Disentangling Multi-View Scanning in Mamba for Network Traffic Anomaly Detection

Network Traffic Anomaly Detection (NTAD) is a critical task in cybersecurity, yet timely and accurate anomaly detection remains challenging. Mamba has emerged as a particularly promising backbone for NTAD due to its linear-time complexity for long-sequence modeling. It further incorporates a dedicated multi-view scanning mechanism to enhance detection precision through complementary contextual cues. However, we identify a previously overlooked structural deficiency in multi-view Mamba scanning for NTAD: redundancy accumulation. Specifically, distinct scanning branches capture substantial view-invariant information, which is repeatedly amplified during multi-view fusion; conversely, view-specific information is diluted or even suppressed, leading to representation homogenization and multi-view degradation. To address this problem, we propose DisenMamba, a novel disentangled multi-view Mamba framework. DisenMamba reformulates multi-view scanning as a two-stage disentangle-then-fuse process that explicitly separates view-invariant and view-specific components prior to fusion. This design prevents the invariant information accumulation while preserving complementary multi-view cues, yielding more discriminative representations for subtle traffic anomalies. Extensive experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of DisenMamba, establishing a new disentangled multi-view Mamba paradigm. Code is available at https://github.com/ikun0124/DisenMamba.

G-MAD: A Game-Based Data Generation Framework for Multi-View RGB-T Aerial Object Detection

This work introduces G-MAD, an open-source framework that uses Arma3 to generate synchronized multi-view RGB-T data for aerial object detection. G-MAD addresses key limitations of real-world aerial dataset construction, including limited viewpoint control, imperfect RGB-T alignment and high annotation cost. The framework supports structured scenario specification, controllable multi-view camera placement, simultaneous visible/thermal capture, and automatic bounding box annotation using engine-level geometric metadata. These capabilities enable controlled studies of viewpoint variation, multi-modal fusion, and synthetic-to-real transfer in aerial object detection. Besides, using G-MAD, we construct and release AMOD, a new large-scale multi-view aerial RGB-T object detection benchmark. The source code and the dataset are available at https://unique-chan.github.io/G-MAD-Project.

Extending a Large View Synthesis Model for Multi-view Panoptic Segmentation

Large view synthesis models synthesize novel views through cross-view attention without explicit 3D representations, and recent studies have shown that they learn accurate spatial correspondence from RGB supervision alone. We observe that this correspondence generalizes beyond appearance. When non-photorealistic signals such as binary encoded panoptic labels are passed through the model, they are propagated to novel views with consistent spatial structure. These results indicate that the correspondence learned for RGB view synthesis can also propagate view-independent per-pixel labels. From this observation, we present the first work to extend large view synthesis models beyond appearance rendering to 3D scene understanding. We propose a panoptic segmentation pipeline that reuses a frozen view synthesis model to propagate panoptic labels from input views to novel views, without 3D reconstruction or any segmentation-specific training of the view synthesis model. Given panoptic labels on the input views, we encode them into binary channel representations and pass them through the same model to render target-view segmentation. On ScanNet, our method achieves segmentation quality on par with Gaussian based approaches requiring explicit 3D reconstruction, while outperforming them in novel view synthesis by more than 7 dB. The label propagation also transfers across datasets, surpassing these approaches on Replica without any fine-tuning.

Robust Multi-View Classification under Noisy Supervision via Global Anchor Consensus

In recent years, multi-view learning has attracted increasing attention, as it integrates the complementary information of heterogeneous views. Most existing multi-view classification methods rely on accurate annotations to guarantee performance. However, noisy labels are ubiquitous in practice due to imperfect annotation, and the refinement signals that existing methods derive from models trained on such noisy supervision can gradually lose their reliability. To deal with this problem, we propose a novel Global Anchor-based Label Auditing method (GALA) for multi-view classification to resist the negative impact of noisy labels. Specifically, we construct a global anchor for each class in every view, which aggregates the samples of the whole class and thus offers a stable reference insensitive to individual predictions. Then, each view measures how close an instance is to the anchor of its observed label relative to the nearest competing anchor, and the per-view evaluations are fused with the classifier confidence into a cross-view audit score. Based on the audit scores, suspicious samples are assigned small weights, and an adaptive correction strategy rewrites a label only when the anchor-based candidate agrees with the classifier prediction. Finally, the corrected labels in turn refine the anchors and supervise noise-robust representation learning. Extensive experiments on six datasets demonstrate that GALA outperforms eight state-of-the-art methods, especially under high noise rates.

MuViSeg: Multi-View Segment Correspondences from Dense Geometry Priors

Classical image correspondence is solved at the level of sparse keypoints or dense pixels, but the systems that consume these matches - object-level mapping, topological navigation, scene-graph maintenance - reason about whole objects. Recent work narrows this gap by matchng directly at the level of instance segments: a class-agnostic segmenter partitions each image, and per-segment descriptors are obtained by pooling features from large 3D foundation models over the masks. We build on this segment-level matching paradigm and propose three learned matching heads: a LightGlue-style attention head with DoubleSoftmax scoring on frozen MASt3R descriptors; a DPT-style multi-scale fusion module that exposes layered spatial detail from the VGGT foundation model before pooling; and - as our main contribution - a multi-view extension that performs joint self-attention over segments drawn from several views at once, recovering transitive correspondences that strictly pairwise matchers cannot reach. Under a stratified zero-shot protocol on Replica and Virtual KITTI 2 with controlled viewpoint baselines from 0 deg to 180 deg, the LightGlue-style head improves over a parameter-free Sinkhorn matcher on the same MASt3R backbone by +4.85 AUPRC on Replica and +25.9 AUPRC on Virtual KITTI 2. Dropped into the RoboHop topological navigation pipeline on the Habitat-Matterport 3D (HM3D) Instance Image Navigation benchmark without retraining, our multi-view variant raises success rate from 50% to 70%, and our LightGlue-style head raises SPL from 45.7 to 59.1.

Graph-Embedded Intuitionistic Fuzzy Broad Learning System: A Multi-view Framework

The Broad Learning System (BLS) has been widely used for data classification and is based on a layer-by-layer feed-forward structure. However, it gives the same importance to all data points, which reduces its effectiveness on real-world datasets with noise and outliers. In addition, it does not consider the geometric structure of the data and has limitations in handling data from multiple sources. To address these challenges, we propose a Multi-View Graph-Embedded Intuitionistic Fuzzy Broad Learning System (MVGIFBLS) that integrates multi-view learning, graph embedding, and intuitionistic fuzzy theory into the BLS framework. This design enables the model to combine information from multiple sources and learn more discriminative representations. Graph embedding captures the geometric relationships among samples and improves class separation through intrinsic and penalty subspaces based on local Fisher discriminant analysis. Intuitionistic fuzzy theory enhances robustness to noise, while kernel-based neighborhood analysis captures local data structures. We evaluate the proposed framework on several UCI, KEEL, and AwA benchmark datasets using comparative evaluation, Gaussian feature noise analysis, ablation studies, and statistical analysis. The results demonstrate that each component contributes positively to the overall framework and that the proposed MVGIFBLS consistently achieves higher Area Under the Curve (AUC) scores and maintains robust performance under Gaussian feature noise.

Variational Inference for Bird's Eye View Segmentation in Autonomous Driving

The bird's eye view (BEV) has emerged as a pivotal approach for environmental perception in autonomous driving, providing a unified spatial representation for vehicles. Nevertheless, despite BEV's significance in addressing the challenges inherent to autonomous driving, effectively fusing data from multiple camera sensors and operating in complex external driving environments remains a considerable challenge. To mitigate this issue, we recast the BEV segmentation problem within a variational inference framework. In this paper, we propose a novel transformer-based variational flow transformation network for BEV segmentation, denoted as TVB. Our architecture implicitly learns the mapping from multiple camera views to a unified canonical BEV map during training by exploiting posterior BEV supervision. TVB employs a conditional variational auto encoder (CVAE) as its backbone and produces multiple BEV map candidates. To augment the realism of the generated BEV maps, we integrate normalizing flows into the map generation process, enabling the construction of more complex and expressive probability distributions. Furthermore, we design a BEV-attention fusion (BAF) module that harnesses attention mechanisms to adaptively integrate the multiple candidate BEV maps. Experimental results, evaluated on both the nuScenes and OPV2Vdatasets, demonstrate that our proposed method achieves superior performance in multi-camera view BEV segmentation and lane environment perception.

More Than Where You Are: Learning Semantics, Structure, and Geometry from Cross-View Localization

Consistent cross-view understanding under extreme viewpoint changes is essential for spatial intelligence, as it enables models to recognize the same scene across extreme viewpoint gaps. Cross-view localization naturally provides a promising pathway toward this ability, as it requires a model to align ground-view imagery with geo-referenced satellite-view imagery despite drastic appearance changes to estimate camera poses. Recent visual foundation models have made this long-standing localization problem increasingly feasible by providing rich 2D representations for cross-view matching. However, we argue that cross-view localization should not be viewed merely as 2D matching or pose estimation. In this work, we revisit cross-view localization as more than pose estimation and investigate how it can help the model develop consistent cross-view understanding under extreme viewpoint changes, including stable semantics, reliable structure, and transferable geometry. We identify three key limitations of existing methods that prevent them from achieving this. They usually lack explicit 3D grounding, rely on strict point-wise matching that can weaken semantic consistency, and learn from an absolute objective that provides limited guidance for geometric reasoning. To address these limitations, we propose CROSS, a unified cross-view localization framework built upon 3D-grounded alignment, structure-aware matching, and hypothesis ranking. This formulation makes structure learning an intrinsic requirement, encourages semantic representations to remain stable, and enables the model to acquire transferable geometry. Extensive experiments on the KITTI and VIGOR datasets show that CROSS achieves state-of-the-art performance in cross-view localization. More importantly, CROSS effectively learns stable semantics, reliable structure, and transferable geometry across extremely different viewpoints.

Longitudinal Multi-View Breast Cancer Risk Prediction

Accurate breast cancer risk prediction from screening mammography is critical for enabling personalized screening intervals and early detection. Recent deep learning methods have shown the value of longitudinal data and explicit temporal alignment. However, existing approaches either perform explicit alignment using a single mammographic view or model multiple views without explicit longitudinal alignment, limiting their ability to exploit the complementary spatial-temporal information used in clinical practice. To address this gap, we propose LMV-Net, a longitudinal multi-view breast cancer risk prediction model that jointly analyzes anatomically complementary CC and MLO views within an explicitly aligned longitudinal framework. We evaluate our approach on the public EMBED and CSAW-CC datasets, comparing it to state-of-the-art breast cancer risk prediction methods. Our model consistently outperforms existing approaches in overall risk prediction performance and across different breast density and cancer subgroups. Importantly, these improvements highlight the potential of longitudinal multi-view modeling to enhance risk stratification, paving the way for future work on personalized screening, earlier identification of high-risk patients, and more efficient screening resource allocation. SPORT: Structure-Aware Prototype Disentanglement for Incomplete Multi-View Clustering

Prototype-based Incomplete Multi-view Clustering has recently attracted increasing attention by exploiting prototypes as semantic anchors for missing-view imputation. However, existing approaches are still limited in three aspects. First, they typically focus on enforcing cross-view prototype consistency, while ignoring view-specific information embedded in prototypes, thus limiting multi-view expressiveness. Second, most methods rely on instance-level contrastive learning that only aligns paired samples across views, failing to preserve cluster-level relational structures. Third, missing-view imputation is usually performed using global prototypes alone, without considering local geometric neighborhood structures, leading to inaccurate recovery of missing representations. To address these limitations, we propose a novel framework termed Structure-aware PrOtotype disentanglement foR incomplete multi-view clusTering (SPORT), which explicitly disentangles shared and view-specific components of prototypes while preserving cluster-level relational structures. Specifically, we decouple prototypes into orthogonal shared and view-specific components, aligning only shared components to capture consensus semantics while de-correlating view-specific components to preserve complementary information. Meanwhile, a structure-aware contrastive learning mechanism is incorporated to explicitly model cluster-level relationships during cross-view representation learning. Furthermore, a hybrid imputation strategy integrates global prototype matching with local neighborhood matching, enabling joint exploitation of semantic prototypes and manifold structures for missing-view recovery. Extensive experiments on six benchmark datasets show that SPORT achieves superior performance over state-of-the-art methods under various missing rates.

Mixture of Enhanced-View Experts for Multi-Query Vehicle ReID and A Large-Scale Benchmark

Multi-query vehicle ReID aims to leverage complementary information from diverse views for robust feature learning. However, current methods suffer from simplistic feature fusion and thus easily ignores some important view information and cross-view relationships. To handle these problems, this work presents a novel approach called Mixture of Enhanced-View Experts (EV-MoE), which enhances the feature representation of each view and efficiently integrate the view-specific enhanced features by MoE, for robust multi-query ReID. In particular, we design a mixture of enhanced-view experts module, which consists of two parts including view-specific feature enhancement sub-Module (VFEM) and dynamic multi-view fusion sub-Module (DMFM). Moreover, we further introduce Multi-view Alignment Loss (MAL), which aligns features through bidirectional crossview contrastive learning and reconstruction constraints, addressing the challenges of consistency between multi-query features and single-image features. In addition, to evaluate multi-query ReID in real-world environments, we collect LCRI-1K, a largescale vehicle ReID dataset with 1,090 identities, 107,805 images, across 23,637 cameras, where each vehicle appears in an average of 67.5 cameras, providing a comprehensive benchmark to test the robustness in complex environments. Extensive experiments demonstrate the robustness of CAFNet in addressing the multiquery vehicle ReID problem. The code is available at https: //github.com/xiaozhen28/CAFNet.

MVMGNN;Multi-View Masked Graph Neural Network for Alzheimer's Disease Diagnosis using Structural MRI

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a common neurodegenerative disorder, and early diagnosis is of great significance for delaying disease progression and enabling timely intervention. Mild cognitive impairment (MCI), which represents an intermediate clinical stage between cognitively normal aging and AD. Structural magnetic resonance imaging (sMRI) provides detailed characterization of anatomical structures and plays an important role in AD-related brain analysis. However, existing sMRI-based brain network methods typically rely on a single graph construction strategy, limiting their ability to jointly capture spatial relationships and morphological similarities between brain regions. To address these issues, this paper proposes an sMRI-based multi-view masked graph neural network model (MVMGNN) for AD diagnosis. A joint node-edge masking mechanism is proposed to simultaneously select radiomics feature dimensions and structural connections, reducing redundancy during graph learning. Furthermore, a patient-level cross-view gated fusion mechanism is proposed to integrate multi-view representations. Experimental results on the ADNI dataset demonstrate that MVMGNN outperforms several competing approaches in AD classification. Interpretability analysis further demonstrates that MVMGNN is able to identify key brain regions associated with AD, providing useful insights into discriminative patterns in sMRI-based brain networks. Our implementation is publicly available at https://github.com/chenzhao2023/MVMGNN_AD

Compass: Prostate Cancer Detection Needs Multi-View Context

Artificial intelligence (AI) analysis of micro-ultrasound (μμUS) has shown promise for prostate cancer (PCa) detection. However, most existing AI methods focus on the analysis of single μμUS images in isolation. By contrast, expert μμUS readers typically assess a full recorded video study, which provides three-dimensional context, to improve PCa detection compared to single-frame analysis. Inspired by this clinical workflow, we propose Compass, a novel AI methodology which models a μμUS study as a stream of 2D images. Compass jointly integrates rotational sweep videos of the prostate with μμUS frames acquired at the moment of biopsy, and performs evidence aggregation across the study using a transformer conditioned on the probe's rotational angle. Finally, a decoder head predicts frame-level and study-level risk scores for the patient. The model is trained and evaluated using a multi-center clinical trial dataset of μμUS studies, including continuous rotational scans of the prostate and videos captured during biopsy acquisition. We compare the proposed method to baseline AI methods from the literature and to risk scores provided by clinical experts. Our framework shows strong performance, highlighting the value of multi-view context for μμUS PCa detection, and providing a potentially powerful tool to complement human expertise in μμUS-based PCa diagnosis. Token-Based Dual-view Fusion and Adaptation of Large Vision Models for Breast Cancer Classification

Accurate breast cancer classification from mammography requires effective integration of complementary information from craniocaudal (CC) and mediolateral oblique (MLO) views, which provide a more complete characterization of breast abnormalities. However, existing multi-view learning approaches typically rely on feature-level aggregation or single-stage cross-attention, which can entangle view-specific and shared representations and restrict interaction to limited network depths. To address these limitations, we propose a token-centric dual-view learning framework that unifies prompt-based adaptation and cross-view fusion within a frozen vision transformer backbone. The framework reformulates inter-view interaction as structured token-level communication, where dedicated fusion tokens explicitly encode bidirectional information exchange between CC and MLO views via cross-attention, serving as intermediate carriers of cross-view dependencies rather than relying on direct feature fusion. Unlike conventional methods that apply fusion at a single layer, fusion modules are inserted at multiple transformer depths, enabling progressive and repeated interaction across the encoder hierarchy. Fusion tokens are reintegrated into the token sequence and refined by subsequent transformer layers, facilitating hierarchical propagation of complementary information while preserving view-specific structure. Experiments on VinDr-Mammo and CMMD datasets demonstrate consistent improvements over linear probing, prompt-only adaptation, and conventional fusion baselines. On the VinDr-Mammo BI-RADS classification task, the framework achieves 50.40% F1-score and 0.8090 AUC, including a 0.10 AUC improvement over a dual-view fusion baseline in the binary setting. Ablation studies further validate the effectiveness of token-based fusion and multi-depth interaction design.

Straight-Path Flow Matching for Incomplete Multi-View Clustering

Incomplete Multi-View Clustering addresses the problem of clustering multi-modal data when certain views are missing. Recent end-to-end generative approaches leverage diffusion models to recover missing views via stochastic noise-to-data trajectories. While expressive, such mechanisms are not explicitly designed for clustering, as they initialize from cluster-agnostic noise and rely on stochastic denoising dynamics. In this work, we revisit probability path design in end-to-end generative IMVC. We introduce a flow-matching framework with a linear interpolation path between paired view representations, that replaces diffusion with probability flows between observed and missing views. We provide a formal analysis showing that deterministic ODE flows are inherently better aligned with clustering objectives than diffusion-based stochastic trajectories, especially in terms of transport mechanisms that respect class-conditional data distributions and maintain cluster consistency in finite-step regimes. Building upon this insight, we develop an end-to-end IMVC architecture that integrates straight-path flow-matching view completion with cluster-level and entropy-based alignment to enforce cross-view clustering consistency. Extensive experiments on standard IMVC benchmarks demonstrate that the proposed framework establishes new state-of-the-art performance.

MAC-XA: Multi-view Anatomy-Correspondence Fusion for Coronary Stenosis Reporting from X-ray Angiography

Multi-view reasoning in coronary X-ray angiography is inherently a cross-projection geometric problem, yet automated report generation in this setting remains largely unexplored. The 3D vascular topology leads to projection-dependent branch overlap and foreshortening, rendering single-view modeling fundamentally incomplete and unstable for lesion localization and stenosis grading. Although multi-view fusion appears promising, learning anatomically consistent fusion from real angiograms is impeded by a critical limitation: cross-view alignment is unobservable and cannot be explicitly supervised. Consequently, conventional fusion relies on implicit correlations rather than verified anatomical correspondence. We address this by reformulating multi-view stenosis reporting as an alignment-constrained aggregation problem. A controllable synthetic angiography generation strategy is introduced to expose geometry-derived patch-level correspondence supervision unavailable in real data. An anatomy-correspondence module learns cross-view correspondence matrices that explicitly align auxiliary features within the main-view coordinate space prior to fusion, thereby constraining evidence aggregation to anatomically consistent regions. Experiments on synthetic data and zero-shot transfer to real angiograms show that this alignment-constrained design improves correspondence consistency and structured stenosis reporting compared to single-view modeling and conventional multi-view fusion methods. The code will be publicly available upon publication.

Intuitionistic Fuzzy Graph Embedded Random Vector Functional Link with Multiview Learning

Random Vector Functional Link (RVFL) networks are popular due to their fast training and universal approximation capabilities. However, RVFL models face challenges in preserving geometric relationships and utilizing multiple feature views effectively. To address these limitations we propose the Intuitionistic Fuzzy Graph Embedded Random Vector Functional Link with Multiview Learning (IFGRVFL-MV) model. The proposed approach comprises three key components: intuitionistic fuzzy sets for uncertainty handling, graph embedding to capture intrinsic geometric structures, and multiview learning to use complementary information from multiple feature spaces. The model assigns intuitionistic fuzzy membership and non-membership values to data points making it robust to outliers. Also, the graph embedding framework preserves topological structures, increasing the generalization performance. We performed experiments on benchmark datasets from UCI and KEEL repositories which concludes that IFGRVFL-MV outperforms existing models in classification accuracy. Our results establish that IFGRVFL-MV is a promising advancement in the domain of uncertainty and multiview environments.

PulmoSight-XAI: An Explainable Multi-View Attention Ensemble with Gradient Boosting Meta-Learning for Multi-Label Chest X-Ray Classification

Automated chest X-ray classification remains challenging due to severe class imbalance, co-occurring pathologies, and the loss of localized features in conventional architectures. To address these, we propose an explainable hierarchical multi-view ensemble framework for the robust classification of 14 thoracic pathologies. The framework employs view-specific training by independently modeling frontal and lateral radiographs using an ensemble of five complementary convolutional neural networks. Replacing global average pooling, a multi-scale feature fusion strategy augmented with Convolutional Block Attention Modules (CBAM) preserves fine-grained intermediate representations while emphasizing high-level pathology-specific semantic features. To mitigate positive-negative imbalance and varying inter-class difficulty, models are optimized using a novel hybrid objective combining Asymmetric Loss with Adaptive Focal Loss. Beyond simple probability averaging, the framework incorporates a hierarchical meta-learning strategy where test-time augmentation (TTA) predictions and cross-model uncertainty measures are integrated into Level-1 gradient-boosting meta-learners (XGBoost, LightGBM, and CatBoost), followed by Level-2 stacking with optimized alpha blending. Evaluated on a large-scale CheXpert-style dataset, the framework achieves state-of-the-art macro-average AUROC scores of 0.9319 for frontal and 0.9154 for lateral radiographs. Furthermore, comprehensive explainability analysis using seven post-hoc attribution techniques demonstrates strong anatomical consistency and clinically meaningful decision localization. By integrating architectural diversity, multi-scale attention, hierarchical meta-learning, and rigorous explainability, the proposed framework provides a transparent, highly accurate, and clinically practical computer-aided diagnosis system for thoracic disease classification.

Differential Amplifier-Inspired AmpAttention for Multi-View Robotic Manipulation

Multi-view robotic manipulation methods with the attention mechanism have recently achieved significant progress in both training efficiency and task performance. However, the inherent redundancy, occlusion, and viewpoint dependency in robotic view images often lead to severe attention drift. To address this challenge, we propose AmpAttention, a novel attention mechanism inspired by differential amplifiers in analog circuits. It aims to suppress attention noise and capture high signal-to-noise ratio signals for more reliable perception. Based on this, we introduce the RVAF model, which integrates task-guided intra-view and inter-view AmpAttention. Compared to previous state-of-the-art methods, RVAF achieves the optimal average success rate across 18 RLBench tasks (249 variations) while reducing training time by 33.3%. RVAF also demonstrates strong potential in real-world high-precision tasks, exemplified by its ability to pick up a dart and accurately insert it into the red bullseye. Furthermore, we extend RVAF to RVAF++ by incorporating the SAM2 image encoder. RVAF++ achieves substantial gains on high-precision tasks, achieving a 91% success rate on the `insert peg' task. More qualitative results are provided at the anonymous project website https://anonymous.4open.science/w/RVAF-Anonymization.

FrameONE: Hierarchical Motion Modeling for Universal Multi-View Echocardiographic Keyframe Detection

Accurate detection of end-systole (ES) and end-diastole (ED) frames is fundamental to echocardiographic assessment. Existing methods are typically developed in a view-specific manner, depend on auxiliary annotations or intensive visual modeling, which limits their generalizability. In multi-view modeling, keyframe detection is driven by shared cardiac motion, yet large appearance differences and motion patterns make unified modeling challenging. To address these issues, we propose FrameONE, a unified end-to-end framework for multi-view echocardiographic keyframe detection. FrameONE introduces a Hierarchical Motion Modeling strategy: an intra-view multi-task learning reduces appearance bias and promotes motion-focused representations within each view; an inter-view general motion learning module further separates view-agnostic dynamics from view-specific patterns, enabling shared yet flexible motion representation learning across views. Extensive experiments on 25,872 videos spanning four standard views demonstrate that FrameONE achieves state-of-the-art keyframe detection accuracy with strong cross-view generalization. Learning Structurally Consistent Representations for Multi-View Radar Semantic Segmentation

Radar sensors provide reliable perception under adverse weather and lighting conditions, but their sparse, noisy, and weakly semantic measurements make dense semantic segmentation challenging. Most existing radar segmentation methods rely on grid-based encodings and pairwise interactions, which struggle to capture the higher-order relational structure formed by multiple radar returns from the same physical object. We introduce a unified higher-order structural alignment framework for multi-view radar segmentation. The proposed method refines radar feature representations using learnable hypergraphs to capture higher-order dependencies among spatially related responses. To ensure consistency across heterogeneous radar projections, we further align view-specific features using Unbalanced Optimal Transport (UOT), enabling correspondence-free alignment under varying measurement densities and partial observations. An adaptive attention mechanism then fuses complementary radar views while emphasising structurally informative responses under sparsity and noise. The resulting architecture learns structurally consistent representations across Range Angle (RA), Range Doppler (RD), and Angle Doppler (AD) views and is trained using supervised segmentation together with cross-view consistency regularisation. Experiments on the CARRADA and RADIal benchmarks demonstrate consistent improvements over strong radar-specific baselines, achieving 63.8% mIoU on CARRADA and 83.4% mIoU on RADIal, improving the previous best methods by +1.7 and +2.3 mIoU, respectively. These results highlight the importance of higher-order relational modelling for robust radar perception.

DPPE: Rethinking Camera-Based Positional Encoding for Scaling Multi-View Transformers

The remarkable scalability of Transformers has expanded their application to 3D computer vision, where camera-aware positional encoding is crucial for providing spatial cues in multi-view geometry. Recent advancements have established the practice of using camera parameters -- such as extrinsics or projection matrices -- as relative positional encoding into the query, key, and value vectors of the attention mechanism. However, when scaling up the training recipe of novel view synthesis (NVS) models with the camera-based positional encoding, we observe a significant issue: model performance stagnates in the late stages of training. In this paper, we investigate the cause of the performance bottleneck when scaling up and demonstrate that storing rotation and translation given by the positional encoding in the same dimensions of the value vector causes indeterminacy in their independent identification, hindering training scalability. To address this, we propose Decoupled Pose Positional Encoding (DPPE), a novel camera-based positional encoding that explicitly decouples rotation and translation. Extensive evaluations on NVS tasks demonstrate that DPPE enables stable long-term training even in scaled-up training setup. Furthermore, it exhibits superior generalization performance in extrapolation settings, such as handling an increased number of viewpoints and zoom-in scenarios.

AeroVerse-SatAgent: UAV-Satellite Collaborative Spatial Reasoning Inspired by the Dual Visual Pathway Theory of Cognitive Neuroscience

With the rapid advancement of aerospace embodied intelligence, enabling Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) to autonomously understand and reason about complex environments has become increasingly important. However, existing UAV-based spatial reasoning approaches face critical limitations: single-view perception renders them vulnerable to occlusions and perspective distortions, while most VLMs lack explicit geometric modeling, relying on semantic cues and yielding inconsistent reasoning under viewpoint and scale variations. To address these challenges, we propose SatAgent, a UAV-Satellite collaborative spatial reasoning model inspired by the dual-pathway mechanism of the human visual system. By jointly leveraging satellite and UAV perspectives, SatAgent enables robust, accurate reasoning in complex urban environments. We first introduce a Geometric-Aware 3D Reconstruction Encoder that elevates 2D UAV features into explicit 3D spatial representations. Next, we design a multi-view topology-semantic alignment module integrating cross-view features within a unified BEV coordinate system. We further introduce a multi-view consistency loss encouraging viewpoint-invariant representations. Finally, we construct SatAgent-SR130K, the first large-scale UAV-Satellite collaborative multi-view spatial reasoning dataset. Experiments show SatAgent outperforms state-of-the-art general-purpose foundation models and specialized spatial reasoning models by 25.91% and 11.69%, respectively, across diverse tasks, achieving particularly high accuracy in complex geometric relationship reasoning.

Expected Gain-based Escalation in Vertical Federated Learning

Collaborative inference can improve predictive performance by integrating complementary information across agents, but applying collaborative fusion to every sample can incur unnecessary communication and computational overhead. This trade-off is particularly relevant in vertical federated learning (VFL), where clients observe different views of the same sample and fusion typically requires transmitting intermediate representations to a server. We study selective escalation in a two-round VFL inference protocol, in which a low-cost first round produces a prediction from client posteriors and a second embedding-fusion round is invoked only when it is expected to improve the final decision. We formulate routing as expected-gain score estimation: a sample is escalated when a predicted improvement in correctness justifies the additional communication. The proposed analytical score combines a calibrated pooled posterior with classwise reliability estimates of the VFL model, both obtained from held-out calibration data, yielding an interpretable router that requires no separately trained routing network. Experiments on multi-view classification benchmarks, including controlled test--time view degradation settings, show that the proposed router improves the communication-accuracy trade-off over confidence-, learned-gain-, and deferral-based baselines.

Fusing Complementary Multi-view Features for Screen-Based Eye Tracking

Current multi-view gaze estimation remains limited by existing datasets, insufficient exploitation of complementary cross-view information, and evaluation focused primarily on average gaze error. We address these limitations through a more systematic study of multi-view gaze estimation. First, we introduce PrismGaze, a new dataset with over three million images, capturing continuous headpose variation for the same gaze targets. Second, we propose PrismFusion, a multi-view feature fusion framework based on region partitioning, which masks complementary image regions across views during training to encourage effective cross-view information integration. Third, we develop a broader evaluation framework that examines the effects of camera number and placement, target location, and viewing depth. Our experiments show that the primary benefit of multi-view gaze estimation comes from compensating for poorly observed views with cameras providing more favorable viewpoints. PrismFusion remains robust to changes in viewing depth. Together, our dataset, method, and evaluation provide a more comprehensive foundation for studying multi-view gaze estimation in realistic settings.

Gated Multi-Graph Fusion via Graph Attention Networks for Alzheimer's Disease Detection

Spontaneous speech is a vital non-invasive biomarker for Alzheimer's Disease (AD), yet many systems overlook non-linear structural disruptions and clinical heterogeneity in pathological language. We propose a Multi-View Gated Graph Attention Network that transcribes audio via Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) to construct semantic, dependency, and co-occurrence graphs, characterizing speech through a "content-structure-flow" framework. Notably, the co-occurrence graph leverages Pointwise Mutual Information (PMI) from a normative corpus to quantify narrative logic and linguistic deviation. To address symptomatic diversity, an adaptive gated fusion mechanism dynamically integrates these views. Evaluated on the ADReSSo dataset, our model achieves 90.00% accuracy. Dual-Learning based Penalized Multi-Align Clustering for Multi-View Incomplete and Disorderly Data

Multimodal feature fusion can effectively capture complex patterns in real-world data by integrating complementary information from different modalities. However, in many applications, such as boiler combustion monitoring, equipment failure, inconsistent sensor sampling frequencies, and network delays often cause missing modalities and temporal asynchrony. These issues lead to incomplete and disorderly multimodal data. To address them, previous studies have proposed several data fusion methods that align cluster centers before fusion. However, these methods have two key limitations. First, they cannot guarantee accurate sample-level alignment of data pairs. Second, they do not address significant discrepancies in data sizes across different classes, which may affect subsequent fusion performance. To address these problems, we propose a dual-learning based penalized multi-align clustering model, named DLPMAC. The dual-learning mechanism enables the model to learn prior knowledge from each modality, including semantic and structural information. This helps preserve semantic consistency and structural similarity across modalities at both local and global levels. In addition, the penalized multi-align module performs multi-to-multi data alignment through a penalty mechanism. It allows one sample to form data pairs with different samples from other modalities, thereby improving data-pair alignment accuracy. The penalty mechanism also prevents data aggregation, avoiding the case where excessive samples are linked to a single sample. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of DLPMAC in addressing data alignment and fusion challenges from both sampling and clustering perspectives.

Domain-Informed Multi-View Self-Distillation for Astronomical Light-Curve Representation Learning with JEPA

Light curves describe temporal variations in the brightness of celestial objects. Learning robust representations of light curves is essential for large-scale automatic discovery in the dynamic universe, but existing time-series foundation models often struggle with the uneven sampling, complex noise, and wide range of physical timescales that characterize astronomical observations. We propose a domain-informed representation learning framework for irregular astronomical time series with Joint-Embedding predictive architecture (JEPA), combining semantics-preserving views, uncertainty-aware tokenization, and multi-view self-distillation. The encoders are trained with multi-view self-distillation using LeJEPA regularization on the LEAVES dataset and evaluated on the StarEmbed classification benchmark. On StarEmbed, our model outperforms hand-crafted features on 15 of 16 classification metrics. In few-shot linear probing, it achieves macro-F1 scores of 42.56 ±\pm 7.21 with one sample per class and 63.58 ±\pm 1.20 with 100 samples per class, consistently improving over hand-crafted features. Beyond variable-star classification, the learned representation supports similarity search, parameter estimation, and photometric zero-point drift detection. We further evaluate cross-domain adaptation on 12 heterogeneous irregular time-series datasets from PYRREGULAR, where the adapted variant matches or exceeds previous state-of-the-art performance on 5 datasets, compared with at most 3 wins by any single prior baseline. These results demonstrate that domain-informed multi-view self-distillation is an effective strategy for learning representations of irregular time series, while also highlighting that successful time-series representation learning requires domain-specific inductive biases rather than a universally optimal architecture.

LoRA-Tuned Large Language Models for Dementia Detection via Multi-View Speech-Derived Features

Early detection of dementia enables timely intervention, and reflecting cognitive impairment, spontaneous speech offers a non-invasive screening modality. Conventional approaches often focus on a single representational dimension -- such as acoustic descriptors, pause modeling, automatic speech recognition (ASR) transcripts, or multimodal fusion -- limiting integrative reasoning across heterogeneous cognitive symptoms. We propose a low-rank adaptation (LoRA)-tuned large language model (LLM) that performs structured multi-view reasoning over four complementary speech-derived signals: ASR transcripts with pause markers, discourse-level topic cues, temporal fluency statistics, and phonological sequences. These cues are encoded within a unified prompt, enabling a single LLM to learn a coherent decision function without modality-specific encoders or late-stage fusion. On ADReSSo, our best model achieves an F1-score of 90.14%, and ablation confirms the complementary contribution of each view.
