ReconPlusGen: Injecting Reconstruction Prior into Multi-view 3D Generation through Noise Inversion and Modulation

Qualitative results and an illustration of our core idea. Top left: reconstruction results on benchmark images. Top right: reconstruction results on real-world images. Bottom: illustration of reconstruction-guided noise initialization and modulation. Given multiple input images, we predict a point cloud in canonical space, deterministically inject the predicted geometry into the diffusion process through noise inversion, and modulate the resulting noise to preserve the generative flexibility required to complete unobserved regions and refine visible geometry.

StreetDiff: Multi-view Street Scenes Generation via Cross-view Consistent Multi-view Stable Diffusion with Structure Prompts

Multi-view diffusion models have shown strong performance in scenes with strong geometric priors and sparse semantics, such as indoor rooms or simple outdoor environments (e.g., fields, courtyards). However, they often fail to maintain cross-view consistency under camera rotation, especially in structurally complex urban environments. Without explicit modeling of spherical correspondence across views, existing approaches tend to produce object duplication, structural distortion, and layout inconsistency. To address this limitation, we propose StreetDiff, a multi-view diffusion framework that explicitly enforces cross-view alignment during denoising. StreetDiff introduces a Panorama--Perspective Synergy design to decouple global layout reasoning from local detail synthesis, and incorporates a Panorama Alignment Module (PAM) that establishes spherical-projection-based attention constraints across views. By injecting structured alignment constraints without modifying the diffusion backbone, our framework achieves robust cross-view coherence in challenging urban street scene generation tasks. In addition, we construct Street360, a large-scale HDR multi-view urban panorama dataset. Extensive experiments demonstrate that StreetDiff significantly improves structural consistency and visual fidelity compared to prior multi-view diffusion generation methods.

RelightFormer: Feed-forward Generative Transformer for Multiview Object Relighting

Image relighting is traditionally tackled via complex inverse rendering pipelines, which suffer from ill-posed optimization, or single-image generative models that ignore crucial multi-view cues necessary for understanding 3D geometry and material interactions. To address these limitations, we introduce a feed-forward generative Transformer for direct single- and multi-view image relighting that entirely bypasses explicit intrinsic property estimation. Adapted from a video foundation model, our architecture features a latent illumination module that dynamically injects target environment maps into spatial features via cross-attention. Furthermore, we employ permutation-invariant positional encodings to symmetrically process unordered multi-view inputs without sequential bias. To train this robust data-driven model, we construct the massive Laval Objaverse Dataset (LOD), comprising 90K objects and 39K unique illuminations. Extensive experiments demonstrate state-of-the-art visual quality, photorealistic relighting quality, and strong zero-shot generalization across single-view, multi-view, and novel-view relighting tasks.

Fill My Mirror: Geometry-Constrained Mirror Inpainting

Mirrors are common in real-world images, yet producing geometrically consistent reflections with generative models remains challenging. Unlike most objects, mirror appearance depends on scene geometry and viewpoint, making it hard to synthesize using learned appearance priors alone. We address this in the mirror inpainting setting, where the scene is fixed and only the mirror region is generated. Our key insight is that much mirror content is geometrically constrained by the visible scene and need not be hallucinated. We estimate scene geometry and project visible content into the mirror to recover reflection regions determined by geometry. A generative model then completes the mirror region via a two-mask diffusion strategy balancing geometric constraints with the model's learned priors, reducing projection artifacts and improving reflection consistency. The method is training-free and applicable to complex real-world scenes. We evaluate on MirrorBench-V2 (synthetic) and real images. Using standard and geometry-aware metrics, we show that explicitly using scene geometry improves consistency.

Linear Fusion MultiDiffusion for Fast Training-Free Spherical Panorama Generation

We propose LF-MultiDiffusion, a training-free panorama generation method that extends MultiDiffusion to support linear projections between target and reference image spaces. Our key idea is to reformulate latent aggregation as a regularized least-squares problem and solve it efficiently with a Krylov-based iterative solver inside the denoising loop. This formulation enables denser and more natural mappings than prior training-free methods, yielding more stable generation with far fewer perspective views. As a result, LF-MultiDiffusion reduces the number of image generator evaluations during denoising and significantly improves inference efficiency. Experiments show that LF-MultiDiffusion achieves better visual quality, text alignment, and panoramic consistency than the strongest training-free baseline, while providing a 15.36×\times speedup. GeoCache: Training-Free Acceleration of Multi-View Texture Diffusion via Geometric Delta Transport

Geometry-conditioned multi-view diffusion enables high-quality 3D texture generation, but its repeated per-view denoiser evaluations introduce substantial computational cost. Existing training-free accelerators primarily exploit temporal redundancy by reusing computation across denoising steps. In multi-view texturing, however, skipping a step also removes the cross-view interaction that continually aligns different observations of the same surface, leading to rapidly degraded consistency and fidelity. Our analysis identifies a complementary source of redundancy: although intermediate features remain view-specific, geometrically corresponding surface points exhibit transferable evolution in their predicted clean signals. Based on this observation, we introduce \gc{}, a training-free plugin that evaluates a rotating subset of anchor views and transports their geometry-aligned per-step \xz\xz updates to the remaining views. Periodic full-view computation controls accumulated error, while sampler-consistent reconstruction preserves the denoising trajectory. \gc{} requires neither retraining nor architectural modification and uses the position maps already available in geometry-conditioned texturing pipelines. Across Hunyuan3D-2.1, SyncMVD, and MVPainter, \gc{} achieves a stronger speed--fidelity trade-off than temporal caches and step reduction at operating points above 2×2\times. On Hunyuan3D-2.1, it delivers a 2.21×2.21\times denoiser-loop speedup with an MV-LPIPS of 0.0293 and an MV-PSNR of 33.60 dB, providing the best fidelity among all tested methods above 2×2\times. The same transferred configuration reaches the highest speedup and lowest FLOPs on SyncMVD, while \gc{} achieves the lowest FLOPs and best fidelity among the accelerated methods on MVPainter. These results establish cross-view geometry as an effective acceleration axis for multi-view texture diffusion.

View-Adaptive Renderer for View-Consistent 2D-to-3D Generation

Reconstructing 3D shapes from a single image remains a fundamental yet challenging problem in computer vision. Traditional monocular 3D generation pipelines typically synthesize multiple views from a single input image before applying Neural Radiance Field (NeRF)-based reconstruction. However, inherent projective ambiguities often produce visual discontinuities across generated viewpoints, leading to inaccuracies in reconstructed 3D models. Current solutions either incur significant additional computational burdens or fail to adequately resolve practical inconsistencies between synthesized views. To address these limitations, we propose a novel viewpoint-adaptive neural rendering framework that enables robust 3D reconstruction even when given partially inconsistent multi-view inputs. Our approach introduces view-adaptive neural renderers that independently correct viewpoint-dependent errors while simultaneously sharing a global feature backbone to preserve structural coherence. Furthermore, we propose a self-attention fusion module that adaptively integrates multi-view information, ensuring geometric consistency without relying heavily on indirect regularizations or computationally intensive methods. Through extensive experiments, we demonstrate that our method consistently improves 3D reconstruction fidelity. Importantly, our approach achieves near state-of-the-art performance without diffusion-based SDS supervision, relying primarily on photometric rendering loss with lightweight attention regularizers. This balance between accuracy and efficiency makes the proposed framework highly practical for real-world applications.

DAC-Pose: Dual-Agent Collaborative Framework for Pose-Guided Human Generation

AI agents have emerged as a powerful new paradigm in generative image synthesis, enabling systems to perform complex semantic reasoning rather than passive pixel-level mapping. In pose-guided human generation, conventional methods inevitably produce severe visual artifacts under drastic viewpoint shifts, fundamentally because they lack the cognitive capacity to logically deduce unseen regions and model complex spatial deformations. To bridge this gap, we propose DAC-Pose, a novel agent-driven multimodal framework that reformulates single-view human generation as a collaborative dual-agent system. DAC-Pose integrates two complementary components, namely, the Prior Semantic Reasoning (PSR) agent and the Discrepancy-Aware Visual Encoding (DAVE) agent. Functioning as a cognitive engine, PSR utilizes collaborative reasoning to deduce the fine-grained attributes of unseen regions. Concurrently, acting as a specialized visual perception agent, DAVE quantifies and encodes viewpoint-induced spatial misalignments, continuously feeding robust spatial constraints back into the generative process. This autonomous feedback loop between semantic deduction and visual perception ensures high-fidelity detail synthesis. Extensive experiments on the DeepFashion and Market-1501 benchmarks validate the superiority of our agent-driven paradigm. Notably, DAC-Pose excels in preserving texture alignment and identity consistency under drastic viewpoint changes. The code is available at https://github.com/AIVRC/DAC-Pose.

Driver2Map: Imitating Human Driving for Online High-Definition Map Construction

High-definition (HD) maps are essential for autonomous driving systems. In constructing such maps, onboard multi-view camera images, standard-definition maps and satellite images provide crucial information. However, due to the modality and perspective differences among these data sources, existing methods often struggle to effectively align and fuse them, making online HD map construction still challenging. To address these issues, we propose Driver2Map, an online HD map construction model inspired by human drivers. Unlike existing HD map construction models that utilize only two modalities, our Driver2Map can simultaneously exploit three modalities. Specifically, we propose a "two-stage alignment" strategy to reduce spatial misalignment across different modalities. Additionally, we introduce "Pose-Guided BEV Fusion", a BEV (bird's-eye-view) generation module that leverages camera pose information to adaptively weight multi-view features, thereby effectively suppressing cross-view feature overlap during BEV generation. Also, we design a "Pretrained Prior for Map Refinement" module to refine the initial prediction by learning map structure priors, thus improving the HD map prediction under dynamic occlusions. Extensive experiments demonstrate that Driver2Map outperforms existing methods on both IoU and AP metrics.

MBDiff: Multi-view Behavior-aware Diffusion Model for Probabilistic Utility Data Imputation

Utility data (e.g., electricity, water, and gas consumption), collected by ubiquitous sensors and embedded devices, often contains substantial missing values due to various factors such as device failures and data transmission issues. The data missingness can severely impact utility billing accuracy, hinder demand forecasting, and disrupt efficient utility supply management. As a result, utility data imputation has attracted much interest from both industry and academia. While many studies have attempted to address this issue, most of them rely on aggregated datasets for training, overlooking rich user behavior information, which could provide valuable insights for more accurate imputation. However, learning comprehensive user behavior from long-term, diverse, and incomplete utility data remains a significant challenge. Moreover, leveraging user behavior information to guide imputation is nontrivial due to the indirect nature of the correlations. To address these challenges, we propose MBDiff, a Multi-view Behavior-aware Diffusion Model for Probabilistic Utility Data Imputation. MBDiff incorporates two key technical components: (i) a multi-view User Behavior Extraction module that learns comprehensive user behavior from multiple perspectives, including global, local, and instance-level views; and (ii) a behavior-aware conditional diffusion model consisting of a reference selection module and a conditional attentional denoising network to impute utility data in a computationally efficient manner. We implement and evaluate MBDiff by collaborating with one of the largest municipal utility providers in Florida. Experimental results demonstrate our proposed MBDiff effectively outperforms state-of-the-art baselines, e.g., it improves 7.04% and 29.1% on the electricity and water usage datasets for block missingness imputation, respectively.

S-Avatar: Diffusion-Guided Gaussian Head Avatars from a Single Image

We propose S-Avatar, a novel method for generating photorealistic 3D head avatars from a single image using a diffusion-guided 3D model generation module and strategies for animating 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS). While single-image head avatar reconstruction is crucial for lifelike Virtual Reality (VR) applications, existing approaches often struggle to preserve 3D consistency under unseen viewpoints. S-Avatar addresses this limitation through a three-stage pipeline. First, a high-resolution 3DGS is synthesized directly from a single image using a diffusion-based Gaussian splat generation module. Next, the parametric head model FLAME is aligned with the generated 3DGS by optimizing its parameters and spatial transformations. Finally, to adapt the 3DGS to FLAME variations, we construct a binding template that encodes the spatial relationship between the initial splats and FLAME. The dynamic 3D head avatar can then be rendered in real time by deforming the 3DGS with the binding template. By combining diffusion-guided canonical 3DGS generation with FLAME-based control, our method achieves efficient and accurate reconstruction with enhanced 3D consistency. Evaluations on public datasets demonstrate that S-Avatar outperforms state-of-the-art methods in novel-view and expression generation, achieving superior realism and consistency. Consequently, our approach represents a significant advance in accessible avatar creation, applicable to a wide range of VR/AR applications. Convolutional Neural Shading for High-Quality 3D Reconstruction from Multi-View Images

We propose a convolutional neural shading (CNS), a novel pipeline to reconstruct high-quality 3D shapes from multi-view images. Several recent studies have used neural radiance fields and other neural differentiable rendering methods to understand 3D geometry. However, these approaches rely on single-point geometric information, such as positions and normals of the surface, leading to a lack of detailed local geometry. Our approach addresses the inherent limitations of single-point information by leveraging a neural shader to capture variations even in dark and textureless regions with a convolutional neural shader, resulting in far more accurate geometry predictions. Additionally, our method mitigates surface irregularities at image boundaries by introducing a fine-detail displacement network, which utilizes spatial information of surface geometry and learns fine displacement details by correlating neighboring values in the rendering coordinates. Through extensive experiments, our proposed method has demonstrated significant quality improvements in the reconstructed shapes and rendered images over current state-of-the-art methods.

3D-GIMP: When 3D Gaussian Inpainting Meets PatchMatch

Recent advances in 3D scene editing have leveraged iterative diffusion models to update input views. However, this process is computationally expensive and struggles to produce sharp details. Meanwhile, ``hallucination drift'' frequently introduces multi-view inconsistencies, leading to structural artifacts when rendering novel viewpoints. To address this problem, we present 3D-GIMP (3D Gaussian Inpainting Meets Patch Matching), a novel hybrid paradigm designed for high-fidelity object removal in 3D Gaussian Splatting. Instead of diffusing every view, 3D-GIMP performs a single generative inpainting on a key reference view, which serves as an appearance prior. We then introduce a 3D-aware PatchMatch algorithm to propagate these reference textures across all remaining views via correspondence matching, effectively bypassing the stochastic nature of frame-by-frame diffusion. By prioritizing reconstructive consistency over iterative generation, 3D-GIMP maintains high-frequency details across arbitrary resolutions while ensuring a mathematically consistent 3D reconstruction. Our experiments demonstrate that 3D-GIMP not only achieves competitive inpainting quality as previous methods using diffusion in multiple views, but also outperforms these methods in rendering speed and view consistency.

WearWow: Native 2K Multi-Garment Virtual Try-On via Adaptive Token Packing and Preference Alignment

Synthesizing native 2K multi-garment virtual try-on is a formidable frontier in digital fashion, critically bottlenecked by two fundamental limitations: the O(N^2) memory explosion induced by 2k conditions, and the spectral bias of diffusion models that over-smooths high-frequency fabric details. We present WearWow, an end-to-end, mask-free generative framework that pioneers ultra-high-resolution multi-garment synthesis. To mitigate the memory explosion , we propose Adaptive 2D Token Packing (ATP). ATP leverages inherent garment sparsity to algorithmically pack heterogeneous items onto a unified 2D canvas and prune uninformative background tokens, minimizing the effective sequence length and subsequent memory overhead while rigorously preserving 2D spatial priors. To rectify texture degradation, we introduce the Multi-dimensional Try-on Reward (MTR) system. MTR synergizes a Semantic Guidance Reward to explicitly drive tactile restoration with a Cloth Distribution Reward to implicitly anchor the physical distribution, a joint formulation that effectively mitigates the severe reward hacking. Furthermore, we curate WearWow-2K, an extreme-quality dataset comprising native 2K triplets, providing physically correct spatial interactions that naturally empower the model's mask-free generation. Extensive experiments demonstrate that WearWow establishes a new state-of-the-art, exceeding existing commercial baselines in native 2K multi-garment synthesis.

Hallo4D: Multi-Modal Hallucination Mitigation for Consistent Spatio-Temporal Generation

While recent advances in 3D generation have enabled impressive visual synthesis, existing methods often rely on 2D diffusion supervision without explicit mechanisms for geometric consistency, leading to spatial hallucinations such as duplicated structures and misaligned geometry. These issues become more severe in 4D generation, where maintaining consistency across viewpoints and temporal evolution introduces additional challenges, including jitter, identity flicker, and structural drift. We present \textbf{Hallo4D}, a unified and model-agnostic framework for mitigating spatiotemporal hallucinations in 3D and 4D content generation. Hallo4D introduces a generation-detection-correction paradigm that leverages large multimodal language models (LMMs) to identify and summarize spatial and temporal inconsistencies from multi-view and multi-frame renderings. These insights guide a consensus-driven image-space consistency optimization, where an LMM-based selector evaluates candidate corrections through multi-model voting, without requiring retraining or architectural modifications. To further improve temporal consistency and optimization efficiency, Hallo4D incorporates motion-aware keyframe sampling, LMM-guided initialization, and appearance alignment. We additionally introduce exposure-aware optimization and visibility pruning to enhance robustness under challenging viewpoints. Extensive experiments demonstrate that Hallo4D consistently outperforms strong baselines across diverse 3D and 4D generation settings, providing a scalable and generalizable solution for consistency-aware content generation.

Decoupled Illumination Priors for Spatially Controllable Multi-View Indoor Scene Relighting

Indoor scene relighting demands photorealism, precise spatial control, and strict multi-view consistency. While diffusion-based image editing models enable semantic lighting manipulation via text prompts, enforcing exact 3D light placement often disrupts their generative priors. We propose Lume-Palette, a progressive framework that leverages semantic lighting priors for spatially controllable multi-view indoor relighting. The approach decouples relighting into two stages: (1) illumination distillation, which extracts canonical illumination palettes from a pretrained diffusion model to preserve realistic material-light interactions, and (2) illumination casting, which explicitly maps target spatial lighting conditions defined from coarse 3D geometry. To efficiently handle dense multi-view and multi-modal inputs, we introduce an asymmetric multi-view conditioning strategy that selectively injects essential spatial context. Experiments on diverse synthetic scenes and real-world scenes demonstrate that Lume-Palette produces photorealistic, spatially controllable, and multi-view consistent relighting results. CGGS: Consistency-Augmented Geometric Gaussian Splatting for Ego-centric 3D Scene Generation

Challenges remain in ego-centric 3D scene generation due to limited view overlap and the dominant influence of individual perspectives on scene interpretation. These factors hinder the creation of viewpoint-consistent and semantically aligned visual content, as well as the construction of accurate geometric structures. In this paper, we propose CGGS, a text-to-3D framework aiming to enhance 3D-content-awareness and address geometric distortions in ego-centric scene generation. Firstly, the Ego-centric Generator is proposed by fine-tuning a Multi-View Latent Diffusion Model with consistency-augmented loss to generate consistent, high-fidelity 2D content aligned with textual descriptions. Then, Layout Decorator leverages optical flow and point-track correspondence to estimate depth, therefore producing dense point clouds as coarse layouts from the ego-centric 2D priors. Building on this initialization, Geometric Refiner is proposed to enhance 3D Gaussian reconstruction via an entropy-based Mutual Information Depth Loss (MID) combined with a hierarchical optimization scheme for improving visual quality and geometric structure. Comprehensive experiments demonstrate that CGGS outperforms previous methods in generating coherent and accurate text-driven 3D scenes. Project page: https://cggs-26.github.io/cggs26/.

Alignment Is All You Need For X-to-4D Generation

Generative diffusion models excel at synthesizing high-quality images, videos, and 3D content under multimodal control. However, arbitrary user-defined modality-to-4D (X-to-4D) generation remains challenging due to the high cost of constructing diverse datasets and the limited scalability of existing methods. This paper presents Align4D, a flexible framework that translates any-modal input into coherent video-3D pairs, using video to guide 4D motion and 3D data to shape 4D geometry. Align4D introduces three key techniques: (1) Object Distance Alignment, which searches Video-Aligned and Multiview-Aligned Object Distances (VAOD/MAOD), respectively, to reconcile 4D renderings with video and the priors of multiview diffusion models; (2) Motion-Geometry Joint Alignment, which constrains known and unknown views through synchronized video and 3D inputs, ensuring consistent 4D generation; and (3) Asynchronous Optimization, which decouples Gaussian attribute and deformation network training to enhance motion and geometry fidelity. We further propose the X4D dataset, which integrates prompt, image, video, and 3D data for benchmarking. Experiments on X4D and Consistent4D demonstrate that Align4D achieves state-of-the-art quality and consistency in X-to-4D generation. Project page: https://miaoqiaowei.github.io/Align4D/.

GeoEdit: Geometry-Aware Object Editing via Dual-Branch Denoising

Precisely manipulating objects in a single photograph (translation, rotation, scaling) while obeying 3D physical constraints remains unsolved for diffusion-based editors. Current 2D methods lack spatial awareness and produce perspective violations. Forcing structural proxies into the latent space also disrupts variance homogeneity, and the resulting self-attention leakage leads to ghosting and background blur. The core difficulty is asymmetric: the relocated object must follow a rigid geometry, yet the uncovered background needs freedom to synthesize plausible content. We present GeoEdit, a training-free Lift-Manipulate-Render-Denoise pipeline that satisfies both constraints. We decouple scene and object in 3D, align them through point correspondence, and render a geometry-aligned proxy with a structural depth map. A Dual-Branch Denoising stage then refines this proxy: a video diffusion backbone preserves object identity, while 3D constraints are injected into the foreground within a narrow denoising window at matching noise variance (variance-homogeneous injection). The background denoises freely. Because the injected signal matches the native latent statistics, self-attention stays undisturbed. We also introduce GeoEditBench, a pose-aware benchmark covering object translation, object rotation, and camera movement with pose-aware evaluation metrics. Experiments confirm consistent gains in geometric accuracy, identity fidelity, and background quality. Our codes are available at https://github.com/Heey731/GeoEdit.

Variance Reduction on the Camera Axis: Multi-View Score Distillation for 3D

Score distillation turns a pretrained 2D diffusion model into a 3D generator, but the per-step gradient is estimated from a single randomly chosen view: it is high-variance and blind to global shape consistency. Prior work addresses this by retraining the diffusion prior on multi-view data; this improves consistency but makes the sampling contribution inseparable from prior quality. We instead isolate the sampling axis. The per-step gradient is one noisy sample of an expectation over views; aggregating K samples per step at a fixed total UNet budget reduces variance without touching the prior. We introduce Multi-View Aggregated Score Distillation (MV-SDI), which aggregates gradients from K views per step via gradient accumulation, keeping peak memory unchanged and the 2D prior frozen, and draws views as antithetic antipodal pairs, a prior-independent geometric property, for balanced angular coverage. At a fixed 10,000-UNet-call budget, K=2 raises CLIP R-Precision from 74.8% to 83.8% and CLIP score from 0.297 to 0.312, with consistent gains on HPSv2 and ImageReward and a 0.0% divergence rate on the 43-prompt benchmark; optimization steps halve as a consequence. K=4 gives a fourfold step reduction at R-Precision 86.9% and CLIP 0.307, still well above the single-view baseline on every alignment metric. MV-SDI is compatible with gradient-based score-distillation pipelines, including Score Distillation via Inversion, and requires no retraining and no multi-view data.

HomeDiffusion: Zero-Shot Object Customization with Multi-View Representation Learning for Indoor Scenes

Recently, zero-shot object customization generation methods have rapidly developed and shown tremendous potential for applications. For instance, in the e-commerce domain, consumers can observe the visual effect of furniture placed within their personal living spaces or clothes worn on their own bodies. Many existing approaches perform object customization generation based on diffusion models and extracted reference object features. However, the generated object significantly diverges from the original reference object in details such as patterns and curves. Particularly for asymmetrical reference objects, the absence of comprehensive multi-viewpoint information prevents the generation of object poses that harmonize with the background scene. To address these shortcomings, we have constructed a novel dataset comprising multi-angle images of furniture and indoor scenes. Based on diffusion models, we introduce HomeDiffusion, which can leverage multi-viewpoint images of the same reference object to accurately generate visually harmonious object poses within specified areas of the background scene. During the diffusion process, we further extract high-fidelity details of the reference object and perform cross-attention with the noise latents in the latent space, thereby ensuring the preservation of details in the customized object generation. Extensive qualitative and quantitative experiments demonstrate that our method achieves superior performance over other existing zero-shot as well as few-shot object customization approaches.

DANTE-W: Diffuse Albedo Neural Texturing in the Wild

Classical mesh texturing techniques blend captured multi-view images directly, which inevitably suffer from baked-in shading and casted shadows that compromise visual fidelity during relighting. To circumvent this issue, we present a neural texturing framework, namely DANTE-W, to enable high-fidelity diffuse albedo texture recovery from unstructured image collections for large-scale, in-the-wild scenes, which integrates seamlessly with traditional 3D reconstruction pipelines. Given a reconstructed mesh and its surface parameterization, our method fuses view-space generative albedo priors into a coherent texture space via an expressive neural representation, while substantially enhancing fine-grained textural details through physically principled neural rendering. To comprehensively evaluate our method, we curate a benchmark dataset featuring diverse, fine-grained textures, comprising both real-world in-the-wild scenes and synthetic objects. Extensive experiments verify the effectiveness of our approach in reconstructing accurate albedo textures and boosting relighting fidelity. Project page: dante-wild.github.io.

GeoFace: Consistent Multi-View Face Generation with Geometry-Constrained Diffusion

We present GeoFace, a geometry-constrained multi-view diffusion framework for consistent face generation from a single input. % While recent multi-view diffusion models achieve photorealistic synthesis at the per-view level, they lack an explicit mechanism to enforce a shared 3D structure across views, often leading to inconsistent geometry across viewpoints. To address this, GeoFace proposes a unified dual-stream framework for joint generation of multi-view RGB images and 3D face geometry, where the appearance and geometry streams interact through shared attention layers. To encourage the two streams to mutually constrain each other, we introduce a geometry-guided attention alignment loss that supervises the cross-attention between appearance and geometry tokens with 3D-consistent correspondences, enabling the appearance stream to correctly reference pose-invariant geometric cues for robust alignment across viewpoints. Geometry is represented as a canonical UV position map, derived from a FLAME mesh fitted to multi-view observations, serving as a view-invariant shared constraint across all generated views. Experiments on RenderMe-360 and NeRSemble demonstrate that GeoFace consistently outperforms existing methods in both visual quality and cross-view geometric consistency, facilitating more efficient 3D reconstruction.

MVTrack4Gen: Multi-View Point Tracking as Geometric Supervision for 4D Video Generation

Synthesizing a novel-view video from a monocular reference video along a target camera trajectory requires both geometric consistency and motion fidelity with respect to the reference video. Existing methods based on explicit 3D representations are limited by the accuracy of off-the-shelf reconstruction modules, which often produce inaccurate geometry for dynamic objects in monocular videos. In contrast, camera-conditioning-only methods can achieve high visual quality but often struggle to preserve geometric and motion consistency. In this work, we introduce MVTrack4Gen (Multi-View point Tracking for Novel-View Generation), a motion-aware training framework that leverages multi-view point tracking as an additional geometric and motion supervision signal for camera-conditioning-only novel-view video diffusion models. Our key finding is that specific attention layers encode strong correspondence cues, where query features attend to key features at geometrically corresponding locations across views and over time, and the misalignment of these correspondences causes motion inconsistency. Based on this observation, we route these features into an auxiliary multi-view tracking head and jointly train the diffusion model with a point-tracking objective. By explicitly strengthening these motion-aware correspondences, MVTrack4Gen improves existing models to better follow the motion in the reference view and maintain cross-view geometric consistency. Across diverse benchmarks, our method achieves state-of-the-art geometric consistency and competitive camera accuracy.

PRISM: Feed-Forward Single-Image 3D Reconstruction via Geometric Warp-Residual Modeling

Reconstructing 3D scenes from a single image is a fundamental challenge in computer vision, with broad applications in virtual reality, robotics, and content creation. Recent methods achieve outstanding performance by leveraging camera-controlled video diffusion models, but rely on iterative diffusion sampling, which greatly limits their practical deployment. We observe that geometric forward warping alone can cover the majority of a target view directly from the input image, with only a compact residual left for the encoder to correct. Motivated by this observation, we propose PRISM, a feed-forward framework that decomposes multi-view latent prediction into a parameter-free geometric prior and a learned residual correction, with no diffusion sampling required at inference. To enable generalization from purely synthetic training data, we devise a two-stage training strategy combining latents supervised distillation for geometric generalization and perceptual fine-tuning for appearance quality optimization. Extensive experiments on three benchmarks demonstrate that PRISM achieves competitive reconstruction quality compared with diffusion-based methods, while reducing inference time dramatically to only 36 seconds per scene.

HiFiVe: High-Fidelity Vehicle Generation Leveraging Auto-Regressive 2D Generative Priors

Existing 3D vehicle generation methods often suffer from low geometric fidelity and blurry textures, hindering their downstream applications. While recent works adopt multi-view diffusion models for high-fidelity texture, they are often constrained by fixed viewpoints, limited resolution, and a reliance on costly fine-tuning to achieve cross-view consistency. In this paper, we propose HiFiVe, a training-free framework for high-fidelity vehicle modeling through joint texture and geometry enhancement by imposing 3D geometric constraints to anchor 2D generative priors. Specifically, we propose an auto-regressive texture refinement pipeline that progressively synthesizes high-resolution textures from arbitrary viewpoints. To ensure cross-view consistency, the coarse geometry serves as a synchronization prior, conditioning each generation step on previously synthesized frames via depth-based warping and multi-view texture fusion. Moreover, the inherent symmetry of vehicles is exploited to mitigate error accumulation. Finally, high-frequency surface details are recovered by refining the mesh geometry using normal maps estimated from the enhanced textures. Extensive experiments on synthetic and real-world vehicle datasets demonstrate that our method significantly improves both geometric detail and texture quality compared to state-of-the-art baselines. 3DCarGen: Scalable 3D Car Generation via 3D-consistent Multi-view Synthesis

High-quality 3D vehicle assets are essential for autonomous driving simulation. Although multi-view diffusion-based paradigms enable controllable single-image reconstruction, they typically produce limited viewpoints and exhibit cross-view geometric inconsistencies, thereby reducing reconstruction fidelity in real-world scenarios. In this work, we introduce 3DCarGen, a scalable single-view 3D car generation framework designed for real-world images by synthesizing an arbitrary number of 3D-consistent multi-view images. Specifically, given a single image as input, we first synthesize a set of images from fixed viewpoints. These images are then fed into a feed-forward reconstruction model, resulting in a coarse 3D representation based on 3D Gaussian Splatting. Conditioned on this explicit 3D prior, our multi-view diffusion model generates 3D-consistent images from arbitrary camera viewpoints. We further extend a fast mesh reconstruction algorithm by incorporating color-normal joint optimization to recover detailed and coherent 3D vehicle models from the synthesized dense views. Extensive experiments on synthetic and real-world datasets demonstrate that our approach achieves robust geometric consistency and reconstruction fidelity compared to existing methods. Inclusive Interactive Collisions for Multi-View Consistent Compositional 3D Generation

Recent breakthroughs in 3D generation have advanced notably with the development of text-to-image diffusion model. However, existing methods remain two practical challenges: (1) They primarily generate single 3D object, but struggle to generate multi-object compositional 3D assets due to the lack of the modeling for Gaussian primitives in reasonable interactions. (2) They often suffer from cross-view inconsistency during 3D optimization, as Score Distillation Sampling inherently performs on each single view, inevitably resulting in cross-view hallucinations. To solve above issues, we propose I2C-3D, a novel optimization-based method to generate multi-view consistent compositional 3D assets with reasonable interactions. Specifically, we propose an Inclusive Interactive Collisions strategy to guide Gaussian primitives appearing in reasonable interaction regions naturally, thereby ensuring objects in the compositional scene interact in a physically plausible and visually coherent way. Additionally, to enhance multi-view consistency, Multi-View Adaptive Score Distillation Sampling is devised to distill multi-view consistency prior and layout prior from pre-trained diffusion model by modulating attention map of instance token and spatial token across viewpoints. Benefiting from above elaborate designs, I2C-3D not only generates high-fidelity multi-view consistent compositional 3D assets but also supports 3D editing flexibly, facilitating complex scene generation. Extensive experiments demonstrate our I2C-3D outperforms existing methods in generation quality and multi-view consistency.

Physically-guided Image Generation for Multi-Projection Mapping

Projection Mapping (PM) enables seamless superimposition of digital content onto real-world 3D objects, serving as a fundamental technique for immersive visualization, digital twins, and interactive art. Although text-to-image diffusion models have greatly facilitated customized content creation, directly integrating them into practical PM pipelines remains challenging due to the mismatch between idealized 2D generation and physical constraints. To bridge this gap, this paper formalizes two application-level generative paradigms: the cooperative paradigm (harmonizing generated semantics with physical attributes) and the adversarial paradigm (eliminating surface interference via radiometric compensation). Based on this, we propose ConPhyG, a unified controllable physically-guided generative multi-projection mapping framework that enables creators to interactively adjust physical constraints and flexibly switch generative paradigms. In cooperative mode, multi-dimensional physical priors (per-pixel gamut, depth, and edges) are injected into the diffusion process. In adversarial mode, the framework releases the generative potential and applies bounded numerical optimization for multi-projector radiometric compensation. It allows users to dynamically switch constraints to balance artistic freedom with physical feasibility. Furthermore, we extend ConPhyG to 360-degree multi-view consistent PM using a sequential generation strategy. Quantitative and qualitative evaluations on a real-world four-projector setup demonstrate that ConPhyG significantly outperforms state-of-the-art methods in geometric alignment, gamut utilization, and semantic fidelity.

Dual-Stream EEG Decoding for 3D Visual Perception

This paper explores a novel brain decoding model for 3D shape perception through a dual pathway architecture mirroring biological vision. Our bio-inspired approach implements separate decoding modules for object identity and spatial orientation, inspired by ventral and dorsal pathways, during continuous rotations. We employ circular regression for angle prediction and develop EEG-conditioned multiview diffusion for 3D reconstruction. Our approach successfully decodes both object identity and spatial orientation from EEG signals and enables 3D reconstruction from neural activity, with interpretability analyses revealing temporally structured involvement of ventral, dorsal, and motor-related channels rather than a static ventral dominance in supporting object and angle decoding.

OmniDrive: An LLM-Choreographed Multi-Agent World Model with Unified Latent Co-Compression for Multi-View Driving Video Generation

Generative world models for autonomous driving face two unresolved tensions: heterogeneous control injection, where free-form language, HD-maps, trajectories, and camera poses reside in incompatible representational spaces, and post-hoc cross-view fusion, where per-camera latents fail to encode global 3-D geometry. We trace both to a single root cause: the absence of a shared symbolic interlingua aligning language, geometry, and pixels at the latent-token level. We present DRIVE-CHOREO, an LLM-choreographed multi-agent world model that recasts controllable multi-view video generation as latent choreography. Three Qwen2.5-VL agents - a Director parsing user intent into a structured WorldScript, a Cartographer grounding it into spatially-anchored layout tokens, and an Auditor feeding cross-view critiques back as auxiliary supervision - jointly author a single position-aware token sequence. This sequence is co-compressed with the multi-view video via a view-time permutation that enforces inter-camera geometry within the convolutional receptive field of a 3-D VAE. On nuScenes, DRIVE-CHOREO sets new state-of-the-art multi-view consistency and BEV mAP (21.6) with competitive FVD (45.7); a detector trained purely on our synthetic data gains +2.4 NDS on the real validation split, validating downstream utility.

GeM-NR: Geometry-Aware Multi-View Editing for Nonrigid Scene Changes

Recent developments in multi-view image editing with generative models have brought us a step closer toward general 3D content generation and customization. Most existing works focus on rigid or appearance-only edits by utilizing the geometry of the unedited scene. This naturally limits these methods to edits that preserve the underlying scene structure. Current nonrigid approaches are limited to object removal and insertion, reflecting the data they are trained on. General nonrigid edits, i.e., edits that substantially and arbitrarily change the scene geometry, remain challenging for existing methods. We propose GeM-NR, a fast and flexible training-free approach for general multi-view consistent image editing, including edits that drastically change the geometry and appearance of the scene. Given an anchor image edited with a chosen 2D editor and a query unedited image, GeM-NR edits the query image consistently with the anchor edit. The method incorporates multiple stages: (i) depth map estimation, where we propose a strategy to maximize the alignment between the 3D point clouds of the edited and unedited scenes, (ii) projection onto a query viewpoint, and (iii) refinement of the obtained image conditioned on the unedited query. We demonstrate the ability of our method to handle edits with significant changes in geometry and appearance, something that existing methods struggle with. We perform an extensive evaluation showing that GeM-NR improves consistency for a wide variety of edit tasks, including generating 3D representations of the edited scene. Both quantitative and qualitative results indicate the state-of-the-art performance of our method in terms of edit quality as well as geometric and photometric consistency across multiple views.

Splatshot: 3D Face Avatar Generation from a Single Unconstrained Photo

Reconstructing a photorealistic 3D face avatar from a single unconstrained photograph is challenging: feed-forward 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) models degrade on out-of-distribution inputs, while pretrained diffusion models produce high-fidelity images but lack multi-view consistency. We observe that these paradigms are fundamentally complementary: explicit 3D representations guarantee geometric consistency, whereas 2D diffusion priors ensure photorealism. Building on this, we propose SplatShot, a training-free framework that couples these representations directly within the denoising process. Given a base 3DGS face model and a single reference image, we jointly denoise all target views using a per-step 3D feedback loop. At each timestep, we predict clean images from the noisy latents, refit the 3DGS to these multi-view predictions, and back-propagate the photometric discrepancy between the 3DGS re-renderings and 2D predictions into the noise estimate. This steers the sampling trajectory toward strictly 3D-coherent, identity-faithful outputs. Experiments on diverse in-the-wild images demonstrate that SplatShot produces 3D avatars with superior identity preservation, photorealism, and multi-view consistency.

V2XCrafter: Learning to Generate Driving Scene Across Agents

Collaborative driving systems leverage vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication for multi-agent collaborative perception to enhance driving safety, yet they remain constrained by scarce annotated real-world V2X driving datasets and limited generalization across diverse driving conditions. While image generation technology offers a feasible solution for data augmentation, existing methods tailored for single-vehicle multi-view scenarios face two fundamental challenges in multi-agent driving settings: (1) the expansion of the learning objective degrades generation quality, and (2) the highly dynamic variations across agents hinder the modeling of consistency for physical attributes (e.g., color, category) in jointly observed objects. To bridge this gap, we propose V2XCrafter, the first framework for generating controllable and realistic collaborative driving scene across agents' camera views. For effective learning, we develop a progressive multi-agent diffusion model based on a single-agent backbone, using neighboring agents' latent states as reference signals to progressively guide the single-to-multi diffusion. To address cross-vehicle inconsistency, we propose a cross-agent attention module that leverages a collaboration view graph and learnable jointly observed object representation to model the dynamic cross-agent camera view relationships. Experiments have shown that V2XCrafter can generate high-fidelity and controllable street views with consistency across agents, thereby effectively enhancing the downstream collaborative 3D object detection tasks.

OMGTex: One-stage Multi-style Facial Texture Reconstruction without Geometry Guidance

We propose OMGTex, an end-to-end diffusion-based framework for reconstructing high-quality and editable facial UV textures from multi-style facial images. Existing texture reconstruction methods face two major limitations: (1) Fragility due to reliance on 3D geometry priors, which are difficult to estimate accurately, especially under facial occlusions or in stylized domains; and (2) A lack of semantic disentanglement, inhibiting region-specific texture editing and style transfer. Our work addresses both challenges simultaneously. Our core innovation is a geometry-free pipeline that directly maps a 2D face image to its corresponding editable UV texture. We introduce two key techniques: First, to address the challenge of UV misalignment common in diffusion generation, we introduce a gradient-guided refinement strategy at inference time, which explicitly corrects structural consistency. Second, we leverage the inherent semantic distribution capability of diffusion models and design a novel training paradigm to enhance this tendency, enabling semantic-aware editing of facial texture. Furthermore, to address the data scarcity in multi-style texture reconstruction, we construct CANVAS, the first comprehensive paired texture reconstruction dataset covering realistic and diverse stylized domains. To the best of our knowledge, OMGTex is the first geometry-free inference framework that achieves robust, style-consistent, and editable facial texture reconstruction across diverse domains. Our method achieves state-of-the-art performance on multiple facial texture benchmarks.

Full-4D: Generating Full-Scope 4D Scenes from a Single-View Video

Generating 4D scenes from a single-view video is inherently ill-posed: a single viewpoint lacks the information needed to recover a complete, dynamic scene with full coverage. Existing methods are typically limited to monocular videos, simple 3D effects, or only small viewpoint perturbations around the original viewpoint, falling short of true 4D generation. Meanwhile, the lack of large-scale datasets capturing full-scope 4D scenes with synchronized multi-view videos further hinders progress in this direction. We propose a novel single-view video-to-4D framework that casts full-scope 4D generation as a multi-view video synthesis followed by optimization-based 4D reconstruction from the generated views. To instantiate this formulation end-to-end, we make three key contributions. First, we introduce Real-MV-4D, a large-scale dataset of synchronized multi-view videos captured in diverse real-world environments to provide the 4D supervision. Second, we train a multi-view video diffusion model driven by a novel fused time(T)-view(V) attention mechanism that directly embeds geometric reprojection priors and explicit camera conditioning into its view-time interactions. Unlike basic feature fusion, this direct binding strictly aligns the generation process with physical 3D priors to produce a dense, synchronized T×\times V video grid. Third, rather than relying on non-interactive and inconsistent 2D video interpolations, we lift the synthesized multi-view videos into an explicit 4D representation (i.e. 4DGS), regularized by a Flow Matching Distillation loss that exploits the multi-view prior to improve novel-view rendering. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method outperforms existing approaches in both visual fidelity and geometric consistency, enabling full-scope 4D scene generation from single-view videos.

Composing People Together: Iterative Pose-Image Generation for Multi-Person Interaction Scenes

Despite recent progress, text-to-image models still struggle to generate semantically diverse and compositionally accurate multi-person interaction scenes, often collapsing to repetitive layouts, stereotypical poses, and poorly grounded interactions. In this work, we bridge this gap by introducing a dual pose-image representation that brings person-centric structural priors into pretrained diffusion transformers. Our model jointly predicts a 2D pose visualization image and its corresponding RGB image, enabling structure and appearance to co-evolve during learning. At its core, a cross-modal alignment scheme binds text, pose, and image representations, ensuring consistent grounding across modalities. Furthermore, we design an iterative scene construction scheme, progressively generating complex multi-human interactions while effectively decomposing the overall generation complexity. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method substantially improves prompt alignment and scene diversity in multi-person image generation.

Diffusion-guided Generalizable Enhancer for Urban Scene Reconstruction

Urban scene reconstruction from real-world observations has emerged as a powerful tool for self-driving development and testing. While current neural rendering approaches achieve high-fidelity rendering along the recorded trajectories, their quality degrades significantly under large viewpoint shifts, limiting the applicability for closed-loop simulation. Recent works have shown promising results in using diffusion models to enhance quality at these challenging viewpoints and distill improvements back into 3D representations. However, they often require costly per-scene optimization, and the distilled representations remain fragile and fail to generalize beyond limited synthesized views. To address these limitations, we propose GenRe, a novel diffusion-guided generalizable enhancer for urban scene reconstruction. GenRe takes as input any pretrained 3D Gaussian representation and fixes the deficiencies within a few minutes. By learning to distill generative priors across diverse scenes, GenRe produces robust and high-fidelity representation efficiently that generalizes reliably to challenging unseen viewpoints (e.g., lane change). Experiments show that GenRe outperforms existing methods in both quality and efficiency and benefits various downstream tasks, enabling robust and scalable sensor simulation for autonomous driving.

Stream3D: Sequential Multi-View 3D Generation via Evidential Memory

View-conditioned 3D generators such as SAM 3D, TRELLIS, and Hunyuan3D produce high-quality object reconstructions from a single view, but real-world visual observation often arrives as long monocular streams. Naively applying these generators to each streaming frame independently leads to severe temporal inconsistency in the generated results. To address this problem, we propose Stream3D, the first training-free streaming mechanism that turns a frozen view-conditioned 3D generator into a streaming generator with constant cross-chunk memory. Stream3D achieves this by maintaining a compact evidential memory, which selectively caches the most informative historical frames based on a proposed evidence score mechanism. As the stream progresses, the memory dynamically updates to retain a fixed number of informative frames, preventing the memory footprint from growing linearly with sequence length. This also prevents degradation over long sequences and keeps the underlying generator completely unchanged without retraining, architectural modifications, or auxiliary losses. Evaluated on both realistic and synthetic streaming benchmarks, Stream3D outperforms latent-transport baselines, including KV-cache reuse and flow-based feature editing, across both photometric and geometric metrics. ROAR-3D: Routing Arbitrary Views for High-Fidelity 3D Generation

Single-image-to-3D generative models can now produce high-quality geometry, yet conditioning on a single view inevitably introduces ambiguity about unseen regions. Multi-view conditioning can reduce this ambiguity, but existing methods either require fixed canonical viewpoints or rely on external reconstruction modules that impose heavy training costs and limit generation quality. We observe that pretrained single-view models already possess strong 2D-to-3D grounding that can be reused for multi-view conditioning. However, a closer analysis reveals that their conditioning mechanism entangles orientation control with geometry transfer, two functions that conflict when images from different viewpoints are naively combined. Based on this analysis, we propose ROAR-3D, a lightweight method that upgrades a pretrained single-view model to accept an arbitrary number of unposed images. A token-wise view router assigns each 3D latent token to its most relevant view, implicitly establishing 2D-to-3D correspondences without explicit pose input. A dual-stream attention design preserves the pretrained primary-view behavior while routing auxiliary views through a separate path dedicated to geometric enrichment. An orientation perturbation strategy ensures the auxiliary path learns orientation-independent geometry transfer. These components introduce minimal trainable parameters and add negligible inference overhead relative to the single-view baseline. ROAR-3D achieves state-of-the-art multi-view 3D generation quality and supports test-time view scaling from 1 to 12+ views with consistent improvements.

Structural Energy Guidance for View-Consistent Text-to-3D Generation

Text-to-3D generation based on diffusion models often suffers from the Janus problem, leading to inconsistent geometry across viewpoints. This work identifies viewpoint bias in 2D diffusion priors as the main cause and proposes Structural Energy-Guided Sampling (SEGS), a training-free and plug-and-play framework to improve multi-view consistency. SEGS constructs a structural energy in the PCA subspace of U-Net features and injects its gradient into the denoising process. It can be easily integrated into SDS/VSD pipelines without retraining. Experiments show that SEGS reduces the Janus Rate by about 10% on average and improves View-CS scores across multiple baselines, including DreamFusion, Magic3D, and LucidDreamer. This method effectively alleviates viewpoint artifacts while preserving appearance fidelity, providing a flexible solution for high-quality text-to-3D content generation.

Landscape-Awareness for Geometric View Diffusion Model

Accurate camera viewpoint estimation under sparse-view conditions remains challenging, particularly in two-view scenarios. Recent approaches leverage diffusion models such as Zero123 to synthesize novel views conditioned on relative viewpoint, showing promising results when repurposed for viewpoint estimation via optimization with MSE loss. However, existing methods often suffer from nonconvex loss landscape with numerous local minima, making them sensitive to initialization and reliant on naive multistart strategies. We analyze these optimization challenges and visualize failure cases, showing that geometric ambiguities, such as symmetry and self-similarity, can mislead gradient-based updates toward incorrect viewpoints. To address these limitations, we propose a score-based method that reshapes the optimization landscape to guide updates toward the ground-truth viewpoint, followed by a refinement stage using a viewpoint-conditioned diffusion model. Experiments show that our method improves convergence, reduces reliance on brute-force sampling, and achieves competitive accuracy with higher sample-efficiency.

Efficient 3D Content Reconstruction and Generation

Automatic 3D content creation seeks to replace labor-intensive modeling and scanning pipelines with systems that can synthesize or recover 3D assets directly from text or images. Its applications span video games, virtual reality, robotics, and simulation, enabling rapid asset prototyping, diverse interactive world generation, and efficient 3D data collection for training foundation models. Contemporary solutions largely follow two complementary paradigms: (i) text- or image-to-3D generation, which learns priors over 3D geometry and appearance to create novel assets from natural language or a single view image; and (ii) 3D reconstruction, which estimates camera poses and geometry from RGB images. This thesis advances both directions. On the generation side, I introduce Instant3D, which combines multi-view diffusion with feed-forward sparse-view 3D reconstruction to produce high-quality assets in 5-20 seconds. On the reconstruction side, I develop FastMap, a structure-from-motion pipeline that achieves up to 10x speedup over prior state-of-the-art by using first-order optimization with fused GPU kernels extensively, while maintaining comparable pose accuracy and downstream novel view synthesis quality.

Designing streetscapes from street-view imagery using diffusion models

Street-view imagery (SVI) is widely used to quantify key indicators of urban environment, such as green- ery, sky, or road view indices. However, existing studies largely focus on measuring current streetscapes and rarely support the generation of alternative and non-existing urban scenarios, which is a core task in geospatial disciplines such as urban planning and design. To address this gap, we propose a gener- ative multimodal AI framework that synthesizes alternative streetscapes conditioned on targeted visual metrics, enabling direct visual exploration of urban scenarios. We first construct a multimodal dataset that aligns SVIs with textual descriptions, segmentation maps, road masks, and quantitative metrics of visual elements in Chicago and Orlando. Using this dataset, we demonstrate that diffusion models can produce realistic and semantically consistent streetscape imagery while responding to both textual and imagery controls. Our quantitative evaluations show that incorporating visual controls can improve semantic consistency, reducing the LPIPS index by approximately 6% while maintaining global visual realism. In addition, overall semantic consistency increases by 23.7% in Orlando and 46.4% in Chicago, as measured by the mIoU index, with class-wise gains exceeding even 100% improvement for building view indices. Streetscape generation can be controlled in a fine-grained manner by both visual and textual prompts, and when textual and visual controls conflict, imagery controls consistently dominate, indicating a clear control hierarchy and the importance of further developing visual controls for urban scene generation. Overall, this work establishes an important benchmark for streetscape generation us- ing SVIs and diffusion models, and illustrates how generative AI can serve as a practical, scalable, and controllable approach for urban scenario exploration.

DreamEdit3D: Personalization of Multi-View Diffusion Models for 3D Editing

While 2D diffusion models have achieved remarkable success in identity-preserving personalization, extending this capability to 3D assets remains a significant challenge due to the complexities of multi-view consistency and spatial control. Inspired by these 2D advancements, we present a novel personalization method for text-guided 3D editing that enables compositional, object-level control through natural language. Given a 3D input, we render orthogonal views and extract object-level segmentation masks to isolate semantic components. We then learn distinct token embeddings for each component through a tailored two-phase optimization strategy: multi-view textual inversion with attention alignment, followed by full fine-tuning of multi-view diffusion model. During inference, these disentangled tokens seamlessly compose with editing prompts to generate multi-view consistent images, which are subsequently lifted into high-fidelity textured 3D meshes. Extensive evaluations across diverse editing scenarios demonstrate that our method successfully transfers the flexibility of 2D personalization to 3D, achieving state-of-the-art edit faithfulness and identity preservation compared to existing baselines.

DecoRec: Decomposed 3D Scene Reconstruction from Single-View Images via Object-Level Diffusion

In this paper, we introduce \textit{DecoRec}, a novel system designed to elevate single-view 2D images to a decomposed 3D scene mesh. Current methods for single-view scene reconstruction typically rely on object retrieval or the regression of coarse 3D voxels or surfaces, leading to inaccuracies in capturing the appearance and geometry of the input image. The lack of high-quality large-scale scene-level datasets further complicates direct 3D scene generation from single-view images. To achieve high-quality 3D scene generation from a single-view image, DecoRec takes advantage of recent diffusion-based single-view object reconstruction methods to reconstruct individual objects separately. Subsequently, a refinement pipeline is proposed to effectively merge these reconstructed objects, enhancing appearance and geometry through a differentiable rendering technique and diffusion-guided refinement. Our results demonstrate that DecoRec facilitates high-quality single-view scene reconstruction in both geometry and novel synthesis, offering significant benefits for downstream applications like room interior design.

UniTriGen: Unified Triplet Generation of Aligned Visible-Infrared-Label for Few-Shot RGB-T Semantic Segmentation

RGB-T semantic segmentation requires strictly aligned VIS-IR-Label triplets; however, such aligned triplet data are often scarce in real-world scenarios. Existing generative augmentation methods usually adopt cascaded generation paradigms, decomposing joint triplet generation into local conditional processes. As a result, consistency among VIS, IR, and Label in spatial structure, semantic content, and cross-modal details cannot be reliably maintained. To address this issue, we propose UniTriGen, a unified triplet generation framework that directly generates spatially aligned, semantically consistent, and modality complementary VIS-IR-Label triplets under the guidance of text prompts. UniTriGen first introduces a unified triplet generation mechanism, where VIS, IR, and Label are jointly encoded into a shared latent space and modeled with a diffusion process to enforce global cross-modal consistency. Lightweight modality-specific residual adapters are further integrated into this mechanism to accommodate modality-specific imaging characteristics and output formats. To mitigate generation bias caused by imbalanced scene and class distributions in limited paired triplets, UniTriGen also employs a scene-balanced and class-aware few-shot sampling strategy, which induces a more balanced sampling distribution and enhances the scene and class diversity of generated triplets. Experiments show that UniTriGen generates high-quality aligned triplets from limited real paired data, thereby achieving consistent performance improvements across various RGB-T semantic segmentation models.

Orthrus: Memory-Efficient Parallel Token Generation via Dual-View Diffusion

We introduce Orthrus, a simple and efficient dual-architecture framework that unifies the exact generation fidelity of autoregressive Large Language Models (LLMs) with the high-speed parallel token generation of diffusion models. The sequential nature of standard autoregressive decoding represents a fundamental bottleneck for high-throughput inference. While diffusion language models attempt to break this barrier via parallel generation, they suffer from significant performance degradation, high training costs, and a lack of rigorous convergence guarantees. Orthrus resolves this dichotomy natively. Designed to seamlessly integrate into existing Transformers, the framework augments a frozen LLM with a lightweight, trainable module to create a parallel diffusion view alongside the standard autoregressive view. In this unified system, both views attend to the exact same high-fidelity Key-Value (KV) cache; the autoregressive head executes context pre-filling to construct accurate KV representations, while the diffusion head executes parallel generation. By employing an exact consensus mechanism between the two views, Orthrus guarantees lossless inference, delivering up to a 7.8x speedup with only an O(1) memory cache overhead and minimal parameter additions.

UniFixer: A Universal Reference-Guided Fixer for Diffusion-Based View Synthesis

With the recent surge of generative models, diffusion-based approaches have become mainstream for view synthesis tasks, either in an explicit depth-warp-inpaint or in an implicit end-to-end manner. Despite their success, both paradigms often suffer from noticeable quality degradation, e.g., blurred details and distorted structures, caused by pixel-to-latent compression and diffusion hallucination. In this paper, we investigate diffusion degradation from three key dimensions (i.e., spatial, temporal, and backbone-related) and propose UniFixer, a universal reference-guided framework that fixes diverse degradation artifacts via a coarse-to-fine strategy. Specifically, a reference pre-alignment module is first designed to perform coarse alignment between the reference view and the degraded novel view. A global structure anchoring mechanism then rectifies geometric distortions to ensure structural fidelity, followed by a local detail injection module that recovers fine-grained texture details for high-quality view synthesis. Our UniFixer serves as a plug-and-play refiner that achieves zero-shot fixing across different types of diffusion degradation, and extensive experiments verify our state-of-the-art performance on novel view synthesis and stereo conversion.

MULTI: Disentangling Camera Lens, Sensor, View, and Domain for Novel Image Generation

Recent text-to-image models produce high-quality images, yet text ambiguity hinders precise control when specific styles or objects are required. There have been a number of recent works dealing with learning and composing multiple objects and patterns. However, current work focuses almost entirely on image content, overlooking imaging factors such as camera lens, sensor types, imaging viewpoints, and scenes' domain characteristics. We introduce this new challenge as Imaging Factor Disentanglement and show limitations of current approaches in the regime. We, therefore, propose the new method Multi-factor disentanglement through Textual Inversion (MULTI). It consists of two stages: in the first stage, we learn general factors, and in the second stage, we extract dataset-specific ones. This setup enables the extension of existing datasets and novel factor combinations, thereby reducing distribution gaps. It further supports modifications of specific factors and image-to-image generation via ControlNets. The evaluation on our new DF-RICO benchmark demonstrates the effectiveness of MULTI and highlights the importance of Factor Disentanglement as a new direction of research.

DataEvolver: Let Your Data Build and Improve Itself via Goal-Driven Loop Agents

Useful supervision is rarely produced by a single rendering pass; instead it emerges through iterative generation, inspection, correction, filtering, and export. We present DataEvolver, a closed-loop visual data engine that organizes this process around explicit goals, persistent artifacts, bounded corrective actions, and acceptance decisions. DataEvolver supports multiple artifact types, including RGB images, masks, depth maps, normal maps, meshes, poses, trajectories, and review traces. In the current release, the system operates through two coupled loops: generation-time self-correction within each sample and validation-time self-expansion across dataset rounds. We validate the framework on an image-level object-rotation setting. With a fixed Qwen-Edit LoRA probe, our final Ours+DualGate model outperforms both the unadapted base model and a public multi-angle LoRA on SpatialEdit and a held-out evaluation set. Ablations show a consistent improvement path from scene-aware generation to feedback-driven correction and dual-gated validation. Beyond the released rotation data, our main contribution is a reusable framework for building visual datasets through explicit goal tracking, review, correction, and acceptance loops.

AnyLift: Scaling Motion Reconstruction from Internet Videos via 2D Diffusion

Reconstructing 3D human motion and human-object interactions (HOI) from Internet videos is a fundamental step toward building large-scale datasets of human behavior. Existing methods struggle to recover globally consistent 3D motion under dynamic cameras, especially for motion types underrepresented in current motion-capture datasets, and face additional difficulty recovering coherent human-object interactions in 3D. We introduce a two-stage framework leveraging 2D diffusion that reconstructs 3D human motion and HOI from Internet videos. In the first stage, we synthesize multi-view 2D motion data for each domain, leveraging 2D keypoints extracted from Internet videos to incorporate human motions that rarely appear in existing MoCap datasets. In the second stage, a camera-conditioned multi-view 2D motion diffusion model is trained on the domain-specific synthetic data to recover 3D human motion and 3D HOI in the world space. We demonstrate the effectiveness of our method on Internet videos featuring challenging motions such as gymnastics, as well as in-the-wild HOI videos, and show that it outperforms prior work in producing realistic human motion and human-object interaction.

UniGeo: Unifying Geometric Guidance for Camera-Controllable Image Editing via Video Models

Camera-controllable image editing aims to synthesize novel views of a given scene under varying camera poses while strictly preserving cross-view geometric consistency. However, existing methods typically rely on fragmented geometric guidance, such as only injecting point clouds at the representation level despite models containing multiple levels, and are mainly based on image diffusion models that operate on discrete view mappings. These two limitations jointly lead to geometric drift and structural degradation under continuous camera motion. We observe that while leveraging video models provides continuous viewpoint priors for camera-controllable image editing, they still struggle to form stable geometric understanding if geometric guidance remains fragmented. To systematically address this, we inject unified geometric guidance across three levels that jointly determine the generative output: representation, architecture, and loss function. To this end, we propose UniGeo, a novel camera-controllable editing framework. Specifically, at the representation level, UniGeo incorporates a frame-decoupled geometric reference injection mechanism to provide robust cross-view geometry context. At the architecture level, it introduces geometric anchor attention to align multi-view features. At the loss function level, it proposes a trajectory-endpoint geometric supervision strategy to explicitly reinforce the structural fidelity of target views. Comprehensive experiments across multiple public benchmarks, encompassing both extensive and limited camera motion settings, demonstrate that UniGeo significantly outperforms existing methods in both visual quality and geometric consistency.

Drift-AR: Single-Step Visual Autoregressive Generation via Anti-Symmetric Drifting

Autoregressive (AR)-Diffusion hybrid paradigms combine AR's structured semantic modeling with diffusion's high-fidelity synthesis, yet suffer from a dual speed bottleneck: the sequential AR stage and the iterative multi-step denoising of the diffusion vision decode stage. Existing methods address each in isolation without a unified principle design. We observe that the per-position \emph{prediction entropy} of continuous-space AR models naturally encodes spatially varying generation uncertainty, which simultaneously governing draft prediction quality in the AR stage and reflecting the corrective effort required by vision decoding stage, which is not fully explored before. Since entropy is inherently tied to both bottlenecks, it serves as a natural unifying signal for joint acceleration. In this work, we propose \textbf{Drift-AR}, which leverages entropy signal to accelerate both stages: 1) for AR acceleration, we introduce Entropy-Informed Speculative Decoding that align draft-target entropy distributions via a causal-normalized entropy loss, resolving the entropy mismatch that causes excessive draft rejection; 2) for visual decoder acceleration, we reinterpret entropy as the \emph{physical variance} of the initial state for an anti-symmetric drifting field -- high-entropy positions activate stronger drift toward the data manifold while low-entropy positions yield vanishing drift -- enabling single-step (1-NFE) decoding without iterative denoising or distillation. Moreover, both stages share the same entropy signal, which is computed once with no extra cost. Experiments on MAR, TransDiff, and NextStep-1 demonstrate 3.8-5.5×\times speedup with genuine 1-NFE decoding, matching or surpassing original quality. Edit in 2D, Verify in 3D: Reinforcement Learning for Multi-view Consistent Scene Editing

Leveraging the priors of 2D diffusion models for 3D editing has emerged as a promising paradigm. However, multi-view consistency remains challenging in edited results, and the extreme scarcity of paired 3D-consistent editing data makes supervised fine-tuning (SFT) impractical, despite its effectiveness for editing tasks. In this paper, we observe that, while generating multi-view consistent 3D content is highly challenging, verifying 3D consistency is tractable, naturally positioning reinforcement learning (RL) as a feasible solution. Motivated by this, we propose RL3DEdit, a single-pass framework driven by RL optimization with novel rewards derived from the 3D foundation model, VGGT. Specifically, we leverage VGGT's robust priors learned from massive real-world data, feed the edited images into it, and utilize the output confidence maps and pose estimation errors as reward signals, effectively anchoring the 2D editing priors onto a 3D-consistent manifold via RL. Extensive experiments demonstrate that RL3DEdit achieves stable multi-view consistency and outperforms state-of-the-art methods in editing quality with high efficiency. To promote the development of 3D editing, we will release the code and model.

Hierarchical Concept-to-Appearance Guidance for Multi-Subject Image Generation

Multi-subject image generation aims to synthesize images that faithfully preserve the identities of multiple reference subjects while following textual instructions. However, existing methods often suffer from identity inconsistency and limited compositional control, as they rely on diffusion models to implicitly associate text prompts with reference images. In this work, we propose Hierarchical Concept-to-Appearance Guidance (CAG), a framework that provides explicit, structured supervision from high-level concepts to fine-grained appearances. At the conceptual level, we introduce a VAE dropout training strategy that randomly omits reference VAE features, encouraging the model to rely more on robust semantic signals from a Visual Language Model (VLM) and thereby promoting consistent concept-level generation in the absence of complete appearance cues. At the appearance level, we integrate the VLM-derived correspondences into a correspondence-aware masked attention module within the Diffusion Transformer (DiT). This module restricts each text token to attend only to its matched reference regions, ensuring precise attribute binding and reliable multi-subject composition. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method achieves state-of-the-art performance on the multi-subject image generation, substantially improving prompt following and subject consistency.

StyleFusion360: View-Consistent Head Stylization via Adaptive Style Modulation

3D head stylization enables expressive reimagining of human faces for creative visual experiences in digital media. Existing 3D-aware methods often require computationally intensive optimization or per-style fine-tuning, limiting flexibility and user control. To overcome these challenges, we introduce StyleFusion360, a diffusion-based framework for multi-view consistent, identity-preserving 3D head stylization from a single style reference image, without per-style training. Our approach enhances the Style Fusion Attention mechanism with a style-conditioned key modulation mechanism that aligns content and style representations for fine-grained and controllable stylization. We further provide a user-controllable slider for adjusting stylization intensity. In addition, StyleFusion360 supports local multi-edit stylization, enabling targeted edits such as modifying hair or eyes independently. Extensive experiments on FFHQ and RenderMe360 demonstrate that StyleFusion360 produces high-quality, controllable, and visually compelling stylizations, outperforming state-of-the-art GAN- and diffusion-based methods across diverse style domains.

3D-Consistent Multi-View Editing by Correspondence Guidance

Recent advancements in diffusion and flow models have greatly improved text-based image editing, yet methods that edit images independently often produce geometrically and photometrically inconsistent results across different views of the same scene. Such inconsistencies are particularly problematic for editing of 3D representations such as NeRFs or Gaussian splat models. We propose a training-free guidance framework that enforces multi-view consistency during the image editing process. The key idea is that corresponding points should look similar after editing. To achieve this, we introduce a consistency loss that guides the denoising process toward coherent edits. The framework is flexible and can be combined with widely varying image editing methods, supporting both dense and sparse multi-view editing setups. Experimental results show that our approach significantly improves 3D consistency compared to existing multi-view editing methods. We also show that this increased consistency enables high-quality Gaussian splat editing with sharp details and strong fidelity to user-specified text prompts. NI-Tex: Non-isometric Image-based Garment Texture Generation

Existing industrial 3D garment meshes already cover most real-world clothing geometries, yet their texture diversity remains limited. To acquire more realistic textures, generative methods are often used to extract Physically-based Rendering (PBR) textures and materials from large collections of wild images and project them back onto garment meshes. However, most image-conditioned texture generation approaches require strict topological consistency between the input image and the input 3D mesh, or rely on accurate mesh deformation to match to the image poses, which significantly constrains the texture generation quality and flexibility. To address the challenging problem of non-isometric image-based garment texture generation, we construct 3D Garment Videos, a physically simulated, garment-centric dataset that provides consistent geometry and material supervision across diverse deformations, enabling robust cross-pose texture learning. We further employ Nano Banana for high-quality non-isometric image editing, achieving reliable cross-topology texture generation between non-isometric image-geometry pairs. Finally, we propose an iterative baking method via uncertainty-guided view selection and reweighting that fuses multi-view predictions into seamless, production-ready PBR textures. Through extensive experiments, we demonstrate that our feedforward dual-branch architecture generates versatile and spatially aligned PBR materials suitable for industry-level 3D garment design.
