OmniCalib: Target-Free, Task-Structured Self-Calibration for Humanoid Robots

Assembly, wear, and component replacement perturb the sensor extrinsics and joint zeros encoded by a humanoid CAD model. Existing procedures calibrate one sensor pair or require external fiducials. Using only robot-native motion and onboard sensing, we present OmniCalib, a target-free workflow that calibrates the full upper limbs---all 14 arm joint zeros and the extrinsics of both wrist and chest cameras---as well as lower limbs and the multi-camera head rig. Each module matches a robot-native task to a parameter block, checks observability, and writes only supported corrections to the CAD model. Our depth ICP method recovers all 14 arm joint zeros and calibrates all RGB-D camera extrinsics without any calibration target. Relative to CAD, the estimated extrinsic corrections are 10.56 mm and 1.74 degrees for the left wrist, 6.33 mm and 1.25 degrees for the right wrist, and 9.81 mm and 0.929 degrees for the chest RGB-D camera. ICP point-to-plane residual is 2.09 mm. On the same injected offsets, ICP and ArUco recover all 14 joint zeros below the 0.1-degree encoder-resolution reference. On an AGIBOT A3 Ultra humanoid, four static double-support stances recover all 12 lower-limb joint-zero offsets injected with an RMS error of 0.063 degrees. The head module combines multi-camera visual odometry with legged odometry and dynamic compensation through the live ROS transform tree. Using only planar walking, it attains a mean SO(3) error of 1.061 degrees across three sequences. The best sequence reaches 0.775 degrees, competitive with iKalibr at 0.902 degrees from rich 6-DOF excitation. Rig-relative angles repeat within 0.140 degrees. Injection recovery and held-out tests validate each observable block.

OmniRisk: Omnidirectional Trajectory-Risk Learning for Agile Quadrotor Dynamic Avoidance

Agile quadrotor avoidance of fast-moving obstacles requires anticipating collisions and selecting feasible maneuvers within short reaction windows. Reliable predictive avoidance remains challenging because sparse range observations do not directly reveal obstacle motion, while online trajectory optimizers either scale poorly with obstacle count or remain efficient at the expense of reliability in dense, high-speed encounters. We present OmniRisk, an omnidirectional planning framework that learns trajectory-level risk offline for efficient onboard evasion. A fixed-dimensional tensor combines LiDAR range panoramas, dynamic masks, and Cartesian surface velocities to represent geometry and motion jointly. We formulate an asymmetric risk field aligned with obstacle velocity that emphasizes approaching interactions and attenuates receding ones. Accumulating this risk along predicted relative trajectories provides dense supervision and discourages unnecessary hesitation after obstacles pass. A dual-branch circular convolutional network predicts terminal boundary states and dynamic risks for candidate primitives over an omnidirectional anchor lattice in a single forward pass, followed by selection and closed-form reconstruction of the selected candidate primitive. This formulation removes online risk accumulation along trajectories and makes risk-inference cost independent of obstacle count. OmniRisk enables efficient onboard avoidance, with real-world flights demonstrating consecutive evasive maneuvers at relative encounter speeds up to 15 m/s without fine-tuning. OmniPoint: Universal Monocular Metric Pointcloud from Any Camera

Recovering metric 3D geometry from monocular images is a fundamental computer vision task, yet current methods remain heavily fragmented by fixed camera model assumptions and inflexible input schemes. We present OmniPoint, a unified framework designed to generalize metric reconstruction across diverse imaging sensors, including pinhole, fisheye, and equirectangular projections, while accommodating varying geometric priors. To overcome projection rigidity, OmniPoint abandons conventional planar depth regression. It instead adopts a decoupled ray and distance representation alongside a decoupled training objective, explicitly separating the camera projection model from the scene structure. To address the severe scarcity of training data for alternative cameras, we introduce a bidirectional augmentation strategy that explicitly bridges labeled perspective data and unlabeled omnidirectional domains in 3D space. Furthermore, to seamlessly integrate optional inputs like camera intrinsics or sparse depth without destabilizing the network through feature distribution shifts, we propose a robust information injection mechanism. This mechanism utilizes learnable input state embeddings to resolve architectural ambiguity and applies vectorized Gaussian smoothing to densify irregular measurements. Extensive experiments demonstrate that OmniPoint achieves state-of-the-art zero-shot performance across multiple benchmarks, establishing a robust new standard for unified monocular 3D reconstruction.

Exploring the Potential of Contrastive Language-Image Pre-training for Multi-Source Remote Sensing Data

Contrastive language-image learning (CLIP) has become a key paradigm for remote sensing vision-language understanding. However, existing remote sensing contrastive learning methods are mostly built on RGB-oriented CLIP architectures, making it difficult to exploit heterogeneous sensors such as SAR, multi-spectral imaging (MSI), and hyperspectral imaging (HSI). To address this limitation, we propose OmniRSCLIP, an end-to-end contrastive learning framework that supports multi-source sensor inputs for remote sensing vision-language modeling. The key idea is to extend CLIP beyond its fixed RGB input interface without breaking the pretrained visual knowledge. To this end, OmniRSCLIP introduces Spectral-Spatial Basis Decomposition (SSBD), which formulates arbitrary-channel adaptation as a basis recomposition problem: pretrained CLIP patch embeddings provide transferable spatial bases, while wavelength-conditioned coefficients span sensor-specific embedding kernels within a constrained visual prior space. This design avoids forcing heterogeneous sensors into a fixed-channel input space, while aligning them in a unified image-text semantic space. We further introduce a spectral-context-aware mask-based contrastive learning scheme to suppress modality-specific redundant features and enhance fine-grained image-text alignment. Finally, to support multi-modal training, we construct OmniRS5M, the first large-scale remote sensing image-text corpus covering RGB, SAR, MSI, and HSI. Experiments on retrieval, zero-shot classification, and semantic localization show that OmniRSCLIP preserves strong RGB-domain performance while effectively extending CLIP to heterogeneous remote sensing modalities.

OmniScientist: An Omni-Modal Omni-Discipline AI Scientist

Recent advances in foundation models have enabled AI scientists to automate increasingly complete research workflows, from hypothesis generation and code execution to manuscript preparation. Yet workflow coverage alone does not provide access to the full evidence on which scientific discovery depends. Existing systems typically reason over text, code, labels, or precomputed summaries, leaving scientifically decisive spatial, temporal, cross-channel, and procedural relations unavailable to the agent. We introduce OmniScientist, an end-to-end, omni-modal AI scientist that conducts multidisciplinary research directly from heterogeneous raw evidence. A perception layer and 3 autonomous agents for ideation, experiment, and writeup operate within a deterministic pipeline, allowing observations to shape research questions, experimental decisions, and final claims throughout the research lifecycle. By running idea, rigour, and claim checks in code, the system enforces novelty screening, statistical validity, execution provenance, and numerical traceability. We evaluate OmniScientist on 36 real-data cases spanning 5 discipline families, 4 families of scientific evidence, and modalities including images, signals, audio, video, 3-D structures, trajectories, tables, formulae, and graphs. The system completes the full path from raw data to a compiled manuscript in all 36 cases and achieves a mean overall paper score of 6.3 with the reference reasoning backbone. In paired comparisons against a blind variant that receives only precomputed scalar features, direct perception improves all 7 evaluation dimensions and wins 85% of head-to-head judgments. These results show that lifecycle-wide perception is essential for evidence-grounded scientific discovery and provides a practical path toward broadly capable AI scientists.

Omni-modal decomposition autoencoders learn full-stack wearable disentangled representations

Learning disentangled representations is a key requirement for developing versatile, general-purpose, and sustainable models in multi-modal wearable computing. However, existing approaches do not operate as full-stack wearable processors, i.e., they do not simultaneously address task-specific classification performance, disentangled and interpretable representation learning, fusion, and generative modeling of highly heterogeneous multi-modal time series. To address this gap, we introduce Omni-modal Variational Decomposition Autoencoders (OmniDecVAEs), a framework that efficiently learns multi-purpose representations in a unified and scalable manner from arbitrarily many modalities. OmniDecVAEs extend DecVAEs by learning modality-conditioned time-frequency latent subspaces through a multi-view self-supervised decomposition loss and a shared asymmetric autoencoder (AE) architecture. Results on a challenging omni-modal human activity recognition (HAR) setting with up to thirty modalities, demonstrate the ability of OmniDecVAEs to learn full-stack wearable representations. When compared to transformer-based and VAE-based methods, OmniDecVAEs full-stack disentangled representation properties lead to accuracy improvements of 1.01% and 6.75% in activity and identity recognition, respectively. Furthermore, OmniDecVAEs synthesize realistic omni-modal time-frequency data that manifest with enhanced reconstructions (mean absolute error improves by 76.84%) and distributional similarity between real and synthetic data (maximum mean discrepancy improves by 13.85%). Our results highlight OmniDecVAEs potential as a lightweight model suitable for intelligent edge wearables and clinical healthcare, unifying processing requirements and abilities in a single model, through its enhanced representational capacity, modality-invariant spatial complexity (4.1M parameters), and real-time latency.

OmniMech: All-in-one Multimodal Mechanical Benchmark for 3D Reconstruction

Recent vision-language models (VLMs) can generate executable CAD programs from images, but existing methods mainly target coarse, general-purpose 3D objects and rarely address the fine-grained geometry and millimeter-level tolerances required in industrial mechanical design. We introduce OmniMech, the first million-scale benchmark for evaluating VLMs on executable CAD generation from industrial manufacturing data. OmniMech contains more than 251,000 fully dimensioned and toleranced 2D orthographic drawings, paired with native CAD models, multi-view renderings, mesh, STEP and B-rep representations, and rich semantic annotations. The benchmark includes four tasks: (1) parametric CAD program synthesis from engineering drawings; (2) diagram-to-3D reasoning for geometrically and structurally consistent reconstruction; (3) annotation-grounded reasoning over dimensions, symbols, feature callouts, and manufacturing constraints; and (4) tool-augmented agentic reasoning using visualization, measurement, CAD execution, and verification tools. Experiments show that current VLMs and CAD-specialized models still struggle with executable program synthesis, fine-grained 3D reconstruction, and reliable enforcement of dimensions and tolerances. We will release the benchmark data, evaluation code, and tool interfaces to support future research.

OmniPack: Unified Token Compression for Efficient Omni-modal Large Language Models

Omni-modal large language models (Omni-LLMs) have achieved remarkable performance on audio-visual understanding tasks, but processing long and highly redundant visual and audio token sequences incurs substantial computational overhead, demanding aggressive token compression for efficient deployment. Existing methods often degrade at low token budgets: pre-LLM compression may discard structurally important and globally distributed evidence, whereas inner-LLM compression often underexploits query-conditioned audio-visual collaboration. To address these limitations, we propose OmniPack, a training-free framework that coordinates structural compression before the LLM with task-relevant semantic refinement within the LLM. Before the LLM, OmniPack removes structural redundancy through modality-specific importance, global coverage, and similarity-aware merging. After sufficient multimodal interaction, it further consolidates diverse, task-relevant representations through textual guidance and audio-visual collaboration. Extensive experiments on five benchmarks with three Omni-LLM backbones demonstrate that OmniPack consistently achieves the best performance-efficiency trade-off across diverse retention ratios, outperforming all existing methods. Notably, on Qwen2.5-Omni-7B, OmniPack preserves 98.0% of the original performance while reducing FLOPs to 16.7%, and still retains 92.9% of the original performance with only 6.8% of the original FLOPs.

OmniPhys: Knowledge-Graph-Driven Benchmarking and Collective Optimization for Physical Commonsense in Text-to-Image Generation

While text-to-image models exhibit remarkable visual fidelity, they frequently violate fundamental physical commonsense. Existing benchmarks often rely on coarse-grained descriptions, failing to diagnose the mastery of specific physical principles. Moreover, the high stochasticity of generative processes causes current prompt optimization methods to suffer from gradient hallucinations, where optimizers are misled by transient visual artifacts rather than systemic flaws. To address these challenges, we introduce OmniPhys, a rigorous benchmark of 1,551 samples grounded in a Physical Knowledge Graph. By aligning PhET simulations with standard curricula, OmniPhys operationalizes a knowledge-to-scenario pipeline that performs diagnostic stress tests via a dual-path verification protocol. We further propose OmniPrompt, an iterative framework that treats physical alignment as a discrete optimization problem. For each query, OmniPrompt aggregates K stochastic images into a per-query feedback buffer. Across training, it further merges feedback from batches of B queries before each meta-policy update, filtering seed and query-local noise. Evaluations across 12 representative text-to-image models reveal universal physical bottlenecks. Results demonstrate that OmniPrompt significantly enhances physical consistency across diverse backbones, proving the transferability and efficacy of our evolved meta-policies. OmniVAE: An Audio-Video VAE with Cross-Modal Alignment for Joint Generation

Recent generative models are moving beyond silent video or standalone audio synthesis toward the joint generation of synchronized audio and video. Despite this progress, jointly generating audio and video with fine-grained cross-modal correspondence remains challenging due to their fundamental structural differences. Most existing methods use audio and video VAEs trained separately. As a result, the two latent spaces lack cross-modal alignment, leaving the downstream generative model to learn cross-modal synchronization from scratch. We present OmniVAE, a jointly trained audio-video VAE that learns fine-grained semantic alignment between audio and video latent representations. Beyond reconstruction, OmniVAE uses a segment-level audio-video contrastive objective to capture temporal-semantic correspondence and align the two latent spaces. In parallel, it distills features from pretrained modality-specific semantic encoders into each modality, improving the downstream learnability of both latent spaces. Extensive experiments show that both objectives consistently improve the learnability of the latent spaces, translating into higher generation quality and more accurate cross-modal synchronization in downstream text-to-audio-video generation. These findings underscore the importance of learning unified representations as a foundation for omnimodal modeling.1

OmniCache: Multidimensional Hierarchical Feature Caching For Diffusion Models

High-resolution image and video diffusion models, including SD3, FLUX, and recent video diffusion transformers, have substantially improved generative quality but remain expensive at inference time because they repeatedly evaluate attention-heavy denoisers over many sampling steps. We address this inefficiency by exploiting redundancy in intermediate diffusion features rather than changing model weights or retraining. We identify four complementary redundancy sources in image and video generation: intra-frame, inter-frame, motion, and denoising-step redundancy. Based on this analysis, we propose OmniCache, a unified hierarchical caching framework that performs multidimensional feature reuse through Token Cache, Frame Cache, Block Cache, and Layered Cache. Unlike token-merging baselines that average matched features, OmniCache uses similarity matching to select cacheable features, skips redundant computation, and restores positionally consistent cached activations, preserving feature order and spatial-temporal structure. The resulting framework reuses spatial features in temporal layers and temporal features in spatial layers, while Layered Cache captures cross-step redundancy at the model-layer level. Across SD3, SVD-XT, and Latte, OmniCache reduces inference latency by up to 35%, 25%, and 28%, respectively, while maintaining visual fidelity and motion coherence in a training-free setting.

OmniMate: Open-Ended Real-Time Streaming Audio-Visual Generation for Interactive Avatars

Recent advances in diffusion-based generative models have enabled real-time audio-driven avatar generation and unified audio-visual synthesis, providing a promising foundation for interactive avatar systems. However, extending unified audio-visual synthesis to real-time interactive streaming remains challenging, as the generation horizon is unknown in advance and the generated identity may drift over long-term generation. To address these challenges, we propose OmniMate, a unified framework for open-ended real-time interactive audio-visual avatar generation. OmniMate jointly synthesizes visual content, speech, and sound effects in real time, enabling natural and immersive multi-turn interactions. To achieve adaptive response progression, we introduce a Generation Progress Controller (GPC) that explicitly models the generation progress of each streaming chunk, allowing the model to complete responses according to the desired progress and achieve seamless transitions between execution and listening states. To preserve long-term cross-modal identity consistency, we propose a Multi-Reference Conditioning Module (MRCM), which leverages multiple reference images and a reference speech segment to provide persistent visual and speaker identity cues throughout long-duration streaming interactions. Extensive experiments on an interaction-oriented adaptation of VerseBench demonstrate that OmniMate achieves high-quality, low-latency streaming generation while maintaining strong long-term audio-visual consistency. The results further show that OmniMate supports realistic, coherent, and responsive interactive avatar experiences over extended multi-turn conversations.

OmniReasoner: Thinking with Long Audio-Video via Native Tool Use

Long audio-video reasoning is difficult for omnimodal LLMs because the decisive evidence is often sparse, cross-modal, and too expensive to preserve with uniformly high-fidelity inputs. We introduce OmniReasoner, a tool-use post-training framework for Thinking with Long Audio-Video: omni-modal LLMs learn, via supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning, to decide whether and where to call a zoom-in tool before answering. OmniReasoner first builds a low-cost global preview of the full stream and then, when needed, calls the zoom-in tool with a requested temporal interval for higher-fidelity visual and audio inspection before answering. Because the model observes different sampling granularities before and after this call -- a sparse global preview and a denser local clip -- we introduce TimeAnchor, which keeps the tool's temporal argument valid and round-trip-consistent across these granularities, rather than tied to frame indices from a particular sampling rate. To make this tool-use behavior trainable without expensive manual interval annotation, we build a Temporal Augmented Data Engine that synthesizes tool-use post-training trajectories by video editing and composition. Experiments across omnimodal and video benchmarks show that OmniReasoner improves both answer accuracy and temporal grounding while concentrating high-fidelity computation on informative regions. Code is available at https://github.com/RockyChen0205/OmniReasoner.

OmniX: Any-view and Any-time 4D Reconstruction via Feed-forward Trajectory Fields

Previous feed-forward 4D reconstruction methods either predict per-frame static point clouds, ignoring foreground motion, or estimate point cloud trajectories while being limited to small camera motions. This restricts their ability to aggregate observations over time and reconstruct complete dynamic scenes under large viewpoint changes. To address this limitation, we propose OmniX, a feed-forward 4D reconstruction framework that predicts dense 3D point trajectories for every pixel from videos with large camera motion. OmniX decouples dynamic motion modeling from static geometry prediction and represents motion using a compact set of dynamic tokens. By leveraging the sparse and low-rank structure of 3D motion, these tokens generate trajectory fields for all pixels across all images while efficiently preserving global interactions. To facilitate training, we further build an automatic UE5-based 4D data engine and introduce a large-scale dataset containing 80K scenes and 1.28M multi-view videos with full geometric annotations. OmniX achieves state-of-the-art performance on dense 3D point trajectory prediction and 3D point tracking, while also demonstrating competitive results on video depth estimation and camera pose estimation.

Game Theory Driven Multi-Agent Framework Mitigates Language Model Hallucination

The application of lightweight Large Language Models in rule-based scientific domains remains severely limited by their tendency to mimic linguistic patterns rather than reproduce axiomatic reasoning, causing frequent hallucinations. Here, we show that G-Frame, an adaptive multi-agent framework integrating Bayesian and team game principles, establishes an automated closed-loop for high-quality data synthesis and model training. By forcing the internalization of domain constraints through structured reasoning, we synthesized a specialized corpus of 363,045 chains-of-thought and 199,589 question-answer pairs. The resulting 7B model OmniChem achieves performance parity with GPT 4o mini on custom benchmarks and ChemBench while exhibiting a 79.46% reduction in hallucinations relative to its base architecture. We further demonstrate the advanced capabilities of OmniChem in molecular design and synthesis planning. This work establishes a scalable paradigm utilizing adaptive multi-agents to overcome inherent reasoning deficiencies, offering a feasible pathway for accelerating knowledge discovery in specialized scientific fields.

OmniSCS: Omni Safety-Critical Scenario Synthesis for Autonomous Driving via a Fully Editable Driving World

The synthesis of safety-critical scenarios (SCS) and their evaluation through closed-loop simulations are crucial for developing robust autonomous driving systems. A key aspect of this process involves editing agent states in both appearance and trajectory levels within existing scenes. However, current methods struggle to preserve data fidelity after scene editing and fail to efficiently generate high-quality SCS through such modifications. To overcome these limitations, we propose OmniSCS, an innovative system that generates photorealistic SCS with high physical fidelity while enabling closed-loop testing in synthetic environments. OmniSCS comprises two key modules: 1) A Fully Editable Driving World Construction module that maintains high-fidelity agent appearance and background during scene editing via dual-strategy agent reconstruction and depth-refinement background reconstruction methods. 2) A SCS Synthesis module that facilitates object insertion and agent trajectory editing to synthesize diverse SCS while preserving data fidelity. Experiments on nuScenes, Waymo, and KITTI datasets show that OmniSCS outperforms state-of-the-art methods in edited scene fidelity. We further validate its ability to enhance autonomous driving algorithms and support real-time (13Hz) closed-loop testing. Overall, OmniSCS provides a safer, more effective, and cost-efficient solution for SCS optimization and testing in autonomous driving.

OmniFocus: Query-Guided Modality-Balanced Token Compression for Omni-Modal Large Language Models

Omni modal large language models (OmniLLMs) have attracted wide attention for their ability to jointly process audio and video, but they generate large token sequences under audio-visual inputs, leading to substantial inference cost. Existing audio-visual token compression methods often rely on unimodal guidance, overlooking the temporal locality of query-relevant evidence in audio-visual inputs and implicitly assuming that the two modalities share a temporally aligned information density distribution. We propose \textbf{OmniFocus}, a training-free query-guided token compression method for OmniLLMs that performs independent importance estimation for video and audio, enabling a modality-symmetric compression design that preserves modality-specific salient evidence while maintaining audio-visual alignment, thereby mitigating the modality bias issue that can arise from unimodal-guided compression. Experiments on the Qwen2.5-Omni model family across four audio-visual benchmarks show that OmniFocus maintains strong compressed performance at low token retention ratios and outperforms existing baselines on several major benchmark scores at 25% token retention. On DailyOmni with Qwen2.5-Omni-7B at 25% token retention, OmniFocus maintains 59.40 accuracy while delivering up to 1.38×\times prefill speedup relative to the full-token baseline, highlighting a favorable practical accuracy-efficiency trade-off.

OmniDS: Dual-Stream Context Fusion for Omnidirectional Depth from Fisheye Cameras

Omnidirectional depth estimation from multi-fisheye camera rigs is complicated by visibility conflicts: wide baselines cause different cameras to observe different portions, or even different faces, of the same object, so aggregating their features into a unified equirectangular (ERP) representation under fixed projection produces ambiguous matching evidence near occlusion boundaries and thin structures. Although existing methods mitigate this by down-weighting unreliable views, they do not resolve the underlying discrepancy because context formation and cross-view fusion remain tied to rigid fisheye-to-ERP sampling. We present OmniDS, an iterative depth refinement framework that replaces rigid aggregation by combining dynamic context fusion with consensus-aware multi-view similarity. A dual-stream encoder pairs a lightweight CNN for geometric detail with a frozen DINOv3 for semantic priors; their features are reprojected into ERP space at each refinement step via learned view weighting and deformable cross-attention with geometric distortion bias. In parallel, a multi-view consensus volume captures global cross-camera agreement through group-wise correlation and feature variance, regularized by a 3D U-Net. For efficient deployment, we distill the dual-stream representation into a single MobileNet-based encoder. OmniDS achieves state-of-the-art performance on the OmniThings, OmniHouse, and Sunny benchmarks while maintaining competitive inference speed. Tastes without distinction: silicon samples and the synthetic construction of tastes

Large-language models have proven to be remarkable if inconsistent parrots of public attitudes and opinions. The extent to which LLMs are able to produce reasonable approximations of cultural taste remains an open empirical question that becomes more urgent by the day, with market research companies already offering provisional 'synthetic' survey panels and the contamination of standard survey data from LLM-generated responses. In this study, we build on past work on silicon sampling by extending considerations of their ecological, relational, and positional fidelity in the doomain of cultural tastes. We use large-language models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and DeepSeek to produce 554,940 silicon surrogates of survey respondents from the Survey of Public Participation in the Arts (SPPA). We find these silicon surrogates' tastes to be highly stylized facsimiles of human tastes. First, silicon samples are super-omnivorous with a systematic postive-bias for liking. These individual-level bias of silicon samples are not well-explained by the WEIRD-bias often discussed in the literature. Second, the complex relationality in real taste structures is completely distorted among silicon samples. Third, very little of the known cultural alignment between tastes and social space are preserved. Silicon samples juvenilize age-taste associations, resurrect anachronistic class-taste associations, and caricaturize gender- and race-taste associations. Key words: AI, taste, consumption, culture, silicon sampling, meta-analysis.

OmniContact: Chaining Meta-Skills via Contact Flow for Generalizable Humanoid Loco-Manipulation

Learning long-horizon humanoid loco-manipulation poses a dual challenge: it requires not only the robust execution of meta-skills but also their seamless, closed-loop chaining equipped with autonomous recovery. Existing approaches remain limited: explicit humanoid-object interaction representations offer precision but are notoriously difficult for high-level planning, whereas implicit skill embeddings are compact but lack the interpretability required for reliable composition. We propose \ours, a hierarchical framework centered on \textbf{contact flow (CF)}, a compact representation consisting of key body trajectories and time-series binary contact signals. Leveraging this shared interface, our low-level policy \textbf{CF-Track} learns a unified library of loco-manipulation skills, while our high-level module \textbf{CF-Gen} heuristically synthesizes future contact-flow sequences. To support this setting, we additionally collect the OmniContact dataset, a MoCap-based HOI corpus for humanoid loco-manipulation (Appendix~\ref{sec:dataset}). Together, they enable robust execution, autonomous failure recovery, and flexible composition of meta-skills for long-horizon tasks. Experiments show that OmniContact achieves 98.7%98.7\% success on \textit{Carry Box} and 76.5%76.5\% on \textit{Push-Stack Boxes}, outperforming prior baselines by average margins of 40.9%40.9\% in meta-skill and 66.5%66.5\% in skill chaining. Besides, our framework naturally integrates with VLMs for semantic task decomposition, enabling complex, semantically grounded loco-manipulation behaviors, such as arranging scattered boxes into a heart shape.

OmniV2X: A Generative Foundation Planner for Efficient End-to-End Cooperative Driving

We present OmniV2X, a generative foundation model for vehicle-to-everything (V2X) cooperative driving. The model directly interprets independent context sequences comprising multi-modal and multi-agent observations. The new design mitigates the computational cost of dense 3D perception, the vulnerability to data scarcity in cooperative scenarios, and the poor compliance with standardized messaging in existing methods that fuse multi-modal inputs into a shared representation. For training, we present an end-to-end supervised pipeline using a downstream trajectory generation loss, in which a high-capacity generative sequence planner implicitly learns to steer the model and leverage multi-modal inputs via cross-attention injection. As a foundation model, we demonstrate that OmniV2X pre-trained on large-scale single-agent planning datasets can efficiently adapt to cooperative environments by integrating the conditioning context with lightweight, standard-compliant V2X tokens. Evaluated on the DAIR-V2X-Seq dataset, OmniV2X outperforms existing end-to-end cooperative driving baselines, achieving state-of-the-art performance with less than 10% of the fine-tune V2X dataset and less than 1% of the communication bandwidth. We conduct comprehensive evaluations to demonstrate its computational efficiency and robustness under real-world constraints.

A Large-Scale Multi-Dimensional Empirical Study of LLMs for Conversation Summarization

Despite the significant advancement of LLMs in conversation summarization, their evaluation remains limited by insufficient scenarios, input lengths, and sample sizes. Furthermore, existing benchmarks often omit frontier reasoning systems and efficient small models, or lack fine-grained, multi-dimensional assessments. To bridge these gaps, we propose OmniCSEval, a unified benchmark comprising 1,800 diverse conversations across six real-world scenarios, featuring context lengths ranging from 128 to 32k tokens. For fine-grained evaluation, we employ a bidirectional fact-checking framework that integrates key fact matching to assess completeness and conciseness, alongside summary fact verification to evaluate faithfulness. To ensure reliable assessment, we establish a human-LLM collaborative pipeline for key fact extraction and a multi-LLM consensus verifier for summary fact decomposition. Leveraging this framework, we evaluate 28 LLMs across four distinct categories grouped by reasoning capability and model scale. Our extensive empirical study reveals critical insights regarding the cross-scenario challenges current LLMs continue to face, the impacts of reasoning and scale, and the efficiency and adaptability of reasoning models. We also provide guidance for system selection in real-world deployments.

OmniTraffic: A Controllable Generation Pipeline and Benchmark for Spatio-Temporal Traffic Reasoning

Traffic scene understanding requires models to reason beyond object recognition, including lane topology, multi-view geometry, temporal evolution, and signal-phase semantics. However, existing traffic-oriented multimodal benchmarks largely emphasize passive visual recognition or isolated video understanding, offering limited support for evaluating structure-aware traffic reasoning under controlled conditions. We introduce OmniTraffic, a controllable generation pipeline and benchmark for spatio-temporal traffic reasoning. Built around 12 real-world intersections reconstructed into editable 3D traffic environments and complemented by surveillance footage from two countries, OmniTraffic supports both controlled and natural-condition evaluation. It defines a three-level task hierarchy spanning scene perception, multi-view and temporal reasoning, and decision support. Using structured traffic metadata, OmniTraffic generates synchronized multi-view VQA samples covering vehicle states, lane functions, view--BEV correspondence, temporal dynamics, and signal-phase analysis, resulting in 8M VQA samples and a 3K human-verified test set. Evaluation of eleven frontier MLLMs reveals a large human--model gap, with the most pronounced failures in topology-grounded and spatio-temporal reasoning tasks. Fine-tuning a lightweight MLLM on simulated OmniTraffic data further improves performance on real-world traffic scenes, demonstrating the value of simulation-generated supervision for traffic-specific multimodal reasoning. Beyond a fixed dataset, OmniTraffic provides an extensible pipeline with configurable intersections, camera views, traffic demands, signal phases, visual conditions, and rare events.

OmniPMNet: Bridging discrete and gridded PM10 forecasts via omni-query neural processes

Forecasting particulate matter (PM10) requires both station-scale accuracy and continuous spatial fields, especially during severe dust storms. Chemical transport models (CTMs) provide gridded forecasts but retain local biases, whereas graph neural networks (GNNs) track monitoring sites well at short lead times but do not produce gridded outputs. Here we present OmniPM-Net, a Convolutional Conditional Neural Process (ConvCNP)-based fusion model that reconciles these two forecast types within a shared spatial representation. A terrain-aware Gaussian set convolution lifts irregular GNN station forecasts onto a regular grid, where a multi-scale Spatial Source Attention (SSA) module blends them with Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS) forecasts; a shared omni-query readout then decodes this representation into consistent PM10 predictions at either stations or grid cells over a 108 h horizon. Evaluated across 1,618 air-quality monitoring stations throughout China over the full year of 2024, OmniPM-Net matches the station-level accuracy of the stronger GNN baseline (mean absolute error 21.14 versus 22.00 ug/m3) and reduces the CAMS mean absolute error by 30%, while simultaneously delivering the gridded fields that the discrete GNN cannot. Its clearest gains are in the high-concentration tail, where the 90th-percentile MAE falls by 9% relative to the GNN and 25% relative to CAMS, and during dust episodes, where it improves categorical detection skill while tracking the evolving spatial trajectory.

OmniBioTwin: A System-of-Twinned-Systems Framework for Health Digital Twins

Health digital twins (HDTs) promise patient-specific modeling and decision support but current approaches remain structurally fragmented: monolithic models that address a single organ or task lack cross-scale fidelity, while system-level twins lack generalizable architectural frameworks. We propose OmniBioTwin, a System-of-Twinned-Systems (SoTS) framework that organizes HDTs as modular computational entities coupled through explicit interaction operators within a multi-layer network architecture. The framework comprises seven coordinated layers - spanning data integration, autonomous twin modeling, cross-scale coupling, temporal synchronization, and human-in-the-loop decision support. We demonstrate OmniBioTwin by instantiating a multiscale twin for glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) signaling pathways in Alzheimer's disease, illustrating how molecular, cellular, and organ-level twins can be composed and coupled within a unified system.

OMG: Omni-Modal Motion Generation for Generalist Humanoid Control

Humanoid whole-body control has made significant progress in recent years, yet existing approaches remain limited to few-skill policies with heavy reward engineering, or motion trackers that are difficult to extend to new input modalities. We argue that the key to general-purpose humanoid control is to build a scalable brain, a module capable of reasoning with diverse conditioning modalities, atop a reactive motion tracking cerebellum, mirroring the hierarchical structure of biological motor systems. Two challenges arise in realizing this vision: acquiring a vast amount of high-quality data to achieve general purpose control, and equipping the generator with the capability to condition on compositional, extensible multi-modal inputs. We present OMG, which addresses these challenges with a meticulous data curation, filtering and labeling pipeline, as well as a diffusion-based motion generation backbone that conditions on language, audio, and human reference motions. Extensive experiments validate OMG as an omni-modal whole-body controller exhibiting state-of-the-art performance, model scaling behavior and efficient adaptation to new distributions and modalities, marking a concrete step toward foundation models for humanoid robots.

OmniGen-AR: AutoRegressive Any-to-Image Generation

Autoregressive (AR) models have demonstrated strong potential in visual generation, offering superior performance with simple architectures and optimization objectives. However, existing methods are typically limited to single-modality conditions, e.g., text, restricting their applicability in real-world scenarios that demand image synthesis from diverse controls. In this work, we present OmniGen-AR, a unified autoregressive framework for Any-to-Image generation. By discretizing various visual conditions through a shared visual tokenizer and text prompts with a text tokenizer, OmniGen-AR supports a broad spectrum of conditional inputs within a single model, including text (text-to-image generation), spatial signals (segmentation-to-image and depth-to-image), and visual context (image editing, frame prediction, and text-to-video generation). To mitigate the risk of information leakage from condition tokens to content tokens, we introduce Disentangled Causal Attention (DCA), which separates the full-sequence causal mask into condition causal attention and content causal attention. It serves as a training-time regularizer without affecting the standard next-token prediction during inference. With this design, OmniGen-AR achieves new state-of-the-art or at least competitive results across a range of benchmark, e.g., 0.63 on GenEval and 80.02 on VBench, demonstrating its effectiveness in flexible and high-fidelity visual generation.

OmniCap-IF: Benchmarking and Improving Instruction Following Abilities for Omni-Video Captioning

While Omni-modal Large Language Models (OLLMs) have demonstrated impressive capabilities in jointly processing audio and visual streams, their ability to strictly adhere to complex, multi-faceted user instructions remains largely unexplored. Existing benchmarks primarily focus on holistic video understanding or text-only instruction following, failing to capture the intricate interplay between modalities and user constraints. To bridge this gap, we introduce OmniCap-IF, the first comprehensive benchmark specifically designed to evaluate instruction-following capabilities in omni-modal captioning. OmniCap-IF incorporates a systematic framework that assesses captions on two dimensions: format correctness and content correctness. Our benchmark encompasses 50 distinct constraint types across pure visual, pure audio, and audio-visual modalities, while integrating Temporal Grounding to assess spatio-temporal precision. Extensive evaluations of prominent models on 1,920 high-quality samples reveal significant performance disparities. Furthermore, our analysis uncovers a critical "format-content tradeoff", demonstrating that increasing formatting complexity directly degrades models' omni-modal reasoning abilities. Finally, to advance the field, we curate a 54K instruction-tuning dataset, OmniCap-IF-54K and present OmniCaptioner-IF, which achieves notable improvements in both complex instruction adherence and general omni-modal captioning performance.

OmniFaceRig: Fully Automatic Inner-Mouth-Aware Face Rigging Across Diverse 3D Character Topologies

Facial rigging - creating FACS-based blendshapes together with inner-mouth geometry (teeth, gums, and tongue) - remains a major bottleneck in 3D character production. Existing pipelines still require substantial designer effort, especially for manual landmark annotation, per-character template adjustment, and inner-mouth placement. We present OmniFaceRig, a fully automatic end-to-end pipeline that converts a static surface-only 3D character mesh, with no pre-modeled oral cavity, into an inner-mouth-aware FACS rig with up to 155 blendshapes, procedurally fitted teeth, gums, and tongue, and re-packed UV/texture. OmniFaceRig supports diverse topologies - humans, humanoids, long-muzzled animals (e.g., dogs, wolves, foxes), and short-muzzled animals (e.g., cats, bears, rabbits, tigers) - with no manual landmarks, no user-provided templates, and no per-asset setup. The pipeline combines hybrid VLM+CV riggability checking, multi-model face parsing, dense keypoint-driven template registration, procedural inner-mouth construction, and collision-aware blendshape transfer. For non-human characters, OmniFaceRig selects topology-specific face and inner-mouth templates and uses collision-aware inner-mouth fitting to reduce teeth-face intersections without exposing users to category-specific tuning. We also publicly release Omni-Bench, a freely available benchmark dataset of 1,000 biped 3D characters with FACS facial blendshapes and inner-mouth geometry, spanning humans, humanoids, cats, dogs, and other animals. Experiments show high final rigging success on screened Omni-Bench inputs, nearly complete face detection recall from the segmentation ensemble and reliable inner-mouth placement with low penetration. Together, OmniFaceRig provides an automatic path from static generated characters to animation-ready facial rigs across both human and non-human topologies.

OmniVerifier-M1: Multimodal Meta-Verifier with Explicit Structured Recalibration

Visual outcomes are increasingly central to multimodal large language models, making reliable and fine-grained verification essential for scaling generalist foundation models. In this work, we investigate multimodal meta-verification, which leverages verifier-generated rationales rather than decision-only signals, and explore how to effectively incorporate meta-verification feedback into multimodal verifier training. We identify two key findings. First, symbolic verifier outputs (e.g., bounding boxes) outperform textual explanations as meta-verification rationales, enabling efficient rule-based reinforcement learning rewards while avoiding reliance on model-based rewards from auxiliary judge models. Second, decoupling reinforcement learning objectives for binary judgment and meta-verification substantially outperforms joint reward optimization, due to intrinsic differences in output structure and learning dynamics. Based on these insights, we train OmniVerifier-M1, a generalist visual verifier leveraging symbolic meta-verification and decoupled reinforcement learning. OmniVerifier-M1 provides robust verification and fine-grained error localization, and further enables M1-TTS, a verifier-driven agentic generation system achieving dynamic region-level self-correction. This approach paves the way for more reliable, interpretable, and fine-grained multimodal verification, supporting safer and more controllable foundation model deployment.

DinoComplete: 3D Shape Completion with Distilled Semantic Priors and State Space Models

3D shape completion from partial scans remains challenging for unseen categories and noisy real-world observations, where geometry alone is often insufficient for inferring missing structure. We present DinoComplete, a deterministic and efficient shape completion framework that augments geometric reconstruction with voxel-aligned semantic priors distilled from DINO features. First, we construct multi-view DINO feature volumes aligned with ShapeNet data and train a student network to predict dense semantic features directly from incomplete shapes. These predicted features capture global structure and part-aware semantic context while remaining aligned with the underlying geometry. We then integrate these distilled features into a completion network, where geometric and semantic voxel representations are fused through voxel state-space modeling. To enable efficient long-range reasoning without sacrificing resolution, we introduce a multi-scale voxel Mamba module that refines the fused features by combining full-grid and chunk-wise sequence modeling. Experiments on unseen ShapeNet categories and ScanNet objects show that DinoComplete achieves stronger completion quality than prior deterministic and generative based completion methods while using fewer parameters, requiring lower memory, and achieving faster inference. Our results demonstrate that distilling semantic priors from visual foundation models improves generalization and robustness in 3D shape completion.

OmniGF: A Dual-Branch Vision-Language Framework for Unified Gaze Following

Understanding human gaze behavior is essential for complex scene comprehension and human-computer interaction. Traditional gaze following models are typically restricted to pure spatial localization, lacking the high-level capacity to reason about semantic targets or complex social contexts. Furthermore, these models often process individuals sequentially, requiring redundant computations over the same scene image for multi-person inference. While recent Vision-Language Models (VLMs) offer the exceptional semantic reasoning needed to address gaze-related semantic tasks, their reliance on discrete text generation inherently limits precision in continuous spatial tasks like gaze localization. To bridge this gap, we propose OmniGF, a unified vision-language framework that adapts foundational VLMs for highly scalable multi-person gaze reasoning. The model adopts a dual-branch decoding strategy: a structured language branch generates discrete reasoning states, while a continuous spatial branch directly taps into the VLM's dense hidden states. Supervising these extracted representations with high-resolution gaze target heatmaps effectively overcomes the spatial bottleneck of text-only coordinate generation. Furthermore, to explicitly ground the model in multi-person scenes, we augment the input with head embeddings encoded from cropped head images, providing fine-grained appearance and orientation cues for all individuals simultaneously. By modeling all individuals and leveraging the strong semantic capability of VLMs, OmniGF seamlessly integrates precise spatial gaze target estimation, semantic gaze prediction, and complex social gaze reasoning. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our framework establishes new state-of-the-art performance across multiple standard benchmarks. Code is available at https://github.com/cvlab-stonybrook/omnigf.

OmniPro: A Comprehensive Benchmark for Omni-Proactive Streaming Video Understanding

Omni-proactive streaming video understanding, i.e., autonomously deciding when to speak and what to say from continuous audio-visual streams, is an emerging capability of omni-modal large language models. Existing benchmarks fall short in three key aspects: they rely primarily on visual signals, adopt polling or fixed-timestamp protocols instead of true proactive evaluation, and cover only a limited range of tasks, preventing reliable assessment and differentiation of omni-proactive streaming models. We present OmniPro, the first benchmark to jointly evaluate omni-modal perception, proactive responding, and diverse video understanding tasks. It comprises 2,700 human-verified samples spanning 9 sub-tasks and 3 cognitive levels, covering 6 basic video understanding capabilities. Notably, 84% of samples require audio signals (speech or non-speech), and each sample is annotated with modality-isolation labels to enable fine-grained multimodal analysis. We further introduce a dual-mode evaluation protocol: Probe mode assesses content understanding by querying the model before and after each ground-truth trigger, while Online mode evaluates full proactive ability by requiring models to autonomously decide when to respond in streaming input. Evaluating 11 representative models reveals three key findings: (1) audio provides consistent gains but with highly variable utilization across models, (2) performance degrades significantly over time, indicating limited long-horizon robustness, and (3) non-speech audio perception remains the weakest dimension.

OmniRefine: Alignment-Aware Cooperative Compression for Efficient Omnimodal Large Language Models

Omnimodal large language models (Omni-LLMs) show strong capability in audio-video understanding, but their practical deployment remains limited by high inference cost of long video streams and dense audio sequences. Despite recent progress, existing compression methods for Omni-LLMs typically rely on fixed or native compression units, which can disrupt cross-modal correspondence and the complementary information required for audio-video reasoning, making it difficult to improve inference efficiency while stably preserving performance. To address this, we propose OmniRefine, a training-free two-stage framework for efficient audio-visual token compression in Omni-LLMs. First, Correspondence-Preserving Chunk Refinement refines native chunk boundaries into cross-modally aligned compression units through frame-audio similarity and dynamic programming. Second, Modality-Aware Cooperative Compression jointly compresses video and audio tokens within each refined unit to reduce redundancy while preserving critical evidence. Extensive experiments show that OmniRefine achieves a better efficiency-performance trade-off than strong baselines and maintains stable performance under lower compression ratios. On WorldSense, it still reaches 46.7% accuracy at a 44% token retention ratio, nearly matching the full-token baseline. The code and interface will be released to facilitate further research.

OmniThoughtVis: A Scalable Distillation Pipeline for Deployable Multimodal Reasoning Models

Recent multimodal large language models (MLLMs) have shown strong chain-of-thought (CoT) reasoning ability on vision-language tasks, but their direct deployment in real-world systems is often limited by latency and resource constraints. In practice, smaller MLLMs are preferred for online serving, yet their reasoning performance is bottlenecked by the lack of large-scale, high-quality multimodal CoT supervision. In this paper, we present OmniThoughtVis, a scalable data curation and distillation pipeline for transferring multimodal reasoning capabilities from high-capacity teacher models to smaller, deployment-oriented MLLMs. Starting from a diverse open-source seed pool, our pipeline generates structured CoT traces and performs joint annotation of reasoning difficulty, answer quality, and semantic task tags. To maintain data quality at scale, we combine rule-based filtering, difficulty-aware selection, and tag-based diversity sampling, resulting in a curated corpus of 1.8M samples that supports controllable subset construction for downstream training. We use OmniThoughtVis to distill Qwen3-VL models from 2B to 8B parameters and evaluate them on nine multimodal reasoning benchmarks. The resulting distilled models show consistent gains across model scales, including improvements of up to +16.8 points on MathVerse and +5.6 points on MMMU-Pro for the 4B model. Notably, the distilled 4B model matches or surpasses the undistilled 8B baseline on several tasks, highlighting the practical value of scalable reasoning distillation for deployment-oriented MLLMs.

OmniVTG: A Large-Scale Dataset and Training Paradigm for Open-World Video Temporal Grounding

Video Temporal Grounding (VTG), the task of localizing video segments from text queries, struggles in open-world settings due to limited dataset scale and semantic diversity, causing performance gaps between common and rare concepts. To overcome these limitations, we introduce OmniVTG, a new large-scale dataset for open-world VTG, coupled with a Self-Correction Chain-of-Thought (CoT) training paradigm designed to enhance the grounding capabilities of Multimodal Large Language Models (MLLMs). Our OmniVTG is constructed via a novel Semantic Coverage Iterative Expansion pipeline, which first identifies gaps in the vocabulary of existing datasets and collects videos that are highly likely to contain these target concepts. For high-quality annotation, we leverage the insight that modern MLLMs excel at dense captioning more than direct grounding and design a caption-centric data engine to prompt MLLMs to generate dense, timestamped descriptions. Beyond the dataset, we observe that simple supervised finetuning (SFT) is insufficient, as a performance gap between rare and common concepts still persists. We find that MLLMs' video understanding ability significantly surpasses their direct grounding ability. Based on this, we propose a Self-Correction Chain-of-Thought (CoT) training paradigm. We train the MLLM to first predict, then use its understanding capabilities to reflect on and refine its own predictions. This capability is instilled via a three-stage pipeline of SFT, CoT finetuning, and reinforcement learning. Extensive experiments show our approach not only excels at open-world grounding in our OmniVTG dataset but also achieves state-of-the-art zero-shot performance on four existing VTG benchmarks. OmniFit: Multi-modal 3D Body Fitting via Scale-agnostic Dense Landmark Prediction

Fitting an underlying body model to 3D clothed human assets has been extensively studied, yet most approaches focus on either single-modal inputs such as point clouds or multi-view images alone, often requiring a known metric scale. This constraint is frequently impractical, especially for AI-generated assets where scale distortion is common. We propose OmniFit, a method that can seamlessly handle diverse multi-modal inputs, including full scans, partial depth observations, and image captures, while remaining scale-agnostic for both real and synthetic assets. Our key innovation is a simple yet effective conditional transformer decoder that directly maps surface points to dense body landmarks, which are then used for SMPL-X parameter fitting. In addition, an optional plug-and-play image adapter incorporates visual cues to compensate for missing geometric information. We further introduce a dedicated scale predictor that rescales subjects to canonical body proportions. OmniFit substantially outperforms state-of-the-art methods by 57.1 to 80.9 percent across daily and loose clothing scenarios. To the best of our knowledge, it is the first body fitting method to surpass multi-view optimization baselines and the first to achieve millimeter-level accuracy on the CAPE and 4D-DRESS benchmarks.

OmniVLA-RL: A Vision-Language-Action Model with Spatial Understanding and Online RL

Visual-Language-Action (VLA) models represent a paradigm shift in embodied AI, yet existing frameworks often struggle with imprecise spatial perception, suboptimal multimodal fusion, and instability in reinforcement learning. To bridge these gaps, we propose OmniVLA-RL, a novel architecture that leverages a Mix-of-Transformers (MoT) design to synergistically integrate reasoning, spatial, and action experts. Furthermore, we introduce Flow-GSPO, which reformulates flow matching as a Stochastic Differential Equation (SDE) process and integrates it with Group Segmented Policy Optimization (GSPO) to enhance action precision and training robustness. Extensive evaluations on the LIBERO and LIBERO-Plus benchmarks demonstrate that OmniVLA-RL achieves decent overall performance and surpasses mainstream existing methods, effectively overcoming the fundamental limitations of current VLA models.

OmniGCD: Abstracting Generalized Category Discovery for Modality Agnosticism

Generalized Category Discovery (GCD) challenges methods to identify known and novel classes using partially labeled data, mirroring human category learning. Unlike prior GCD methods, which operate within a single modality and require dataset-specific fine-tuning, we propose a modality-agnostic GCD approach inspired by the human brain's abstract category formation. Our OmniGCD\textbf{OmniGCD} leverages modality-specific encoders (e.g., vision, audio, text, remote sensing) to process inputs, followed by dimension reduction to construct a GCD latent space\textbf{GCD latent space}, which is transformed at test-time into a representation better suited for clustering using a novel synthetically trained Transformer-based model. To evaluate OmniGCD, we introduce a zero-shot GCD setting\textbf{zero-shot GCD setting} where no dataset-specific fine-tuning is allowed, enabling modality-agnostic category discovery. Trained once on synthetic data\textbf{Trained once on synthetic data}, OmniGCD performs zero-shot GCD across 16 datasets spanning four modalities, improving classification accuracy for known and novel classes over baselines (average percentage point improvement of +6.2\textbf{+6.2}, +17.9\textbf{+17.9}, +1.5\textbf{+1.5} and +12.7\textbf{+12.7} for vision, text, audio and remote sensing). This highlights the importance of strong encoders while decoupling representation learning from category discovery. Improving modality-agnostic methods will propagate across modalities, enabling encoder development independent of GCD. Our work serves as a benchmark for future modality-agnostic GCD works, paving the way for scalable, human-inspired category discovery. VIGIL: Part-Grounded Structured Reasoning for Generalizable Deepfake Detection

Multimodal large language models (MLLMs) offer a promising path toward interpretable deepfake detection by generating textual explanations. However, the reasoning process of current MLLM-based methods combines evidence generation and manipulation localization into a unified step. This combination blurs the boundary between faithful observations and hallucinated explanations, leading to unreliable conclusions. Building on this, we present VIGIL, a part-centric structured forensic framework inspired by expert forensic practice through a plan-then-examine pipeline: the model first plans which facial parts warrant inspection based on global visual cues, then examines each part with independently sourced forensic evidence. A stage-gated injection mechanism delivers part-level forensic evidence only during examination, ensuring that part selection remains driven by the model's own perception rather than biased by external signals. We further propose a progressive three-stage training paradigm whose reinforcement learning stage employs part-aware rewards to enforce anatomical validity and evidence--conclusion coherence. To enable rigorous generalizability evaluation, we construct OmniFake, a hierarchical 5-Level benchmark where the model, trained on only three foundational generators, is progressively tested up to in-the-wild social-media data. Extensive experiments on OmniFake and cross-dataset evaluations demonstrate that VIGIL consistently outperforms both expert detectors and concurrent MLLM-based methods across all generalizability levels.

SocialOmni: Benchmarking Audio-Visual Social Interactivity in Omni Models

Omni-modal large language models (OLMs) redefine human-machine interaction by natively integrating audio, vision, and text. However, existing OLM benchmarks remain anchored to static, accuracy-centric tasks, leaving a critical gap in assessing social interactivity, the fundamental capacity to navigate dynamic cues in natural dialogues. To this end, we propose SocialOmni, a comprehensive benchmark that operationalizes the evaluation of this conversational interactivity across three core dimensions: (i) speaker separation and identification (who is speaking), (ii) interruption timing control (when to interject), and (iii) natural interruption generation (how to phrase the interruption). SocialOmni features 2,000 perception samples and a quality-controlled diagnostic set of 209 interaction-generation instances with strict temporal and contextual constraints, complemented by controlled audio-visual inconsistency scenarios to test model robustness. We benchmarked 12 leading OLMs, which uncovers significant variance in their social-interaction capabilities across models. Furthermore, our analysis reveals a pronounced decoupling between a model's perceptual accuracy and its ability to generate contextually appropriate interruptions, indicating that understanding-centric metrics alone are insufficient to characterize conversational social competence. More encouragingly, these diagnostics from SocialOmni yield actionable signals for bridging the perception-interaction divide in future OLMs.

OmniGAIA: Towards Native Omni-Modal AI Agents

Human intelligence naturally intertwines omni-modal perception -- spanning vision, audio, and language -- with complex reasoning and tool usage to interact with the world. However, current multi-modal LLMs are primarily confined to bi-modal interactions (e.g., vision-language), lacking the unified cognitive capabilities required for general AI assistants. To bridge this gap, we introduce OmniGAIA, a comprehensive benchmark designed to evaluate omni-modal agents on tasks necessitating deep reasoning and multi-turn tool execution across video, audio, and image modalities. Constructed via a novel omni-modal event graph approach, OmniGAIA synthesizes complex, multi-hop queries derived from real-world data that require cross-modal reasoning and external tool integration. Furthermore, we propose OmniAtlas, a native omni-modal foundation agent under tool-integrated reasoning paradigm with active omni-modal perception. Trained on trajectories synthesized via a hindsight-guided tree exploration strategy and OmniDPO for fine-grained error correction, OmniAtlas effectively enhances the tool-use capabilities of existing open-source models. This work marks a step towards next-generation native omni-modal AI assistants for real-world scenarios.

OmniNWM: Omniscient Driving Navigation World Models

Autonomous driving world models are expected to work effectively across three core dimensions: state, action, and reward. However, existing methods are typically restricted to fragmented modality modeling, short-horizon drift, and imprecise action control, while lacking intrinsic mechanisms for policy evaluation. In this paper, we introduce OmniNWM, an Omniscient panoramic Navigation World Model that addresses all three dimensions within a consistent probabilistic framework. For State, OmniNWM generates panoramic videos of RGB, semantics, metric depth, and 3D occupancy, ensuring pixel-level alignment across modalities with joint distribution modeling. To mitigate autoregressive exposure bias, we propose a structured panoramic forcing strategy to stabilize long-horizon generation via stochastic manifold thickening. For Action, we introduce canonical geometric action encoding with normalized panoramic Plücker ray-maps. This representation decouples motion dynamics from sensor intrinsics, enabling precise, zero-shot trajectory control across heterogeneous datasets and camera configurations. For Reward, we derive intrinsic occupancy-grounded dense rewards directly from generated 3D volumes, establishing a reliable closed-loop simulation cycle for evaluating diverse planning agents. Extensive experiments demonstrate that OmniNWM achieves SOTA performance in generation fidelity and control precision, with remarkable zero-shot robustness to novel scenes on NuPlan and in-house datasets with distinct camera rigs. OmniFall: From Staged Through Synthetic to Wild, A Unified Multi-Domain Dataset for Robust Fall Detection

Visual fall detection models are usually trained on small, staged datasets. Their real-world utility remains unclear; such data lacks diversity and evaluation protocols differ from paper to paper. We propose OmniFall, a unified benchmark of 15k videos (80 hours) with frame-level annotations in a single 16-class taxonomy. It spans three domains: OF-Staged unifies eight staged datasets with cross-subject and cross-view splits; OF-Synthetic adds 12k videos (17 h) with controlled demographic and environmental diversity; and OF-In-the-Wild provides a test-only set of genuine accident videos. We evaluate fine-tuned models as well as much larger zero-shot multimodal LLMs. On in-the-wild fall events, both do comparably well. The clinically critical fallen state is where they part: zero-shot models keep confusing fallen with lying, whereas models fine-tuned on synthetic data with explicit fallen-state scenes do substantially better. We release the unified annotations, the synthetic data, and the in-the-wild test set to foster the development of fall and fallen-state detectors for uncontrolled environments.
