforced by a deterministic verifier, and a runtime-state inspection tool suite that catches mechanism failures the rendered image cannot reveal. We also introduce 4DBuildBench, a benchmark for assessing both visual fidelity and physical consistency of the procedural dynamic 3D scenes generated from text prompts. Experiments show that SimWorlds outperforms prior dynamic Blender generation baselines.

Unified Panoramic-Gaussian Representation for Monocular 4D Scene Synthesis

4D scene synthesis from monocular videos has made significant progress in recent years. However, existing methods are typically constrained by view interpolation. As a result, they struggle to infer unseen regions beyond the observed views. In this paper, we reformulate the task as 4D scene synthesis with unseen regions, which extends beyond traditional interpolation settings. Camera-conditioned video generation enables unseen region synthesis by guiding generation along specified cameras. However, these methods lack explicit 3D priors and are optimized with random camera trajectories. This design leads to severe inconsistencies under large trajectory deviations. To address this limitation, we build a unified training and inference framework with panoramic trajectory guidance. While this design improves cross-view consistency, the panoramic representation alone fails to model dynamic content effectively. Object motion in panoramic space introduces scale and shape distortions. To address this, we propose PanoGaussian, a unified Panoramic-Gaussian representation that distills the panoramic representation into an explicit dynamic Gaussian representation to capture dynamic physical priors of the 4D scene. Experiments demonstrate that PanoGaussian achieves consistent 4D scene synthesis even under large viewpoint variations.

World from Motion: Generative Dynamic Gaussian Reconstruction from Monocular Video

We present World from Motion, a method for generating freely renderable dynamic 3D Gaussian representations from monocular videos. Our approach conditions a video model on dense, pixel-aligned renderings that encode appearance, geometry, and 3D scene motion along both input and target camera trajectories to correct rendering artifacts and fill in missing regions from an initial reconstruction. To train this model, we construct a dataset of aligned multiview video pairs and dynamic 3DGS representations, with simulated artifacts characteristic of monocular reconstruction. At test time, we distill the model's generations, including newly observed regions and motions, back into a single consistent, high-quality dynamic 3DGS, improving both novel-view synthesis and the underlying 3D motion. Our method sets a new state of the art in 4D reconstruction and seamlessly generalizes to in-the-wild videos with large viewpoint changes and dynamic motions.

World Narrative Model for Highly Controllable Video Generation: A Paradigm Shift from Pixel Sampling to Physical World Orchestration

The fundamental obstacle to industrial grade video generation is the lack of controllability: existing models treat video as a pixel distribution sampling problem, bypassing the explicit, instance level 4D4D (3D+T)(3D + T) physical world. Consequently, content creators cannot specify geometry, motion, camera parameters, or lighting in a deterministic, quantitative way, leading to the infamous ''gacha'' loop that makes professional content creation prohibitively inefficient and expensive. To address this, we introduce the World Narrative Model (WNM), a paradigm that decouples what to render -- the structured physical narrative -- from how to render -- the pixel generation process. WNM replaces end-to-end black-box sampling with orchestrated 4D4D pre-visualization for media generation. Collaborative agents translate sparse multimodal inputs, including text, reference videos, and sketches, into a fully editable world representation with scene geometry, object layouts, character/animal skeleton motion, trajectories, camera motion, and lighting at quantitative, physically meaningful granularity. This representation acts as a deterministic structural blueprint that drives existing video foundation models, either frozen or lightly adapted, to render final footage, turning the base model into a faithful neural shader. Built on this engine, our human-AI platform supports automatic world generation and pre-visualization aligned with professional filmmaking pipelines, while director consoles enable seamless human refinement. Experiments show that WNM greatly reduces probabilistic ``gacha'' calls and produces videos whose layout, motion, and cinematography closely follow creator intent. The framework is open and modular, allowing each component, such as world representation, control agents, and adapters, to be independently improved. One Video, One World: Turning Monocular Video into Physical 4D Scenes

We introduce \textbf{OVOW}, the first training-free system that reconstructs \emph{instance-level, simulation-ready} 4D mesh scenes from a single monocular video. Recent 4D reconstruction achieves impressive rendering quality, but its outputs (\eg, implicit fields, Gaussian primitives, or point clouds) lack the watertight topology, instance separation, and standardized physical interfaces required by physics simulators and embodied AI. OVOW closes this gap with a four-stage pipeline: a vision-language model discovers, labels, and motion-classifies all instances; category-aware reconstruction yields per-instance meshes for rigid objects and topology-consistent mesh sequences for deformable ones; an iterative render-match-optimize procedure recovers metric scale and 6-DoF pose trajectories; and physics-grounded assembly enforces ground contact and inter-object support. Crucially, we model all motion, rigid and non-rigid, through direct vertex deformation without category-specific priors or skeleton rigging, producing watertight mesh scenes ready for downstream physics simulation and editing. We further establish the first benchmark for \emph{structured Video-to-4D} evaluation, with metrics for geometric correctness, instance separation, and physical plausibility beyond visual fidelity; the same pipeline doubles as a scalable engine for \emph{synthesizing} paired video-to-4D simulation data for future 4D world models and embodied AI. Across two synthetic benchmarks (static and 4D), OVOW attains the best overall layout and geometry accuracy and the lowest photometric and semantic error among all baselines, and on monocular video runs one to two orders of magnitude faster than the baselines, while downstream physics simulation confirms its physical stability.

CP4D: Compositional Physics-aware 4D Scene Generation

4D generation (\textit{i.e.}, dynamic 3D generation) has recently emerged as a rapidly growing research frontier due to its powerful spatiotemporal modeling capabilities. However, despite notable advances, existing approaches typically fail to capture the underlying physical principles, producing results that are both physically inconsistent and visually implausible. To overcome this limitation, we present CP4D, a novel paradigm for photorealistic 4D scene synthesis with faithful adherence to complex physical dynamics. Drawing inspiration from the compositional nature of real-world scenes, where immutable static backgrounds coexist with dynamic, physically plausible foregrounds, CP4D reformulates 4D generation as the integration of a static 3D environment with physically grounded dynamic objects. On this basis, our framework follows a three-stage pipeline: \textbf{1)} Firstly, we leverage pre-trained expert models to generate high-fidelity 3D representations of the environment and foreground objects respectively. \textbf{2)} Subsequently, to produce physically plausible trajectories and realistic interactions for these objects, we propose a hybrid motion synthesis strategy that integrates priors from physical simulators with the common sense embedded in video diffusion models. \textbf{3)} Finally, we develop an automated composition mechanism that seamlessly fuses the static environment and dynamic objects into coherent, physically consistent 4D scenes. Extensive experiments demonstrate that CP4D can generate explorable and interactive 4D scenes with high visual fidelity, strong physical plausibility, and fine-grained controllability, significantly outperforming existing methods. PhysAgent: Automating Physics-Based 4D Synthesis via Trajectory-Grounded Multi-Agent Feedback

Achieving fully automated, physically plausible 3D motion synthesis is a core objective in graphics and generative AI. However, configuring complex environmental force fields still relies entirely on manual expert intervention, creating a severe bottleneck for large-scale simulation data generation. Existing automated methods primarily focus on material optimization and exhibit severe modality gaps and technical flaws when applied to the vastly more complex force field optimization space: naive Large Language Models (LLMs) lack underlying simulation feedback, causing severe physical inaccuracies, while traditional Score Distillation Sampling (SDS) suffers from sluggish gradients, local optima entrapment, and a mathematical inability to dynamically switch discrete force fields. To address this, we propose PhysAgent, the first simulator-in-the-loop multi-agent framework that leverages multimodal inputs for automated, physically grounded 4D synthesis. By decoupling intrinsic materials from extrinsic dynamics, PhysAgent utilizes a Semantic Agent equipped with an externalized Force Field Skill module to master simulation rules and generate valid initializations. Subsequently, the Refine Agents, driven by Trajectory-Grounded Multi-Agent Feedback, leverage vision foundation models to extract dense point trajectories from rendered frames. By converting these explicit motion trajectories into structured textual descriptors, the agent harnesses LLM commonsense reasoning to execute zero-shot macroscopic leaps, effectively escaping local optima and dynamically switching discrete force fields. Extensive experiments demonstrate that PhysAgent rapidly generates stable, diverse physical scenes from arbitrary multimodal prompts, significantly outperforming existing baselines in both generation diversity and physical accuracy.

Not All Points Are Equal: Uncertainty-Aware 4D LiDAR Scene Synthesis

Constructing faithful 4D worlds from LiDAR-acquired sequences is crucial for embodied AI, yet current generative frameworks apply uniform modeling capacity across all spatial regions. This ignores that perceptual difficulty varies dramatically within a single scan: distant surfaces, occluded boundaries, and small-scale objects carry far higher uncertainty than well-observed structures. We present U4D, a new framework that explicitly leverages spatial uncertainty to guide LiDAR scene generation in a "hard-to-easy" schedule. U4D derives per-point uncertainty maps via Shannon Entropy from a pretrained segmentor, then applies an unconditional diffusion stage to synthesize high-entropy areas with precise geometry, followed by a conditional completion stage that fills in the remaining regions using these structures as priors. A MoST (Mixture of Spatio-Temporal) block further maintains cross-frame coherence by dynamically balancing spatial detail and temporal continuity. Extensive experiments on nuScenes and SemanticKITTI demonstrate state-of-the-art scene fidelity, temporal consistency, and downstream performance.

MORPHOS: Autoregressive 4D Generation with Temporal Structured Latents

We present MORPHOS, a novel autoregressive framework that generates dynamic 3D assets from videos across diverse representations, including meshes, 3D Gaussians, and radiance fields. Existing methods are typically limited to a single representation, struggle to model topological changes, or fail to maintain temporal consistency over long videos. To address these limitations, we introduce the Temporal Structured Latents (T-SLAT), a unified 4D representation that jointly encodes geometry and appearance along the temporal dimension. Leveraging T-SLAT, MORPHOS autoregressively generates dynamic 3D assets via causal attention, conditioning each frame on its preceding history to ensure temporal consistency while handling evolving topologies. We also propose a temporal-structural augmentation to mitigate error accumulation in autoregressive generation. MORPHOS achieves state-of-the-art performance in appearance and competitive results in geometry across multiple benchmarks, demonstrating superior generalization across various representations and robustness in long-horizon generation.

PhyGenHOI: Physically-Aware 4D Generation of Dynamic Human-Object Interactions

We address the task of generating physically accurate and visually faithful 4D Human-Object Interaction (HOI). Given a static 3D human and target object represented as 3D Gaussian Splats (3DGS), our goal is to synthesize dynamic scenes where the human actively engages with the object through actions, such as punching or kicking, in accordance with a given input text. To this end, we introduce PhyGenHOI, a novel framework that couples generative human motion with an explicit physical object simulation. We model the human as a semantic agent driven by a Motion Diffusion Model (MDM) and the object as a physical agent simulated via the Material Point Method (MPM), utilizing 3D Gaussians as a unified, differentiable representation. We supervise their interaction through three coupled mechanisms: (1) A Windowed Attraction Loss that temporally synchronizes generative motion to intercept the object; (2) A Contact-Driven Re-simulation step that triggers physically consistent momentum transfer upon impact; and (3) A Masked Video-SDS objective that injects video-based priors to enhance contact fidelity. Experiments show PhyGenHOI generates physically consistent 4D HOI across diverse actions, humans, and objects, outperforming baselines. Helix4D: Complex 4D Mesh Generation

Current video-to-4D methods struggle with complex topology changes, transparent materials, thin structures, and inner surfaces. We present Helix4D, a dynamic mesh generation framework by inheriting the expressive representation of Trellis2, adapting it from image-to-3D to video-conditioned 4D generation. Our design arises from two key questions: (a) how to enable Trellis2's frame-local attention to share information across frames while preserving its pretrained quality on rare cases such as transparent objects and inner surfaces, and (b) how to inject temporal information into a purely 3D positional encoding without breaking pretrained capabilities. We address (a) with a sliding-window cross-frame attention and anchor on the first frame. The first frame is generated by the base Trellis2 model and injected into our model, letting it inherit Trellis2's quality in rare cases through cross-frame attention. We address (b) with a 4D temporal encoding that repurposes redundant low-frequency spatial RoPE bands for time, extending the encoding from 3D with no additional parameters. Extensive experiments show the effectiveness of Helix4D for high-quality dynamic mesh generation on ActionBench and our own challenging complex dynamics set.

Full-4D: Generating Full-Scope 4D Scenes from a Single-View Video

Generating 4D scenes from a single-view video is inherently ill-posed: a single viewpoint lacks the information needed to recover a complete, dynamic scene with full coverage. Existing methods are typically limited to monocular videos, simple 3D effects, or only small viewpoint perturbations around the original viewpoint, falling short of true 4D generation. Meanwhile, the lack of large-scale datasets capturing full-scope 4D scenes with synchronized multi-view videos further hinders progress in this direction. We propose a novel single-view video-to-4D framework that casts full-scope 4D generation as a multi-view video synthesis followed by optimization-based 4D reconstruction from the generated views. To instantiate this formulation end-to-end, we make three key contributions. First, we introduce Real-MV-4D, a large-scale dataset of synchronized multi-view videos captured in diverse real-world environments to provide the 4D supervision. Second, we train a multi-view video diffusion model driven by a novel fused time(T)-view(V) attention mechanism that directly embeds geometric reprojection priors and explicit camera conditioning into its view-time interactions. Unlike basic feature fusion, this direct binding strictly aligns the generation process with physical 3D priors to produce a dense, synchronized T×\times V video grid. Third, rather than relying on non-interactive and inconsistent 2D video interpolations, we lift the synthesized multi-view videos into an explicit 4D representation (i.e. 4DGS), regularized by a Flow Matching Distillation loss that exploits the multi-view prior to improve novel-view rendering. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method outperforms existing approaches in both visual fidelity and geometric consistency, enabling full-scope 4D scene generation from single-view videos.

Geometric 4D Stitching for Grounded 4D Generation

Recent 4D generation methods complete scene-level missing information using generative models and reconstruct the scene into radiance-based representations. However, these pipelines often present geometric inconsistencies in the generated content, and the radiance-based reconstruction requires expensive optimization. Furthermore, radiance-based representations often absorb these geometric inconsistencies into their view-dependent nature, failing to enforce the grounded geometric consistency. To address these issues, we propose Geometric 4D Stitching, an efficient framework that explicitly identifies missing geometric regions and complements them with geometrically grounded 4D stitches. As a result, our method constructs 4D scene representations in under 10 minutes on a single NVIDIA RTX 5090 GPU per one-step scene expansion, while improving geometric consistency. Moreover, we demonstrate that our explicit 4D stitching supports interative expansion of 4D mesh as well as 4D scene editing.

ST-Gen4D: Embedding 4D Spatiotemporal Cognition into World Model for 4D Generation

Generative models have achieved success in producing apparently coherent 2D videos, but remain challenging in the physical world due to lack of 4D spatiotemporal scale. Typically, existing 4D generative models directly embed macro scale constraints to enhance overall spatiotemporal consistency. However, these methods only ensure global appearance coherence and fail to reveal the local dynamics of the physical world. Our insight is that global appearance structure and local dynamic topology empower 4D spatiotemporal cognition, thereby enabling 4D generation with spatiotemporal regularities. In this work, we propose ST-Gen4D, a 4D generation framework with 4D spatiotemporal cognition-based world model. Our model is guided by four key designs: 1) Spatiotemporal representation. We encode various modalities into multiple representations as a feature basis. 2) Spatiotemporal cognition. We sculpture these representations into global appearance graph and local dynamic graph, and fuse them via semantic-bridged spatiotemporal fusion to obtain a 4D cognition graph. 3) Spatiotemporal reasoning. We utilize a world model to derive future state based on the 4D cognition. 4) Spatiotemporal generation. We leverage the derived cognition as condition to guide latent diffusion for 4D Gaussian generation. By deeply integrating 4D intrinsic cognition with generative priors, our model guarantees the structural rationality and topological consistency of 4D generation. Moreover, we propose ST-4D datasets by aggregating public 4D datasets and self-built subset. Extensive experiments demonstrate the superiority of our ST-Gen4D across 3D and 4D generation tasks.

Unified 4D World Action Modeling from Video Priors with Asynchronous Denoising

We propose X-WAM, a Unified 4D World Model that unifies real-time robotic action execution and high-fidelity 4D world synthesis (video + 3D reconstruction) in a single framework, addressing the critical limitations of prior unified world models (e.g., UWM) that only model 2D pixel-space and fail to balance action efficiency and world modeling quality. To leverage the strong visual priors of pretrained video diffusion models, X-WAM imagines the future world by predicting multi-view RGB-D videos, and obtains spatial information efficiently through a lightweight structural adaptation: replicating the final few blocks of the pretrained Diffusion Transformer into a dedicated depth prediction branch for the reconstruction of future spatial information. Moreover, we propose Asynchronous Noise Sampling (ANS) to jointly optimize generation quality and action decoding efficiency. ANS applies a specialized asynchronous denoising schedule during inference, which rapidly decodes actions with fewer steps to enable efficient real-time execution, while dedicating the full sequence of steps to generate high-fidelity video. Rather than entirely decoupling the timesteps during training, ANS samples from their joint distribution to align with the inference distribution. Pretrained on over 5,800 hours of robotic data, X-WAM achieves 79.2% and 90.7% average success rate on RoboCasa and RoboTwin 2.0 benchmarks, while producing high-fidelity 4D reconstruction and generation surpassing existing methods in both visual and geometric metrics.

OccDirector: Language-Guided Behavior and Interaction Generation in 4D Occupancy Space

Generative world models increasingly rely on 4D occupancy for realistic autonomous driving simulation. However, existing generation frameworks depend on rigid geometric conditions (e.g., explicit trajectories) or simplistic attribute-level text, failing to orchestrate complex, sequential multi-agent interactions. To address this semantic-spatiotemporal gap, we propose OccDirector, a pioneering framework that generates 4D occupancy dynamics conditioned solely on natural language. Operating as a ``scenario director'', OccDirector maps natural language scripts into physically plausible voxel dynamics without requiring geometric priors. Technically, it employs a VLM-driven Spatio-Temporal MMDiT equipped with a history-prefix anchoring strategy to ensure long-horizon interaction consistency. Furthermore, we introduce OccInteract-85k, a novel dataset uniquely annotated with multi-level language instructions: ranging from static layouts to intricate multi-agent behaviors, alongside a novel VLM-based evaluation benchmark. Extensive experiments demonstrate that OccDirector achieves state-of-the-art generation quality and unprecedented instruction-following capabilities, successfully shifting the paradigm from appearance synthesis to language-driven behavior orchestration.

LivingWorld: Interactive 4D World Generation with Environmental Dynamics

We introduce LivingWorld, an interactive framework for generating 4D worlds with environmental dynamics from a single image. While recent advances in 3D scene generation enable large-scale environment creation, most approaches focus primarily on reconstructing static geometry, leaving scene-scale environmental dynamics such as clouds, water, or smoke largely unexplored. Modeling such dynamics is challenging because motion must remain coherent across an expanding scene while supporting low-latency user feedback. LivingWorld addresses this challenge by progressively constructing a globally coherent motion field as the scene expands. To maintain global consistency during expansion, we introduce a geometry-aware alignment module that resolves directional and scale ambiguities across views. We further represent motion using a compact hash-based motion field, enabling efficient querying and stable propagation of dynamics throughout the scene. This representation also supports bidirectional motion propagation during rendering, producing long and temporally coherent 4D sequences without relying on expensive video-based refinement. On a single RTX 5090 GPU, generating each new scene expansion step requires 9 seconds, followed by 3 seconds for motion alignment and motion field updates, enabling interactive 4D world generation with globally coherent environmental dynamics. Video demonstrations are available at paper.pnu-cvsp.com/LivingWorld.

Phys4D: Fine-Grained Physics-Consistent 4D Modeling from Video Diffusion

Recent video diffusion models have achieved impressive capabilities as large-scale generative world models. However, these models often struggle with fine-grained physical consistency, exhibiting physically implausible dynamics over time. In this work, we present \textbf{Phys4D}, a pipeline for learning physics-consistent 4D world representations from video diffusion models. Phys4D adopts \textbf{a three-stage training paradigm} that progressively lifts appearance-driven video diffusion models into physics-consistent 4D world representations. We first bootstrap robust geometry and motion representations through large-scale pseudo-supervised pretraining, establishing a foundation for 4D scene modeling. We then perform physics-grounded supervised fine-tuning using simulation-generated data, enforcing temporally consistent 4D dynamics. Finally, we apply simulation-grounded reinforcement learning to correct residual physical violations that are difficult to capture through explicit supervision. To evaluate fine-grained physical consistency beyond appearance-based metrics, we introduce a set of \textbf{4D world consistency evaluation} that probe geometric coherence, motion stability, and long-horizon physical plausibility. Experimental results demonstrate that Phys4D substantially improves fine-grained spatiotemporal and physical consistency compared to appearance-driven baselines, while maintaining strong generative performance. Geometry-Aware Single-Image 4D Synthesis via Dense Trajectory Generation

Generating interactive and dynamic 4D scenes from a single static image remains a core challenge. Most existing generate-then-reconstruct and reconstruct-then-generate methods decouple geometry from motion, causing spatiotemporal inconsistencies and poor generalization. To address these, we present MoGe4D (Motion and Geometry-Aware image-to-4D Synthesis), a geometry-conditioned framework for single-image 4D synthesis that models a scene as dense 4D point trajectories. Instead of treating geometry and dynamics as two disconnected stages, our method starts from an initial geometric prior inferred from the input image and predicts future time-varying trajectories in a diffusion process, improving spatiotemporal coherence while preserving structural stability. To support this task, we first introduce TrajScene-60K, a large-scale dataset of 60,000 video samples with dense 4D point trajectories, addressing the scarcity of high-quality training data for scene-level 4D generation. Built on this, our diffusion-based 4D Scene Trajectory Generator (4D-STraG) predicts geometry-consistent and motion-plausible trajectory fields conditioned on the input image, with a depth-guided motion normalization strategy to reduce scale ambiguity and a Motion Perception Module (MPM) to inject motion-aware priors. We further propose a 4D View Synthesis Module (4D-ViSM) to render the generated 4D representation into videos under arbitrary camera trajectories. Experiments show that MoGe4D produces high-quality 4D scenes with strong temporal coherence, favorable geometry-aware consistency, and compelling novel-view synthesis from a single image.
