Intuitionistic Fuzzy Graph Embedded Random Vector Functional Link with Multiview Learning

Random Vector Functional Link (RVFL) networks are popular due to their fast training and universal approximation capabilities. However, RVFL models face challenges in preserving geometric relationships and utilizing multiple feature views effectively. To address these limitations we propose the Intuitionistic Fuzzy Graph Embedded Random Vector Functional Link with Multiview Learning (IFGRVFL-MV) model. The proposed approach comprises three key components: intuitionistic fuzzy sets for uncertainty handling, graph embedding to capture intrinsic geometric structures, and multiview learning to use complementary information from multiple feature spaces. The model assigns intuitionistic fuzzy membership and non-membership values to data points making it robust to outliers. Also, the graph embedding framework preserves topological structures, increasing the generalization performance. We performed experiments on benchmark datasets from UCI and KEEL repositories which concludes that IFGRVFL-MV outperforms existing models in classification accuracy. Our results establish that IFGRVFL-MV is a promising advancement in the domain of uncertainty and multiview environments.

Identifiability of Relational Queries in Multi-View Pretraining

When data sources are integrated through a shared interface, a downstream query may or may not be determined by what the interface exposes: two globally consistent worlds can agree on every shared attribute yet disagree on the query answer. This ambiguity is structural -- a property of the interface design, not the data volume -- and cannot be resolved by collecting more records or training a larger model. We formalize query identifiability for data integration under interface laws (functional dependencies that hold uniformly across all legal worlds rather than within a single instance) and prove three results. (i) A polynomial-time certificate (CheckCert) decides identifiability via attribute closure, and is exact on instances that expose any residual ambiguity (closure-separable). (ii) Non-identifiable queries face an irreducible 1/2 minimax error floor for any estimator using only interface evidence, bounding multi-view pretraining systems from below. (iii) A minimum-augmentation algorithm (Greedy-MinAug) finds the smallest set of interface additions to certify a query, reducing to Set Cover (logarithmic approximation). Experiments on synthetic benchmarks, real integration datasets spanning three domains (scholarly, product, restaurant), and schemas up to 10^3 attributes confirm CheckCert is exact, both algorithms run in single-digit milliseconds, and ML classifiers exhibit the predicted error floor and abrupt capability gains.

Biomechanics-aware Multi-view Markerless Motion Capture of Dexterous Hand Movements

Markerless motion capture (MMC) techniques have been widely beneficial in biomechanical analysis of human movement; however, application to complex motions of the hand lags other musculoskeletal systems. The primary goal of this study was to evaluate the performance of a biomechanical reconstruction method that implements a gradient-based optimization approach with a biomechanical model in the loop for tracking dexterous, unconstrained hand movements using MMC. Using a custom, 8-camera setup, we acquired 121 video recordings from 6 participants performing 11 different tasks that spanned 6 hand postures, 5 object manipulation tasks, and involved motion of the proximal upper limb joints. Performance of the proposed MMC pipeline was directly compared to a more commonly adopted two-stage reconstruction method that first triangulates 2D keypoints from computer vision pose estimation algorithms to 3D and then enforces biomechanical constraints by solving a constrained inverse kinematics problem. Relative performance was assessed qualitatively by visual inspection and quantitatively using a computer vision metric. Our method generated solutions for all 121 video recordings; the two-stage method did not converge for 15% of the recordings. Across the remaining videos, our method produced more biomechanically plausible hand kinematics than the two-stage method and was more robust to occlusion effects during tasks that involved objects. The relative robustness of the end-to-end method suggests that it is more effective in utilizing the available 2D digital keypoint information. Automatic and biomechanically meaningful tracking of hand kinematics during dexterous movements has the potential to support clinical evaluation, rehabilitation monitoring, and studies of human motor control.

Pano2World: End-to-End 3D Generation via Unified Multi-View Sequences

A single panorama captures the full visual sphere from one camera center, yet confines users to looking around in place without enabling true scene exploration. Converting a single panorama into a persistent, renderable 3D representation for free-viewpoint navigation has attracted growing interest; existing methods either adopt iterative per-view completion that propagates inpainting results to update the underlying geometry, leading to progressive error accumulation and cumbersome multi-step pipelines, or leverage the temporal consistency priors of video generation models, yet the continuous-trajectory constraint intrinsic to such models limits their flexibility in covering scenes from multiple directions simultaneously. We present Pano2World, which takes a single indoor panorama as input and directly outputs a persistent, explorable 3D Gaussian scene. Given the source panorama, Pano2World first reconstructs a coarse 3D Gaussian proxy and renders it at adaptively sampled nearby poses to obtain geometrically aligned guidance panoramas; a panoramic diffusion model then jointly denoises all target views via View-Aware Attention Routing, where each target view simultaneously receives geometric constraints from its corresponding guidance panorama and global semantic guidance from the source panorama, naturally enforcing cross-view consistency. To avoid the information loss incurred by decoding the multi-view hidden features formed during joint denoising back to the pixel domain via VAE, we introduce Latent Feature Adapter, a geometry-aware bridge module that directly distills these hidden features into a scene latent, subsequently decoded into the final 3D Gaussian scene. Experiments demonstrate that Pano2World significantly outperforms existing methods on the multi-position panoramic novel-view synthesis benchmark.

FrameONE: Hierarchical Motion Modeling for Universal Multi-View Echocardiographic Keyframe Detection

Accurate detection of end-systole (ES) and end-diastole (ED) frames is fundamental to echocardiographic assessment. Existing methods are typically developed in a view-specific manner, depend on auxiliary annotations or intensive visual modeling, which limits their generalizability. In multi-view modeling, keyframe detection is driven by shared cardiac motion, yet large appearance differences and motion patterns make unified modeling challenging. To address these issues, we propose FrameONE, a unified end-to-end framework for multi-view echocardiographic keyframe detection. FrameONE introduces a Hierarchical Motion Modeling strategy: an intra-view multi-task learning reduces appearance bias and promotes motion-focused representations within each view; an inter-view general motion learning module further separates view-agnostic dynamics from view-specific patterns, enabling shared yet flexible motion representation learning across views. Extensive experiments on 25,872 videos spanning four standard views demonstrate that FrameONE achieves state-of-the-art keyframe detection accuracy with strong cross-view generalization. RetailSMV: Exocentric vs. Egocentric Adaptation of Foundation Video World Models in Retail

Foundation video diffusion models are increasingly viewed as world simulators for embodied agents, yet their pretraining on internet-scale generic video leaves them poorly aligned with real-world deployment domains. We study parameter-efficient adaptation of a pretrained foundation video world model to retail scenes: when synchronized egocentric and exocentric video of the same activity are available, which viewpoint of training data produces the strongest adapted model? We introduce RetailSMV (Retail Synchronized Multi-View), a corpus of 32,105 captioned retail clips from five supermarkets with synchronized ego/exo capture from the store-staff perspective (stocking, arranging, weighing, managing supply carts, scanning at checkout), rather than the customer-centric framing of prior retail video corpora, and train three matched Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA) configurations of Cosmos3-Nano (egocentric-only, exocentric-only, combined) under identical hyperparameters. On a 200-clip held-out test set evaluated with seven complementary metrics under a strict paired statistical protocol, exocentric-only adaptation matches or exceeds combined adaptation on six of seven point estimates and is significantly better on LPIPS, PSNR, and DreamSim, despite training on only 15,985 exocentric clips (versus 32,105 for combined). A symmetric paired comparison further shows that adding exocentric data to egocentric-only training helps while adding egocentric data to exocentric-only training hurts. The absolute adaptation gap is largest at the shortest rollout time, identifying the near-horizon prediction window as the regime in which adaptation is most beneficial.

MVDGC: Joint 3D and 2D Multi-view Pedestrian Detection via Dual Geometric Constraints

The core challenge in multi-view pedestrian detection (MVPD) lies in effective aggregation of visual features from different viewpoints for robust occlusion reasoning. Recent approaches have addressed this by first projecting image-view features onto a Bird's Eye View (BEV) map, where ground localization is then performed. Despite impressive performance, the perspective transformation induces severe distortion, causing spatial structure break and degrading the quality of object feature extraction. The blurred and ambiguous features hinder accurate BEV point localization, especially in densely populated regions. Moreover, the strong mutual relationship between the BEV ground point and image bounding boxes is not capitalized on. Although multi-view consistency of 2D detections can serve as a powerful constraint in BEV space, these detections are commonly treated as auxiliary signals rather than being jointly optimized with the primary task.In this work, we propose \textbf{MVDGC}, a unified framework that \emph{jointly estimates pedestrian locations on the BEV plane and 2D bounding boxes in image views}. MVDGC employs a \emph{sparse set of 3D cylindrical queries} that embraces geometric context across both BEV and image views, enforcing dual spatial constraints for precise localization. Specifically, the geometric constraints is established by modeling each pedestrian as a vertical cylinder whose center lies on the BEV plane and whose projection casts a rectangular box in the image views. These queries function as shape anchors that directly extract 2D features from the intact image-view features using camera projection, eliminating projection-induced distortions. The 3D cylindrical query enables the unification of BEV and ImV localization into a single task: 3D cylinder position and shape refinement. Code is available at: https://github.com/UARK-AICV/MVDGC

Learning Structurally Consistent Representations for Multi-View Radar Semantic Segmentation

Radar sensors provide reliable perception under adverse weather and lighting conditions, but their sparse, noisy, and weakly semantic measurements make dense semantic segmentation challenging. Most existing radar segmentation methods rely on grid-based encodings and pairwise interactions, which struggle to capture the higher-order relational structure formed by multiple radar returns from the same physical object. We introduce a unified higher-order structural alignment framework for multi-view radar segmentation. The proposed method refines radar feature representations using learnable hypergraphs to capture higher-order dependencies among spatially related responses. To ensure consistency across heterogeneous radar projections, we further align view-specific features using Unbalanced Optimal Transport (UOT), enabling correspondence-free alignment under varying measurement densities and partial observations. An adaptive attention mechanism then fuses complementary radar views while emphasising structurally informative responses under sparsity and noise. The resulting architecture learns structurally consistent representations across Range Angle (RA), Range Doppler (RD), and Angle Doppler (AD) views and is trained using supervised segmentation together with cross-view consistency regularisation. Experiments on the CARRADA and RADIal benchmarks demonstrate consistent improvements over strong radar-specific baselines, achieving 63.8% mIoU on CARRADA and 83.4% mIoU on RADIal, improving the previous best methods by +1.7 and +2.3 mIoU, respectively. These results highlight the importance of higher-order relational modelling for robust radar perception.

AA: A Multi-view Multimodal Dataset for Screen-based Gaze Estimation

We present AA, a multi-view multimodal dataset for screen-based gaze estimation. The dataset captures synchronized facial observations from eight fixed screen-mounted cameras and two additional side-view cameras, paired with precise screen-space gaze targets collected under controlled fixation conditions. Each sample contains multi-view face observations together with structured facial region crops, enabling multimodal learning from both global and local visual cues. Unlike existing single-view gaze datasets, AA provides multi-view coverage from both screen-mounted and side-mounted perspectives, enabling more robust modeling under viewpoint variation and occlusion. The dataset includes subject-independent evaluation splits and a standardized data processing pipeline to support reproducible research in gaze estimation.

SkillSpotter: Pose-Aware Multi-View Skilled Action Detection and Grading in Ego-Exo Videos

To enable personalized, real-time coaching using Augmented Reality glasses or fixed camera setups in domains such as sports, cooking, or music, a system must understand not just what a person does, but how well they execute an activity. In an ego-exo video setting, this requires simultaneously detecting individual skilled actions and classifying each as correct or needing improvement, which Ego-Exo4D's proficiency demonstration benchmark formalized. We first adapt seven state-of-the-art temporal action detection architectures to this task, extend the evaluation protocol to disentangle detection from grading, and show that existing methods grade near-randomly. We then introduce SkillSpotter, a pose-aware multi-view architecture that jointly detects and grades skilled actions through three task-specific modules: (1) adaptive temporal suppression to handle the varying density of skilled actions across diverse activities, (2) gated 3D body pose fusion to leverage body kinematics as a complementary signal to visual features, and (3) bidirectional cross-view attention to combine ego and exo views effectively. SkillSpotter improves class-specific mAP from 12.40 to 21.82 (+76%) and balanced accuracy from 55.99% to 60.40% over the best baseline. SkillSpotter's modules transfer to other temporal action detection models with consistent gains, and our method generalizes beyond Ego-Exo4D to HoloAssist. HomeDiffusion: Zero-Shot Object Customization with Multi-View Representation Learning for Indoor Scenes

Recently, zero-shot object customization generation methods have rapidly developed and shown tremendous potential for applications. For instance, in the e-commerce domain, consumers can observe the visual effect of furniture placed within their personal living spaces or clothes worn on their own bodies. Many existing approaches perform object customization generation based on diffusion models and extracted reference object features. However, the generated object significantly diverges from the original reference object in details such as patterns and curves. Particularly for asymmetrical reference objects, the absence of comprehensive multi-viewpoint information prevents the generation of object poses that harmonize with the background scene. To address these shortcomings, we have constructed a novel dataset comprising multi-angle images of furniture and indoor scenes. Based on diffusion models, we introduce HomeDiffusion, which can leverage multi-viewpoint images of the same reference object to accurately generate visually harmonious object poses within specified areas of the background scene. During the diffusion process, we further extract high-fidelity details of the reference object and perform cross-attention with the noise latents in the latent space, thereby ensuring the preservation of details in the customized object generation. Extensive qualitative and quantitative experiments demonstrate that our method achieves superior performance over other existing zero-shot as well as few-shot object customization approaches.

EchoSonar-R: A Multi-View Reasoning-Enabled Model for Disease Classification and Report Generation in Echocardiography

Echocardiography is the most widely used non-invasive cardiac imaging modality, providing essential information for cardiovascular diagnosis. Interpreting an echocardiogram requires synthesizing complementary evidence across multiple heart views to identify abnormalities and produce structured clinical reports. While recent efforts focus on improving classification performance, most models lack explicit diagnostic reasoning and spatially grounded anatomical evidence, limiting clinician trust. We present EchoSonar-R, a multi-view reasoning-enabled vision-language model that jointly performs multi-label disease classification and report generation from echocardiography studies. EchoSonar-R combines a spatiotemporal video encoder with a structure-aware cardiac detector that provides spatially grounded anatomical cues to improve interpretability and clinician trust during cross-view reasoning. EchoSonar-R is trained in two stages: supervised fine-tuning (SFT) on reasoning-annotated targets, followed by Group Relative Policy Optimization (GRPO) with task-specific rewards that jointly align classification and report generation within a unified reinforcement-learning framework. Across a private multi-view dataset and two public benchmarks, EchoSonar-R improves macro balanced accuracy by 17.1% on the private set and 6.1% on MIMICEchoQA over the strongest baseline, achieves a GREEN clinical faithfulness score of 0.800, and produces interpretable reasoning traces grounded in multi-view visual evidence.

ReScene: Structured Indoor Scene Reconstruction from Multi-View Captures

Constructing simulation-ready 3D scenes from multi-view captures is a key bottleneck for Embodied Artificial Intelligence, as downstream tasks require object-level structure, explicit inter-object relations, and physical plausibility. Existing approaches either rely on specialized capture hardware, suffer from single-view bias in object reconstruction, or yield layouts that are geometrically reasonable but physically inconsistent. We identify that the problem is not single-object reconstruction but cross-view relation fusion and physically plausible scene assembly. To address this challenge, we present ReScene, a framework that threads multi-view geometry throughout the pipeline as a unifying prior. Our method consists of two main components: HierView prioritizes reconstruction views based on semantic consistency and 3D coverage completeness, replacing the largest-mask heuristic that conflates image occupancy with object coverage; and Relation-Aware Assembly fuses multi-frame relation predictions from a vision-language model with geometric and room-shell priors into a confidence-weighted scene graph, enabling physically consistent scene assembly. ReScene sets a new state of the art across geometry, rendering, and perceptual quality on a set of ScanNet scenes, achieving a 17% reduction in Chamfer Distance and 26% in LPIPS over the strongest prior baseline, while running up to 10x faster than prior multi-view methods. Based on the reconstructed scenes, we also generate an embodied visual question answering dataset, on which fine-tuned Qwen-VL approaches the performance of strong closed-source models on several spatial reasoning tasks.

AirGroundBench: Probing Spatial Intelligence in Multimodal Large Models under Heterogeneous Multi-View Embodied Collaboration

In recent years, multimodal large language models (MLLMs) have shown strong potential for embodied intelligence, yet their ability to maintain geometrically consistent spatial understanding across heterogeneous views remains under-evaluated. Existing benchmarks largely focus on single-agent, single-view perception, leaving a gap in the systematic assessment of collaborative air-ground settings, where multi-scale observations are complementary but introduce scale mismatch, asymmetric occlusion, and reference-frame inconsistencies. We present AirGroundBench, a diagnostic benchmark for evaluating multi-view spatial intelligence in heterogeneous UAV-UGV collaboration. AirGroundBench is built from 11 high-fidelity simulated environments with 1,021 synchronized air-ground observation pairs, yielding approximately 62,000 dual-view, four-option single-choice visual question answering instances and 115 closed-loop vision-language navigation episodes. It covers 10 task types organized into four progressively demanding capability dimensions: spatial perception, cross-view alignment, spatial transformation and reasoning, and embodied decision-making. To support geometry-grounded evaluation and analysis, we provide structured spatial annotations, including cross-view object identities and metric 2D and 3D bounding boxes. Evaluations of 13 representative MLLMs under UAV-only, UGV-only, and dual-view input settings reveal consistent bottlenecks: models perform relatively well on spatial perception but struggle with cross-view alignment and transformation-intensive reasoning, and these deficits propagate to sequential decision-making in vision-language navigation. Although dual-view inputs provide measurable gains over single-view variants, a persistent gap from human performance remains, highlighting geometric consistency as a key limitation of current embodied MLLMs.

Dual-Learning based Penalized Multi-Align Clustering for Multi-View Incomplete and Disorderly Data

Multimodal feature fusion can effectively capture complex patterns in real-world data by integrating complementary information from different modalities. However, in many applications, such as boiler combustion monitoring, equipment failure, inconsistent sensor sampling frequencies, and network delays often cause missing modalities and temporal asynchrony. These issues lead to incomplete and disorderly multimodal data. To address them, previous studies have proposed several data fusion methods that align cluster centers before fusion. However, these methods have two key limitations. First, they cannot guarantee accurate sample-level alignment of data pairs. Second, they do not address significant discrepancies in data sizes across different classes, which may affect subsequent fusion performance. To address these problems, we propose a dual-learning based penalized multi-align clustering model, named DLPMAC. The dual-learning mechanism enables the model to learn prior knowledge from each modality, including semantic and structural information. This helps preserve semantic consistency and structural similarity across modalities at both local and global levels. In addition, the penalized multi-align module performs multi-to-multi data alignment through a penalty mechanism. It allows one sample to form data pairs with different samples from other modalities, thereby improving data-pair alignment accuracy. The penalty mechanism also prevents data aggregation, avoiding the case where excessive samples are linked to a single sample. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of DLPMAC in addressing data alignment and fusion challenges from both sampling and clustering perspectives.

Domain-Informed Multi-View Self-Distillation for Astronomical Light-Curve Representation Learning with JEPA

Light curves describe temporal variations in the brightness of celestial objects. Learning robust representations of light curves is essential for large-scale automatic discovery in the dynamic universe, but existing time-series foundation models often struggle with the uneven sampling, complex noise, and wide range of physical timescales that characterize astronomical observations. We propose a domain-informed representation learning framework for irregular astronomical time series with Joint-Embedding predictive architecture (JEPA), combining semantics-preserving views, uncertainty-aware tokenization, and multi-view self-distillation. The encoders are trained with multi-view self-distillation using LeJEPA regularization on the LEAVES dataset and evaluated on the StarEmbed classification benchmark. On StarEmbed, our model outperforms hand-crafted features on 15 of 16 classification metrics. In few-shot linear probing, it achieves macro-F1 scores of 42.56 ±\pm 7.21 with one sample per class and 63.58 ±\pm 1.20 with 100 samples per class, consistently improving over hand-crafted features. Beyond variable-star classification, the learned representation supports similarity search, parameter estimation, and photometric zero-point drift detection. We further evaluate cross-domain adaptation on 12 heterogeneous irregular time-series datasets from PYRREGULAR, where the adapted variant matches or exceeds previous state-of-the-art performance on 5 datasets, compared with at most 3 wins by any single prior baseline. These results demonstrate that domain-informed multi-view self-distillation is an effective strategy for learning representations of irregular time series, while also highlighting that successful time-series representation learning requires domain-specific inductive biases rather than a universally optimal architecture.

LoRA-Tuned Large Language Models for Dementia Detection via Multi-View Speech-Derived Features

Early detection of dementia enables timely intervention, and reflecting cognitive impairment, spontaneous speech offers a non-invasive screening modality. Conventional approaches often focus on a single representational dimension -- such as acoustic descriptors, pause modeling, automatic speech recognition (ASR) transcripts, or multimodal fusion -- limiting integrative reasoning across heterogeneous cognitive symptoms. We propose a low-rank adaptation (LoRA)-tuned large language model (LLM) that performs structured multi-view reasoning over four complementary speech-derived signals: ASR transcripts with pause markers, discourse-level topic cues, temporal fluency statistics, and phonological sequences. These cues are encoded within a unified prompt, enabling a single LLM to learn a coherent decision function without modality-specific encoders or late-stage fusion. On ADReSSo, our best model achieves an F1-score of 90.14%, and ablation confirms the complementary contribution of each view.

MVPruner: Dynamic Token Pruning for Accelerating Multi-view Vision-Language Models in Autonomous Driving

Vision-Language Models (VLMs) improve generalization and interpretability in autonomous driving but suffer from efficiency issues due to long visual token sequences, particularly in standard multi-view settings. Existing token pruning methods employ fixed pruning rate allocation and static importance metrics, ignoring dynamic inter-view importance differences and the evolving information importance during inference. Our analysis reveals that multi-view VLMs inherently encode task-related view priors in deeper layers and exhibit dynamic information requirements. Motivated by these findings, we propose MVPruner, a two-stage adaptive token pruning method that aligns pruning behavior with the model's dynamic information requirements. The first stage allocates pruning budgets based on the information diversity of each view, and retains tokens with consistent contribution across stages, ensuring semantic representational capacity. The second stage allocates budgets and selects tokens guided by instruction text to guarantee task alignment. Experimental results on four benchmarks demonstrate the superior performance of our method. For example, DriveMM equipped with MVPruner achieves 87.3% reduction in FLOPs, 4.97* speedup in prefilling phase while retaining 98.5% accuracy on DriveLM benchmark.

Extracting Neural Materials from Multi-view Images

Neural materials can represent complex specular reflections and scattering effects in a compact, universal basis. However, acquiring and authoring such materials remains challenging. We present NeuMatEx, a differentiable inverse rendering method for extracting spatially varying neural materials from images. The nonlinear structure of neural material latent spaces makes optimization with naive inverse rendering infeasible. To address this, we train a Large Material Reconstruction Model (LMRM) that directly predicts initialbase color, neural material latents, and aleatoric uncertainty guides from images. This material prior provides a good initialization and better constrains our subsequent optimization using inverse path tracing. The predicted uncertainty further helps by anchoring high-confidence regions more tightly to the LMRM prediction, preventing lighting and complex specular effects from being baked into materials. Experiments on synthetic and real assets show that NeuMatEx extracts complex materials with better visual quality and material decomposition than PBR-based methods.

What Does the Brain See? Multiview Neural Representations to Demystify the Brain-Visual Alignment

Zero-shot visual decoding from electroencephalography (EEG) aims to infer visual semantics from non-invasive neural recordings, but remains challenging due to the low signal-to-noise ratio, non-stationarity, and limited spatial resolution of EEG. Existing EEG-vision alignment methods often rely on holistic EEG embeddings, which can obscure the complementary temporal, spectral, and spatial structure underlying visual perception. We introduce a unified multiview EEG representation learning framework for aligning brain responses with visual semantic embeddings. Our method builds an EEG encoder that jointly models three complementary views: input-conditioned state-space temporal dynamics, learnable wavelet-based spectral decomposition for sample-adaptive frequency modeling, and attention-modulated graph learning for structured electrode interactions. The resulting multiview EEG embeddings are fused and aligned with pretrained visual representations in a shared semantic space using contrastive learning with EEG-specific regularization, enabling 200-way zero-shot visual classification. Experiments on THINGS-EEG benchmark show that our method achieves state-of-the-art performance, with 54.8% Top-1 and 85.6% Top-5 accuracy in the within-subject setting and 15.3% Top-1 and 45.4% Top-5 accuracy in the cross-subject setting. We further present the first systematic cross-session EEG-image decoding evaluation, achieving 40.8% Top-1 and 78.0% Top-5 accuracy. These results suggest that explicitly modeling multiview neural structure improves both semantic alignment and generalization in EEG-based visual decoding.

SSMNBench: Diagnosing Image-based Cross-View Human-Object Understanding via Single-View Sufficiency and Multi-View Necessity

Multimodal Large Language Models (MLLMs) have shown remarkable progress in single-image perception, yet their ability to reason about complex cross-view human-centric scenes remains largely unverified. Current multi-view benchmarks evaluate models using a fixed "bag of frames" and thus conflate a model's robustness to visual distraction with its genuine ability to fuse fragmented cross-view evidence. To address this issue, we introduce SSMNBench, a diagnostic benchmark comprising 3,300 curated QA pairs for cross-view human and human-object understanding. SSMNBench uniquely categorizes tasks into Single-View Sufficiency (SVS) and Multi-View Necessity (MVN). By systematically perturbing view availability across 17 state-of-the-art MLLMs, critical limitations are revealed: models suffer from severe "distraction degradation" when presented with redundant views (SVS), and fail to integrate fragmented geometric evidence across cameras (MVN). Our evaluations demonstrate that modern MLLMs rely on multiple single-image semantic averaging and view preference rather than genuine cross-view synthesis. By exposing these fundamental vulnerabilities, SSMNBench provides a rigorous diagnostic framework to drive the advancement of future cross-view-aware multimodal architectures. Multilevel Stochastic Plug-and-Play for Sparse-View CT Reconstruction

Sparse-view computed tomography (SVCT) reduces radiation exposure and acquisition time, but the limited number of projection views makes the reconstruction problem severely ill-posed and leads to streak artifacts when analytical methods are used. Plug-and-Play (PnP) methods provide an effective way to combine data fidelity with learned image priors, while stochastic PnP methods further improve robustness by matching the denoiser input distribution through re-noising. However, these methods often require many iterations to converge, which limits their practical efficiency. In this work, we propose a multilevel (ML) stochastic PnP method for SVCT that accelerates stochastic PnP reconstruction. We highlight that, in the stochastic setting, directly enforcing prior coherence across levels would require accurately estimating fine-level prior gradients through multiple denoiser function evaluations, which substantially increases the computational cost. Motivated by this observation, we perform the multilevel steps in multiresolution analysis (MRA) approximation spaces. This choice is supported by the structure of the wavelet decomposition, which causes the prior-coherence correction to vanish in expectation, thereby avoiding costly estimation of fine-level stochastic prior gradients for the coarse-level corrections. Experiments on SVCT reconstruction show that our method, called Multilevel Stochastic Plug-and-Play (ML-SPnP), achieves reconstruction quality comparable to state-of-the-art methods while substantially reducing runtime.

MATCH: Flow Matching for Multi-View Anomaly Detection

Detecting anomalies in industrial objects is an important topic for increasing production efficiency. More complex objects often require the analysis of several view points, which has led to the field of multi-view anomaly detection. We present MATCH, the first multi-view anomaly detection method based on Flow Matching (FM). With the ODE formulation of Flow Matching, we can estimate likelihoods and thereby derive an anomaly score to detect anomalies in multi-view image data at object, image, and pixel-level. The architectural flexibility of FM models allows us to efficiently transform features of different spatial sizes to the normal distribution. We evaluate thoroughly on the already established Real-IAD data set and are also the first to provide a comprehensive evaluation of popular anomaly detection methods for the MANTA-Tiny data set. MATCH achieves state-of-the-art performance in both anomaly detection and segmentation, all while running on consumer-level hardware. By omitting the costly divergence term needed for likelihood estimation, we ensure that MATCH is usable in real-time production scenarios. Lastly, several ablation studies are conducted to validate the methodological choices.

MVG-KAN: Multi-View Geo-Wind Guided KAN for PM2.5_{2.5} Forecasting

Accurate short-term PM2.5_{2.5} forecasting is important for public health protection, air-quality early warning, and urban environmental management. However, PM2.5_{2.5} variation is driven by multiple coupled factors, including stable periodic changes induced by human activities and meteorological regularity, station-specific short-term concentration evolution, and meteorology-driven pollutant dispersion among monitoring stations. Existing spatio-temporal forecasting methods may capture station relationships to some extent, but distance-only, correlation-based, or purely adaptive graphs are often insufficient to comprehensively represent these heterogeneous factors, especially wind-direction-dependent pollutant transport. To address this problem, we propose a Multi-View Geo-Wind Guided KAN model for PM2.5_{2.5} forecasting, named \textbf{MVG-KAN}, which models station-level PM2.5_{2.5} evolution from three complementary views: local periodic regularity, station-wise residual temporal dynamics, and meteorological-environment-guided spatial dispersion. Specifically, the periodic-residual forecasting backbone first separates stable daily and weekly patterns from non-periodic residual variations. A Geo-Wind Graph is constructed by combining geographic distance decay with wind-direction- and wind-speed-aware transport, providing a lightweight physically motivated directed spatial prior for residual propagation among stations. In addition, a temporal Kolmogorov-Arnold network (TKAN) residual head is then introduced to learn station-wise nonlinear autoregressive correction from de-periodized PM2.5_{2.5} residuals and historical multi-pollutant sequences, thereby enhancing the modeling of local residual inertia and pollutant co-variation.

3DCarGen: Scalable 3D Car Generation via 3D-consistent Multi-view Synthesis

High-quality 3D vehicle assets are essential for autonomous driving simulation. Although multi-view diffusion-based paradigms enable controllable single-image reconstruction, they typically produce limited viewpoints and exhibit cross-view geometric inconsistencies, thereby reducing reconstruction fidelity in real-world scenarios. In this work, we introduce 3DCarGen, a scalable single-view 3D car generation framework designed for real-world images by synthesizing an arbitrary number of 3D-consistent multi-view images. Specifically, given a single image as input, we first synthesize a set of images from fixed viewpoints. These images are then fed into a feed-forward reconstruction model, resulting in a coarse 3D representation based on 3D Gaussian Splatting. Conditioned on this explicit 3D prior, our multi-view diffusion model generates 3D-consistent images from arbitrary camera viewpoints. We further extend a fast mesh reconstruction algorithm by incorporating color-normal joint optimization to recover detailed and coherent 3D vehicle models from the synthesized dense views. Extensive experiments on synthetic and real-world datasets demonstrate that our approach achieves robust geometric consistency and reconstruction fidelity compared to existing methods. Lightweight Neural Framework for Robust 3D Volume and Surface Estimation from Multi-View Images

Accurate volume and surface area estimation is critical for diverse applications, from marine ecology to medical diagnostics. However, existing methods often suffer from high computational costs and poor performance with sparse and noisy data. We propose a fully feed-forward framework that regresses scale-normalized volume and surface area and their associated uncertainties directly from multi-view images. By fusing 3D point cloud reconstructions with view-aligned 2D features through a graph-based decoder, our model bypasses iterative optimization, ensuring exceptional scalability and rapid inference. Experimental results demonstrate that our approach outperforms state-of-the-art methods, particularly when operating with a low number of input images. Validated across coral monitoring, dietary analysis, and anthropometry, our proposed framework provides a robust, adaptable solution for quantitative shape analysis. This architecture provides a high-speed, scalable alternative for precise geometric estimation from visual data, maintaining high performance even in resource-constrained or sparse-view scenarios.

Learning Stable Canonical Worlds for Novel View Synthesis and Beyond

Feed-forward Gaussian splatting (FFGS) facilitates real-time novel view synthesis, yet current methods often remain tied to view-dependent predictions. As more input views are added, they may accumulate noisy or redundant evidence instead of converging to a stable scene representation. In this paper, we introduce CanonicalGS, a feed-forward pipeline that maps cluttered multi-view observations into a stable, scene-centric representation. CanonicalGS first extracts view-centric evidence from depth, semantic features, and uncertainty estimates, and then aggregates this evidence in a canonical latent world using uncertainty-aware fusion. By emphasizing reliable observations while suppressing uncertain or redundant ones, CanonicalGS produces representations that scale more effectively for novel view synthesis and transfer to downstream visual perception tasks. Experiments show up to a 2.52.5 dB improvement in peak signal-to-noise ratio for synthesizing novel views and an 11%11\% gain in semantic segmentation accuracy.

UniviewVLA: A Unified Multiview Vision-Language-Action Model with World Modeling

Occluded tasks remain a bottleneck in robot manipulation. Existing solutions either deploy additional physical cameras requiring training-inference camera parity, or rely on explicit 3D reconstruction with high computational cost. Moreover, both approaches rely on standard agent-view and wrist-view observations, while failing to capture occlusion information and future scene evolution. To this end, we propose UniviewVLA, a unified multiview Vision-Language-Action model with world modeling, which infers multiview scene evolution for action prediction from only standard two-camera observations. We demonstrate that by leveraging generated multiview future views from the world model, UniviewVLA reveals occluded cues and models future scene evolution, improving action prediction and removing the need for extra hardware or explicit reconstruction. Besides, to accelerate inference while preserving prediction accuracy, UniviewVLA develops Motion-Informative Token Compression, which compresses each generated view from 625 to 16 tokens and reduces per-view latency from 6-7s to 0.2-0.3s. UniviewVLA also proposes training-free Action-Entropy View Selection, which dynamically identifies the most action-informative view at different inference stages. Extensive experiments show that UniviewVLA achieves 95.8% on LIBERO and 4.60 on CALVIN ABCD to D, both standard occlusion-free benchmarks. On customized occlusion-focused tasks, it improves success rate from 40.0% to 73.3%, and average real-robot success rate by 33.4 points, demonstrating stronger occlusion-focused performance without sacrificing standard occlusion-free benchmarks.

OTCHA: Optimal Transport-driven Confidence-aware Latent Hub Alignment for Multi-View Medical Image Classification

Multi-view imaging, such as mammography and chest radiography, is a standard component of clinical practice. However, medical images are often unregistered and contain view-specific artifacts or irrelevant background cues that can obscure diagnostically relevant findings. Many existing methods directly fuse per-view representations, allowing such irrelevant content to contaminate the fused embedding and reducing robustness under varying view configurations. We propose OTCHA, a confidence-aware latent hub token alignment module based on optimal transport (OT) that refines patch tokens before fusion for multi-view classification. OTCHA introduces a set of learnable latent hub tokens shared across views. For each view, we compute an OT plan between patch tokens and hub tokens that jointly considers feature similarity and geometry, and augment the OT formulation with token-conditional dustbins to enable partial matching and discard irrelevant tokens. The resulting transport plan provides token-wise matching confidence, which gates hub-mediated message passing and weights a novel optimal-transport-based representation alignment loss to stabilize refinement. Experiments on three multi-view medical image datasets demonstrate consistent improvements over competing baselines across diverse anatomies and view configurations. Our code is available at https://github.com/labhai/OTCHA.

ZeroDex: Zero-Shot Long-Horizon Dexterous Manipulation via Multi-View 3D-Grounded VLM Reasoning

We present ZeroDex, a zero-shot framework for long-horizon dexterous manipulation that grounds language instructions into executable 3D task plans from calibrated multi-view RGB images. Rather than training an end-to-end policy, our system uses a vision-language model (VLM) to produce reference-frame task grounding and primitive-level 2D keypoints, then lifts them into 3D via multi-view fusion. This lifting combines triangulation of view-wise VLM groundings with reference-view ray voting, which searches along a semantic camera ray for geometrically consistent candidates across neighboring views. The resulting 3D keypoints support both pick-and-place and tool-use: for tool-use, we retrieve an object-centric atomic action corresponding to the inferred skill category and align its stored 6D tool trajectory to the scene; for dexterous execution, we expand the lifted grasp keypoint into a task-conditioned grasp affordance region and generate feasible grasp-motion pairs with an arm-hand motion generator. Real-world experiments show improved 3D grounding accuracy and execution reliability over single-view RGB-D grounding and fine-tuned VLA baselines. We further demonstrate long-horizon manipulation through closed-loop status verification and replan, enabling zero-shot execution on unseen objects and tool-use tasks in novel scenes.

Mem-World: Memory-Augmented Action-Conditioned World Models for Persistent Robot Manipulation

Action-conditioned world models have emerged as a promising paradigm for robot learning, offering a scalable alternative to costly real-world experimentation by generating action-consistent video rollouts. However, persistent world modeling remains challenging in manipulation: frequent end-effector occlusions and rapid wrist-camera motion make the current observation insufficient for predicting future views, causing models to forget or hallucinate scene details seen in earlier frames. Existing memory retrieval strategies often fail to identify informative history in dynamic manipulation scenarios. To address this limitation, we propose Mem-World, a memory-augmented multi-view action-conditioned world model. At its core, we present W-VMem, a 4D wrist-view-centered surfel-indexed memory that anchors historical observations to temporally evolving surface elements. By explicitly modeling when and where scene elements are observed, W-VMem enables geometry-aware retrieval of relevant history frames conditioned on future actions. During generation, relevant history frames are selected via surfel-based rendering and scoring, providing informative and non-redundant context for prediction. Extensive experiments show that Mem-World generates persistent rollouts in complex manipulation scenarios, enables more reliable policy evaluation than Ctrl-World, improving the Pearson correlation with real-world performance by 14.5%, and supports effective policy improvement through synthetic data generation, increasing success rates from 58% to 72% on long-horizon tasks.

Rethinking Air-Ground Collaboration: A Progressive Cross-Task Benchmark and Socialized Learning Framework

Air-ground collaborative perception is crucial for robust visual understanding in real-world dynamic environments. However, existing studies typically formulate collaboration as single-task cross-view fusion, overlooking the functional dependencies among localization, target association, and fine-grained parsing. In addition, the heterogeneous nature of aerial and ground views introduces substantial geometric, scale, and occlusion discrepancies, making uniform feature sharing vulnerable to negative transfer. To tackle these issues, we model air-ground perception as a progressive cross-task collaboration task and construct the Air-Ground Progressive Collaboration (AGPC) benchmark, a spatio-temporally aligned benchmark comprising more than 745K raw video frames. Built upon this benchmark, we propose Socialized Co-Perception (SCP), a coarse-to-fine framework that organizes collaboration progressively from aerial global localization to ground target association and identity-aware parsing. Its core module, the Dual-Layer Router (DLR), decouples input-side multi-scale expert selection from output-side task-conditioned modulation, enabling selective cross-view and cross-task interaction while suppressing harmful interference. Extensive experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of SCP. It achieves a 3.73% coevolutionary gain and a 7.86% improvement in average downstream performance. These results show that task-conditioned collaboration is more effective than uniform fusion for heterogeneous air-ground perception. SkillMoV: Mixture-of-View Routing with Prototype-Conditioned Gating for Unified Multi-View Proficiency Estimation

Estimating human proficiency from video is a key challenge for automated skill assessment, with applications in sports coaching, music pedagogy, surgical training, and workplace learning. Existing approaches often focus on individual scenarios or rely on shared multi-view aggregation, limiting their ability to adapt to heterogeneous camera viewpoints and activity domains. We introduce SkillMoV, a unified, parameter-efficient framework for multi-scenario proficiency estimation from synchronized multi-view video. At its core, SkillMoV introduces a Mixture-of-View Projector (MoVP), which adapts the mixture-of-experts paradigm to camera-specific view features. MoVP is composed of four stages: (i) a Mixture-of-View soft router with twelve expert MLPs that learns view-dependent expert preferences without camera-identity supervision; (ii) cross-view attention to align synchronized cameras; (iii) learnable prototype anchoring to condition the representation on class-level reference vectors; and (iv) a prototype-conditioned gated projection that produces the final skill embedding. We evaluate SkillMoV on EgoExo4D across six skill domains and three separately trained view configurations: Ego, Exos, and Ego+Exos. SkillMoV reaches 50.17% overall accuracy in the Exos setting with a single model trained jointly across all scenarios, surpassing the strongest reported Exos result among the compared methods by 3.57 percentage points. In Ego+Exos, SkillMoV remains close to the best reported result in that setting (47.63% versus 48.20%). Ablations on the selected Exos configuration validate each component: MoV routing contributes +6.61 pp over attentive aggregation, cross-view attention +4.92 pp, prototype anchoring +4.07 pp, and stochastic view dropout +3.90 pp. Through LoRA adaptation, SkillMoV trains only 23.32% of its parameters and adds limited measured overhead relative to a LoRA-only baseline.

Geometric Consistency Protocol for Foundation Model Features in Multi-View Satellite Imagery

Standardized evaluation protocols are indispensable for robust benchmarking in remote sensing, particularly as foundation features are increasingly transferred across diverse sensors and complex imaging geometries. In satellite multi-view reconstruction, conventional evaluations relying on unconstrained 2D global matching are often misleading. The Rational Function Model (RFM) and its Rational Polynomial Coefficients (RPC) dictate a curved, height-dependent epipolar geometry that render flat 2D search spaces physically inconsistent. We propose a geometry-faithful and reproducible protocol tailored for the RPC framework. Our approach integrates an RPC-projected 3D consistency metric with a geometry-constrained dense matching proxy, specifically evaluating whether similarity responses remain localized and unique under physically plausible search manifolds. A pivotal finding of our joint reporting strategy is the decoupling of semantic agreement and geometric localization: high cross-view similarity at a projected 3D point does not guarantee reliable matchability in practical inference. Our benchmark demonstrates that incorporating geometric constraints is fundamental to the problem definition in satellite imagery. Furthermore, we show that state-of-the-art 2D backbones remain remarkably competitive against specialized 3D-aware models when subjected to this RPC-consistent evaluation.

OmniDrive: An LLM-Choreographed Multi-Agent World Model with Unified Latent Co-Compression for Multi-View Driving Video Generation

Generative world models for autonomous driving face two unresolved tensions: heterogeneous control injection, where free-form language, HD-maps, trajectories, and camera poses reside in incompatible representational spaces, and post-hoc cross-view fusion, where per-camera latents fail to encode global 3-D geometry. We trace both to a single root cause: the absence of a shared symbolic interlingua aligning language, geometry, and pixels at the latent-token level. We present DRIVE-CHOREO, an LLM-choreographed multi-agent world model that recasts controllable multi-view video generation as latent choreography. Three Qwen2.5-VL agents - a Director parsing user intent into a structured WorldScript, a Cartographer grounding it into spatially-anchored layout tokens, and an Auditor feeding cross-view critiques back as auxiliary supervision - jointly author a single position-aware token sequence. This sequence is co-compressed with the multi-view video via a view-time permutation that enforces inter-camera geometry within the convolutional receptive field of a 3-D VAE. On nuScenes, DRIVE-CHOREO sets new state-of-the-art multi-view consistency and BEV mAP (21.6) with competitive FVD (45.7); a detector trained purely on our synthetic data gains +2.4 NDS on the real validation split, validating downstream utility.

ARGUSTRACK: A Multi-View Annotation System for Multi-Object Tracking

Multi-Camera Multi-Target (MCMT) tracking has emerged as a critical capability for applications ranging from autonomous driving to animal behavior monitoring. While recent advances have yielded sophisticated tracking algorithms, the availability of annotated multi-view data remains a significant bottleneck. Existing annotation tools predominantly support single-camera workflows or rely on LiDAR sensors, making cross-view labeling tedious and impractical for camera-only setups. We present ARGUS-TRACK, a multi-camera annotation system that addresses these limitations by enabling annotators to work directly on a bird's-eye-view (BEV) plane. Given calibrated camera parameters, a single ground-plane annotation is automatically projected into 2D bounding boxes across all relevant views, inherently ensuring identity consistency without manual cross-view alignment. To further accelerate the labeling process, ARGUSTRACK incorporates two complementary mechanisms: a Temporal Aware module that propagates annotations from preceding frames to initialize new ones, requiring only minor positional adjustments; and a Multi-camera Semi-annotation module that leverages off-the-shelf 2D detectors combined with foot-point estimation to automatically generate candidate BEV positions for annotator verification. We evaluate ARGUSTRACK through a pilot study on multi-camera broiler tracking and demonstrate that it substantially reduces annotation time compared to conventional single-camera labeling workflows.

A Hybrid Model-Based and Model-Free Framework for Active Multi-View Viewpoint Optimization in Sonar Target Recognition

This paper presents a hybrid model-based and model-free framework for active multi-view target recognition using forward-looking sonar. A convolutional neural network (CNN) provides data-driven observation likelihoods, while Radon-based orientation estimation enables viewpoint-aware sensing without requiring angle annotations. During training, an information-gain-based reward guides a Proximal Policy Optimization (PPO) agent to learn a belief-aware viewpoint selection policy offline. At deployment, the learned policy performs real-time viewpoint selection using only CNN-based belief updates, eliminating the need for computationally expensive online POMDP tree search. Experiments on a marine-debris forward-looking sonar dataset demonstrate that the proposed approach achieves competitive recognition accuracy while reducing sensing steps and motion cost compared to model-based baselines.

Trusted Multi-View Deep Learning Classification of Fetal Congenital Heart Disease with Feature-level and Decision-level Fusion

Congenital heart disease (CHD) refers to the abnormal anatomical structure caused by the abnormal development of the heart and great vessels during embryonic development. Traditional diagnostics often fail to achieve high accuracy and efficiency, especially given the complexity of cardiac anatomy. This study presents a specialized multi-view deep learning framework for CHD binary classification using echocardiographic images. A large-scale CHD dataset, including five views, was used to train the model, enabling it to integrate multi-angle image data. The framework utilizes advanced feature extraction and attention mechanisms to improve diagnostic precision and reliability. An uncertainty-based decision-making component is also integrated to handle low-quality images, enhancing diagnostic outcomes. Experimental results show that this method achieves top-tier performance on our dataset and provides a robust tool for early CHD detection, underscoring its potential for clinical use. The dataset and source code will be released upon paper acceptance.

Multi-view feature High-order Fusion for Space Weak Object Detection and Segmentation

Weak objects are common in images and videos of space applications. However, it is hard to learn proper representations from their limited appearance information. Inspired by multi-view learning, we develop simple multi-view attentions, treating their outputs as multi-view features. We also propose a multi-view feature high-order fusion method (MHF) to aggregate more accurate and richer features of weak objects. Our MHF extends the commonly used low-order feature fusion method to higher orders. It enhances the model's capacity to capture relevant and complementary information about weak objects. This is achieved by introducing high-order multi-view features perception and a recursive task-contribution gated selection of multi-view features. The new operation is highly flexible and customizable. It is compatible with various variants of multi-view feature representations. We conduct extensive experiments on two newly constructed space science datasets and an open, large-scale satellite video dataset. Our MHF serves as a plug-and-play module and significantly improves various vision transformers and convolution-based detection and segmentation models. We achieve all state-of-the-art accuracies on both tasks across three datasets. Our MHF can be a new basic module for visual modeling that effectively represents weak objects in terms of multi-view learning. The code will be available at https://github.com/Kingdroper/MHF.

Visual Quality Score Assessment of Large White Goods in Remanufacture with Multi-View Deformable-DETR

Remanufacturing large white goods is essential for a circular economy, yet visual quality assessment remains a manual bottleneck for training and pricing. Conventional detection methods require extensive annotation and struggle with small defects in high-resolution multi-view data. We present a multi-view framework based on Deformable-DETR for automated quality scoring that aggregates information across redundant views to extract fine-grained features. To enhance robustness with limited labels, we employ self-supervised pretraining followed by supervised fine-tuning on expert-annotated scores. Additionally, a linear projection over frozen feature maps identifies regions of interest to explain model decisions. Evaluated on an industrial multi-view dataset, our approach delivers precise quality assessments while reducing reliance on manual annotation and per-part customization, enabling scalable and transparent inspection for remanufacturing lines.

Fully Distributed Multi-View 3D Tracking in Real-Time

Multi-camera tracking with overlapping fields of view typically relies on centralized fusion, which creates computational bottlenecks that prevent deployment at scale. We present MV3DT, a fully distributed framework for real-time multi-view 3D tracking that achieves accurate identity propagation and occlusion recovery through peer-to-peer coordination, eliminating the need for central aggregation. Each camera node executes a lightweight modular pipeline comprising monocular 3D perception, distributed multi-view association, and collaborative fusion via lightweight messaging. MV3DT achieves 96.5% IDF1, 93.1% MOTA, and 94.6% MOTP on WILDTRACK, competitive with state-of-the-art centralized methods, and unprecedented 41.7% IDF1 and 50.9% MOTA on SCOUT while demonstrating superior scalability: sustaining 30 FPS on 100 cameras with <10ms inter-camera latency and only 2.2% communication overhead. MV3DT operates in a zero-shot regime given camera calibrations, requiring no scene-specific learning and making it directly deployable in new environments. These results establish MV3DT as a practical solution for real-time multi-view tracking in large-scale overlapping camera networks.

MAMVI: 3D Test-Time Adaptation via Masked Multi-View Point Clouds

3D point cloud models suffer significant performance degradation under distribution shifts caused by sensor noise, occlusions, and environmental changes. Test-time adaptation (TTA) has emerged as a practical paradigm for mitigating this issue during inference. Recently, leveraging multi-view augmentation has shown promise in improving 3D TTA performance. However, existing multi-view approaches are often constrained by sequential optimization that treats each view independently. This sequential optimization leads to substantial inference latency due to repetitive optimization steps, making real-time adaptation impractical. To address this, we propose Masked Multi-View Test-Time Adaptation (MAMVI), which replaces sequential optimization with a unified single-step adaptation. Specifically, MAMVI utilizes a hybrid masking strategy that combines fixed ratios for stability with Beta-distributed sampling for diversity. By aggregating losses across multiple views, MAMVI performs adaptation through a single backward pass based on multi-view consensus. Additionally, a confidence-based adaptive learning rate is used to dynamically adjust the adaptation intensity for each sample. Extensive experiments on ModelNet-40C, ShapeNet-C, and ScanObjectNN-C demonstrate that MAMVI achieves state-of-the-art accuracy on ShapeNet-C and ScanObjectNN-C. Moreover, it remains competitive on ModelNet-40C while delivering 4.9-8.9 times faster inference, making it highly suitable for real-time applications. MV-Actor: Aligning Multi-View Semantics and Spatial Awareness for Bimanual Manipulation

Robotic manipulation has been widely applied in industrial scenarios. Compared with single-arm manipulation, bimanual manipulation is equipped with multiple cameras to capture information from different viewpoints. However, existing multi-view policies encode each view independently or fuse view features shallowly, resulting in limited sharing semantic perception and unreliable spatial awareness. In this paper, we propose \textbf{MV-Actor}, a multi-view perception framework that builds a unified semantic-spatial representation for bimanual manipulation. First, MV-Actor performs Multi-view Semantic Interaction to share semantic perception across views. Then it uses Semantic-Spatial Token Interaction to ground visual semantics with feed-forward reconstruction model features and acquire reliable spatial awareness. Finally, a Guided Metric Depth Repair module refines degraded sensor depth to provide more reliable metric anchors under consumer-grade depth noise. In simulation experiments conducted on the PerAct2 bimanual benchmark, MV-Actor achieves a state-of-the-art average success rate of 87.8%. In real-world evaluations with more frequent viewpoint changes and unstable consumer-grade depth, MV-Actor outperforms both RGB and RGB-D baselines, further demonstrating the benefit of sharing semantic perception and reliable spatial awareness for bimanual manipulation.

HarmoView: Harmonizing Multi-View Constraints for Identity-Consistent Video Generation

Current identity-consistent video generation methods struggle to preserve appearance fidelity under large viewpoint changes. While introducing multi-view reference input offers a natural solution, progress remains constrained by the lack of effective frameworks for multi-view inputs and the scarcity of multi-view data. We address these challenges by proposing HarmoView, a robust framework for identity-consistent video generation that effectively integrates multi-view cues through three architectural refinements complemented by a staged training curriculum. Specifically, we first introduce Multi-level Feature Injection to anchor identity fidelity; by injecting raw ViT features from frontal references alongside text tokens via cross-attention, MFI provides persistent low-level appearance anchors that complement the high-level identity features within DiT blocks, leading to enhanced identity preservation. Then, we employ learnable proxy tokens to unify heterogeneous reference layouts across single-/multi-view settings while simultaneously resolving the reference-view mismatch problem. Jump-RoPE is further developed for identity-wise feature isolation to reduce identity crosstalk. To activate these structural capabilities while preserving the original generative priors, we propose the Progressive View Curriculum. This four-stage training strategy employs view dropout to facilitate a stable transition from vanilla T2V generation to high-fidelity, identity-persistent spatial reasoning. Furthermore, we construct a large-scale multi-view dataset to address the issue of data scarcity. Extensive evaluation on our multi-view benchmark, comprising 100 manually-curated cases spanning 52 unique identities, demonstrates that HarmoView significantly outperforms open-source baselines and matches leading closed-source engines, achieving state-of-the-art performance in identity-consistent video generation.

LentiAvatar: Pseudo-Multiview Reconstruction and Subpixel Prism Rendering for Real-Time Stereoscopic Communication

Real-time stereoscopic video communication has long been a goal of immersive telepresence, yet practical systems still require specialized capture rigs or reduce remote users to a single portrait view. We present LentiAvatar, a Gaussian head-avatar system that connects monocular avatar capture with subpixel-encoded glasses-free lenticular display for real-time autostereoscopic communication. From a monocular portrait video, LentiAvatar reconstructs a controllable head avatar and optimizes it for the lateral viewing zones induced by the display. The method uses natural head turns as pseudo-multiview (PMV) supervision to constrain regions that are otherwise weakly observed in monocular training, including hair, ears, jaw contours, and neck boundaries. Reliable side frames are yaw-binned, aligned to virtual cameras, and supervised within a strict head-and-hair domain; contour-aware losses and staged regularization further suppress ghosting, alpha leakage, and depth instability while preserving lateral detail. At runtime, LentiAvatar renders 32 virtual views and encodes them into a 4K lenticular raster with calibrated subpixel-routing masks. The live-tracker prototype sustains 10.65 FPS, and a subject-specific distilled driver raises the same display pipeline to 38.49 FPS.

FMRFusion: Frequency-Aware Multi-View Representation Learning for Heterogeneous Image Fusion

Infrared and visible image fusion aims to generate a composite image that retains significant target information and preserves detailed textures, integrating two heterogeneous modalities. Previous image fusion methods typically adopt a single-module stacking approach to extract features from the two modalities. However, these approaches may result in incomplete learning of their distinct characteristics, thereby limiting the fusion effectiveness and constrain ing robustness in real-world heterogeneous data scenarios. To address these challenges, we propose FMRFusion, a frequency-aware multi-view representation learning network for Heterogeneous Image Fusion. A Multi-Scale Struc tural Perception Module is introduced to effectively capture discriminative structures, extracting fine-grained local structures and essential contextual information. A bilinear frequency decomposition mechanism is employed to sepa rate features into high-frequency and low-frequency components, enabling joint modeling of local details and global representations across different frequency domains. Moreover, a Cross-View Complementary Interaction is incorpo rated to explicitly model and fuse the complementary characteristics between reflected light information and radiative intensity responses, facilitating effective cross-view interaction. We further improve the Performance of the fused results by flow matching, which progressively refines the fused features by learning the transformation from coarse data to high-quality representations. Extensive experiments conducted on multiple benchmark datasets demonstrate that FMRFusion achieves superior and consistent performance across a range of fusion tasks, especially in nighttime scenarios

DisPOSE: Projected Polystochastic Diffusion for Self-Supervised Multi-View 3D Human Pose Estimation

Recovering 3D human poses for multiple individuals from different camera views is a fundamental bottleneck for analyzing interacting behaviors. Existing self-supervised approaches leverage synthetic catalogues of 3D poses; however, this leads to poor generalization in real-world scenarios due to distribution shifts. We therefore introduce DisPOSE, a self-supervised framework that approximates the inherently discrete multi-view person-assignment problem as a generative diffusion process over the space of polystochastic tensors. By employing differentiable Sinkhorn projections during denoising, our model learns to guide solutions toward valid and feasible assignments based on 2D image priors. The complete 3D skeletons of localized individuals are then regressed using a Hypergraph-Convolutional Decoder that explicitly models relational structures and articulated joints across multiple views. The proposed approach outperforms current state-of-the-art self-supervised methods on standard datasets and demonstrates strong performance on a newly proposed benchmark featuring highly occluded scenes from surgical operating rooms. Our diffusion-based localization demonstrates high label efficiency, retaining 99% of its performance with only 10% of the pseudo-labels. Notably, disentangling the assignment and root regression components while maintaining differentiability makes DisPOSE nearly agnostic to different camera arrangements.

When CLIP Sees More, It Fights Back Harder: Multi-View Guided Adaptive Counterattacks for Test-Time Adversarial Robustness

Vision-language models such as CLIP have achieved remarkable zero-shot recognition capabilities, yet their robustness against adversarial perturbations remains limited. Test-time counterattack (TTC) was recently proposed to improve CLIP's robustness by perturbing an input image to steer it away from a corrupted state during inference. However, TTC remains fragile under strong attacks because its counterattack relies on a directly corrupted original view and employs a noise-driven hard-gating scheme that cannot adapt to varying corruption severity. To address these limitations, we introduce Multi-view guided Adaptive Counterattack (MAC), which performs counterattacks for multi-view with corruption-aware soft weighting. Specifically, MAC first constructs augmented views of an input image to obtain diverse embeddings. It then performs counterattacks to refine corrupted embeddings of views. Next, MAC adaptively scales the counterattack intensity for each view based on its estimated corruption degree. Finally, the adaptively counterattacked views are aggregated to yield a robust final prediction. Extensive experiments across 20 datasets and diverse attack scenarios demonstrate that MAC substantially improves robustness while preserving high inference speed and memory efficiency with its tuning-free design. A Cross-view Fusion Framework for Robust 6-DoF Grasp Pose Estimation

In this paper, we propose a cross-view fusion framework that enhances the robustness of 6-DoF grasp pose estimation in corner views. Our framework alleviates occlusion by incorporating an auxiliary view and avoids the time-consuming, task-agnostic multi-view reconstruction through a post-fusion strategy. To enhance cross-view fusion, we propose a self-supervised contrastive learning strategy that leverages cross-view associations to regularize point cloud features. In brief, a cross-view point pair is considered a match if the two points correspond to the same 3D location, and a non-match if they represent distinct grasp directions. The learning strategy significantly enhances the spatial consistency and direction distinctiveness of point features, thereby facilitating cross-view fusion and improving estimation robustness. Furthermore, we propose a cross-view-aligned cylinder integration module to fuse grasp-relevant geometry into a comprehensive representation. Specifically, the module first aligns the cross-view points and features according to their similarity to enhance the robustness against noise. Subsequently, these points are registered into the cylindrical coordinate frame, emphasizing the rotation-symmetric geometry which is important for grasping. Finally, local self-attention and seed cross-attention layers are alternately employed, respectively enabling interactions within single views and across views, which supports fine-grained representation of grasp-relevant geometry. Our framework achieves strong performance on the GraspNet-1Billion benchmark and in real-world applications. Code is available at https://github.com/KJZhuAutomatic/Cross-view-Grasp.

Robust and sparse support vector machine via hybrid truncated loss for supervised classification

The support vector machine (SVM) is a widely used classifier, but choosing an appropriate loss function remains difficult. Convex losses such as the hinge loss and least-squares loss are sensitive to outliers, while bounded non-convex losses often lead to high computational cost. To address this, we propose a hybrid truncated loss function (LhtL_{\mathrm{ht}}) that is both sparse and bounded, and build the LhtL_{\mathrm{ht}}-SVM model for single-view classification. We introduce the P-stationary point and use it to establish the first-order necessary and sufficient optimality conditions. Based on these conditions, we design an alternating direction method of multipliers with a working-set strategy that reduces computational cost and achieves global convergence. We further extend LhtL_{\mathrm{ht}}-SVM to multi-view learning by adding structural information and view weights, resulting in MvLhtL_{\mathrm{ht}}-SVM, which follows both the consensus and complementarity principles. Experiments on synthetic, real-world, and image datasets show that LhtL_{\mathrm{ht}}-SVM achieves higher accuracy with fewer support vectors and better noise robustness than five single-view methods, while MvLhtL_{\mathrm{ht}}-SVM outperforms six multi-view methods in accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score.

M2S-AVSR: Modality-aware Multi-view Self-supervised Representation for Robust Audio-Visual Speech Recognition

Audio-Visual Speech Recognition (AVSR) enhances speech recognition robustness by leveraging visual cues, while real-world scenarios remain challenging due to viewpoint variation, audio distortion, and visual occlusion, which degrade modality quality and increase audio-visual asynchrony. In this paper, we propose a novel Modality-aware Multi-view Self-supervised representation framework for robust Audio-Visual Speech Recognition (M2S-AVSR). First, we introduce a multi-view representation learning encoder to learn view-invariant visual speech representations. Next, we employ a modality-aware module that explicitly models modality quality and cross-modal synchrony to perform fine-grained modality-aware fusion, enabling fine-grained visual information injection during decoding. In addition, we release AISHELL8-RealScene, a public multi-scenario, multi-view conversational audio-visual dataset recorded in real-world environments, and establish a speech recognition benchmark on it. Experiments on English and Mandarin benchmarks demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method under challenging conditions. On LRS3, M2S-AVSR achieves up to 29.4% relative improvement under viewpoint perturbation and visual degradation settings. Our method also achieves new state-of-the-art performance on the MISP2021-AVSR test set. On AISHELL8-RealScene, it achieves the best result in outdoor scenes. The proposed method and dataset provide useful support for future research on robust speech and multimodal tasks under realistic conditions.

Motion-Guided Causal Disentanglement for Robust Multi-View Cine Cardiac MRI Diagnosis

Multi-view cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) imaging provides complementary anatomical information and is widely used for noninvasive disease assessment. Recent transformer-based models have demonstrated strong representation learning capabilities for CMR analysis; however, they typically learn unified latent embeddings that entangle view-specific anatomical variations with disease-related features. Such entanglement biases classifiers toward structural attributes rather than view-invariant pathological patterns. This issue is exacerbated in low-data regimes, particularly for underrepresented cardiac conditions, where limited samples increase the susceptibility to shortcut learning and view-dependent decision boundaries. To address this, we propose a Motion-Guided View--Disease Disentanglement framework MoViD built upon a ViT-MAE backbone. The model explicitly factorizes latent representations into view-specific and disease-discriminative components using dual-branch supervised contrastive objectives and a gradient-reversal adversarial constraint that minimizes disease leakage into the view embedding. Additionally, an annotation-free temporal motion feature, derived from inter-frame difference maps, is introduced to localize the beating heart region and suppress background artifacts. A focal reweighting mechanism is incorporated into the contrastive loss to mitigate class imbalance. We evaluate the framework on a private clinical venous thrombosis dataset and two public benchmarks (M&Ms, M&Ms2). Across disease classification and cardiac segmentation tasks, our approach consistently outperforms standard transformer baselines and demonstrates competitive performance against large-scale pretrained foundation models, validating the efficacy of structural disentanglement in medical image analysis.

VT-3DAD: Cross-Category 3D Anomaly Detection via Visual-Text Normal Space Alignment

Few-shot cross-category 3D anomaly detection aims to determine whether an unknown point cloud belongs to a target normal category using only a few normal references. Existing training-based methods usually require category-wise optimization, while recent training-free methods based on multi-view CLIP visual features mainly rely on visual similarity and may be confused by geometrically similar categories. In this paper, we propose VT-3DAD, a training-free framework for cross-category 3D anomaly detection via Visual-Text Normal Space Alignment. Given few-shot normal references and a test point cloud, VT-3DAD first generates realistic multi-view depth maps and extracts view-wise features using a frozen CLIP visual encoder. The visual branch measures reference-test deviation in the multi-view feature space. In parallel, depth-aware and 3D-aware prompts are encoded by the frozen CLIP text encoder to construct textual normal anchors, which provide semantic normality constraints for the target category. The final anomaly score is obtained by fusing visual deviation from normal references and semantic deviation from the textual normal space. Experiments on the ShapeNetPart dataset demonstrate that VT-3DAD achieves state-of-the-art performance. In particular, VT-3DAD improves the one-shot average AUC-ROC from 92.49% to 94.80% compared with the visual-only baseline, while also reducing the average standard deviation from 5.64 to 3.41.

Robust Multi-view Clustering against Imperfect Information

Real-world multi-view data always suffer from imperfect information problem, where the view-specific observations are absent (i.e., Incomplete Views, IV) and cross-view correspondences are mismatched (i.e., Noisy Correspondences, NC) for certain instances. As a remedy, numerous IV- and NC-oriented multi-view clustering (MvC) methods have been proposed, which however require either reliable correspondences or sufficiently complete instances, thus stopping short of addressing the imperfect information problem. In contrast, we observe that both IV and NC challenges originate from the same issue of imperfect cross-view counterpart information, where the counterpart of an anchor instance in another view might be either unavailable or unreliable. Based on the observation, we propose a novel robust MvC framework, termed Posterior-guided Latent Counterpart Inference (PLCI), which could handle both IV and NC in a unified manner. Specifically, PLCI formulates the desired cross-view counterpart of each anchor instance as a latent variable, and integrates both instance-level reliability and prototype-level semantic transport to infer the posterior distribution of the latent counterpart. Extensive experiments on six widely-used multi-view datasets against 10 state-of-the-art MvC methods demonstrate the effectiveness of PLCI for tackling the imperfect information problem. The code will be released upon acceptance.

GARDEN: Gravity-Aligned Reconstruction of Disentangled ENvironments from RGB images

Converting multi-view RGB observations into simulation-ready 3D environments remains challenging because current reconstruction pipelines produce monolithic scene representations without explicit physical structure. They are typically defined up to an arbitrary global rotation and entangle rigid foreground objects with background geometry, which hinders stable physical interaction. Existing solutions often recover interactivity by replacing reconstructed objects with retrieved CAD assets, but this introduces a slow retrieval-and-replacement stage and weakens scene-specific geometric fidelity. We propose GARDEN, an RGB-only framework that reformulates reconstruction as physically-grounded scene factorization and outputs a structured hybrid scene representation. The key idea is to use gravity as a universal physical prior: we first align the reconstruction to a unified Gravity-View frame to resolve gauge ambiguity, then recover object-centric rigid meshes with accurate 6-DoF placement, and finally remove duplicate object geometry from the background through conditional 3D point classification. The resulting representation combines explicit rigid bodies with a decoupled background, enabling direct physics simulation while preserving visual realism. Experiments on both simulated and real multi-view scenes show that GARDEN improves object placement reliability, disentanglement quality, and rendering-simulation efficiency compared with retrieval-based baselines. BEAST3D: Animal behavioral analysis and neural encoding from multi-view video via Gaussian splatting

Multi-view video recordings are increasingly used to capture the 3D movements of animals in experimental settings, yet extracting rich 3D representations from these recordings remains challenging. Supervised pose estimation requires extensive manual annotation, while general-purpose 3D reconstruction models trained on generic scene datasets fail on the specialized imagery and sparse-view setting of laboratory experiments. We address these limitations with BEAST3D, a self-supervised pretraining framework that learns 3D visual representations from unlabeled, calibrated multi-view video. BEAST3D uses a vision transformer to predict 3D Gaussian splats that reconstruct held-out views through differentiable rendering, while simultaneously segmenting the animal from the background. BEAST3D reconstructs 3D structure with as few as four views by conditioning directly on known camera parameters--unlike general-purpose models, which must estimate camera geometry from dense overlapping viewpoints that are seldom available in lab settings. Through comprehensive evaluation across four species, we demonstrate that BEAST3D produces rich, viewpoint-invariant features that transfer effectively to three downstream tasks: novel view synthesis, which validates the quality of the learned 3D representations; multi-view pose estimation, which provides the sparse keypoint trajectories widely used in behavioral analysis; and neural encoding, which relates 3D behavioral features to simultaneously recorded neural activity. BEAST3D thus establishes a versatile framework for behavioral analysis that leverages 3D structure in modern multi-view laboratory recordings.

Ranking vs. Assignment: The Metric Mismatch in Multi-View Object Association

Multi-view object association is an important computer vision problem that underlies many multi-camera perception tasks. While this task is naturally formulated as a constrained one-to-one matching problem, recent works heavily rely on pairwise ranking metrics like AP and FPR-95 for model evaluation. We highlight a fundamental mismatch between these metrics and the actual assignment objective. Theoretically, we show that AP and FPR-95 can be imperfect even when the assignment is already correct, and that Sinkhorn-based normalization can make them perfect. Conversely, optimal pairwise ranking can still lead to incorrect assignments. We validate this mismatch in practice by using our Sinkhorn-based normalization as a controlled post-processing stress test. We show that optimizing just a few post-processing parameters significantly boosts AP and FPR-95 without corresponding improvements in assignment-level metrics such as ACC and IPAA.

Divide and Conquer: Reliable Multi-View Evidential Learning for Deepfake Detection

With the evolution of generative models, deepfakes have achieved near-perfect semantic realism, leaving forensic traces only in subtle structural anomalies. However, existing single-view paradigms often fail to generalize, as dominant semantic features overwhelm subtle artifact cues within entangled representations. This imbalance leads to overconfident yet brittle predictions -- a phenomenon we term the Semantic Masking Effect. To address this challenge, we propose a reliable framework called Divide-and-Conquer Multi-View Evidential Learning (DiCoME) for Deepfake Detection. In the "Divide" phase, we employ Geometric View Purification to decompose the entangled representation space through principled geometric projection. This process suppresses semantic interference within artifact-sensitive representations, forming the foundation for decorrelated yet complementary semantic and artifact views. In the "Conquer" phase, we leverage Uncertainty-Aware Evidential Learning to synthesize these distinct views. By explicitly modeling the "epistemic conflict" between semantic and artifact cues, this mechanism provides calibrated uncertainty estimates instead of forcing rigid deterministic decisions. Extensive experiments across multiple benchmarks demonstrate that our method consistently outperforms existing approaches in generalization performance, while providing reliable uncertainty estimation for trustworthy deepfake detection. MViewRouter: Internalizing Geometric Equivariance via Multi-view Alternating Attention for Combinatorial Routing

Combinatorial routing problems such as the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) and the Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) are fundamental NP-hard problems with broad real-world applications. While recent deep reinforcement learning methods have shown promising performance, they typically handle geometric symmetries only through data augmentation, resulting in inconsistent decisions and limited generalization. To address this issue, we propose MViewRouter, a multi-view framework that internalizes geometric equivariance as a structural inductive bias to achieve invariant decision-making across routing problem variants. Our approach introduces a Multi-view Alternating Attention (MAA) mechanism that enables parallel processing over the D4D_4 symmetry group, alternating between intra-view relational modeling and inter-view feature alignment. Furthermore, we optimize the policy via Collective Policy Gradient Aggregation (CPGA), leveraging consensus gradients from multiple symmetric views to stabilize training and accelerate convergence. Experiments on TSP and CVRP benchmarks, as well as real-world TSPLIB instances, demonstrate that MViewRouter achieves competitive solution quality and strong zero-shot generalization.
